I have keep on giving several complaints on My home app and billing issues, its not been updating and below are request numbers:
Airtel request no.
1. 69528560,
2.[protected],
3.[protected] Interaction id from Shariff)
4.[protected] Spoke with Shravan
5.[protected] Spoke with Aarti postpaid customer care service.
I am attaching screen shots of my app which will helpful to you
I am very angry on customer care and My home app. I have one broadband connection and 2 postpaid connections,
Broadband account outstanding is
Rs. 356
My 2 Postpaid accounts outstanding is Rs. 147 + Rs. 147
Rs. 294
Total
Rs. 650
Whereas in My home app its reflecting (screen shot attached) Rs. 1002.90.
I want you to rectify this so that I will pay the actual amount, which I am supposed to pay to Airtel, not the excess amount.
I need a call back to discuss about this.

Complaint marked as Resolved My issue shows in resolved status within 1.30hrs of posting, NOTHNG HAS BEEN DONE, its waste of our time to post here. Even the phone numbers mentioned in the website, no one picks the calls.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
