I was using airtel hotspot # [protected] from last more 2 years however were facing problem with our airtel hotspot since 2-3 months. I went to airtel office which is located at kalbhornagar chinchwad. There we met mr. Umed (Mobile # [protected]) who told us your current plan of this number is not available now and due to that you are facing problem and you need to change your internet plan. So we have ask him to do so. He suggested us to go for new number and he informed that your old number will not work now. I asked him to take request for the same and he told me he done it. Our new number [protected] got activated on 30th may, 2019.in the month of april 2019 we made the access bill payment for mobile # [protected] as well. As we got new number i started using number [protected] however it was not working only and our hotspot got completely closed. We have asked new hotspot to him which he told not available. Now we are getting bill for # [protected] which we are not using since 26th may, 2019. As i am not using this number i will not make payment of the same.

    Hello sir, i have a problem when i open some sites on any browser. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome, uc browser like (Facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and apn numbers i cannot open any website. I also change network settings. Please correct this issue.

      I have requestedfor a duplicate sim card on my previous number and it was said it will be activated in 24 hours and still not yet activated. I have tried to contact coustmre care but no response. And its been 3 days i have trying to activate it by going to airtel store but my problem is not yet resolved. And please resolve my issue as ssoon as possible

        I have registered for dnd and get lots of promotional calls from bank such hdfc, icici, indusind for credit card, loans etc. I got even 10-12 calls each day. I don't know why these bank don't understand that customer don't purchase these financial products like fmcg. These banks are looting us that's why they have excessive money to hire staff for such idiotic calls and wasted money in sending those stupid sms.

        And airtel somehow involved with these banks thats why allowing these to call continuously on even dnd number. I think i should change my service provider from airtel only that could be the solution.

        I must say airtel produced fake advertisement saying no#1 network. I guess it is the worst..

          Hi team,

          I have raised a complaint in jan'19 about the services of airtel. They have been replying with a standard response - "at the outset, we sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you due to this delay. Basis on your email, we have already escalated and prioritized your issue to the concerned team and we will update you on the status of the same at the earliest." however, there is no resolution since then. I have pursued multiple times but no one seems to be bothered for a resolution.
          Next, why are you billing me for the services which you are unable to provide? I would need a complete refund.

          Please help me sort the issue ata the earliest.

          I am regularly following up with complains (198), nodal, appellate, customer experience team but all in vain. I have also written emails to the CEO. However, nothing seems to be moving.
          I have also requested for PORT out option but no one responds.
          I feel helpless and frustrated.

          Please help.

            My credit card was auto debited with 706.82 & 22/6/2019 without pin/otp. Please look into this and reverse the charges. I have never used the card from my end. This seems to be some sort of fraud that you have to take care from your end. I have seen similar kind of complaints raised by other consumers reporting the same issue. There is no solution that you have given so far. How are we going to resolve this i need an answer and update... I'll report this in all social media about airtel

              I have been a loyal customer of airtel from past 8 years.
              In the last second week of april 2019 i went to airtel store near sony signal koramangla to get a nano sim as i wanted one for my new phone.
              Mr manjunath from store told me to convert the service to postpaid to get a nano sim. I gave the required documents the same day. The sim got activated but after a month basic call (Both incoming and outgoing) and sms service got deactivated and a week later sim got deactivated.
              I tried calling customer care when there was network availabe but they were unaware of the issue. Later when i went to another store, they informed the conversion procedure done to get postpaid service was illegal.
              My number has been added as child to mr manjunath's number and then removed after a month and was told to file a complaint. I called this person and he requested me 3 days to activate sim. Now its been weeks and he is unreachable from every means.
              From past month and a half my sim is deactivated and there is no help from airtel customer service. As it is registered number i am facing a lot of issues with bank, office etc.
              And the irony is people from airtel are calling me saying there is overdue balance of 4000 when the sim is not even active.
              The store is unreachable, customer service is unhelpful.

