I had subscribed for one month which included hd channels which were functioning ok till yesterday afternoon, but suddenly the message has come that the channel is not a part of package. On calling your helpline number we were assured that the needful will be done and restored but till date nothing has been done. Today now when we call we are informed that the system is being updated so we can't help you.

    My mobile number is [protected]. I have availed portability of number in june2019.
    I requested for refund of security. The company has informed they have sent a cheque on 28th june till 7th aug. I did not receive. Then i sent copy of cancelled cheque as per their request. I sent it. They mailed me that they paid it on line on 2nd aug. But till 7th it was not credited to my account. Now they require bank statement from 28th june to 7th aug.
    How is it possible to send bank details to any body. I can get it verified to their outlet at paota jodhpur nearby to my house.

      Now today is date 9/august/2019 i think it’s enough time to send for f&f but seriously i send many’s mails many messages but no response one person working over there his name anupam sir his really nice person his always reply but rest can’t explain about them soo plzzz do something other wise i will go in court

        Today 9th august, 2019,
        I tried to recharge my mobile number from my airtel app choosing payment method amazon pay.my balance is deducted from amazon pay but recharge failed.Now airtel says they are not responsible for it .They says I should contact with amazon, and amazon says same about airtel.I need recharge or refund asap.I have a question for airtel, If I pay from my debit card and recharge history not shown, then what I should do? contact with recharge operators or argue with bank?

          My samsung a30 with airtel prepaid sim ([protected]) receives popup msg in the night which makes my phone remains awake till the morning.

          It needs to be pressed cancel to make screen sleep and i don't know it in the middle of the night. It's draining my battery.

          Kindly help to stop it.

            This is with reference to the airtel postpaid number.[protected] which is in the name of innovation alchemy consulting pvt ltd. Yesterday i requested to activate the plan: ir @3999-30days pack, unlimited incoming (Travelling country - india to spain). I sent an request to [protected]@in. Airtel.com from register id. [protected]@innovationalchemy.com, because we need the plan activation from 8/8/2019. But no reply from airtel team for the plan activation. Today i spoke with customer care, the lady is telling we can't do anything, you have to wait for the reply. Or else we have to go & visit the relationship centre at this time (9.30pm). What is wrong with airtel, you people are not responding to the email or calls. Then who is the responsible person we have to speak?

              A request for shifting of connection made on 30th july, was assured request will be resolved within 72 hours. No attempts made from the company’s end. After repeated calls to the 121, got to know that there is no tab available to pair my connection near my new location. Applied for a new connection, executive came to collect documents and said the new connection will be activated by evening. Asked why is there a tab available for a new connection but not shifting one. Again contacted 121, told that this fellow is a sales team person - doesn’t understand all this. Have been asked to be patient, no timelines given-no assurances. Broadband number:15139074

                I have been Airtel customer for more than 6 months and was unsattisfied with the services and plans. Also the Airtel store on 100ft Road Bathinda when ported my no. put my no. under Indian Army without informing/asking me. No one from my family belongs to Army, I dont know why they have put my no. in Army category. After so many requests this matter was solved. Now Airtel is putting objection of 90 days while porting from Airtel to BSNL whereas I have already paid the dues and fulfilled all the criteria of porting(more the 180 days though). I request you to do this asap otherwise would have to take this case to National Consumer Forum.

                  i was using Airtel sim from india . when i left to UAE on 13/05/2018 My Airtel SIm balance was 15 indian Rupees. Bu for 10 months i got messages but call was unable . But on 14/07/2019 My sim was completely deactivated what i will do- [i want that sim back )

                    Respected sir i am really cheated by airtel. I am unable to use this sim in indoor. Airtel assured me your landmark had excellent 3g 4g coverage. No worry about coverage. But after start using call and data services in home, i realized airtel not providing even a 2g coverage also.in home. I am really cheated by airtel. Not able to make or receive calls, unable to send an sms also in indoor. Big cheater in the world. I had mentioned several times to barti airtel regarding the issue. But the company not take any action for improving the coverage only 500mtrs distance from my home to nearest airtel tower.

