Before going to canada went to airtel store and informed them that i was planning to use whatsapp only using local wifi. I was under the impression i need international roaming to activate whatsapp. The store did not tell me that international roaming is not necessary for using whatspp. And they activated international roaming with zero rental.
In canada did not make or receive on call or sms. But to my surprise was billed 27, 000 for the month of june 19. I have not knowingly used any of the airtel services, was using only whatsapp. Got hooked to the local service mobile data automatically without my asking. Had paid the normal charges before the due date, airtel now threatens to disrupt the service if the amount is not paid.

Of airtel network for offcial purposes and last few month onwards, we are facing lot of network issue, hence, the internet was working with 2g and also some times automatically switching off the data.           I am unable to make calls from my airtel number [protected]. When i talked to customer care they told me ndnc service activated on my number. Please deactivate this sevice. I make so many calls regarding my job. I am facing many problems. Please deactivate this service fast. The numbers i am dialing are getting does not exist. Please solve my problem as soon as possible

            This has been going on for quite some time. Airtel claims to be the fastest network on tv but it fails to live up to its claims when it comes to the broadband services it provides. Thinking that something was wrong with my wifi modem, i have gotten it replaced after complaining several times to customer care that i did not get any internet connectivity.
            They came up with some scheme of providing high speed internet, which is available in the lane behind my house but not uniformly available in the entire block.
            When the phone is connected to the wifi, it says connected but no internet. What is the point of such a connection? I pay almost 1.3k bill for the telephone and broadband service but i'm yet to get my money's worth!
            Despite changing the modem and making numerous calls to customer care, this problem seems to be never ending and i am seriously considering about taking legal action for deficiency in service.
            My sincere request to whomsoever is concerned, to address this problem at the earliest by giving me connection with internet.

            Yesterday 24-july-2019 I got a new airtel sim for my old uninor number . I received a message that the services will be resumed after 24hrs, but today 25-july-2109 after 24hrs i am zero signals. I received a message that sim is activated but no signals.

              I bot airtel digital hd tv one year plan in december 2018. This package have been continuous on deceber 2019. But the company disconnected (02.08.2019) my plnan before due date...

              I asked the airtel company customer care executive. Why disconnected my plan... They said... This rule as per trai guide lines

                  Airtel company not able to resolve the network connecting issues, This company transferring the main account balance to dedicated account balance and I m not able to send SMS of port to my airtel number to other network. Please resolve this issue,

                    I had recently lodged a complaint on calls and data related to the airtel. I was given an assurance the issue will be resolved withing stipulated working time. But no one has given any update on this

                      I am 13 years old customer of airtel but last 3 years i am nat happy with airtel because i am always have message sending error issue with my number [protected] from last 3 years. Before the same complaint was intimated and restored after 5 days. You tell why i should continue with airtel...?
                      It really very bad service please don't call and disturbed because past position we are calling to rectify our issue now mr airtel you have to know the now position and rectify our issue without any delay but why i m telling to you mr airtel

                        I have port my number and get a family plan of airtel postpaid but at my location i am unable to use 4g network. Several times i registered a complain on 198 and escalate it also but till date no response.
                        I just want to know is there any one to help me or again i will port my number.
                        I registered a complain on 24 june but till date no solution i am very sab this type of service is given by airtel.

                        But after 5 days when message for porting was confirmed the airtel aim is not showing any network...

                          Recently I opted for Airtel broadband connection. I made the payment to on 29th of July but i still the connection is not provided to me. I was said that the connection will be installed in 24 hours of payment.

                          Followup was made several times but the Airtel representative id not answering call.

                          Am I cheated here?

                            I am a Airtel post paid user and i have registered my complaints on 19.03.2019 to airtel on E Mail at customer care E Mail ID [protected]@in.airtel.com

                            My complaints reference number is - [protected] which comes to me from Airtel through e mail.

                            They have told me that the network related issue in my office area (Pin code[protected]/1 C/o Abhishek Packeging, chanditala Branch Road, Kolkata, West Bengal, Pin 700053 will be resolved within 4 days..

                            Now it is more than 4 months and our all employees in our office are facing major network related issue in my office. We are continue losing our business because for every calls to attend we have to go to the outside to our office. Because of the signal / Network issue we have lost around 60 - 70 Lac of business which was very important for a small company like us. I request you to please take a necessary action on my complaints.

                              I have been using a TATA DOCOMO SIM CARD since past 4 Years it is my primary phone number but due to inactivity the network provider has deactivated my number and unfortunately AIRTEL has bought the TATA DOCOMO Company i have called customer care of DOCOMO which was not reachable so I called AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE they said that it is possible go to airtel store they will give your prepaid no back after verifying your id proof but when i went to AIRTEL CAMAC STREET STORE (KOLKTATA) they said it is not possible to get that no back but at the same time i have called the toll free no they said its possible, but the service advisor is saying not possible then i went to THE AIRTEL STORE PARK STREET (KOLKATA) i have talked about my issue and they have checked it after then they are you will get your no but you have to pay 300 rs and every month you have to pay a bill of 472rs like i said why do i have to pay for my sim just for activation they behaved very rudely and said you have to pay either or go away. what do they want from us such a miserable behaviour and service it is a kind of harrasment i just want my phone number back this was the only reason i went there. (THE NUMBER IS REGISTERED WITH MY NAME SAHIL FIRDOUS AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS [protected] PLEASE DO RESOLVE MY ISSUE) THANK YOU!

                                I had requested for mobile number porting. The customer retention team of airtel called me and informed me that they would offer me a better deal at international roaming (Rs 2500 for 30 days to south africa). All i had to do was to convert my number to prepaid and contact customer care to get the pack activated. However after moving to prepaid the customer care says there was no such commitment made. I have all 3 interaction id numbers and can share if required.

                                  I have subscribed the annual pack of infinity hd pack last sept 2018 and that supposed to expire on sept 2019, but before its expiry airtel dth has disconnect the pack and added some other lower cost pack in the name of 'pay per channel' which i dont want. I just want my pack return and let me use it until its expiry.
                                  As per trai regulations and guideline the dth providers cannot disconnected or migrate the long term package subscriber users until the pack expire or until users request.
                                  I kindly request your support to get my annual subscribed pack (Inifnity hd) back.

                                    Whenever i am calling someone or receiving a call, my data connection completely switches off. I can't use internet while calling no matter what. I informed customer care, but they are not even acknowledging the issue. I am using pixel 2. I checked my sim with nexus 5 x and iphone se. Same issue. I do have another airtel sim. The same issue is faced with that one as well. This issue started on the day when airtel started providing volte. I checked my phone with jio sim, and found the issue is not there. This issue is entirely related to airtel service. Please fix it and provide an eta. Please don't force me to port to another provider.

                                      Hi team, i have raised hundreds of complaints on network issue at my home for [protected]. But there is no response from network team, how can i get a call from network team to visit my house and fix the issue. I am not getting any calls and it became full issue when ever i try to call someone. Data is also not working. And the airtel customer service is worst no one replied back
