Worst airtel signal in my area ramireddy nagar, guntur, andhrapradesh so u have to check signal problem in my area, always the signal box showing empty in my area so i am not able to connect to network. We are recharging with lot of money but there is no use at all with this network even for phone calls so u may require to correct the problem as early as possible

    As i requested for suspend my connection, one official called back and said we will resolve issue and he made a note that you can use the connection with lower price.. There was a complaint ref number[protected], says that will resolve the issue... But not even a message or mail back again after that and finally after 4 days, connection was suspended without any intimation also after suspension of the account.

    But here i am depend on the connection for my hourly base work and now here i am paying extra as fee for the business loss occured by me.

Voice caller told me that she collected my mobile phone number from Airtel. It shows that Airtel 100% selling the customers data to the third parties. It is the red-handed proof available today. What is your immediate action against the third party mobile number [protected]? In this way, Airtel cheating the customers with their clandestine relations/understandings to the third parties for their illegal incomes and says that they are trying to minimise the customer's problems. It is very very shameful to Airtel. Every day I am receiving a lot o[censored]nsolicited voice calls/SMS. I want apology letter from Airtel.com and capital punishment to Airtel.com. I am receiving threatening SMS's from Airtel.com every day for recharge, it fails to recharge they want to stop my SIM activities. Already 2 days backstopped my SIM activity. No incoming and outgoing services. What can I do? I am a senior citizen and a retired person from the private sector. I don't have any muscle power, political power, money power. So many complaints sent through their official customer care email id and also copies to TRAI, ML Office, Appellatewest of Airtel.com, Secretary TRAI.
      So many times sent email to Airtel.in, but there is no response.

        I regret for upgrading the setup box to ariel internet tv, i get error b001 since last 4 days but no engineer has visited till now to resolve the issue. The engineer either switches off mobile or does not pick the call... God knows what's wrong with these guys. I am clueless how the issue will be resolved.
        Can anyone help me how to fix the error code?

          I just created account on 19 june 2019...
          So i tried to put 1700 towards my first transaction through UPI .Transaction UTR P1906191626190471407605
          Date 19 june 2019 time 16.26pm
          But amount was debited from my bank account (sbi) but was not credited into the wallet..
          It has been more than 15 days refund hasnt been issued i tried 200 times to airtel customer care via Twitter...
          Phonepay has confirmed that amount was credited to airtel payment bank. Partner bank...
          See atttached proofs i had sone police complaint towards fraud.

            I have Airtel prepaid number for 12 years.
            Recently the balance is deducted without any intimation and when I trying to reach customer care they said your probelm will be resolved in 3 days, but I recieve no revert back from the customer care.
            On 19 June I had balance of 785 and it became 0 on around 25-26 june.
            On being asked from customer care they have no clue about it. Sometimes they say it is due to data usage ( i had free data left, so data usage is not possible), on being asked what was the data usage they do not have ans to it.
            Again I got my phone recharged by RS 100 on around 27 June and it was intact till 3 July, suddenly it became 0 on 4 July, on being asked for same they again had no ans or they said it because if data usage ( again not possible because I recharged with 399 on 19july to which I am entitled to 1 GB data everyday and free calls) and on being asked the amount of data used, they had no ans.
            I got my phone rechargrd by 399 on which I am entitled to make free calls for 84 days but whenever I making call, my balance is getting deducted and no amount is deducted for data usage, on being asked about the reason they say you are not getting benefits of the pack ( if am not receiving benefits of pack then why I am getting daily data but not getting calls free) and if I have recharged my number with free calls pack why I am getting charged for calls.
            I have attached the screenshot showing my balance on 19 june, my recharge details.

            I require a proper details and explanation as to why the balance is being deducted.
            If the balance is inappropriately deducted I would like to get the balance back.
            I hope you people can help and resolve the problem.

