My account number was changed to advance rental without my permission and after that when i tried calling the customer care for the first time on 20.07.2019 - 545 pm, mr. Subhanshu from their customer care told that the plan has been set to monthly rental of rs 799/ month. However, i did not get any message. I called again on 21.07.2019 at 1924 hrs but the same request was not registered. On repeated enquiry the customer care executive mr. Sahil failed to give me a solution. Please help as airtel has raised a bill of rs 9528/- as advance rental and threatening to disconnect connection for no lapse from my end.

    I applied for new broadband connection on 18th july and documentation and payment was completed on 19th july morning. From last two days, airtel engineers are making us fool by telling that team is coming for installation of router. After follow-up, today evening they finally said they are returning money, 500 rs, back as connection can't be done.
    Can anyone explain this. Who would do justice to our waiting time of two days.
    Please respond.

      Due to some technical issues i'm unable to pay last 2months my airtel mobile bill which number i. E. [protected].
      After completed to pay all pending bill still it's not got activated my number.
      I'm visited so many airtel store there unable to resolve my problem and not activated my number.
      I'm requesting to team to activated my number immediate basic. Customer service center also unable to help me sorted out my issue. If possible arrange call back to my alternative number : [protected]

        Due to stolen of my phone with sim, i compelled to block my sim from durgapur airtel office on 10th. July 2019 morning and returned back to my home in the afternoon re-issued of the same no. [protected] from a local airtel store, bankura. But after two days when it was not activated (During phone saying presently out of service).. Some one say that after blocking if 24 hours not exceed re-issued sim will not function. So again by submission of my aadhaar no. And live photograph another sim re-issued by returning that old one on 17 th. Or 18 th. July. Now sim is in my phone, showing network but no incoming or outgoing, sometime saying network busy /sometime presently out of service. Being a regular customer why such suffering, customer care if asked they are saying we are unable to do anything about activation of my old no. (Stated that this no is my old one and ported long days ago to your reputed airtel. So kindly activate my beloved sim.

          Sir sometimes airtel 4g network is very slow sir i recharge 199 rs per month but we only used the data 700-800 mb per day
          Half data is waste because it's network is slow and some times voice call is not clear sir install another tower in my location to give me high net speed thanks sir another we can change my sim in jio

            I got a bill its unwantedly changed.
            Airtel is looting money with people who don't know what is mean by other services which they have value added services this is very serious please request to do an deep study first they send an sms to mobile we press end button but there is advertising keeps on pooping in an basic handset which has been used by my mother she doesn't know how to cancel and she just presses and button but some or the other services get activated and these people charge without knowing it's an add on number in airtel [protected] it's a family no main no is [protected] looting india in a smartest way think guys 1rs from 300000 consumers they pay there employees salary by this kind of ways and there customer care never treat people in a proper way they are not educated they don't have proper process after checking the bill i came to i just wanted to inform i cannot lose my tym for such things i am informing through this i can tell this as professional looters

              I'm facing network issue for my airtel postpaid number at home. I've been raising complaints from the month if jan about this. Since my complaint was never resolved, i thought if porting the number. I sent a port message in the month of march. I got a call from airtel, they told someone will visit my house and figure out the connection issues. Nobody came here but i got a call stating they are going to make some changes in the tower at issue will be fixed.
              I waited for 3 months but nothing changed. I've sent another port message in the month of july and decided that i'll port this time.
              I've again got a call from an executive and she told that she's sending someone here to fix it. It's been more that 10 days now and nothing happened.
              Giving false commitments just to retain customer. They're not really fixing the issues.

                I wanted to recharge my mother's number but by mistake i recharge to my number now i want get refund or transfer that recharge to my mother's number or is it possible to continue this plan after validity of my current plan please can this complaint resolved early as possible in any of about three ways please check that to transfer the recharge possibly to my mother's number

But the amount deducted but the amount do not credited in my beneficiary account. When i called airtel bank customer care they informed me that the transaction is successful from our end.                     I've converted my postpaid [protected] to prepaid and have also inserted sim in sim 1 slot but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects. Iwas asked to do 1st recharge from shop. So the shop keeper told me that he wouldn't be able to recharge until i get the number activated at 59059. I called 121 and they suggested me to try calling 59059 after sometime and i am still not able to get through. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                      Complaining since 31 May that my postpaid number [protected] not receving 4g sevices in Jammu while on roaming despite availability of superfast network in the area. Prepaid sim receiving full 4g whereas my pospaid not able to catch even 3g. Daily complaining but only fake assurance being given. No one has even called me. Very poor service.

