I was a prepaid customer till april 2019 and at that time airtel network was not that good but it was adjustable. I had to go to the us for my personal work and when i approached the local airtel outlet in bhubaneswar, they told me that they don't have otp services available abroad for pre-paid customer.in order to have the otp facility, i need to convert to post paid customer. I agree and i did that.in the us i didn't get any otp services. Somehow i managed my work there. When i came back to india, i complained about the same and asked them to convert my no. To pre-paid, to which they said it's not possible. Post paid customer cannot become a pre-paid customer, but the vice versa is possible.

Since june 2019, i am having a network problem. I have registered a complaint on 12th june, but nothing has been done till now. Every time, they make false promises like superior member or technician will reach out to you in 24 hrs and others but in reality, nothing they do.

I want to do mnp now, but before that, i want to tell airtel that you can not cheat your customers.

Without information last 2 months amount is debited from my axis bank credit card so please cancel the auto renewal option
We are facing slower data speed in manglore city.Sometimes the data speed does not exceed 100kb.

    I had called airtel on 3rd july 2019 and requested for 1499 pack activation for 10 days romaing in thailand for my travel starting 6th july to 12th july

    It was not activated and now i have a bill of more than 4500

    I decided to pay the bill and port but on 10th of july retention team called me and said that it seems its a mistake from their side and charges would be waived off once bill is generated on 24th july. On 24th july i called customer care and now they are refusing waiver saying i have deactivated my pack, which i havent. Also, appelate and nodal teams are not replying despite sending mails on 31st july 2019.

    These charges are false and airtel has accepted that its in the 3rd july notes that i have requested data pack worth 1499 activation. I am not ready to pay this false inflated charge

    After successful tele verification I am facing No Network issue. after many followup my numbers activation is pending and this is impacting my work.

    As soon as I charged my Airtel sim with their so called "unlimited pack" it got started displaying "ONE.AIRTEL.IN/RCCONF", whenever i tried to browse something. I can't even download any app from playstore also.I had tried to clear the browsing history and APN also, but It still didn't solved. Please find some way to get rid of this.

        Hi

        Am receiving unnecessary calls from[protected]. There is a lady calling and asking for someone named sangeetha. I informed her twice she got a wrong number but she doesn't seem to understand

        The lady is repeatedly calling me and now her tone and mode of communication is irritating. Looks like someone has given my number to her incorrectly and she doesn't understand that at all

        I have blocked the number but i want to register a complaint

          I am using Airtel prepaid service . There is problem regarding network as I am not able to use data . My studies are affected by the issue . And there are no helpline numbers to actually talk about the issue . The service is not worth the price of the plans they provide. Kindly solve my problems as soon as possible.

            My airtel number it is given to some else and it contains all my bank account info which can be missused i also asked them they also told me the will not give it to someone else but they did and now they are not responding and i am very worried what will happen to my bank info its woth someone else and their service is too bad they dont even listen.

                Before going to canada went to airtel store and informed them that i was planning to use whatsapp only using local wifi. I was under the impression i need international roaming to activate whatsapp. The store did not tell me that international roaming is not necessary for using whatspp. And they activated international roaming with zero rental.
                In canada did not make or receive on call or sms. But to my surprise was billed 27, 000 for the month of june 19. I have not knowingly used any of the airtel services, was using only whatsapp. Got hooked to the local service mobile data automatically without my asking. Had paid the normal charges before the due date, airtel now threatens to disrupt the service if the amount is not paid.

                          This has been going on for quite some time. Airtel claims to be the fastest network on tv but it fails to live up to its claims when it comes to the broadband services it provides. Thinking that something was wrong with my wifi modem, i have gotten it replaced after complaining several times to customer care that i did not get any internet connectivity.
                          They came up with some scheme of providing high speed internet, which is available in the lane behind my house but not uniformly available in the entire block.
                          When the phone is connected to the wifi, it says connected but no internet. What is the point of such a connection? I pay almost 1.3k bill for the telephone and broadband service but i'm yet to get my money's worth!
                          Despite changing the modem and making numerous calls to customer care, this problem seems to be never ending and i am seriously considering about taking legal action for deficiency in service.
                          My sincere request to whomsoever is concerned, to address this problem at the earliest by giving me connection with internet.

                          Yesterday 24-july-2019 I got a new airtel sim for my old uninor number . I received a message that the services will be resumed after 24hrs, but today 25-july-2109 after 24hrs i am zero signals. I received a message that sim is activated but no signals.

                                      I have port my number and get a family plan of airtel postpaid but at my location i am unable to use 4g network. Several times i registered a complain on 198 and escalate it also but till date no response.
                                      I just want to know is there any one to help me or again i will port my number.
