I had the same issue. Is this a scam? I have paid 405.00 on 10th may. The transaction was successful but airtel is saying that they did not get it. I have even given them bank transaction number[protected] but they said they are unable to trace my payment. I have worked in a telecom it industry and i know that tracing payment by payment reference number is not a difficult task. This is either your system failure or big scam. I am very disappointed with airtel.

    Hi,
    I have been using this sim for almost 4 years but on 27th june 2019 it became completely deactivated automatically. Every recharge was on time, never missed a single recharge.

    I went to airtel office in hyderabad they are saying number is deactivated and they cannot activate it since it is of odisha state.
    They are saying you need to activate it from odisha only. For me to go to odisha just to activate the number is not feasible.

    Therefore, i request you to re-activate this number as soon as possible.

      I have given mail and requested on mobile to disconnect my land line and be road band services of phone number[protected] on 22nd june 2019. After wards i have received more that 15 calls to verify the same details: name, address, last bill, where r u going etc. This is a mere harassment in my office hours. I am getting these calls from mobile number[protected]. If not corrected i will go to trai and consumer court.

        Dear sir,
        I have ported my jio number [protected]to airtel. After two days of activation airtel has reduced my network speed at my location. I have lodged complains too many time. Then their technician call me from the number [protected] and asked me to call them if any problem happens and they told me to wait till 26th of june. After that day they blocked my number and i am not able to call them on this number or in 198. Please help me. I am adding my network speed screen shot and call attempt video.

          Hi! So i received a message from airtel that they are providing me free 10 GB data on a 4G sim+ 4G handset by calling on their promotional number. As soon as i called, i received 10 GB free data and here where the problem begins. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like ( facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and APN numbers. Also i cannot open...

          Facing issue with customer care and raised complaint. But no response and no action taken. Playing with my time..
          They are very lazy and not answering my call for few tens of mind.. Putting my call in hold for more than 10 mins... Wasted my time customer not even talk to me.

            Hi I had recharged my Airtel number with a basic 35 rs recharge as per the recharge there was balance of rs 8 after the validity so I didn't think much to recharge since yesterday they have disconnected the network itself since it is my personal number I have connected it with bank and all otp also and now recharged it with 199rs still network is not appearing hence ### up with this stupid network sincerely your frustrated Airtel customer Renish

                [Resolved] Airtel — Online recharge failed but amount deducted


                I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through debit card for Rs. 169 on 26th June 2019 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of Rs. 169. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                    Am your customer from last 4 years my broadband number [protected] with the name of Karan Kapoor. I am completing since October 2018 for slow browsing and every time same Airtel guy come n check sir this is ok I checked in speed test its showing speed 35mbs oh my god. I am fool or what I am for registered complaints again n again. I am not paying the bills outgoing barred. why I am suppose to pay the bills for that which was not properly working. In the month of may and June I booked 2 complaint for slow browsing but closed why? no visit has been done for that complaint only I received a call from Airtel executive for visit but no one come. Again I am not paying the bills my outgoing barred. Please look into this matter and unbarred my outgoing when I satisfy I paid all the bills which is pending or please disconnect my broadband connection I am not pay any single penny to Airtel. I received a call from customer care on 26/06/2019 at around 4:15pm sir your services cannot be unbarred due to an overdue amount so pay your amount and we will give waiver in your next bill.

                        Airtel dth providing pre-paid service to customers. To steal customer money, they are collecting fine for their pre-paid service. This is first time i am seeing the fine for pre-paid service.

                        I am having airtel dth service, when i do recharge they are providing the service. Once the validity ends my connection will be disconnected if i do late re-charge they are stealing rs.20 on each reachrge from my account with-out my permission.

                        Why i need to pay fine for pre-paid service?

                          We have airtel fixed line network connection in litost india pvt. Ltd. And received bill just hike from regular usage and no information airtel provided us two nos. [protected], [protected] of the employee but they never responded and not picking up the call and if we are calling at airtel's complaint no they put us on hold for a long time. And airtel' employee talked to me very rudely. Please look into this matter

                            I paid on line rs 399.00 on 13.6.19. But i was blocked and had to visit and pay cash to get re connected in the local shop. I am still waiting for airtel to refund my 399.00 and there seem nothing but stone dead silence from airtel so far. Shameful act airtel, quick to block me but not so prompt in refunding my cash. Dear mr mittel is that how you build your business empire by ripping off your customers and evade paying their cash back.

                              I want to know that why airtel is deducting my data balances without any reasons. I have a plan of 558 rs.. 3 gb per day.. But i don't know why airtel deducts 50-250 mb without any reason.. I want my answer as soon as possible... I called them but no response from their side..                                 There is no network in my area, pin code 263132, bhowali, uttarakhand.

