I ported my number from Idea to Airtel. But Airtel company has been failure to serve there services..My number has been port today(mid night 12am on date 20June) but whole day Mr kunal([protected]) and Tushar([protected]) are giving me so many excuses...but my number is not working till now. Can you provide me a solution about this..I[censored] r unbale to give the solution, then pls back to my idea serices..
I want to back my port request...
Sorry to say but I m not satisfied with your services.And I definitely take a legal action against company/company employee...

    RS 100.00 from My Airtel Prepaid Balance has just disappeared while my phone was not using. I had kept my sim in a basic phone just to receive any incoming sms while I was in Qatar. My phone has no GPRS / internet facility.

    Incoming facility call/sms is blocked due to some unknown reason, and when I tried to rise a complaint through email, they were asking to authenticate the email address through OTP which I never received in my blocked mobile.

    I have contacted them through face book, and an executive told me that the balance was deducted due for data usage.When I provided him with my phone's model name and IMEI number, he stopped replying my im's.

    I need my credits back and I will port from Airtel as soon as my issue is resolved

    I had given complaint regarding Network issue in may area in January, 2019. Not yet solved. No proper information. Updating messages of my bill but not solving the issue. No proper contact no. to directly speak.

      Hi,

      I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have been facing severe network issues at my home for the past 2 months, not even single bar shows in the network it always says "No Service" the moment we enter the home.

      This is what I have done so far from my end and the series of events regarding this issue:-

      1. Raised a compliant on 20th Apr 2019 - Compliant No.90167902
      2. Received an SMS from Airtel that they are still working on it
      3. Called your customer care on 12th Jun 2019 and asked for the status, the customer care executive informed that they will escalate this issue and arrange for a call with the technical team
      4. A technician called around 1.38pm IST from the mobile no. [protected] and informed that they are still working on it. Also informed that, there is no timeline to fix the issue and they have no clue when this will be resolved as well.

      Despite of all the above events around this issue, I still paid your bills and continue to wait for the resolution for the past 2 months. Since there is no resolution or timeline from your end, why I should NOT look for other service providers just because of your technical team's incapability to resolve this issue for the past 2 months.

      For me this is a very serious issue because we don't use any other network at home by myself, wife, parents and my aunt staying with me in the same home premises and these are the numbers directly affected by your incumbent network.

      Inspite of request and being patient enough for the past 2 months, there is NO sign or resolution from your end and since we have elders' at home without signal will invite unnecessary events in future for medical or security reasons.

        Hi,

        I have been using my Airtel postpaid connection from last 3 yrs and I have raised multiple complaints regarding network & data issues from day one.

        Every time submitted complaints are closed without any solutions or consent, but the billing is accurate always. Now I feel I'm being cheated by Airtel.

        Every time I get my message as we are working on your issue and will resolve it soon.

        Sent many emails to : appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com, but no response. It seems Airtel doesn't give any value/importance to it's customers, but values only customers money.

        I have been asked to change my mobile, I have done it.
        I have also been asked to replace the sim and i have done it multiple times, but issues with network & data remains the same not with billing.

        Finally I have called customer care and blocked my sim card, not going to take any replacement sim nor going to make bill payment, until my issues resolves.

        I'm even not sure, posting my concern here will make any impact, but I'm giving a try.

            I have been facing network issues with [protected] in my area for a long time now. I have been subscribed to Rs199 plan. Your executive told that tower installation has to be done in my area and that is in progress. That's why I have asked for Amazon prime membership in the same plan or only calling in Rs99 plan but your customer care people refused every time. Only one assurance was given that adjustments will be made in the bill depending upon the usage. Please note there is no usage of services on my number. Neither issue related to network has been resolved and waivers have also been stopped without any prior intimation. Please help. Your customer care also admitted that our location requires a new tower and the same is under process

                I have an account with multiple numbers. I canceled one number but airtel is still charging me for the canceled number. They do not even send the bills and directly proceeding with the legal department. I am bearing with there low quality service since 5 years and this is the treatment i get. I am planning to file a complaint with the consumer court.how should I proceed?