                Helo sir/madam i want my call details of month jan and feb as my friend call me after long time in the month of jan or feb 2019 i did not able to save her number but i remember it starts from 8 so please help in finding her number by providing call details of jan and feb 2019 month as i have a very important work to do so i need to call her if you find any number starts with '8' please send me that i may be my friends number.

                  My no. Is ported from tata docomo to airtel. After network went from tata docomo. I inserted airtel sim but there is no network. I have restarted the phone twice.

                  It was also first showing sim2 not provisioned.now i m stuck and not able to do anything

                    I received a call from aarti, pankaj mobile no [protected] on 12 february 2019 offering me to install bharti airtel services 4 g satalite device installation.
                    From bharti airtel s mumbai office i received sms that further mr abhinav sharma will be in contact.
                    Mr. Abhinav sharma m no [protected] sent by mail policy deed of lease[protected] which executed in mumbai on 13/02/2019, and asked to deposit rs50000 (Fifty thnd) in given a/c no[protected] idfc bank ifc code 0021251 and a/c no[protected] code fdrl 0001981
                    For 31000/- as security deposit and stamp duty.
                    I have deposited both amount in both accounts on
                    14/2 and 13/03/2019.
                    After depositions there's no contact by mr abhinav sharma his phone switched off mail no reply. Mumbai office no reply.
                    Please help with needful to solve the problems.

                      I have applied for airtel broadband connection it has been 1week they told they will setup the connection within 24hrs no engineer has called me they came for filling few details i have also done online payment of 500 i have sent mail to them 8 to 9 times still they send the same reply
                      The last time i sent was yesterday they told they will contact today but they didn't
                      Pls help me with this situation get a broadband connection within 2days

                        I have been facing network problem from last 4 months i was asked customer care to take complaint regarding the network issue but they denied my request and taking inputs, at last calling many number of times, they have taken complaint ( No. C4GSP[protected]) (No. C4GSP[protected], and never resolved it, after that again i have given a call to customer care for the complaint status and issue, this time they were very rude and saying to me, to report in consumer court, how can consumer bears such type of behavior of employ.

                          In have mistakenly recharged [protected] instead of [protected]. The amount that I paid was rs 448. But the Airtel service centre in not helping me at all. They are just saying that they cannot refund my amount as I have used Amazon app to pay. Please help me to get my money back type to my account.

                              Kindly refer the below training email communication to airtel for your reference and understanding.

                              It is so unfortunate that even after more than 4 months continuous follow-ups and escalation to even senior management, no action has been taken yet. I have paid my bills on time like a genuine customer and paid the bill amount fro last 3 months even without using the service.

                              Due to network unavailability issues i was facing lots of problems because of which i decided to port my number [protected] from airtel to vodafone and to close this airtel number [protected]
                              After several requests also airtel number [protected] was not closed and they were not allowing me to port my number by rejecting port for no reasons.
                              Now the out going and incoming service to my mobile [protected] is bared without any reason and information.

                              Need your immediate interventions for resolving my issue and strict action against airtel officials for negligence in service.

                              It is highly unfortunate that, a consumer service provider like airtel is least bother about the customer complaint. Even after 4months continuous follow-ups and escalation to even senior management, no action has been taken yet. I feel like cheated and feel it is the violation of consumer service law.

                              Dear consumer forum, i would request to look into the matter seriously for immediate resolution and necessary action against fraud.

                              Current status of my number [protected]:
                              1. Incoming and outgoing services from my mobile is bared without any intimation.
                              2. My mobile number [protected] is inactive without intimation.
                              3. Service porting request rejected by airtel and port unique id expired.
                              I got a call from airtel higher escalation team (Himanshi-[protected]) stating that my mobile number is in inactive state and when i asked them the reason for deactivating my account she had no answer, rather she told if i want her to activate my number i will have to avail the service for further 3 months and after that i will be able to port my number to other service provider. I felt as i am being trapped and being blackmailed.
                              I told her clearly i want my number to be activated asap without any condition, so she said she will have a discussion with her senior and get back to me but it’s been more than 10 days and i have not received any call from her till date. I tried calling her on the same number its coming switched off. I am not able to call customer support team as outgoing services are bared on my number.
                              All my accounts are associated with this number [protected] along bank accounts, because of which i am suffering from financial crisis.
                              If any fraud happen on my account i will completely held airtel responsible for the same.
                              Need your immediate interventions for resolving my issue and strict action against airtel officials for negligence in service.

