Respected sir i am unable to use the sim. No indoor coverage. Unable to make or receive calls. No 2g coverage. Unable to sent an sms also.
I had mentioned several times to airtel kerala
But still this moment the issue continues. A airtel not ready to solve the issue. All the other customers are facing the issue severely. Unable to send an sms also.

    I am puneet i am using airtel sim fo last 4 year. Airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. Recently they deducted rupees 23 from my account without any proper reason. I called to customer care but they did not respond me. When enquired to executive. Ms huma ahmad she talks rudely and ignored. She told that your amt is deducted as per company rules.. Kindly look into it and help me in getting my balance back

      Hi there,
      I have noticed that in May month there was additional charges for international roaming for data, I was very confident that the mobile data was off and phone was all ways connected to wifi, however nothing happened even after speaking with airtel customer care team, later I paid the bill amount and was very careful in reconfirming myself that data roaming was turned off, here comes june and a whopping INR 2000 on data roaming, again the same result, no solution from airtel customer care, I have shared the mobile data usage images thru email, but till now haven't received any communication from airtel.

        From past 1 month i am dialing the customer care number for resolving my problem of internet. But they always give an answer that there network team is working in the area. Then at my last call they told that the network will be better by 1 of july.
        But as of today the net speed is still down, the youtube always buffer. Now when i called them today (01/07/19) they are saying that the network will be improve by 1 of august.
        They did not tell the updated on the reference no last generated by them.
        From last 1 month i am not be able to internet properly.
        Atleast tell the updated on any of the complain no. (Reference number)

          Can i get it from airtel regional office nearby.?
          Or is there any way that i can get it from airtel website.?

            Airtel 4g network here at Padum Pukhuri, Dimapur, Nagaland, very slow for many months. Can't get any work done using this network. Since we live here, seriously considering porting to Reliance Jio though been your customer for many years unless network speed improves. All Airtel users here are frustrated with the service here.

              Will visited service center (Vasai West, Ambadi road, Near Police Chowk) on 27th June 19 Request them to change my postpaid connection to prepaid, as they guideline and within 2 working days it converted it.
              on 28th june 19 afternoon it converted without any prior notification my data and incoming outgoing is disconnected That day Im travelling to out of station my phone is not working no incoming / outgoing will not able to communicate with anyone. will inform my brother to do recharge with Retailer with Rs. 248 it fail later will talk to customer care to do recharge on Rs.229, it fail on 1st July 19 visit airtel service centre same place earlier visit airtel service Executive suggestment to recharge with multiple amount will do it not happen anything no my mobile no is not working no help from airtel customer care last 4 days my no is not working will not able to do any business transaction.

                I'm not able to dial my mother's landline number of jabalpur since 9 months. While dialing i couldn't hear anything. It just gets dropped. It all happened so suddenly before i used to dial that number and talk to my mom at least two times in a day. Now i can speak to her through my dad's mobile. But i would like to know the reason
                Why it happened so. Can you please resolute it soon.

                I paid 490rs (two times) through phonepe UPI, but after both transaction my amount was deducted for recharge was unsuccessful, this is how i lost 980rs with no recharge. pathetic service.

                    After change sim issue not resolved they suggest me you port your no in postped such painfully.

                    I am paying for the 4g services... So why am i not getting the service properly... Where the hell is 4g net... Where is the 4g speed... I am only always getting a speed of h+ for internet... You say the bestest network for internet and its speed... But why am i not getting the speed than... I am having a terrible experience with internet here... Do something abt it!! Or else stop your non sense ads abt best speed internet

                    मेरे id से रुपया डेली काटा जाता है पर मेरा सेटअप बॉक्स की खराबी दूर नही की जाती है मेरा सेटप बॉक्स बहुत दिनों से खराब है मे बहुत बार कंप्लेन कर चुका हूं इनका कोई रिस्पांस ही नही है 350 रुपया लगता है बॉक्स बदलने में पर हमसे 1000 रुपये की मांग की जा रही है

                      Belgaum is a place full of colleges, and there is immense need for a fast network for the students. I have chosen airtel long time ago, but unfortunately airtel services failed poorly to accomodate the needs of customers. The standard speed test average is 0.35mbps for download and 0.86mbps for upload. I request to please provide faster network.in case betterment cant be done then please inform us so we can shift to other networks

                      I recharged my mobile number on 28 th of June 2019, with unlimited plan 399 .my amount got deducted but I didn't receive recharge.
                      When I m calling to customer care they are saying that no recharge has been done and they are replying that do what ever you want money can't refund
                      Dear sir . Recharge done .rs 220 on date 26.06 2019 .but till now not came any channels on tv screen .

                          Today i received a call on my air-tel number ;from the name of vijay kumar imo audio on screen. He told me that he is from any lottery brand name and i have won a lucky draw prize money of rs.35 lakhs. I was astonished and then he told me to give a four digit number showing on my screen but i denied and cut the call. The address and name on screen is showing "vijay kumar, +[protected], brockville, ontario, canada.

                          Please block all such calls.

                            Hi, i have tried explaining my issue to airtel customer care and wecare division of the same. They have raised a complaint each time i call them summing up to 4-5 complaints for the same issue.
                            The issue is
                            I have mistakenly recharged twice to a dth that was not mine.
                            The amount was recharged from 1) airtel app to airtel dth for rs400 around 7am
                            2) paytm to airteldth for rs200 around 8am. One such complaint#90437544.

                            Both on 23rd may.

                            1) was reverted but 2) is still pending.

                            Hence raised the complaint to airtel to revert the amount to my id. Sometimes they say that the amount has been refunded again when i call these guys, they say the amount is not refunded.
                            Can you track this issue and let me know where it has been refunded to?

                              Hi,

                              Now the airtel is doing deactivation for prepaid customer with out any intimation. When we call them they are asking to replace the sim from airtel showroom. It is intentionally done to get their new sim for their benefit. When we call customer service they are trying to divert to other areas and asking to change the sim. Support is very worst because of them consume is suffering a lot. Please have it addressed

                                  I accidentally recharged my number with the wrong pack... Can i get my money back with deduction so that i can recharge with the correct pack... I only got 10gb dat agar the 6 months... And that is very less for 6 months... As i was using 3gb data per day since the last 3 months... So 10gb is really really low... I just want to recover my money with deduction so that i can recharge with the correct pack

                                    Ref-[protected], feeling cheated as i m being charged for calling 1860 series numbers which are toll-free (Checked with them) in-spite of having unlimited local and std calling plan.

                                    On reaching out to airtel i was told that these are special numbers and you will be charged inspite of having a unlimited calling plan. They should stop making their profit by such malice means and should mention these details clearly in their bill plan not anywhere else.

                                    Also, checked with other operators such as jio and no one is charging like them.
                                    Would switch to other operator after having such pathetic and disappointing experience with airtel inspite the fact that i have been using it from past almost 10 years.

                                      Sir, i am having the airtel dish tv connection id [protected]. Before the trai regulations, i got the all sd+hd channels in monthly tariff of rs. 699/-. But after the trai regulations, i am having the 5-6 sd channels and maximum hd channels and for this now i paid monthly tariff of rs. 794/-, which is rs. 100/- more than the previous tariff. Government make the rules for customers satisfaction and not for the dth operators to make the profit. There is need to revise the fees of paid channels as well as ncf charges.
                                      Therefore it is requested that, airtel may be instructed to lower their tariff plans as well as there is also need to revise the fee structure of dish tv.