                  Hi,

                  I'm charged by Airtel for IR pack which I never requested.
                  I traveled to Austria and Hungary on 28th April, 2019. I called Airtel customer-care number on 23rd April to deactivate All roaming packs from my number and enable only basic roaming pack.
                  I again called on 27th and 28t, April 2019 to follow-up on same. Before leaving India I double confirmed that IR pack was not enabled on my number.
                  After 8 days when I returned I found that Airtel has enabled IR pack of INR-3599+GST on my number without my knowledge. I immediately called customer-care number to rectify the issue.
                  They told they can't do anything until bill is generated. I got my bill on 18th May, 2019 and I again called customercare number, From that day I'm following-up with them with No resolution to my issue.
                  I even sent a mail to nodal-office and I received the response that I requested IR pack on 29th April, 2019. I was not even in India on that day.
                  I'm spending atleast 1 hr daily in talking to Airtel without any solution. I'm in Mental stress now, due to Airtel's responses.
                  My outgoing and data services are discontinued, even though I paid (Billing amount - IR_charges).

                    My issue shows in resolved status within 1.30hrs of posting, NOTHNG HAS BEEN DONE, its waste of our time to post here. Even the phone numbers mentioned in the website, no one picks the calls.

                    Dont ever use Airtel App, I facing billing issues and posted here, within 90mins, its closed, without giving any resolution, no information about my complaint status.

                        I am very angry on customer care and My home app. I have one broadband connection and 2 postpaid connections,

                        Broadband account outstanding is

                        My 2 Postpaid accounts outstanding is Rs. 147 + Rs. 147

                        Rs. 650

                        Whereas in My home app its reflecting (screen shot attached) Rs. 1002.90.
                        I want you to rectify this so that I will pay the actual amount, which I am supposed to pay to Airtel, not the excess amount.

                          From past 2 months the internet connectivity frequently troubles. After I start the device it connects and works for a few minutes and then ceases to provide internet connectivity. In the app it shows network and connecivty both as good. I have to restart the device everytime. and from past one week it is happening in every ten minutes. there was no issue earlier.

                            prepaid sim is not working in usa

                            Hi Airtel Team,

                            I'm using airtel prepaid SIM since 2008 in India
                            Two weeks back, I came to the USA (Seattle). After I reached here, I'm not able to get the signal. Geeting "MM Phone Signal" error message and "SIM not allowed" message.

                            I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel, last night Vodafone got deactivated so i inserted new Airtel sim but it's not being read by the phone so I'm not able to activate it by calling on the given activation number.
                            Please help.
                            I called the Airtel helpline and they told me I will be getting another message telling me that now the sim is activated. I believe this is wrong, since my old sim is now deactivated, my new sim should get activated almost immediately and not take another 3 days time.
                            Has anyone else faced the same problem? Whats the resolution to this?

                            Attached is the communication from Airtel asking me to insert sim and activate. Got this yesterday (19th June) and Today (20th June, 2019).

                              I have two Airtel TV Digital TV Connection from last 6 years, Customer ID : [protected], My package was Rs.530/- p.m. for the both the connections.
                              On last 30.05.19 i have recharged Rs.600/- for the entire month that means i have paid Rs.70/- extra.Now all of a sudden today at 19.06.19 they have all of sudden stopped my connection and then i have called to their customer care, they have told that now my package is running of Rs.880/- p.m., that is real shock for me because its the first time i have listen this, then i requested the cutomercare executive for the authentication details from my side which has gave to them through mail or via phone, but they are unable to provide anything.
                              Now this is my heartiest request to take proper action against them.

                                Am having atwo connections of Airtel dth connection which is 10 yrs old approx every year I do a recharge of 3k but after trai regulation I am calling Airtel dth customer care to split my both ids so that I can make my own plan do recharge according for the same I have called customer care so many times but till date the issue nt resolved every time they say that senior is nt available and we will arrange call back bt nothning happened when there seniors available they told we have put mail for same it will be done continuously from last 20 days I m calling them up to see the World Cup matches for splitting and generating of ids but they all are misbehaving and simply disconnect the phone. It’s really a pathetic service when I told him that I will put a complaint in consumer court they simply said do whatever u want to do really nt understand what to do with that connection

                                  This is jayanth sharma. I have an airtel number [protected] which was ported to vodafone last year. And i didnt get the recharge so it was deactivated. But i want that number back where as vodafone service said me that after 3 months you will get that number back in mother network. So i am trying for the number in airtel office near my location. There is no response at all from the office guys. Please do need full.

                                    I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to Airtel and I've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time I try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also I'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how Airtel is so weak in customer service.

                                      postpaid connection plan changed without my consent

                                      I had opted for Airtel postpaid plan of Rs 199. This was changed to 399 without informing me or without my consent. I never asked for this change. I just realized that I have been paying this extra unnecessary money for the last 8 months or so. I want a complete refund of this extra amount along with a letter of explanation and apology. This isn't the first time this has happened with Airtel....
