I have submiited a request from postpaid to prepaid in airtel store located in sahara mall gurgaon on 11th july 2019.
I was told by airtel person that only my outgoing will stop and to start that i just need to do one prepaid recharge but network will not go.
Now from last 16 hours i do not have network in my phone and its showing no service.
I have visited airtel store located in sahara mall gurgaon today again but did not got any solution for same.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I have done wallet recharge in my airtel app .. of 438 rs the money is deducted from debit card but the wallet is not loaded

    My airtel dth set top box has stopped working suddenly. I have logged a complain to the airtel via online customer support. An airtel engineer has visited on 10/07/2019 and said that your set top box has gone hang and it would take 10 -15 days to repair/replacement.
    My question to airtel is that, when
    1. My stb is in a warranty period.
    2. I have a recharge on it.
    So why you are taking so much time.

    I have attaching the required details.

    Internet speed is too bad here in Banashankari 3rd stage. I have 4G but for no use.

    I tried raising this issue through Airtel app but I see no response. It keeps showing that a new tower will be installed but everytime I look at it the date keeps getting postponed.
    Landline is not working properly phone line is dead ... network issue is increased pls request to improve your service

      My prepaid mobile number is [protected] and there is an existing pack of Rs 448 which is valid till 30th Aug 2019. Inspite of this, today they have debited Rs 23 for another pack for 28 days without any request from me. So I requested Airtel to cancel that new pack and re credit the amount of Rs 23 immediately but there is no response. Every 28 days they do like this.(debiting my account for new pack while there is an existing pack in force.)

          voice breaking during calls

          I've been using Airtel Sim from the past 4 years. I never faced any issue regarding voice breaking on calls till I recently changed my android phone. The phone is working perfectly fine because I tried a sim from other service provider and there wasn't any issue o[censored]nclear voice. But with Airtel sim, When on call, Voice of the other person is very unclear, it breaks in between and most of the times, I'm unable to hear anything. Please resolve...

            I have to done any payment through airtel and the unauthorized transaction was done on my credit card for the amount rs 1768 on 1st july 2019. As i was using airtel wallet so my card details were stored on the airtel portal. They did the transaction without my concern. Also i didn't received sms/email for the transaction from citibank. I am now trying to block my card and submitted the dispute with bank.

                  Hi, i am one of the airtel customer. My airtel no: [protected] (My geo location is srk arcade, ft no.105, brindavan colony, bangalore 560029.) i have recharged with rs. 399 plan for 84 days.in which consists o[censored]nlimited talktime validity and a daily quota of 1.4gb 4g data. Right from day 1 i'm not able to use 4g services on my handsets. Even though my handset is 4g compatible. The same i complained to
                  Airtel customer support team, but its been 40 days still my issue was not taken care of. They simply saying we escalated to network team, as soon as possible they will fix it. But its already went 40 days, still my issue persists.
                  Airtel customer support team is not considering my issue... They simply seeking time but none is fixing it. Whenever i give a call, they say we are taking inputs and escalating the same to network team. But they are not providing any status regarding my issue. They don't have whether the network team is working on my issue or not.
                  I have connected multiple times to floor manager... They simply keep on raised tickets on my number. But all of them are in open status. Here is the upic reference no.:ccnor[protected].
                  Out of 84 days of my plan...40 days i'm out of 4g data services. July 23 my plan will be expire, but still they seeking time to fix it. No one is taking action regarding my issue. I asked them to provide the general manager no, but they haven't provided. So please consider my issue and provide a resolution.

                    Hi, I have made a request internal relocation of my Airtel Digital TV within the same premises due to some building works done. I have raised a request number[protected] on 8th July 2019, they said my request will be attended and complete in 24 hours time, i waited 24 hours but got no response, called to airtel digital tv Customer care they said before 5pm the work will be done, but no response at all after 5 and 48 hours also.. like this i waited from 8th July 2019 to 11th July 2019. Some times they said due to heavy rains in Mumbai the engineer was unable to take tickets, some time they said the assigned team was not responding so they have to raise a compliant through email and i was asked to wait for another 24 hours of time for their email response from assignee team to get the reply. When i called to customer care one guy name "Prashanth" attended my call and he was very rude to me and said still i need to wait another 24 hours of time, when i asked him if this issue is not resolved in 24 hours of time shall i go to consumer forum to complaint? then he said, wait another 24 hours for resolution otherwise go ahead do whatever you want .. he said like in non polite manner.. was it my mistake to take airtel digital tv to listen all these kinds of no polite words from them?
                    They said they will refund my money, yes, they will refund the money but should they refund my pain which was taken by me all these 4 days ? all these 4 days i missed my entertainment my child missed her kids channels entertainment? should they refund my all these fun and entertainment?

                    I need they should be punish so that no one can face this type of pain from airtel digital tv again.
                    No proper contact for complaints no proper contact person for escalations no proper time to resolve the issues no proper messages no proper response from customer care or higher officials when issue escalations.

                    Attached are some messages screen shots that i got from airtel custome care when i called to them. They shows how many times i have contacted them and same message i received from them.

                    so, request you to take this issue as priority and do the needful for me.