                    After converting my airtel number to prepaid from postpaid, I am not able to recharge it through any online portal and app
                    We are not able to use the internet indoors. I complained to them three times before but they did not hear any case on my complaint. And now it is saying that we will not refund you money.
                    Everytime everywhere internet is not working properly sometimes it works but with very slow speed (unstable connection) unable to do video calls

                      I have an airtel number from past 12 years (Same number) and till airtel got merged with aircel last year around same time, i was not able to send any sms out since then. Worst case, if i want to port my number to other carrier, even that is not possible as all outgoing sms from airtel are not working. It gives a message "message not sent" and i checked sms service center number, changed at least half a dozen sims from airtel in last 1 yr and even gave my sms to airtel store service guys to place on their mobile and try sending sms. None of them helped to fix it. I now have a new habit of raising 1 complaint request with airtel every month and after it is gone to network engr and everyone else in that company, it gets closed without my consent and the problem still persists. I want to complaint against airtel for 1) not able to give sms outgoing service 2) not able to even switch to other carrier with same number (For this you need to send sms to 1900 with port which is what i have problem with.
                      Please help.

                      Whenever any caller to my mobile sim dial my number they hear busy for the first time. on the second time, they dial they hear a proper ring. Why it is busy for the first time?

                        I did an upi transaction of rs 5000 from paytm payments bank (Ac no[protected] to my airtel payments bank (Ac no - [protected]) on 04/08/2019. Transaction id - [protected]. Thereafter i deposited rs 5000 once again to my airtel payments bank account on 05/08/2019. Total available balance should be 5000 + 5000 = 10000. The balance of rs 5000 which have deposited on 04/08/2019, is not updated till now. I want to get further details of the transaction of the dated 04/08/2019. Banking authority is not provide me satisfactory resolution.

                          I switched my idea number to airtel for better service and network but i have come across worst service and network of airtel. Most of the time my caller complain me i keep my phone not reachable. So if you cant provide a better network then don’t convience customer that our network is best. We pay above 400 bucks but it is worthless. I m requesting to to get it solve as soon as possible

                            Hi concern,

                            I have been used airtel digital TV since last three years and I was one of happy customer of airtel but my last 4 month experience with call centre representive was really frustrating .

                            The problem is I have requested to call centre to suspended my first connection multiple time and provide me best budget customize plan as after trai guidelines cost for the both was high to as expected though all the time it has been assured by customer care that my first connection has been stopped for one month and I have to pay only 233 rs for second one connection but I have not got any confirmation. Through sms or same was also not reflecting in airtel app.i failed to understand why such false commitment from such big and reputed brand even there was multiple outbound request call from airtel to resume the airtel service as above said plan which is 233 since I have made recharge amount of 233 rs as confirmed by airtel but result was same it there is no change and now I am very frustrating and helpless .

                            I am writing this with lot of anyone from airtel will adreess my complaint and resolve the issue .Request you to please resolve my issue at earliest else I will have no choice to buy new operator setup as I cannot afford high monthly rental at the same time I have to stop first connection and request you to please don't call me to give false communication as I am already tired with airtel and under the impression my mistake is only I am customer of airtel .

                            Sari kosis kar li but samasya ka samadhan nahi aur bhagwan k bharose chor diya ki kahi airtel walo ki nind khule air wo apne grahakon ko dhayan de .

                              I request for the new sim on 5/8/2019 and they gave me new sim, after 2 days still the sim was not activated and they said that my request has been rejected saying that info is mismatching which is not true as they didn't updated the details in their system when i bought hte sim for tha first time
                              On 7/8/2019 they gave another sim and that too was rejected agains quoting that the information provided was not matching.
                              The first tim proof provided was driving license this time same proof was provided but they rejected this time..
                              So i was left with no choice than to bought a new sim which was postpaid.. Now i have to pay around 600 for 4 months. Only after 4 months i will ve able to change my sim from postpaid to prepaid. So sir i want u to look into the matter bcoz they have not updated the information so how can it be my fault..

