In have mistakenly recharged [protected] instead of [protected]. The amount that I paid was rs 448. But the Airtel service centre in not helping me at all. They are just saying that they cannot refund my amount as I have used Amazon app to pay. Please help me to get my money back type to my account.

[protected]@airtelworld.com on 2nd july as per your executive request and they have told me that i will receive my sim within 10days its been more than 16 days but i didn't receive any sim as well as they are also not responding to my emails and call. [protected] this was that executive number.

    My airtel sim number which was supposed to receive at my address is [protected]

      Kindly refer the below training email communication to airtel for your reference and understanding.

      It is so unfortunate that even after more than 4 months continuous follow-ups and escalation to even senior management, no action has been taken yet. I have paid my bills on time like a genuine customer and paid the bill amount fro last 3 months even without using the service.

      Due to network unavailability issues i was facing lots of problems because of which i decided to port my number [protected] from airtel to vodafone and to close this airtel number [protected]
      After several requests also airtel number [protected] was not closed and they were not allowing me to port my number by rejecting port for no reasons.
      Now the out going and incoming service to my mobile [protected] is bared without any reason and information.

      Need your immediate interventions for resolving my issue and strict action against airtel officials for negligence in service.

      Subject: fraud by airtel _no action taken against my complaint even after 4months of follow ups

      Dear team,

      It is highly unfortunate that, a consumer service provider like airtel is least bother about the customer complaint. Even after 4months continuous follow-ups and escalation to even senior management, no action has been taken yet. I feel like cheated and feel it is the violation of consumer service law.

      Dear consumer forum, i would request to look into the matter seriously for immediate resolution and necessary action against fraud.

      Current status of my number [protected]:
      1. Incoming and outgoing services from my mobile is bared without any intimation.
      2. My mobile number [protected] is inactive without intimation.
      3. Service porting request rejected by airtel and port unique id expired.
      I got a call from airtel higher escalation team (Himanshi-[protected]) stating that my mobile number is in inactive state and when i asked them the reason for deactivating my account she had no answer, rather she told if i want her to activate my number i will have to avail the service for further 3 months and after that i will be able to port my number to other service provider. I felt as i am being trapped and being blackmailed.
      I told her clearly i want my number to be activated asap without any condition, so she said she will have a discussion with her senior and get back to me but it’s been more than 10 days and i have not received any call from her till date. I tried calling her on the same number its coming switched off. I am not able to call customer support team as outgoing services are bared on my number.
      All my accounts are associated with this number [protected] along bank accounts, because of which i am suffering from financial crisis.
      If any fraud happen on my account i will completely held airtel responsible for the same.
      Need your immediate interventions for resolving my issue and strict action against airtel officials for negligence in service.

      I was expecting that, somebody from airtel appellate team would study my case properly and resolve my issue within no time. Unfortunately, i was having false expectations.
      There was a clear communication from my end regarding the issue and stated i will not be paying single penny to airtel henceforth until my no [protected] port to other network and which was agreed by sudha over communication dated on 27th june 2019.
      Later on 27th june i got an email from [protected]@in. Airtel.com stating my outgoing calls are bared. I was still ok as did not want favor from your network but on what basis you have written this email to me and have charged me this amount.

      Currently there is an excess amount of rs. 293.1/- is reflecting in your account. You would also be charged prorated rental for the period[protected] to[protected]. Your final bill is expected to be generated on[protected].

      It was delayed for more than 2 months due to incapability of airtel, why i would be paying for your fault??
      Last 2-bill cycle i had paid the bill was more than rs. 1000 each time still i paid complete amount without even using it because of my honesty. You can check in your database for records.
      Because of your delay, my mobile number port request is rejected twice. Now it is getting difficult to port. My outgoing service on my number is bared from your end.
      Still you have the audacity to charge me for the service, which i have not used.
      Ideally, i should be getting the last 2 months bill amount reverted to me for not proving the service as per the commitment.
      Dear consumer forum support team, need your intervention on the same and help me in getting justice.

