deactivation of airtel dth

Despite reporting several times that we have stopped using airtel dth and replaced it by tata sky, we have repeated calls as to why the dth has not yet been recharged. They have no formal procedure as to how the services can be deactivated. There are continuous calls for the same and they repeatedly ask the same questions... Disturbing during unwanted hours....

I have port-in from jio to airtel postpaid number, my jio stopped working yesterday after receiving confirmation message from jio and then i inserted airtel sim on my mobile and tried calling 59059 but call keep on disconnecting. I can't able to make any other calls and incoming calls also blocked.

Kindly resolve my issue and activate my number. I can't wait for too long.

    I have visited airtel store to convert my prepaid number into postpaid i have done all the formalities there. They charged me 300 rupees and said me an agent will come to verify my address but now one has visited me. I have call the postpaid customer care... They surprised me that my address verification has been failed. But store persons still saying that an agent will visit me. Many days passed but no one visited me

      After calling on 59059 and selecting language it is saying thank you for calling airtel and call is getting disconnected, it is happening since more than 11 hours, I am unable to receive calls and SMS, I called on 198 from alternate number but they are asking to wait for one more hour, this is so pathetic service

        Now days airtel dth charging rs.150 for an engineer visit, even if there is no problem at our end.
        And every month we are facing issue on average 150 per month expense added for dth engineer visit, plus loss of days for dth service in these visit.
        Which also paid. For example
        For 30 days payment, if any issue come 3 days service was lost, 150 paid for engineer visit. If you calculated for annually basis. 150*12= rs.1800
        3 days lost in month= 3*12=36 days which make 1 month lost.
        Overall rs.1800 and 1month lost (Which ipaid for services and couldnt get due to service failure).

        I requested please look into this matter

          Placed order on grofers on 9th august 2019. There was offer in payment option there... Get 150 rs flat cashback by payment through airtel payment mode on orders above rs. 1500..
          I am registered kyc customer on airtel and paid for the 1st time through airtel payment method on grofers which makes me 100% eligible for receiving 150 rs flat cashback. Here they just gave me rs 5 as cashback.. Airtel is not responding in this case.. Grofers order and airtel promotion screenshots attached herewith..

            It has been over a month since i changed my airtel number from postpaid to prepaid. I still can't receive or make any calls from the number. It was working fine till i had postpaid. The moment i changed that, airtel stopped providing its services though i have cleared all its bills and recharged my number correctly. I have visited the airtel showroom four times already, and they haven't been able to fix this issue. Yesterday, they gave me a new sim, claiming this would solve the problem. It did not.

            I have had this number for a very long time now. It is registered as my official number in a few government institutions. I can't do without this number. Please help me recover it.

            The customer care executive at the Sarat Bose Road Airtel store was very helpful. He submitted a mail regarding my issue when I went there today. Within two hours, my connectivity was restored. Finally, I can use my number again.

              I received a message from airtel that my sim is ported please switch new sim and activate it but when i switch my sim then that sim is not getting a network. What to do now. Their customer representative told me to do recharge, i tried but recharge is also not happening. When i call the customer care they are also not helping me, i already lost many calls. Its irritating me. Pls, solve my issue asap.

                  Today i received the message from airtel that i port request is approved and by 10 pm my number will be ported.

                  But at 8 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

                  Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys.

                      Kindly look into this.. Airtel making fool to all people by providing this kind of service which i had not used internet since paid of bill last month still showing that had used more than 18 gb which is fooling to me.                         I recharged my mobile [protected] through sbi netbanking as on 26jun 19 amount 448. Sbi said payment successfull, but amount not added my airtel mobile recharge. I contacted sbi as well as airtel. Sbi said payment already transferred to airtel, airtel said payment not received. So what should i do. I contacted again airtel and bank also. Both are on same stand

                          I am a consumer of airtel digital tv having account num :[protected], i have recharge my account on 15th sep 2018 with annual plan of infinity all sd & hd channels.
                          Till few days before my account validity was till 14th sep 2019, since 8th of aug 2019 it has been reduced to 28th aug 2019, and all the sd channels are been blocked by the service provider only hd channels are aired. All this is done by the service provider without any concern of the consumer nor intimating the consumer for all such deeds.

                          When i have my account valid till 14 sep 2019, why my account validity has been reduced?
                          Why the channels are blocked when i have balance in my account and validity is still left.

                          Its been frustrating to be with airtel, every now and then i have to get connected with airtel for unnecessary issued created by airtel.

                          Migrating, channels selections, validity reducing everything is done by service provider with taking any concern of the consumer. Making fools to people by making false commitments and charging twice for the already payment made.

                          From airtel i got the resolution for error codes, on my email id, which was not my problem, airtel executives just copying and pasting without reading & understanding the complaint.

                          Since last week, requested many times, email them, but not proper response given, also direction letters from trai also send, but no proper response is getting.

