I have written multiple times but Airtel customer care people are giving the same senseless excuse for past many months. And still I am not able to use their call & internet services at my place but they keep on charging every month on time.
They show false advertisements for the fastest network & even claim to provide the network in some remote areas, but I am not getting their network at the place where many people live. Airtel is cheating by people by giving wrong information & false claims. So this company & its promotors must be booked for cheating the public.

    With below earlier email reply by you but that is not acceptable to me. The above topic is the article that the corporate plan for the employees with the bank of maharashtra has recently been tieuped by the company of airtel and under it dinesh chand meena mobile number [protected] oshivara andheri branch, by me miss nikita madam ports of old idea sim port to airtel before 25/06/2019 but my idea simcard has been closed /ported and for seven days, but after so much time has passed i did not get the new sim card of airtel, and for seven days i have been given a single message that your sim card will be available to you in oshiwara 1207 branch of bank of maharashtra under two days but my idea sim card it has been closed for seven days but airtel's sim card is not being sent and then if i have complained, then three days later the answer comes from the mail that this number and mail id or mobile number of email id not registered with us. Here because of that so that by you tieup bank of recently maharashtra have registered then mail the mobile said. With this kind of response, it seems that the complaint is to be overlooked not resolved

      I am facing slow internet speed in my as possible i have complained many times to airtel executives but my problem is not solved... My youtube videos are buffering it takes 3-4minutes to load and again it stops... I cant even view simple whatsapp or instagram pictures... I recently ported to airtel... Thinking that airtel has good network but i was fool... The network is pathetic... My internet is running at 240kbps of speed which is useless... I use 3gb of data every day... Im completely dependent on internet... I cant do my work... Please solve my problem...

        Hello,

        My name is viswajith. My vodafone number is 9731*53. Recently, on may 05, i had opted for airtel broadband hoping for better and faster internet connection. However, it turned out to be worse than my previous network. So i called airtel customer care umpteen times and finally raised a account cancellation request. Even though customer care executive agreed to close my account, but i got no mail from airtel stating the same. One month down the line bill was generated for rs 910 and customer care executives were continuously calling me (5 times a day) and harassing me to make the payment. So i talked to a executive and agreed to make the payment just for those 7 days from usage and cancellation request just to stop this harassment. However, now am getting umpteen calls from airtel executives saying they will send someone to right the network issues i faced. I outrightly deny that service and just ask them to close my account and stop calling me but still they are calling and harassing me everyday.

        HI this is Parveen Kaushik i am getting regular harassment calls from your executive name pramod he installed internet in my house on 7/April/21 and promised to install in 2500/- and now he is charged me 2828 and he said he will return 2
        328 rs back or he will give me a phone for hole offer but he never gave any thing when i use to call him he use to abuse and speak in vulgar language so please look in to this matter very seriously his number is [protected] pramod today he gave me 300/-rs and threatened to come in the night and take 3 times the amount so please look in to this matter in have launched a police complain n also,

        He called me and Asked my name after that he started abusing and threatening me.
        That person was telling that I'll murder you.
        His calling timing was 10:09 AM on 20th July.
        I searched his contact no. then on Truecaller i found that it was From Airtel office.
        If you will take it into consideration sonner then it will be safer for me .

          My credit card is getting auto debited for each and every month without my approval

          Transaction of rs.411.82 made on sbi credit card xx7538 without effecting add'nl factor of authentication mandated by rbi, at www.airtel.in (Pgsi) on 6 jul 19.

          Monthly i am getting amount to be debited from my account on an un even basis

          I have updated thr amount status debited from my account

          Please provide an solution for it

            Airtel is having a regular network issue. By contacting the customer service they says that they'll make it fast for having a better services. But they will not take any steps against our complaints. I need to have a better and excellent network as I need. Or else I'll change my Airtel connection to some other connection.

                  I am facing slow internet speed in my home please solve this problem as soon as possible I am using 4g Airtel hotspot. I checked the speed of the hotspot internet it is not even downloading a single mb per sec and uploading not even a kB and I even checked open network in Airtel app it shows data poor and voice quality good please solve this problem

                    I have complaint about that 10-12 time already over 2 weeks and they are just like "sir, we have forwarded your complaint and we'll reach you soon with the resolution".
                    I didn't have any satisfactory response from them.

                        Its disastrous that i came to know my airtel number has been trapped and someone from airtel customer care support team are working in sharing my calls and messages. I have got threat at my other internet apps and bank details and came to know. Many time my callers say first its connecting to someone and then to me and also i noticed when am getting calls, and yesterday my gmail passwords have been changed. And after i suspected i simply bought new voda number but yesterday that also the issue.
                        So thought to raise complaint against these and if not addressed have to look for cyber complaint.
                        Please give me proper solution or advise.

