As i'm docomo user... Forced to change the network to airtel... And the existing pack (97 unlimited 28 days) was halted without any prior intimation... Though the validity is not expired...
On customer demand, hoping each and every customer satisfaction is your prioritized business rule... I'm requesting to avail all reasonable docomo service packs for airtel as well...
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I cannot open all the webpages particularily those with http:// as initials as they get redirected to http://one.airtel.in/rcconf
Respected airtel officials, for past 6 months OTP received to my airtel number [protected] is, too late.Due to this problem I cannot complete many processes. So please solve this issue

    I have recharged twice 1699 on last july 2019 on airtel app. both are failed transactions and got a confirmation from 121 customer care

    "As discussed on your mobile number xxxxxx, we have checked our records and would like to inform you that there is only one successful recharge of Rs. 1699/- done on[protected] for your mobile number. However, recharges done on[protected] and[protected] for Rs. 1699/- (Twice) were unsuccessful.

    Since the payment has failed, the refund is usually processed by your bank within 7-10 working days from the date of recharge."

    After 10 days no money returned.. and airtel not ready to return as well..
    Telling that Recharge done twice and it will not appear anywhere and will be reflect after one year... I escalated to nodal level but no response
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I recharged my number on 6th july, It was a monthly pack but toady no call is going. I want to contact with customer care executive but its not connecting.

      It is to inform that unauthorised deduction of money has been taking place in my credit card number ([protected] - Axis Bank) since April 2018. As the fraudulent deduction came to my notice this month, I had to replace my credit card with a different one([protected] - Axis Bank) and have also raised Internet fraud dispute with Axis Bank for this month July, 2019.

      I have attached the details month-wise and also attaching the statements for your ready reference.

        New sim on 21 july 2019 was not worked i am surprised then i was visit and ask to check your executive rag... For sim home delivery. Checked and inform me your card was delayed you will change the card same i was to process. That time he told if you provide the voter i'd then your card will be activate 4 hours and if you don't have the voter i'd then your card will be activate 24 hours.in our company set this process. I was provide the voter i'd to your executive for the new card. He processed all the necessary thing.. Then he told me you will restart the phone after 4 hours but my card is not activate i was waited to long almost 20 hours but my phone is not activated. I paid rs 348 to phonepe personal account, took my photo at home and whatsapp chat attached and message attached

          I complained multiple times as per the process and got the service request number. All these service request are closed with a comment that dnd is not active and do it with this procedure. When i checked, i found it is fully registered for the last 1 year. Helpdesk just make customer fool by saying"don't worry, we will take care" and do nothing. I am told that we are sending the complain to backoffice but nothing change.
          Do you do anything for dnd complains or just waste customer's time?

          I am Manish Kumar Kumawat. I am using Airtel 4G and their big speed problem. I am don't use my mobile data.
          So, solve this problem as soon possible.Now I am using Jio 4G .

          Please close my airtel payment bank account and also unlink my adhar with airtel payment bank account.
          Service is so poor. There is network related issues all year round in this dabolim Goa area. Being the airport area. Really sad. Most of the people will switch the provider. After paying for 4g network, we don't even get 2 G. Really cheating people.

            Hi,
            This is regarding my airtel 4g number [protected] (Calling number [protected]) where i am facing internet speed issue. Download/upload speed is avg less than 1 mbps (Sometimes 0.15 mbps = 153 kbps) specially after 2-3 pm daily whereas its around 10 mbps at mornings. And due to this i am unable to connect vpn during evenings. Couple of snaps taken are attached which shows the speed received from speedtest.net. I have raised a complaint to the airtel customer care (Reference no.[protected] on 16th jun 2019 but till now there is no hearing. Request you to resolve this issue asap.

            Hi,

            Its more than two months since this network issue request is open and no resolution. Can you please atleast give a timeline when it will be resolved or let me know if this is not going to resolved.
            I'm trying to change my 3g sim to 4g. For that I'm getting call for confirmation after sending a message. But even if I press 1 it's not receiving any input. I've been calling customer care n my call is not getting connected.

              Sir, i have recharged my mobile no [protected] on 21/7/19 for rs 35/thetoral talk time showed 26/today my balance amount shows 23. That is packtt 23.78 and rem'balance20.43 why there is two balance amount shown? Further my balance isreduced only from tt amount and the rem balance of rs 20.43 is intact why this confusion? Why dont youshow full balance amoun? Pl clarify, as a senior citizen i request early reply

              I recharge my prepaid sim in time till my in coming calls not operate from ten days due to that my important persons could not contact me and I bear heavy loss so I request you to start my in coming calls immediatly otherwise I change all my airtel sims.MY MOB. NO. [protected].
              I have written million times to airtel for the issue but they are doing nothing but charging me continuously for the services which they are not providing properly.
              Government must take actions against Airtel which is cheating the people by showing false advertisements to the common people.

