    I accidentally recharged my number with the wrong pack... Can i get my money back with deduction so that i can recharge with the correct pack... I only got 10gb dat agar the 6 months... And that is very less for 6 months... As i was using 3gb data per day since the last 3 months... So 10gb is really really low... I just want to recover my money with deduction so that i can recharge with the correct pack

      Ref-[protected], feeling cheated as i m being charged for calling 1860 series numbers which are toll-free (Checked with them) in-spite of having unlimited local and std calling plan.

      On reaching out to airtel i was told that these are special numbers and you will be charged inspite of having a unlimited calling plan. They should stop making their profit by such malice means and should mention these details clearly in their bill plan not anywhere else.

      Also, checked with other operators such as jio and no one is charging like them.
      Would switch to other operator after having such pathetic and disappointing experience with airtel inspite the fact that i have been using it from past almost 10 years.

        Sir, i am having the airtel dish tv connection id [protected]. Before the trai regulations, i got the all sd+hd channels in monthly tariff of rs. 699/-. But after the trai regulations, i am having the 5-6 sd channels and maximum hd channels and for this now i paid monthly tariff of rs. 794/-, which is rs. 100/- more than the previous tariff. Government make the rules for customers satisfaction and not for the dth operators to make the profit. There is need to revise the fees of paid channels as well as ncf charges.
        Therefore it is requested that, airtel may be instructed to lower their tariff plans as well as there is also need to revise the fee structure of dish tv.

          I log a complaint against my internet is not working from last 5 days they are daily saying that issue will be resolved by today. Give us the last 1 day, we will give you calm back by so n so time but nothing is happening.
          Their technical team never contacted me and they are updating that they have contacted to customer and updated.
          Experiencing the worst service from such a big company. I am spending hours on daily basis to connect to customer care and they are not able to solve my problem.

          Internet is not working from 21st June. Complaint raised on 21 June. Getting update as from 25 onwards as issue will be resolved by today. I am only making calls to customer care to get updates but they are not contacting to me. They are updating logs as technical team has updated to customer but I m not receiving any call from them. I am an IT guy and my work is all around internet and it feels like they are harassing me and not solving the problem

            I purchased a new sim card and verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

              Hi,
              Sir today i got a message a message that my number for porting accepted and by 11:09pm i have to chnge my sim when network from old operator will go. But nowv my both sims' networks are not working.. And i am facing such an issue. I called costumer care and contacted airtel office but can't get any resolution. I am helpless now. Is it wrong for me to believe in airtel???

                I have two sim cards with following numbers

                [protected]- sharmistha chowdhury sarkar

                Now i am in kathmandu (Nepal).
                These two numbers are not registered with ncell of nepal.. Although other airtel numbers ([protected]) from india are working here.. Plz do the needful..

                Please activate roaming facilities to above numbers

                  Few weeks back my airtel sim suddenly got deactivated. When i contacted nearest airtel support centre they gave me a new sim for the same number. It's been already a week since i took the new sim still it didn't get activated. It says "your services have been set. Please restart your handset". Even after multiple restarts it didn't work (No network). Please help me resolve this issue asap. Why do i have to keep running around repeatedly.

                    Hello sir,

                    I did a recharge of ₹200 for airtel dth. The amount has got deducted from bank account, where as it is not reflecting in airtel dth balance. I called up customer care and they informed after 2 hrs it will reflect. After 2 hrs it was not updated, again i called them up and they informed it takes 24 hrs to reflect. I don't get consistent answer from customer care not any step taken from them to correct the issue. Can you look into this on priority?

                      Hi team, i have done succesful prepaid recharge theough amazon got opertaor reference number as well. However airtel not accepting that. Amazon confirmed that opertaor reference number always issued from airtel once recharge succesful. Now airtel can see that reference number. In between my money has lost.

                          I want to disconnect my airtel broadband connection since 3 months but they just won't do it. Customer care keeps disturbing me by calling daily to shift the connection or get a lower rated plan instead of disconnection. Every month payment reminder arrives when i am not even using the service anymore. I have requested multiple times to the customer care to disconnect my connection but all they say is that my disconnection will be done within a week and rest is the same story, it's been 3 months. I am fed up of their spam calls.

                            I am using airtel network from last 3 years. After so many complaints and requests, still there is no solution, worst service near narela, no network coverage.

                            A very big problem of call drop, its impossible to bear this network anymore.
                            Every time, i have to go terrace to talk to someone.

                                My sim with number [protected] was working fine until today's morning, and suddenly it stopped getting detected in my phone's sim slot, i tried to put the sim in other phone's too, and yet the sim is not getting detected, i tried to contact them with my email and they are responding to authenticate the email id through otp they sent to the number, how can someone do that when the sim isn't working, please help me out as that number is assosiated with majority of official things, please contact me at no.                                   I had bought airtel dongle almost 10+ year back and i was continuously using it. However, in apr 2019, i changed my home and in new home i am not able to get 4g connection. I had raised the complaint in apr 2019. But that complaint was closed without any resolution. Unfortunately i don't have that complaint reference number. Again i raised complaint (Ref no.[protected] on 4th may 2019. However still no one from airtel contacted me regarding this issue. Called multiple times to airtel customer care and i am getting only assurances saying issue is already forwarded to concerned team and you will get call withing 24 / 48 hrs. But still no one called till writing this email and issue is not resolved.

                                  I also told very clearly during conversation with customer care support personnel saying, without this issue is resolved, i won't pay the bill. Since my connection is post paid, i am keep getting bill. On 24th june i got email saying if the payment is not cleared, connection will be disconnected.
                                  At present i am unable to use internet connection from airtel dongle and still my complaint is open. I hope i will get support from this forum.

                                    Our premises rule states to route all the cables through a duct (Which is 2x4feet). A technician categorised this as internal cabling, raised this to nodel level and strangely three levels in nodel office speaks the language of a technician. It’s good if all the level in the organisation is aligned and speak the same language, which language is a question. Till the point, it seems a technician runs entire service department. No offence to any role or individual but nodel has no authority or conviction to arrange visit by any higher level to reconfirm what an individual says. Same answer, sorry, we will surely help you, give some time and after few days “we can’t do internal cabling”.

                                      I am facing serious network problem, signal dropping too often. Its not at all acceptable. I went for airtel for proper signal, now looking out for different network due to signal problem.