                                I am KEERTHI CHAND NARISETTY having MOBILE NUMBERS: [protected] AND [protected] . I made my first call to customer care at 12:20 pm on 1/8/2019 with [protected]. I have concerns about repeated calls from customer care([protected]) and I have asked the executives for the reason. They have not answered my question and without my confirmation they have activated DND SERVICE for the above mentioned numbers and at the same time they are blaming the me for THEIR mistake. Again they have deactivated DND service without my authorisation . i have received calls from the executives to my number from their personal numbers .they have not provided any information regarding what type of messages will be stopped. “PLEASE LISTEN TO THE CALLS OF I HAVE MADE”. The executives are very rude with ME especially at the end of conversation .I have spent nearly 4 hours on making calls to customer care, but their response is same regarding this issue. The executives told that you have to wait for 7 working days.

                                1.They have activated the DND service without my confirmation and why i have to wait for 7 working days to deactivate the service?

                                2.they are not solving customer problem and they are behaving in a rude manner.

                                3. i have concerns about safety of my data with these two numbers
                                4. obtaining my personal number and making calls to my number without my authorisation

                                  I am being charged for calling 1860 series numbers in-spite of having a unlimited local and std calling plan and also acyivating rate cutter tarrif of inr 65/-.

                                  After reaching out to airtel customer support i was told that these are special numbers and you will be charged inspite of having a unlimited calling plan or after activating a tarrif cutter plan.

                                    My airtel number [protected] is 10-12 years old, when its network really best in performance. But from last 2 years its network is became worst. I complained so many times, every time i got answer from airtel cc team that network-connection/tower is under maintenance, and its till the time not fixed. The cc team have only default lines in answers as they were trained like that to make fool customer/public. Now a days, airtel sim is not able to connect any call or sms for bank otp or any message. Its recharge is also very costly on monthly basis. A middle class person bound to gave them money as in recharge whether sim network functioned or not. I faced this issue from last 2 yrs. And through out at delhi n other states. There is no a solution to airtel cc team/nodel officer - khan / management. Its my primary number and registered with banks / other websites for business. Nobody helping me out from this issue. Cc-121 not able to gave any solution, they don't know anything. Its really irritating.

                                      I have a one year plan activated in my account (Id:[protected]) on july 25 2018. Ideally it's end date is around july 21 2019. With in this tenure, i have activated one month feature safe custody plan on may 9 and for that 30 rs deducted from my account and customer care person assured me that it will be extended in my plan. Sure to cyclone fani, i have activated it.

                                      But due to delay in technician availability, after hundreds of followup, your escalation team has extended my plan for another 13 days till june 22. Then my plan validity has shown as sep7 2019.

                                      But today, your cheating started, when i saw tv, i saw error code 4 for few channels and validity is showing aug 7. And 12 rs deducted from my account.

                                      When i called customer care, they are saying me that in this plan, fsc can't be activated and your plan won't extend. And you will return me my 30 rs. And that 12rs deduction for activating a 333 ra plan without my concern, no message, no call, no email., nothing.

                                      Seriously guys, you call yourself corporate. My 315 plan i have activated fsc just for 30rs because you assured me that plan will extend. Now i am thanking god that i had not listened to your customer care who suggested to activate for 3 months fsc in 100 odd bucks... Otherwise i will end up in a huge loss.

                                      If fsc won't activate, how can 15 days extension provided. Finally i fed up with airtel. No more arguments. You guys are pathetic. Being a techie guy, if i am getting this trouble, i am understand for a common man how you guys are troubling them.

                                      From now on, i am assuring that my relationship with airtel for 7 years is going to be over.

                                        I have faced problems regarding network and there are many network issues. I have complained many many times but they have not given any satisfactory answer and can't resolve network related problems. Everytime they asks for such rubbish questions that you should put your sim in slot 1, etc etc but not a single customer care executive can solve this problem. I facing this problem from many years but i can't get any kind of solution. Customer care executive always have same answers and they couldn't have a satisfactory answer. Also i facing problems related to call drop but airtel has no answer. I just want justice.
