I am using airtel network from last 3 years. After so many complaints and requests, still there is no solution, worst service near narela, no network coverage.

A very big problem of call drop, its impossible to bear this network anymore.
Every time, i have to go terrace to talk to someone.
Kindly provide me a contact point where i can register my complaint to get it rectified.

Really fed up. Worst network #airtel#poor service # worstsupport.

      My sim with number [protected] was working fine until today's morning, and suddenly it stopped getting detected in my phone's sim slot, i tried to put the sim in other phone's too, and yet the sim is not getting detected, i tried to contact them with my email and they are responding to authenticate the email id through otp they sent to the number, how can someone do that when the sim isn't working, please help me out as that number is assosiated with majority of official things, please contact me at no.         I had bought airtel dongle almost 10+ year back and i was continuously using it. However, in apr 2019, i changed my home and in new home i am not able to get 4g connection. I had raised the complaint in apr 2019. But that complaint was closed without any resolution. Unfortunately i don't have that complaint reference number. Again i raised complaint (Ref no.[protected] on 4th may 2019. However still no one from airtel contacted me regarding this issue. Called multiple times to airtel customer care and i am getting only assurances saying issue is already forwarded to concerned team and you will get call withing 24 / 48 hrs. But still no one called till writing this email and issue is not resolved.

        I also told very clearly during conversation with customer care support personnel saying, without this issue is resolved, i won't pay the bill. Since my connection is post paid, i am keep getting bill. On 24th june i got email saying if the payment is not cleared, connection will be disconnected.
        At present i am unable to use internet connection from airtel dongle and still my complaint is open. I hope i will get support from this forum.

          Our premises rule states to route all the cables through a duct (Which is 2x4feet). A technician categorised this as internal cabling, raised this to nodel level and strangely three levels in nodel office speaks the language of a technician. It’s good if all the level in the organisation is aligned and speak the same language, which language is a question. Till the point, it seems a technician runs entire service department. No offence to any role or individual but nodel has no authority or conviction to arrange visit by any higher level to reconfirm what an individual says. Same answer, sorry, we will surely help you, give some time and after few days “we can’t do internal cabling”.

            I am facing serious network problem, signal dropping too often. Its not at all acceptable. I went for airtel for proper signal, now looking out for different network due to signal problem.
            Customer care is worst, fully automated and there is no option to call and talk about this issue.

            Please solve this issue at the earliest.

                My name is harish kumar balaji,

                I m having annual package for 4 and more years with airtel
                This year on renewal last month i called customer care and asked about the annual plans they told u can go for 7690 some amount for all south channels will come, so i made the payment and finally i came to know that i was cheated with only tamil channels are coming not other languages
                I called customer care again they saying u have to add and make the payment
                From customer care they are giving fake commitments still iam raising a complaints with airtel customer care and no response

                2nd one

                My dish eash mot working so i raised a complaint 7 days back
                They allocated a service engineer callrd dhanrak - [protected]

                He came and done it not properly after that yesterday again video problem so i called directly to the service agent but he not at all came still evening
                Finally i called customer care and again raised a complaint on 27/6/19,
                They allocated the same guy, when i called him he was abused on the all
                And using a one line languages, is this the way you people are handling the customer?
                I got shocked and i was raised a complaint against of the service engineer

                They said before eod 27th june the problem will get rectify but still no body called and cleared the issue

                And the video problem also not get cleared

                What is the point o[censored]sing airtel?

                Need a prope reply else i will take it to the next level escallation

                  At tiwala, haryana 127310. Here is a airtel 2g existing tower but no 4g coverage at this location. I have complained many times but there is no satisfied solution has been taken towards this. Many customer complained against 4g tower upgradation but there is no solution by airtel can be derived untill. Money are wasting for worst services. I want a satisfication answer from airtel that u can upgrade this 2g tower either i will port my all family number from airtel to other network. Kindly give me update regards this as soon as possible

                    I am hereby state that we are having corporate connection in the name of ekanshi engineering private limited.

                    It was on testing mode and we thought if we get the better offer as well as better service then we switch to our more than 2000 from vodafone numbers into airtel.

                    We have 299 plan on this number along with 5 gb data per month but we are paying more than 800 rs. Since this activation of this number.
                    We are sure that, there is some error with your accounting since airtel is charging access data charge from us while in my airtel app it is showing that 12 gb left yet.

                    So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and get the telephone bill corrected.

                    Now i am sending back the telephone bill as well as screen shot of data left in my airtel application for the ready reference and essential correction.

                    Thus, kindly do the needful at the earliest & oblige.

                          Recent i had to shift my home in same pincode 500mtr distance, logged complaint on 9th june 2019 till day it is not solved and even update to toll free twice and multiple commitment has been failed.
                          And after 14 the june 2019 again i raise relocation request but due to incapability of bandwith they have de-graded 40 mbs connection 24 mbs and for update the same they took near 10 days. Post which i called to airtel ts they are not aware of the welcome code and happy code because of which i asked the agent to transfer to floor lead even he was not aware of the same. And told not to share the field team because of which they have fixed the connection and got disconnected the next day. I had a good service from airtel before this incandescent but fell pathetic service and from 20 day i am without internet.

                          Who will composite on the loss which is incurred due to delayed service i want airtel to refund the same.

Numerous complaints have been lodged by many people here to the on call customer care service. They haven't shown any interest in resolving the problem. Money is being wasted for this irresponsible service of the company. Since the last 5 days the internet speed is around 30kbps, where the package says of high internet speed. We are being deprived of the promised services and the complaints are not being taken into consideration.
                            Please resolve the issue.

                                I had the same issue. Is this a scam? I have paid 405.00 on 10th may. The transaction was successful but airtel is saying that they did not get it. I have even given them bank transaction number[protected] but they said they are unable to trace my payment. I have worked in a telecom it industry and i know that tracing payment by payment reference number is not a difficult task. This is either your system failure or big scam. I am very disappointed with airtel.

                                  I have been using this sim for almost 4 years but on 27th june 2019 it became completely deactivated automatically. Every recharge was on time, never missed a single recharge.

                                  I went to airtel office in hyderabad they are saying number is deactivated and they cannot activate it since it is of odisha state.
                                  They are saying you need to activate it from odisha only. For me to go to odisha just to activate the number is not feasible.

                                      I have ported my jio number [protected]to airtel. After two days of activation airtel has reduced my network speed at my location. I have lodged complains too many time. Then their technician call me from the number [protected] and asked me to call them if any problem happens and they told me to wait till 26th of june.                                         Hi! So i received a message from airtel that they are providing me free 10 GB data on a 4G sim+ 4G handset by calling on their promotional number. As soon as i called, i received 10 GB free data and here where the problem begins.