                                My dongle number is[protected] and i have raised several complaints on the same.
                                I have reached out to customer care executive and they mentioned the same. Nobody has helped me through out my complaint course. We are facing several issues since more than a week

                                If issue is not resolved soon we shall disconnect completely from the network services.

                                    I had raised a request with airtel in the month of march 2019 to add 2 airtel numbers to my other airtel number for availing family plan which was provided on my number [protected](Which is the parent number). The numbers that was requested to be added as child numbers were [protected] (Added on the same day) and [protected] (Till now there is an technical issue at the end of Airtel and still not added). I have made a lot of efforts and have raised the issue by call the customer care and by visiting their store on the Bannerghatta Road, diagonally opposite Jayadeva Hospital. Each time I have made a call or visit I was told that it will be taken on priority and will be escalated and will be added in 24/48 hours which never happened. When the bill was separately generated to my number [protected], I made a call to them and asked for a waiver of bill as I was at no fault and my request was pending at their end due to their technical problems. They acknowledged the same and the waiver was processed. But the primary issue of adding the number as child number remained not serviced. I again started calling them to take an update on the issue and everyone whom I spoke to had a same solution that they will take it on priority and get it added in 24/48 hours.
                                    On 23rd May I had called the customer care and asked to escalate it to the floor supervisor the executive made me hold the call for few minutes and came back to say that the floor supervisor was not available at his seat and the call back will be arranged by the supervisor within 12 hours which has not happened till date.

                                    Again the bill got generated in the month of may in spite of their problem that they had still not added my number as the child number to the parent number of my choice. I walked again to the store on 27th may, 2019 where I was advised to call the customer care for the bill waiver related issue. I made a call to them and requested the same for which the executive clearly said the request has been raised for the same and you need not pay the bill. And the store executive recommended to pay Rs. 100 as she needs to change the bill plan and then the number can be added as the child number which is the solution that came after a lot of try. I obliged for the same and right in front of them made the payment. After the payment they said that they will now be able to do that and told be that this will be solved and the number will be added in 24 hours which again has not happened till date.

                                    June bill got generated and today when I can them I get a reply saying that on the 27th May when I called them it seems the request was raised for consolidation which I do not understand and there is no note made by that executive who said that the waiver is processed and I need not make the payment. How will I know what note is he making at his end. I just trust the words that he said to me as He is the voice of "AIRTEL" They say that the call will be recorded for their quality and training purpose which they can verify. Now today The supervisor who was on call with me said the above story and said that she will do a call validation and get back to me on that and also said that since the request that i made on 27th of may was not passed on she will now process for the waiver for the bill that got generated in the month of may which according to me had already happened on 27th may and since then I am not in contact with them, the june month bill will not be waived and I will have to make the payment.

                                    When I ask her the status of the primary problem of adding the number as child number she showed her smartness for once in the whole conversation that it cannot be done because their is a outstanding on that number. Is airtel trying to play with customers by misleading and by giving false promises. Why should one pay or why should even airtel raise the bill where they are at fault and expect us to fight with them and call them for a waiver every time the bill gets generated. This has created unnecessary stress on myself and in a way leading to health issues because of the pressure that I am undergoing. Stress and pressure is due to the false promises that the executives of airtel has made and Airtel itself making money by fooling us to make us run to avail the offer that they had extended to me and not servicing it. I need your help/assistance on this and they need to compensate for the mental trauma and damages that are caused.

                                      It's been 1 month only since I took the services from Airtel DTH and 3 times I had to logged complaint against the poor signal. Everyone I logged the complaint, the technician comes promises that that issue will not occur any more but after 2-3 days similar problem starts again.
                                      I have called airtel DTH customer care and they have very simple excuse which is "sorry for the inconveniences sir, we are logging your complaint pandit will be resolved in 48 hours"
                                      They will not provide you any of their senior number if you want to esclate the complaint further.
                                      Today I am writing because I am fully frustrated with executive name Monika, she refused to tell employee id when I aaked as she was refusing to provide any senior's number because I was not happy with her response.
                                      Today I logged the complaint regarding the poor signal, technician visited my location did something and it was clearly showing in his device that signal was not proper somehow he managed to get some acceptable signal I asked him tha signal still looks poor but he said it comes like this only.
                                      After 1 hour I realized that again same issue occurring and immediately I called customer care to send back the technician to fix the issue but Mis Monika said it is going to take another max 48 hours to resolve the issue. I insisted her to send the technician today only but she refused, I asked the reason for sending the technician today only but he explained nothing and disconnected the call after some conversations.
                                      My simple question is:
                                      * Why I have to suffer because of your poor connection
                                      * If you can't fix, please refund my money and take your set top box back
                                      * Why I am being charged when I am not able to avail the services
                                      *What about the mental harassment from which I am passing thru now by talking such customer care agents

                                      Request you to support as these broadcasters just cheating consumers and provide nothing on services except the mental harrasment.
