I was a prepaid customer till april 2019 and at that time airtel network was not that good but it was adjustable. I had to go to the us for my personal work and when i approached the local airtel outlet in bhubaneswar, they told me that they don't have otp services available abroad for pre-paid customer.in order to have the otp facility, i need to convert to post paid customer. I agree and i did that.in the us i didn't get any otp services. Somehow i managed my work there. When i came back to india, i complained about the same and asked them to convert my no. To pre-paid, to which they said it's not possible. Post paid customer cannot become a pre-paid customer, but the vice versa is possible.
Since june 2019, i am having a network problem. I have registered a complaint on 12th june, but nothing has been done till now. Every time, they make false promises like superior member or technician will reach out to you in 24 hrs and others but in reality, nothing they do.
I want to do mnp now, but before that, i want to tell airtel that you can not cheat your customers.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am swapnil from last 2 hr, i am not able to get signal and it's very frustrating coz I have to do some work ...request you to resolve it.
