I got flash banner on my "airtel android app", that is about "50% cash back upto rs 75 on first recharge".
So i have created account on airtel money and i also confirmed with the customer care member, "they also said, offer is available for you. Offer is 50% cash back upto rs 75 on first recharge".
After that i have recharged my number (Recharge of rs 558) using airtel money but cash back not received. I have asked with the customer care member, now they said "i am not eligible to the offer because of i have created the new account using airtel android application, offer is only for who registered using airtel website". And he also said harshly no cash back and try to take action on who give wrong "cash back" information.
I am very upset by the customer care. They are doing fraud in cash back.
If register using android application is not have offer means then why they showed the ad on application.
I have spoke about the offer with the customer care, why she not give the correct details, how she forget?
By this they are doing the clear fraud on cash back.
Now my request is i don't need action on the customer care member, i need cash back only as they said.
