I cant able to recharge my airtel number from any platform.
I tried recharging from airtel app but no luck,
I went to airtel store for the same and they said they also cant do it.
I have completed to costomer care, but every time they are saying they will resolve the issue within 48 hrs and still no luck.

Please resolve my issue asap, since i have to travel.

Having an issue with the 199 data pack
I can't use the internet it's too slow and frustrating .so please do fix it soon n thank you.
I am getting poor signal.Most of the times we are getting either 2G or 3G.What is the use of recharging then? Most o[censored]s are facing this issue.please try to resolve.
I applied for an Airtel Broadband connection and paid the connection charges of Rs. 500. The agent is not responding the calls/providing the connection, neither refunding the amount.

    I contacted airtel retail office about the signal capacity in dharmavaram (Specific area), they said that everything is fine, so i decided to port and i proceeded with it.
    Today morning my port got activated and i am done with all the procedural activities.
    But now there is no signal in the specified specific area, contacted the respective personal they said that we are not responsible and we cant do anything for the issue.
    The responsible person in their prospective is the person who sold the sim card. Infact that person is retailer for the said network.

    So now i want justice since they sold the sim card by saying so many lies.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    There is no network in my sim, not even weak signal is present

      They are not properly installing the wires, they get loose often and lines gets disconnected, last time phone was dead for 15 days. This time its already 9days.
      Please look into matter and see i get my rental refund.. Technicians doesnot listen to complaint.. They come and just tighten the wires.. Not doing it permanent..

      it not for me but same problems has shown in others phone

        Hi,

        My airtel prepaid sim services are expired and when i try to recharge the number through my airtel app or paytm, it shows either "transaction failed" or "airtel declined the recharge".

        I tried contacting the customer care through email on 25/7/2019. My email id is not registered with airtel and hence they asked me to authenticate it. I was not able to authenticate my email id through otp since my airtel number is not receiving any message as the services are expired.

        Could you please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

          A couple of weeks back, my airtel sim stopped working all of a sudden. Called airtel customer and i was told my number was active. So i assumed my sim card had been damaged and got a replacement sim from an airtel retailer. As soon as i inserted the new sim, i got a message stating that my new sim was active. I noticed the service signal on my phone for a brief second and then it vanished. Waited 6 days for the signal to be back. Didn't happen. Thought the new sim card was also damaged and tried the sim on other phones. Didn't work. Tried talking to the retailer about it. He said he didn't know what was happening. Called airtel customer care from my friend's phone, and was told that my phone number was active, but my sim was probably damaged and was suggested to get it replaced again. And so i did. I got a duplicate sim and when i tried it on my phone, then i lost the signal. The same thing is happening all over again. I haven't been able to pay my college fees or airtel broadband bill because my phone number is linked to my bank account. I have exhausted my supply of patience with airtel. Please help me. I am desperate.

            Sir,
            We, about 150 people who have been the permanent users of airtel for the last 7 years and residing in the sarai kale khan area of delhi. We have been associated with airtel dth for the last 6-7 years and we are taking airtel 4g plan for almost 2 years.

            In this regard, we have to inform you that the services of airtel in our area are constantly deteriorating whether it is ‘airtel dth’ or ‘airtel 4g’.

            Since, neither your services are good nor any help is made by your customer care number, which takes about 7-10 minutes to talk to your customer care executives, many o[censored]s have switched to other dth service provider viz. Tata sky, etc.

            So, we hereby inform you that if you would not improve your 4g services in our area within 48 hours, then we will have to port our mobile numbers, well before the next date of recharge, to other service providers whose services are better in our area, like reliance jio, through ‘mobile number portability’.

              I. Have airtel dth conection. But when i don't want recharge. This month for child exam airtel charged account suspended charge. Rs 15 and every time but. Tata sky not charge this amount they charge only when customers want to see. Please i want cancel this charge this is only for profit for company. Not benefit for customers. I want port to tata sky conection

                    Balance deduction from Airtel on calling even i have pack and validity till 31 july 2019,
                    I have Reference no.CBDVC[protected] issued from customer care.
                    After understanding problem i have refunded balance but deduction process till not stop, please look attached screenshot of my deduction and pack validity,
                    As per guide of costomer care i have send message and call to 1925 for stop main balance deduction and received sms as stop but deduction no stop..
                    pack details-unlimited calling, local, STD, internet, sms
                    Why airtel give money for special pack and dedication from main balance ??