      I am expecting an immediate necessary action to be taken against this issue and waiver last 2 months bill, which i did not even use, but i had to pay because of your failure in action.
      Again, i have applied today for porting my mobile number [protected] to vodafone service. Ensure this port service is not rejected again.
      Consider this as a warning, if issues related to my mobile is not being resolved by next 24 hours, i will go to consumer forum for legal action.

        This is regarding the subscriber id [protected]. I have taken the airtel dth subscription on 13th july by paying rupees 1633, while the bill indicates only rupees 1529.
        After one day of installation, i get the error of b0001 with no signals. When contacted the local office, they initially respond that the installed technician will come to resolve the issue. But after repeated calling to the office/technician, i get no response. Today when i called the technician, he just says that we only install but not resolve issues. I got multiple contacts who after listening to my issue tell that the same technician will resolve the issue.
        But after trying to call them again, they just switched off or cut the call.
        They have taken the money and now they are not responding with any sort of minmum responsibility towards customer issues. The local office just cut the call in middle when i called today

          This is with regards to the mobile number : [protected].
          I have been with airtel since the last few months and the expectation which was showcased through the advertisements is so high that the customers get convinced and come to your network.
          Post coming to the network there is absolutely no sign of relationship or concern for the customer issue.

          I reside at hennur bangalore city and i have been reporting network issue since the beginning. Tried lot of ways to come over it but of no use.
          I believe that this team to whom i am addressing the mail would take it on high priority and resolve my issue.

          I am having issue with network wherein the call some time doesn't get connected, while on the call i face issues wherein the connection goes off in between.
          The person at the other side say my phone is not reachable when i have 3 signals seen on the phone.

          Take this on high priority. Appreciate your efforts.

            I have done a bhim upi transaction in airtel thanks app from my airtel payment bank to another upi address but unfortunately i have given the upi id in which same airtel bank is given default. So the sending and receiving bank account is same. For which the amount got debited but not credited or not reverted back to my bank account.

              I traveled to nepal for 2 days but did not need international roaming or mobile data, so did not ask airtel for a roaming pack. However, citing that i had taken a roaming pack last year, they automatically activated a 10 day international roaming pack and charged me rs 4250 incl tax on my bill.

              I did not make any roaming calls or use data while on the trip.

              The call centre stated that as a policy, roaming packs get activated automatically, which i feel is unethical, illegal and unfair.

              I am requesting for a full reversal of the charge and seek the consumer court's help for the same.

                I charge my mobile number [protected] on 23 june 2019 from best offers plan of amount rs. 399/- for 84 days. During charging you discounted rs. 50/-. You charge rs.349/- for 84 days. When plan is 84 days how can you finish with in 28 days. Now you giving messages that your plan will finish with in three days. If you finish my plan in 28 days i will port my 29 years old no number to another company.

                  I am paying full amount for internet and call services but they fail to provide proper services. Most of the time i am suffering from network issues for which i can not make call and even unble to use internet service. I have contacted several times with the airtel customer support and their reply is same everytime which is my problem will be resolved within 15days but actually nothing has been changed.

                    It is very much sorry to say that airtel customer care executive donot respond to there customers. i have complained several times on airtel internet speed issue but that never been solved by airtel. this is in malkangiri odisha. on main market itself no internet speed. when we need it so much at that time it self it doesnot work. every time speed of network is between 100 kbps not more than that. very bad experience. they say that high network density wtf... big cities the dont have high network density. in hyderabad near durgam cheruvu metro station also so poor network .

                    i want airtel that please give priority to this complain and solve issue associated with internet speed please. in todays generation without internet we cannot live. so please have a look my problem. if you think that im not your valuable customer then also please reply that "we dont need you" ill port my network to other.

                      Airtel's worst experience in my life, the 35-rupees looted, the most being, the recharging service from my SIM card balance was also closed. The Customer Care Service also did not provide support for me. Likewise, even 13 years ago Airtel did not serve me in the same way, and it is still the same. That's why I will not recommend going to Airtel anytime in my life.

