    I brought a airtel sim om 17th june 2019, no doubt the sim activated within the period. But i didn't get my internet access till now due to the airtel carrier service. I had conversation for several times but didn't get resolved. I did all the things as per their recommendation but didn't get no result from that side. By asking them i got only reply that we will do it better, since 17th june. They are sending one message again and again that to sms 54321 or call 12118 bit non of these are not working also.

          I recharged my mobile number with their pack on 22.6.2019 and for that i added money to their wallet with my debit card and after confirmation of payment the money was debited but neither recharge was done nor i got back my money. I tried calling their customer care and they are doing nothing and asking me to wait. Please help me.

            This is in regard to the amount that was charged on my credit card on 11/06/2019 with transaction particular as www.airtel.in pgsi of rs.1237.85/-. This was unauthorized payment as i did not allow this transaction.

            As per discussion with hdfc credit card customer care rep this was some sort of pre-approved payment but i never approved any transactions like that. I need this issue to be resolved asap and my amount to be refunded.

            Pfa for the reference screenshot of my credit card statement for this transaction.

            Note*: earlier smart pay was active for autobill payments of my airtel bill and later it was discontinued. I expected my card details to be removed from airtel system and it seems like airtel is making unauthorized transactions on this.

            I am highly disappointed and this needs to be resolved asap. As i called airtel customer care and nothing was resolved.

                  I have recharged for 4G pack amounting to INR.448 using Airtel app on 16th June'2019. The transaction was failed but the amount has been deducted from my Bank a/c. Till date, it has not credited back to my account. Once the transaction is failed you have to proper steps to refund that amount. 5 days got over till now and I'm not sure what steps you've taken so far. I'm losing my interest in these periods.

                      I am suffering from receiving daily prank calls in a day 4-5 times since 4 days. Person on phone is speaking in a different language not understandable for me. He also using some bad words feel me insulted.
                      By truecaller i got that number is from bihar. please look into this matter.

                        Hello,
                        I tried to deactivate my airtel postpaid plan but there is no option available for the same. I have not even used my sim card and have got a bill of rupees 450 but my plan was of 399. Same problem happened last month as well and i got a bill of 515. Try to help me with the same because it's not right to pay for things you don't even use. This will indirectly affect you and I will have to change my service provider. Please deactivate it as soon as possible because i won't be paying the next months bill even if i get it.

                          Why there's no language options for the programs in CN, Pogo, Disney, etc., and it's only telecast in HINDI. Is this some kind of racism. That too most programs related to kids are telecasted only in HINDI and the language selection option doesn't work. Don't try imposing any language on anyone. People should have the freedom to select their own language. Even when we where under British government there was no such cheap activities to impose their language.

                                  RS 100.00 from My Airtel Prepaid Balance has just disappeared while my phone was not using. I had kept my sim in a basic phone just to receive any incoming sms while I was in Qatar. My phone has no GPRS / internet facility.

                                  Incoming facility call/sms is blocked due to some unknown reason, and when I tried to rise a complaint through email, they were asking to authenticate the email address through OTP which I never received in my blocked mobile.

                                  I have contacted them through face book, and an executive told me that the balance was deducted due for data usage.When I provided him with my phone's model name and IMEI number, he stopped replying my im's.

                                  I need my credits back and I will port from Airtel as soon as my issue is resolved

                                    I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have been facing severe network issues at my home for the past 2 months, not even single bar shows in the network it always says "No Service" the moment we enter the home.

                                    This is what I have done so far from my end and the series of events regarding this issue:-

                                    1. Raised a compliant on 20th Apr 2019 - Compliant No.90167902
                                    2. Received an SMS from Airtel that they are still working on it
                                    3. Called your customer care on 12th Jun 2019 and asked for the status, the customer care executive informed that they will escalate this issue and arrange for a call with the technical team
                                    4. A technician called around 1.38pm IST from the mobile no. [protected] and informed that they are still working on it. Also informed that, there is no timeline to fix the issue and they have no clue when this will be resolved as well.

                                    Despite of all the above events around this issue, I still paid your bills and continue to wait for the resolution for the past 2 months. Since there is no resolution or timeline from your end, why I should NOT look for other service providers just because of your technical team's incapability to resolve this issue for the past 2 months.

                                    For me this is a very serious issue because we don't use any other network at home by myself, wife, parents and my aunt staying with me in the same home premises and these are the numbers directly affected by your incumbent network.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have been using my Airtel postpaid connection from last 3 yrs and I have raised multiple complaints regarding network & data issues from day one.

                                      Every time submitted complaints are closed without any solutions or consent, but the billing is accurate always. Now I feel I'm being cheated by Airtel.

                                      Every time I get my message as we are working on your issue and will resolve it soon.

                                      Sent many emails to : appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com, but no response. It seems Airtel doesn't give any value/importance to it's customers, but values only customers money.

                                      I have been asked to change my mobile, I have done it.
                                      I have also been asked to replace the sim and i have done it multiple times, but issues with network & data remains the same not with billing.

                                      Finally I have called customer care and blocked my sim card, not going to take any replacement sim nor going to make bill payment, until my issues resolves.

                                      I'm even not sure, posting my concern here will make any impact, but I'm giving a try.