                          I have posted this complaint on 2nd july,
                          It is not resolved, but it marked as resolved.

                          I have up upgraded from standard set top box to hd connection.
                          Airtel person visited my home and set up my tv to receive hd signal.

                          Airtel person has created a new id for hd signal, i was not aware.
                          He has registered a new id for the same mobile number. And he was supposed to delete or deactivate my old connection. The old set top box is not connected now, but airtel is keeping the old id in the active state, and all my recharges are going to old id (Corresponds to old set top box, which is not connected, junked). Since last one month i have registered several complaints regarding this. Still they have not responded.
                          Honestly, i don't feel like writing all the stories. I simplified it a lot.
                          Since last one month, i have made atleast 15 calls to customer care, all the time they tell some stories, promise me to resolve, bot nothing has happened.

                          Airtel service is really very bad & dishonest

                            It is to inform you that we approx 2500 indians are living in lebanon and using airtel sim cards but due to non availability of international roaming packs of airtal network, we are unable to use this network for calling purpose. Hence, it is requested to consider this matter and please make us able to connect with our family through your fastest network. It will be very helpful to the whole indians living in lebanon and more important thing is airtel can provide the more facilities to us overseas by charging minimum rates.

                              Tried getting my tele verification from airtel by dialing 59059 but wasn't able to since i had no signal though my sim was detected by my cell phone. So tried doing the verification by my other cell phone that is the alternate mobile number but 59059 was unreachable till long time. This is frustrating as there r works lined up that requires an active network. Tried calling 198 but wasn't able to complain about the matter. This should be solved in an urgent basis.

                                I added money to my airtel payments bank to pay for my purchase at myntra. But it keeps declining the payment. Then i tried to send that stuck money to other people or banks but it shows service temporarily unavailable.
                                I also tried to send the stucked money to merchant accounts but it says the credentials are invalid even when i give proper credentials.

                                This is the display of very poor management of airtel payments bank. I only want my money back. Thats it.

                                  good afternoon iam using last 8 to 10 years airtel dth sevices. the mainly problem arising in january 2019.company was offering me in january through the text msg in my mobile that after 1 feb 2019 TRAI will decided guideline be changed that why airtel providing one year annuwal package 1499rs. i aggried and recharge my airtel dth id < [protected]> .
                                  iam follow the telecom regulatory rule that if any consumer recharge before 1 feb 2019 the comapny should apply his present package using for one year.
                                  but after month apriil airtel dth company call me and said that choose the package. iam saying her customer care that my plas was for one year and i recharge already in januwary 2019.
                                  recently last month june 26 dth company suspended my acount and stoping my services.
                                  after that time iam several time call on airtel dth customer care but he not short my problem and sayi g presntly 400rs rental pan in my dth id. iam shocking that i feel that this company and many company doing daily cheat and thug with citizen of our country.
                                  kindly sir do the heavy action against the cheat dth airtel comapny to a good mesg to our inddain people.
                                  i hope u take a strong action on airtel dth company and short out my problem.
                                  if not response timely by your side i file a compaint in highcourt o[censored]ttrakhad.

                                    The airtel line is disconnected in our apartment for last 4 days. There is no proper information from Airtel. Customer care keeps changing the ETA every three hours and no other information is given by them. There is no clear information or notification from Airtel. This is a pathetic service from Airtel. Please fix the issue as soon as possible.

                                      I have applied for closure of Post-paid Mobile connection. But M/s. AIRTEL, KOLKATA has raised a bill of Rs.2370/- inspite of regular payments of monthly rent. This is huge inflated bill for which I am not responsible for making any payment. Please remove the anomaly so that this defective bill is revised.

                                        Hi, i zulfikar ali. Was on my tour to london for nearly 40-45 days. Now came back in town and found my number ([protected]) has been barred (Incoming outgoing both). Even recharge with 35rs validity pack i'm unable to make or receive the calls.

                                        The customer care representative didn't even check in the system for 11 mnts call and continuously told me go to the store - go to the store.

                                        Worst customer service i have ever experienced.

                                        Kindly bring some solution so that i can live happily with the service going forward.

                                        Airtel is sending free 10 gb sms daily. But the data cannot be redeemed. Further i called their customer care and they said there are no such offers in my device. Then why are they sending the sms?
                                        FaceTime is not active on my iPhone. iMessage is active. I lost 15 rupees in this process. I tried calling customer care, they don’t even heard about it.
                                        Airtel is the worst network that i have ever used. 4g is just the name not even geeting 40kbps.
