I have a one year plan activated in my account (Id:[protected]) on july 25 2018. Ideally it's end date is around july 21 2019. With in this tenure, i have activated one month feature safe custody plan on may 9 and for that 30 rs deducted from my account and customer care person assured me that it will be extended in my plan. Sure to cyclone fani, i have activated it.
But due to delay in technician availability, after hundreds of followup, your escalation team has extended my plan for another 13 days till june 22. Then my plan validity has shown as sep7 2019.
But today, your cheating started, when i saw tv, i saw error code 4 for few channels and validity is showing aug 7. And 12 rs deducted from my account.
When i called customer care, they are saying me that in this plan, fsc can't be activated and your plan won't extend. And you will return me my 30 rs. And that 12rs deduction for activating a 333 ra plan without my concern, no message, no call, no email., nothing.
Seriously guys, you call yourself corporate. My 315 plan i have activated fsc just for 30rs because you assured me that plan will extend. Now i am thanking god that i had not listened to your customer care who suggested to activate for 3 months fsc in 100 odd bucks... Otherwise i will end up in a huge loss.
If fsc won't activate, how can 15 days extension provided. Finally i fed up with airtel. No more arguments. You guys are pathetic. Being a techie guy, if i am getting this trouble, i am understand for a common man how you guys are troubling them.
From now on, i am assuring that my relationship with airtel for 7 years is going to be over.