                              Later on 27th june i got an email from [protected]@in. Airtel.com stating my outgoing calls are bared. I was still ok as did not want favor from your network but on what basis you have written this email to me and have charged me this amount.

                              Currently there is an excess amount of rs. 293.1/- is reflecting in your account. You would also be charged prorated rental for the period[protected] to[protected]. Your final bill is expected to be generated on[protected].

                              It was delayed for more than 2 months due to incapability of airtel, why i would be paying for your fault??
                              Last 2-bill cycle i had paid the bill was more than rs. 1000 each time still i paid complete amount without even using it because of my honesty. You can check in your database for records.
                              Because of your delay, my mobile number port request is rejected twice. Now it is getting difficult to port. My outgoing service on my number is bared from your end.
                              Still you have the audacity to charge me for the service, which i have not used.
                              Ideally, i should be getting the last 2 months bill amount reverted to me for not proving the service as per the commitment.
                              Dear consumer forum support team, need your intervention on the same and help me in getting justice.

                              Consider this as a warning, if issues related to my mobile is not being resolved by next 24 hours, i will go to consumer forum for legal action.

                                This is regarding the subscriber id [protected]. I have taken the airtel dth subscription on 13th july by paying rupees 1633, while the bill indicates only rupees 1529.
                                After one day of installation, i get the error of b0001 with no signals. When contacted the local office, they initially respond that the installed technician will come to resolve the issue. But after repeated calling to the office/technician, i get no response. Today when i called the technician, he just says that we only install but not resolve issues. I got multiple contacts who after listening to my issue tell that the same technician will resolve the issue.
                                But after trying to call them again, they just switched off or cut the call.
                                They have taken the money and now they are not responding with any sort of minmum responsibility towards customer issues. The local office just cut the call in middle when i called today

                                  I have been with airtel since the last few months and the expectation which was showcased through the advertisements is so high that the customers get convinced and come to your network.
                                  Post coming to the network there is absolutely no sign of relationship or concern for the customer issue.

                                  I reside at hennur bangalore city and i have been reporting network issue since the beginning. Tried lot of ways to come over it but of no use.
                                  I believe that this team to whom i am addressing the mail would take it on high priority and resolve my issue.

                                  I am having issue with network wherein the call some time doesn't get connected, while on the call i face issues wherein the connection goes off in between.
                                  The person at the other side say my phone is not reachable when i have 3 signals seen on the phone.

                                  Take this on high priority. Appreciate your efforts.

                                    I have done a bhim upi transaction in airtel thanks app from my airtel payment bank to another upi address but unfortunately i have given the upi id in which same airtel bank is given default. So the sending and receiving bank account is same. For which the amount got debited but not credited or not reverted back to my bank account.

                                      I traveled to nepal for 2 days but did not need international roaming or mobile data, so did not ask airtel for a roaming pack. However, citing that i had taken a roaming pack last year, they automatically activated a 10 day international roaming pack and charged me rs 4250 incl tax on my bill.

                                      I did not make any roaming calls or use data while on the trip.

                                      The call centre stated that as a policy, roaming packs get activated automatically, which i feel is unethical, illegal and unfair.

                                      I am requesting for a full reversal of the charge and seek the consumer court's help for the same.

                                        I charge my mobile number [protected] on 23 june 2019 from best offers plan of amount rs. 399/- for 84 days. During charging you discounted rs. 50/-. You charge rs.349/- for 84 days. When plan is 84 days how can you finish with in 28 days. Now you giving messages that your plan will finish with in three days. If you finish my plan in 28 days i will port my 29 years old no number to another company.