                I subscribed for airtel 7 days 6gb data
                And since then i've been tryin to access some websites such as webforpc.com but ive been getting this airtel rcconf and anytime i try to download it keeps on showing the same message and at time google keep on asking me to check their rechaptcha page redirect something and ive tried all the clear caches and apn stuff
                Please help!

                Network problem
                Always have a network problem with Airtel. After few interval of time it left the network. Always I need to select the network through network settings. Also have a range problem too. At many locations it shows roaming and internet is not working at same time.
                Call recording
                Am customer of Airtel DTH.
                The list of airtel dth is very wrong.
                They will Charge extra.

                  I belong to ashok nagar locality in guntur. I'm having trouble with accessing 4g net from almost one week. I brought this to the store notice.. They convinced that the tower around my locality is under upgradation and it will take almost a month to finish the process. Where is the benefit of recharging when you have to wait a whole month, and what about my money?
                  Now i can't even change my sim to other companies because i purchased the 3month pack just 15 days ago...
                  Please ensure that the upgradation is completed at short notice.

                    Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

                    I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared...

                      I had taken accidental insurance from airtel secure and it was almost a year when my phone fell down from pocket and got damaged. I submitted claim with full detail. I got a call from airtel's representative that my claim got rejected. The reason i was given was that external force is missing and it is not accidental but negligence.

                      Under this logic, every accidental damage can come under negligence and company will continue to cheat customers. When no solution was given to me, i terminated all services i was getting from airtel. But this does not stop company to loot customers.

                      I urge you to look into this issue and take some severe action to restore faith of people in insurance industry.

                        20 months back i bought a new handset from apple and got it insured by airtel secure for two years as per there promises and advertisements. Few months back my phone was damaged and was claimed through airtel secure and got replaced as apple has a policy to replace the phone instead of repair during the warranty period. So i was provided with new imei number and recently my phone got damaged again but the airtel team is not ready to claim my handset saying that imei is different. After the the first claim none of the team has informed me to update the imei so how i’m suppose to know what’s the next step. Now they have closed this case and after my complaint their customer service representative said that this offer was only for one year which was claimed by the company for two as per their websites application and advertisements but they have been charging monthly charge for that. If the service for just one year so how can they charge me for 8 months extra? This is a lie by customer service executive whose phone number is ‭+[protected]‬.
                        See i have been with airtel for more than 10 years now to infact my alternate number is also by the same network but this is my first time when i’m experiencing any cheating by the company.
                        My points are:
                        1. If imei was to be updated then why no one informed me about that and rejected my claim because of this.
                        2. Customer service executive lied that the service was for one year but charged monthly subscription charge after one year.

                                I have given a request for migration from postpaid to prepaid on 28.06.2019 in airtel store... On 02.07.2019 my postpaid sim has deactivated then after i inserted prepaid sim... But network was available in prepaid too...

                                So i went i gave a complaint regarding my sim problem to airtel store and called customer care n number of times even i mailed to them several times but they didn't solve my problem

                                Not able to do fund transfer as otps are stopped... Many problems facing from one week

                                They have not been resolving my issue since one week...

                                From one week i have not received any calls from my clients... I lost my business from this sim card and they killed my time from 02 july 2019..

                                They are very irresponsible...

                                  I've ported my tata docomo sim of ap to airtel in orissa. Porting request placed on 1 july but the harresment started by airtel on 4th july the new sim got network but the old sim also have the network.

                                  When i try to activate the sim ivr says your activation request is processed please restart the phone.

                                  From last 4 days i unable to activate my new sim and the old sim also stop working

                                    Airtel should be held to answer for misleading the public that it provides as 24 hour service. Yet again when i call the technical help line at 12am to register that my broadband is down yet again, i was met by the usual excuse "sorry ma'am but our server is down so we can't check anything and we can't even register your complaint so we suggest you call back in the morning." honestly why on earth would you pay an employee to sit and answer the phone during these hours when the answer is going to be the standard - we can't help you! Just let him sleep peacefully at home and stop advertising you can help customers around the clock and just be honest about the hours that you are open for service.