                        Dear concern,

                        I have been charged rs. 3999 plus gst for international roaming which was not activated by me. I haven't even used the services for a day when i was travelling and in fact had activated ir services with vodafone who has plans for a day as well.

                        If just for switching on the phone i have to pay this charge i have nothing to say.

                        Plus in order to realise the payment of this amount airtel is forcing to pay by suddenly change the bill cycle. Whereas they have not even sent me the itemised bill for this amount. I am ready to pay for the services i have used (I am sure i haven't) but not this amount which airtel is fooling customers with.

                        I have been a loyal customer for the last 7 yrs with airtel and this is what i have to go through.

                        Request resolution on this case.

                          I am really upset with ur mapusa airtel branch which offers only 2 plans each on postpaid n prepaid.. Which is 498 n 799.. My daughter had bought one sim paying 250 n she was told that post paid charges per month would be 498.. Tell me how rates can be fixed... N plus prepaid also they don't have of a lesser rate.. Till date i'm using plan 199 on my airtel sim for so many years now.. I'm using g this sim from 2003.. I want a valid response to my complaint...

                            Dear airtel, i am very disappointed by the poor network you provide us... I can't even use my internet connections because there is no coverage at all... And i'm paying for data and if i am unable to use internet what is the use of it... Comparing to other network operators airtel has a very low ping and no coverage as well... Please fix the problem as soon as possible... Thank you...

                              I had an Airtel Sim registered in Bhubaneswar circle. I had ported my Airtel number to jio in 2016. Now after few months I have started receiving messages that my Airtel number is registered to a airtel dth account with the account id:[protected] and the location is Odisha.

                              I have tried contacting the customer care since the past 4-5 months for the same issue but they are still unable to fix the issue. I'm being said everytime that the person on whose name the registration is done would be contacted and the registered number would be changed but that isn't happening.

                              I am fed up after having no solution from Airtel even after having contacted them multiple times. They do say that it's not possible and they are forcing me to say that I have a connection of Airtel dth so that they can close the issue.

                                I was using airtel hotspot # [protected] from last more 2 years however were facing problem with our airtel hotspot since 2-3 months. I went to airtel office which is located at kalbhornagar chinchwad. There we met mr. Umed (Mobile # [protected]) who told us your current plan of this number is not available now and due to that you are facing problem and you need to change your internet plan. So we have ask him to do so. He suggested us to go for new number and he informed that your old number will not work now. I asked him to take request for the same and he told me he done it. Our new number [protected] got activated on 30th may, 2019.in the month of april 2019 we made the access bill payment for mobile # [protected] as well. As we got new number i started using number [protected] however it was not working only and our hotspot got completely closed. We have asked new hotspot to him which he told not available. Now we are getting bill for # [protected] which we are not using since 26th may, 2019. As i am not using this number i will not make payment of the same.

                                  Hello sir, i have a problem when i open some sites on any browser. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome, uc browser like (Facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and apn numbers i cannot open any website. I also change network settings. Please correct this issue.

                                    I have requestedfor a duplicate sim card on my previous number and it was said it will be activated in 24 hours and still not yet activated. I have tried to contact coustmre care but no response. And its been 3 days i have trying to activate it by going to airtel store but my problem is not yet resolved. And please resolve my issue as ssoon as possible

                                      I have registered for dnd and get lots of promotional calls from bank such hdfc, icici, indusind for credit card, loans etc. I got even 10-12 calls each day. I don't know why these bank don't understand that customer don't purchase these financial products like fmcg. These banks are looting us that's why they have excessive money to hire staff for such idiotic calls and wasted money in sending those stupid sms.

                                      And airtel somehow involved with these banks thats why allowing these to call continuously on even dnd number. I think i should change my service provider from airtel only that could be the solution.

                                      I must say airtel produced fake advertisement saying no#1 network. I guess it is the worst..

                                        Hi team,

                                        I have raised a complaint in jan'19 about the services of airtel. They have been replying with a standard response - "at the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to this delay. Basis on your email, we have already escalated and prioritized your issue to the concerned team and we will update you on the status of the same at the earliest." however, there is no resolution since then. I have pursued multiple times but no one seems to be bothered for a resolution.
                                        Next, why are you billing me for the services which you are unable to provide? I would need a complete refund.

                                        Please help me sort the issue ata the earliest.

                                        I am regularly following up with complains (198), nodal, appellate, customer experience team but all in vain. I have also written emails to the CEO. However, nothing seems to be moving.
                                        I have also requested for PORT out option but no one responds.
                                        I feel helpless and frustrated.

                                        Please help.