                        Im totally fed up with your sim connection. I couldn't connect my phone calls or net due to the bad net work. I have already connected with your customer care services but i couldn't find a solution. I request you do help me out as fast as possible.                           I want to file complain against airtel digital tv because they are not pick up my call or sms etc they are not able to comunate with me. I changed my package at startig of worldcup. Now i want to change my package so that can more help me in financial. But they are not pick my call. I call them 12 time in a day but they not received my call.

                            Today at 1.00pm when i am trying to call but it could not attend with message cellular network not available for voice call & no network. Your customer care service have not been respond or solved

                            Dear airtel team i complaint my network issue many time but no solution in this area indoor network is very low i dosnt satsifyied your service
                            I have accidentally recharged, RS 597 to my no [protected] on 16/07/2019 around 11am .
                            And i have recharged 399 also, I called to airtel customer care, for refund of RS 597 but they are not ready to refund the my money. I called 5 times to airtel customer care .
                            problem solved
                            I am callling Airtel for activating the Call waiting in my mobile since last week, Yet they didn't activated the same and simply instrcuting to dial *43# but no use. Contacted mutiple times but no use, Waste of time & money invested behind airtel team. My number is [protected]
                            Poor network. I cannot make a clear phone call. This unwanted obstruction posing lots of inconvenience for me.

                                I am dhinesh my landline number is[protected].. I got new broadband connection on 16/07/2019... As per the previous conversation from airtel office they told that speed will be 16mbps for 799rs.. They send a link to my mobile number and asked me pay 2828rs as advance rental and asked me to send the my id proof, address proof and the screen shot of the payment through whts app.. Now i got the broadband connection of 2mbps speed.. I asked the engineer i booked for 16mbps speed he told that there is no 16mbps speed in this area... Already i am having bsnl broadband 8mbps speed of 550rs in my home. I planned to disconnect the bsnl broadband after having airtel broadband the reason i took airtel broadband is for 16mbps speed and the good customer service.. Regrading this issue i need solution. I dont need 2mpbs speed for 799rs plus gst.. My mobile number is [protected].. The person who called me from airtel office her mobile number is [protected].. Using 2mbps speed for 799rs is waste of money. I never expert this from airtel. I need a proper scheme or refund..

                                  Sr number 90626918 — although more than 10 days this compliant is given... No one from airtel nodal department has called.
                                  Third rate department.
                                  Unfortunately i cannot escalate to any higher up in airtel because there is no provision.
                                  Therefore airtel knows that their entire service team is incompetent, hence the senior managers escape the wrath of customers.
                                  Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I've inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects. My number - [protected]

                                    Hi... I am airtel pre paid subscriber from past 12years. As airtel has stopped lifetime validity and forced there customers to recharge minimum of rs.35 or to keep service active. Earlier when i use recharge if rs.35 i use get 26.66 talk time as main balance, i[censored]nused it can be carry forwarded and included into main balance to next recharge. This has been instructed by trai..

                                    But from few days airtel have changed there policy and cheating there subscribers as well trai, now if rs.35 recharge is done, will get rs 26.66 as talk time plus 100mb data, but talk time is not considered in main balance and you cannot use it for any other service except calling. I was unaware of policy change, so call there customer care executive and asked that why the amount in about showing as main balance, she repiled me that it's not in the form of currreny it is in the form of talktile minutes any when it's not used within the outgoing validity period it will be disappear, it will be zero.

                                    After i made calls thinking that i have 26.66 minutes but the worst part that the call rest were calculate in currency terms, i, e 2.5 paise/ second, actually i can talk for only less then 19 minutes.
                                    I am feeling so bad how once most trusted brand has fall to such low that they are cheating there customers as well as trai.
                                    By this i feel that they don't want customer who recharge with small denominations.

                                    So day by day they are losing the customers

                                    Shame on you airtel

                                        I have online recharged for my mobile no. [protected] on 17 july 17. Tran id[protected] is generated for future reference and in my bank account balance was also debited. But recharge was not done successfully. Kindly do the need full for the same.