                This is to bring to your kind attention that i was travelling from bangalore to usa for the duration of may 22 2019 till june 22 2019. I got international roaming pack activated for 30 days for the amount of rs 3999. I left usa on 22nd june 2019 and returned to bangalore on june 24 2019.
                I paid a bill amounting to rs 6073/-on june 28, 2019. For july 2019 i have again received a bill for rs 6113/- from airtel with the international roaming pack amount added again. When i tried to contact the airtel customer service regarding the same additional charges i was told that i used data on june 21 2019 due to which my plan was reactivated.
                I had been assured that in order to avoid bill shock a one day charge would be made. Yet i have been charged for a full month, in the name of auto renewal. Is not imposing something without consent against all norms? I should have been specifically asked whether, i wanted renewal, and if so for how many days, instead o[censored]nilaterally and automatically doing it for one month. My phone number is a post paid number, so the bill amount was added and now i have been asked to pay charges for a pack i did not ask to be activated. Kindly see this anti customer attitude of airtel so that these extra charges are waived off and justice is met with.

                  Hi myself hitesh lohiya user of airtel card (Protected) my sim is not working for 2 days only showing emergency calls only i can't even call customer care number pls tell what to do otherwise i will have to take new sim or port airtel sim it's happening frequently please take into account this problem neither the mobile data is working nor call system it's giving very bad problem please look into this matter

                      Hai this is rocky here now days airtel company is giving very wrost service very pathetic service. Network is very weak and internet is also not working and no one receving customer care number. Plz requested any other person airtel officer contact me otherwise i will change the sim...                         I try to recharge of RS 998 in my mob. No. [protected] on 24/06/2019. Money debited in my bank (union bank account no. [protected]) but recharge not done. I call Airtel customers care on same day they told me that money refund in 10 days. I done recharge of RS 998 on 25/06/2019 recharge success. I wait 10 day for refund but I don't get any refund till now. I Call again customer care they replied bank fault ask there. I call bank customer care that give me 7 days time for refund but I don't get any refund. I call again call bank that told me that amount successful transfer so call Airtel for refund. I call again Airtel customer care they don't agry to refund my money. I send my bank statement also.

                          We 3 members are using airtel sim cards for our use, now a days it is difficult to make a call or receive as the network quality is worst. No internet is working, no connectivity. We are not able to hear anything, please suggest the solution for less problems. All the building members are suffering with the same problem

                            I have accidentally recharged a wrong number on 22nd July 2019 from Paytm Postpaid Recharge Service.
                            I am looking forward to receive a help regarding reversal of same.

                            I have attached the screenshot of recharge details and provided the reference number provided by operator.
                            I have already tried to contact customer support team but they are not helping me they told me that we can't help you out since you have done recharge from third party platform. Pls help me

                              I have taken the international activation for the '10 days only'. And i got the message saying that you have ir plan @3599/- for 10 days active your mobile i. E[protected] to[protected]. Automatically on 7th they auto renewed my plan with out any conformation from my end even i did not received any message saying that renewal information.

                              I came back to india on 9th. Now when i received the bill on 19th it like 9466.

                              When i called them they are saying this pack was auto renewed and asking me to pay the entire amount.

                              One more thing in my travel i was waited for my flight in malaysia, even there also i got the network without any my confirmation they only activated and asking me to paythe amount

                                I am facing some problems regarding continues call drop, and because of cell phone problem i was unable to see the caller contact number which was missed bye me and it is important for my business point.I had try to find the details from the my authorized account on official site of airtel but they are unable to provide me the information, i had also try for customer care contact (co.no.198)but there is no any option to talk with customer care on that line.so i kindly request to you plz solve my issu.Thank you.

                                  I have raised disconnection request 3 times.
                                  The 3rd one was successful but, i have been charged even i haven't used any data.
                                  The first request was canceled without any intimation saying i have agreed for 50 rupees discount.
                                  The second one i have talked with the executive to disconnect he told ok and asked me to pay 199 as pro data charges i paid the same but still not disconnected and i have been changed for 100 rupees.
                                  I raised 3rd request which is successful but still, i'm getting calls to pay 1000 for which i haven't used any data.
                                  I have agreed with the executive in the second complaint only to pay 199 as pro data charges not more than that.
                                  I have call recording between us.
                                  I need this to be solved.
                                  Even the payment recovery team is not talking politely.
                                  They are speaking so rude and not listening to my words.

                                    Hi, i have done recent last 2 recharges for 2 mobile numbers using airtel app via airtel bank payment during the offer period. As per offer had to receive 10 rs cashbacks, but not received. If cashbacks are not there, then why needed to mention like that. This is a new kind of business strategy from airtel or what. Please provide me with mentioned cashbacks.

                                      I am not receiving any single network bar in my office.
                                      Despite of multiple time complaint on airtel, almost every alternate talking to senior person on 121 still issue is same.

                                      Airtel engineer has surveyed and confirmed that no network is coming till no resolution provided. 121 people not providing even concern team contact details.

                                      We have more than 20 airtel post paid connection in my office. No one able to work at all.

                                      There are around 20 offices on same floor no one able to use mobile in office, if we walk down on passage i. E 30 feet we get full network.

                                      They just need to install booster of small size for that they aree taking sool long.

                                      Not understanding exact situation what clients are facing.

                                      Its looks like they are forcing to switch over jio network

                                        The internet speed i am getting here at karakoram hostel iit delhi is barely 50 kbps. Oh my god! This is the condition of india's fastest 4g network.
                                        I and many other hostelmates demand a quick installation of an airtel tower inside iit delhi near karakoram hostel asap.
                                        Else we are switching to jio or vodafone in which people are getting internet speed close to 20 mbps [speedtest by ookla]