                      I have been facing a lot of distress as I do not receive OTP to make any bank transaction. I have been getting messages from Makemytrip and IRCTC but nothing from my bank or the airtel app. There is nothing wrong with my phone and I have double checked with the bank. they have said it is an operator issue

                        I just moved in to a hostel where I can't even speak on phone properly for 5 minutes, I will have to haul the complete hostel or go to the terrace to talk on phone and i am writing this complaint on WiFi not on the 4g data that I paid for because not a single page gets loaded.
                        Please look into the issue.

                          I have lounged complaint about 2-3 months ago, but till date i m not getting any satisfactory solution from your team.

                          I was charged unprofessional i. E. Sim charges, other no charges etc.

                          Network error not getting calls - no doesn't exist!!!?
                          Internet not working or poor connectivity - it shows 4g...
                          I m very much disappointed with your services & feel cheated by your company.

                            As i'm docomo user... Forced to change the network to airtel... And the existing pack (97 unlimited 28 days) was halted without any prior intimation... Though the validity is not expired...
                            On customer demand, hoping each and every customer satisfaction is your prioritized business rule... I'm requesting to avail all reasonable docomo service packs for airtel as well...

                              I have recharged twice 1699 on last july 2019 on airtel app. both are failed transactions and got a confirmation from 121 customer care

                              "As discussed on your mobile number xxxxxx, we have checked our records and would like to inform you that there is only one successful recharge of Rs. 1699/- done on[protected] for your mobile number. However, recharges done on[protected] and[protected] for Rs. 1699/- (Twice) were unsuccessful.

                              Since the payment has failed, the refund is usually processed by your bank within 7-10 working days from the date of recharge."

                              After 10 days no money returned.. and airtel not ready to return as well..
                              Telling that Recharge done twice and it will not appear anywhere and will be reflect after one year... I escalated to nodal level but no response

                              I recharged my number on 6th july, It was a monthly pack but toady no call is going. I want to contact with customer care executive but its not connecting.

                                It is to inform that unauthorised deduction of money has been taking place in my credit card number ([protected] - Axis Bank) since April 2018. As the fraudulent deduction came to my notice this month, I had to replace my credit card with a different one([protected] - Axis Bank) and have also raised Internet fraud dispute with Axis Bank for this month July, 2019.

                                I have attached the details month-wise and also attaching the statements for your ready reference.

                                  New sim on 21 july 2019 was not worked i am surprised then i was visit and ask to check your executive rag... For sim home delivery. Checked and inform me your card was delayed you will change the card same i was to process. That time he told if you provide the voter i'd then your card will be activate 4 hours and if you don't have the voter i'd then your card will be activate 24 hours.in our company set this process. I was provide the voter i'd to your executive for the new card. He processed all the necessary thing.. Then he told me you will restart the phone after 4 hours but my card is not activate i was waited to long almost 20 hours but my phone is not activated. I paid rs 348 to phonepe personal account, took my photo at home and whatsapp chat attached and message attached

                                    I complained multiple times as per the process and got the service request number. All these service request are closed with a comment that dnd is not active and do it with this procedure. When i checked, i found it is fully registered for the last 1 year. Helpdesk just make customer fool by saying"don't worry, we will take care" and do nothing. I am told that we are sending the complain to backoffice but nothing change.
                                    Do you do anything for dnd complains or just waste customer's time?

                                    Service is so poor. There is network related issues all year round in this dabolim Goa area. Being the airport area. Really sad. Most of the people will switch the provider. After paying for 4g network, we don't even get 2 G. Really cheating people.

                                      This is regarding my airtel 4g number [protected] (Calling number [protected]) where i am facing internet speed issue. Download/upload speed is avg less than 1 mbps (Sometimes 0.15 mbps = 153 kbps) specially after 2-3 pm daily whereas its around 10 mbps at mornings. And due to this i am unable to connect vpn during evenings. Couple of snaps taken are attached which shows the speed received from speedtest.net. I have raised a complaint to the airtel customer care (Reference no.[protected] on 16th jun 2019 but till now there is no hearing. Request you to resolve this issue asap.

                                      Its more than two months since this network issue request is open and no resolution. Can you please atleast give a timeline when it will be resolved or let me know if this is not going to resolved.
                                      I'm trying to change my 3g sim to 4g. For that I'm getting call for confirmation after sending a message. But even if I press 1 it's not receiving any input. I've been calling customer care n my call is not getting connected.

That is packtt 23.78 and rem'balance20.43 why there is two balance amount shown? Further my balance isreduced only from tt amount and the rem balance of rs 20.43 is intact why this confusion? Why dont youshow full balance amoun? Pl clarify, as a senior citizen i request early reply

                                        Government must take actions against Airtel which is cheating the people by showing false advertisements to the common people.
