My sim with number [protected] was working fine until today's morning, and suddenly it stopped getting detected in my phone's sim slot, i tried to put the sim in other phone's too, and yet the sim is not getting detected, i tried to contact them with my email and they are responding to authenticate the email id through otp they sent to the number, how can someone do that when the sim isn't working, please help me out as that number is assosiated with majority of official things, please contact me at no. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am Having Sun direct and I recharged above 700 but also is info channel is working properly
