Airtel prepaid recharge for the number - [protected] for an amount of rs. 399 dated 26 th may 2019 was made with the transaction id - p1905261137327052596647, and a message mentioning "transaction failed" was delivered and hence a new transaction was made dated 27 th may 2019.
The failed transaction has been displayed in "phone pay" app as "transaction successful". Since, i have made a new transaction, request you to address the issue...

I have postpaid connection since 1 year, and due to delayed payment by 2 days my services has been barred, now when i went to airtel store in pimple saudagar, representative told me to raise a email request for transfer of postpaid to prepaid, i have raised email and still havnt got any response yet, i wish reliance jio break bones of these cheaters in the market. My airtel no is [protected], i have always complaint regarding excess bill of airtel mobile. Before last month, my bill plain was of rs199 and my add on no rs 99/- and unlimited calling these two numbers, even they were charging for these two internal calling. So i selected to port and they offered me rs 399/- and give 50 discount means 349/- and 199 for my add on number plus gst and in this plan, they offers unlimited calls and 50gb data...

Its been months we are facing issues with this horrible network! There has been no action taken against. Raised complaints multiple times across multiple areas. There is not one response given.

No network at ecospace, pritech or the surrounding bellandur area, same with the network at jayanagar, ashoka pillar.

Hoping for a resolution for the choppy network and the 4g connection....

Previously i used to pay 250 rs per month for dth package. Now trai introduce new system and my bill increased by 600 per year. Trai is always bosting that price will reduce due to new system but here price is increased and dth service providers are making money.in their package sports channels are not included and to view world cup you have to pay extra. World cup every 4 years still dd is not showing and asking to pay to stars. Any feedback....

I haven't use internet service as like normal, its very bad service from airtel, when i activate data service plan for this number, then i'm still a fool over 30days. I complained coustomer care service but no result. I think west my time and loss money

Sir i bought a sim last month. I go aboard after 2 -3 day when i return back after 1 month my number not working what i do. I want solve my problem as soon please do something as soon as possible. Is any plan that my activate my sim for a year cause i go aboard regularly.

I took an airtel corporate connection in 2016. The plan was of 256rs. First of all without taking my consent the plan was changed after a year to 265. Thats okay, i accepted that. Now this month i got a bill of 324rs. May i know the reason? I have nit used the entire data and hardly made 15 calls in a month.

I need proper justification and action else i will cut this connection.

I had relocated from hyderabad to noida and my netwrok was pretty bad, i contacted cs and they asked me to change the sim. I visited the airtel store in noida sec18 and they asked me to take the higher postpaid plan than i was currently and told me the benefit of amazon prime subscription. I bought Airtel broadband services last week, By Agent Vikram ph no.[protected], his team includes Karthik ph no.[protected] and Lokesh [protected].
Before payment Vikram had told that he will get free Amazon prime for an year and free netflix for a month. It is a week. Everyday the team say they will come and put otp and get amazon prime service. I have made more than 50 calls and Vikram and team have not come. They dont...

I requested to link my number in family plan, they even visited my home to link. But every month i am being charged rs 290+ as postpaid bill which i have been requesting to put under family plan. The response from airtel store opposite dav school, bathinda is that they will call me back after resolving the complaint. But i never receive any call from them. Poor service....

On 19/05/2019 i got recharge by paying rs 235 but in boath a/c rs116 balance is shown where as i recharge only one
The existing connection was valid upto 25/05/2019 and recharge should be effective from 26/05/2017
While searching channel in offer adhyatam tv was shown in list in the offer but in tv it is not shown

When i am selecting channels of my own choice there are nfc charges of 179rs. While choosing customized channel pack provided by airtel there are no such charges includes. Selecting of own channels has no ootion for long term package while the customized pack has long term package. Why this difference and what is the use of selecting own channels and paying the unnecessary charges. Is this approved by government if yes provide the details...

We are residing in mogappair, chennai where we subscribed to postpaid scheme in airtel for landline and broadband services. We got the connection disconected voluntarily by airtel since september 2018, we paid the bill till november 2018 for not even receiving the connection.