                            I port my airtel number into jio in april 2019. I made bill payment which was generated at that time.
                            After that a bill is generated again for the month in which no. Is ported into jio.
                            Their is no information from airtel and they charge late payment of 100 for that month.
                            Earlier the bill amount is 444 whose information i recieved in june 2019. But in august total bill amount becomes 881. When i call to customer care they said i did not make payment of november 2018. But bill genertaed after november they did not add the previous pending amount of bill in the bill cycle upto april 2019.
                            Please look in this matter and solve issue as soon as possible.

                              I have subscribed for dnd and have received a confirmation from airtel that the dnd services are on, however, i continue to receive irrelevant telemarketing messages like the one attached in the screenshot below. I'm also being harrassed by tele-callers on a daily basis.
                              This is really detrimental to my privacy. I request you to please take strict action on this issue.

                                Dear sir,
                                I have been an airtel prepaid customer for many years but i have not been able to make a call or sms to any number except 121.
                                I have complained many times and many times the complaint according to airtel store team gets resolved but in reality its the same situation
                                Then a customer care officer suggested faulty sim.. I swap my sim 3 days ago but still same problem persists. I cant make aby incoming outgoing calls or sms.. However my incoming sms and calls are working fine..

                                The customer care just does not know whats the problem and what could be the solution.. They hang up many times.. I have visited the airtel store also but there also no one know the solution to my problem. One of them did profile reset still nothing happened.
                                I want an action to be taken immediatly.

                                  I am last 6 month facing a problem many time that is channel not working error is b001 and i have complain in coustmer care and tell to ms vanisri, she is talk to me very roudly and did not give any logical solution. One think i want say that i do not pay any amount to you for service to us because your company service engineer visiting my home many time and i have paid your company service engineer fee many time in one problem because i have paid already to you in monthly charges for service if you do not resolve in my problem so i can go for legally.

                                  Yes, i have talked with airtel customer care name of Vanisri. she had talk with me very rudely and did not give any logical solution. she is told me visiting company service engineer your home and check your problem. you will pay for this to company service engineer fee but i don't want to pay every time for same problem.

                                    I've received a bill with inflated charges on my number.

                                    My international roaming pack shows 4 packs, while i just have used 2 of them. The other 2 are incorrect billing and double charges.

                                    - 10day pack activated on 23 july 8am chile time (This should be valid until 02 aug 8am chile time)
                                    - then i deactivated my mobile services from early morning chile time (Maybe 5am) to 3pm chile time on 02 aug.
                                    - then activated 1day roaming pack from 3pm chile time on 02 aug (This should be valid until 03 aug 3pm chile time)

                                    So, essentially i used
                                    - 1 10day roaming pack
                                    - 1 1day roaming pack

                                    Now my bill says
                                    - 2 10day roaming pack
                                    - 2 1day roaming pack

                                    So, this is completely incorrect and needs to be corrected. I've been using international roaming for many years now and this is the first time i'm seeing such incorrect billing.
                                    Please correct the same and revise the bill accordingly.

                                      I am facing a problem after updating my stb, stb is not working for the last 20 days, i called customer care several times but did not get a proper reply from there (Amarjot, simran, supriya, bhanumati, sangeeta, lalitha, kamini, lucky, and pranali) spoken to all the customer care people above, but they have not resolved my stb issue, they cut my call without giving me a solution. Told me to complain to consumer care.

                                      Every day Airtel customer service said that they will send some technical man to do STB check, but still no one has come to do STB check, very bad experience happened by talking with customer care, Customer care Guys Disconnect Call without giving any solution. ( Airtel technical people solve the problem without coming to the client location, they close the complain without resolving the STB problem and the new complain re-raise, This happen with me for the last 4 days. )

                                      Still not solved my STB Issue by Airtel, Daily need to call Airtel customer care, Lots of money west to talk with Airtel customer care, They are cut my call again and again with out any solution, Now they told me u can do what ever u can do.

                                      Sham on you Airtel, I'm writing this in every disappointment and frustration about the support from Airtel and many time I was post regarding my STB Issue but still this issue is not solved, One of the worst service I had in Airtel, you guys are cheating.. with customers..that's why you fallen from rank... I will advice all my family members and friends.. to not use Airtel... No Action to branch manager and field Technician who suggest me to disconnect airtel connection and told me u can do what u can. They told me we will not refund your money.

                                      Still My Video Issue was not solve, Now Airtel guys said me to buy new television to view Airtel Android box, Mr Akhil from Airtel mention that Airtel Android box working well only on smart TV. This foolish Reason from airtel guys, Why they not mention this on Airtel webside and advertise this, Airtel installation technical also not mention this to me at the time of Android box installation, This is my request to take quick action on Airtel. Otherwise they will do same as other customer for money.

                                      Airtel worst customer service, I have not experienced from airtel dth TV such a big brand company, I have call to last 30 days trying to resolve my problems, but no engineer visits... and everyday customer service guys saying tomorrow and there is 30 tomorrow gone but no one cam... I call to 29th July and today is 30th Aug... I don't know when tomorrow has cam... Worst service experience...