                      Dear team, i have requested on 15-march-19 to disconnect my 6 month plan which i have opted. I got surprise sms and call on may month from airtel your due amount is 599 which was not opted by me. After multiple call with them then they said send one more disconnect request for this as well so i told why i will send this request again which i have not opted.
                      Final i have request to disconnect this plan as well on 30-may-2019. Still i am getting call from airtel to pay the amount which is not used by me.

                      Now they generating bill every month and till now the bill is rs 1761.47 generated. Kindly help on the same.

                      Now they are asking from me proof where i have requested the disconnect request. I was every time telling to them give me service request no over sms or email but they didnt send me.

                        I stay in nallagandla, hyderabad and have a very poor service from airtel since last 1 year. Have raised many complaints but the service still remaina poor. There is never proper call/data signal and i cant even talk for a minute continuously. Still, i am being charged every month 299rs+tax and have been paying it because i did not want to lose the number as it is registered at many places. The carrier has moved me to 299 plan without my confirmation and drastically reduced my free sms facility. Recently, i had to use the service sending some sms and since i am not aware of the changes in plan, i have sent many sms assuming sms service is free. However, i was charged for it. And the charges are very high.

                        How can airtel change my plan without any confirmation from me and charge me such a way. Also, without any signal and service, how can they charge me montly huge amounts of bill.

                        Also, If I pay my bill little late, then extra charges are charged for my poor payment. So, how would airtel compensate me for their poor service.

                        In One of my SMS, I have added an extra 0 by mistake and the SMS was sent to[protected] instead of [protected]. This was charged as international SMS. Without even knowing existence of the number, I would not consider this is delivered. I tried to make a call on this number and I get a message International service not available on this number. When the service is not available, how are you sure that the SMS was delivered and why am I charged for it.

                        Also, when I try to call on helpline number 121, there is no way I could talk to any executive to solve my issue. the IVR options itself were not working at all and I dont listed to options properly. It just says 1, 2, 3, 4 but we do not know what happens when we press those number. very poor customer care service.

                        Why should I pay 350rs every month without even one proper service from airtel. I demand a compensation of all the amount i paid with taxes since last one year, and the stress I had to undertake because of their poor service.

                          I have been calling airtel for around 6 months and still airtel is not increasing speeds, the speed is commonly 0-2 kb, as a result, i started calling airtel when i was preparing for my 12 board exam, and they did not solve the problem, it's been july now and the problem is still not being solved, this time i will port my sim to vodafone and not gonna waste my 250 rs every month
                          I will advice my friends not to buy airtel sim

                                Hlo sir i have recharged for rs.48 for 3gb data for 28 days from airtel thanks app. As soon as i recharged, and there the problem begins. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like (Facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and apn numbers but of no avail. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

                                  I have been associated with airtel for about 5 years and last year i upgraded my postpaid plan which granted me a free benefit of airtel secure handset damage claim. During the registration process of airtel secure, i was informed by airtel's customer representative that claim can be lodged within 15 days of damage. (Their t&cs say it should be done within 48 hours from'discovery of damage'). There was a clear misrepresentation of facts made by airtel customer support team.
                                  I damaged my device on 22nd june and because the damage mostly occurred on the back mirror (Which has a back cover put up), i was not able to detect it immediately. However, on 24th june i did see the damage and immediately tried to raise claim through the airtel application which by the way doesn't actually let you upload the documents. I again tried on the airtel website but the website also showed some technical difficulty. The next day (June 25), i call up at 121`and they tell me to drop a mail to [protected]@airtel.com with screenshots of the error which i did early in the morning and since then everyday i called airtel and mailed them with error screenshots. Finally on july 01, i mailed to [protected]@oneassist.in with my issue and they sent a link to upload documents which i duly did.
                                  On july 04, airtel secure calls to inform that my claim no. 4353607 is rejected due to "delay in claim intimation."
                                  When i told them that the delay happened because airtel website doesn't work, they said it was a different department and they have not received any proof from 121 about my daily mails or calls. Upon asking 121 to share my mails with airtel secure team, they say that they have shared all mails and i will not get my claim because i did not inform on time.
                                  My claim has been rejected basis late intimation of claim.
                                  I lodged the claim within 3 days of damage and any delay that did happen was because of airtel website not working.
                                  Airtel as a brand, this is how they are cheating their customers:
                                  1. Airtel in its t&cs mentions that claims can be made through app or website; but there app doesn't accept requests and their website doesn't work.
                                  2. On booking, their representatives make false claims just to meet their targets and get customer upgraded on higher plans.

                                  My airtel network suddenly started showing ""Emergency calls only "" . I tried restarting my phone several times but the issue didn't got resolved .

                                  This issue happened from today morning (4th July 2019), until last night sim was working properly.

                                  Where is the resolution after 15 days of my complaint. Airtel and Oneassist are both glove in one hand, both fraud companies.
                                  Well One Assist team did call me the day i beleive they received this complaint but since then it has been total silence. That was just a formality call to keep the customer even more hanging on the situation.

                                    I had submitted an complaint regarding non receipt of signal in my set top box. Same was redressed and forwarded a message regarding details of service engr and service charge of Rs 150. But your service engr denied to execute his work on Rs 150 and he demanded Rs 400 but I refused to pay rs 400. My complaint has not been solved. So you are requested to look into the matter that your service engr is more money than as fixed by you company. Customer is facing problems and if my complaint is not solved I will not your service and migrate to other service providers.
