I need new tower of airtel in babrala, uttar pradesh as the speed of airtel 4g is the worst. Two weeks before it was working fine but now when users are increasing airtel must get a new towers installed in babrala as soon as possible as the internet is a common right of a men. Infact it is the costly internet provider but do not provide a good internet services.in my region there is only one tower so a new tower must get installed.

    It's been a month i have raised a complaint on 2nd may they said it will resolved on 6th may but no results i found. After reaching home my networks are gone i mean i can't use internet and make calls also. I again called on 15th of may they said i need to wait 14 more working days till now nobody come to visit and check network issue at my home. Plus they are very unprofessional. I am facing serious issue regarding the same. Need to take an action on an immediate basis.

        After trai regulation, dth networks are expected to charge per channel rates. But airtel has fixed packages only and doesn't allow for individual channel selection. Even the packages suggested has many channels unwanted. Even after 3 months they are talking of technical issues that is preventing them providing the ala carte packages. Kindly investigate and give the subscribers some relief. The earlier packages used to be cheaper.

        Using gpay I did a recharge of 448 24-april. Transaction was successful but recharge did not happen. And money not credited.operator transaction I'd 59981278. Upi[protected]
        My Airtel no.[protected] recharged for International calls. Now I am in Folio, Japan. When I tried to dial not connecting or no inward calls. Please rectify the compliant.
        Sir i get massage of 10 gb data offer . I call on that number. And i get conformation massage also and i tap 1 to confirm but after two / three time trying request could not be send is showing. So what should i do to take this offer. If it is fake massage than don't send me this massage again please.
        My number [protected] is blocked without any kind of prior intimation...I want this issue to get resolved immediately as all my official work is getting hampered for this unwanted trouble and pain

            Sir, i have decided to change my spouse sim from post paid to prepaid on 4th april 2019. For this reason i approached airtel store and told that my wishes. But instead of change to prepaid connection they requested to change post paid family plan in which my spouse number will be add on to my number and total bill amount will be reuduced. I said ok and they told me that this family plan will be activated in 2 working days. But my spouse sim was not added to my number. After 10 days i enquired at customer care centre and told that this issue and assured me this plan will be activate soon. Due to job nature i didn't follow this. I realised that my family plan was not activated when i receiving the monthly bill amount (Rs.470). As soon as i did mail to airtel but no response. Then i called customer care centre and informed all this things and told me that your spouse number was not added to family plan. I asking the reason. Instead of giving correct reason they requested to change family plan again. Why airtel doing like this? Who will pay the bill amount? Why do steal customer hard work money?               Sir,
              We went to the nearest airtel store for duplicate sim card with same number but they didn't provided us with the same and asked for 1000 cash and when refused to do so they said they will not be able to provide us with the sim as it is of different state.

I could not make calls and not use of internet from last 2 days.in my area everywhere airtel signal is so poor and could not recieve any call. Every one face same problem in airtel.                   This is Bhoopathy, am using [protected] for around the past 13 years.
                  In the last month, I have charged a huge amount as a bill of Rs.8576.

                  I have activated the Zero rental international roaming on 28th April 2019 through Airtel mobile App and went to the UK and came back yesterday.
                  While activating in the Mobile app I seen the standard rates are application only and no other conditions.
                  I have set my credit limit as Rs.3600, but while roaming it crossed that and charged more.

                  Actually, I did not use any Airtel services during my travel it happens accidentally in the background.

                  I called customer care and informed about this. At that time they saying credit limit not applicable for international roaming. But while activating in the Mobile app there is no terms and conditions.

                  It is purely a mobile application issue. The credit limit is mainly to avoid huge bills, but without user information, the functionality got stopped.

                  since there is no proper information to the user about the terms and conditions. There is no “*” mark or link or even a word about the other charges and conditions.
                  I have attached all the screenshots.
                  It is a very huge amount for me, I can’t able to pay it. Even I not used your services actually I am ready to pay my credit limit amount Rs.3600.

                  So consider my request and please waive off the amount above the credit limit.

                  Otherwise, I have no other option to proceed to legal proceedings with the proofs with the help of my layer.

                      Hi, i have upgraded new internet dth box. I got a message stating since change in package box maintenance cover is withdrawn

                          This regarding airtel's unfair practice of activating (My post paid mobile connection customer id : [protected]) and auto renewing international roaming process, when i asked the customer care about activating international roaming, they said there is no specific request needed to activate from the country of travel, it will get activated as soon i reach the traveling country (Bahrain via muscat), so based on the travel plan (24th april till 4th may), i was suggested a 10 days pack, which in the email i received in general mentioned it will get auto renewed after 10 days (But didn't specific which country timezone it will consider), to my surprise i didn't get any prior intimation from airtel on when the auto renewal is due, and the auto renewal happened without my knowledge, since i'am not aware when the auto renewal happened, while i was travelling from transit countries and the time zone are different, as a customer i should be made aware when the auto renewal is due (Exact date and time or time left before auto renewal kicks in), so that i can take necessary action to deactivate, in this case i was denied the opportunity since everything happened without my knowledge and prior intimation.

                          Its unfair practice of airtel for not giving clear and prior intimation of the upcoming auto renewals for international roaming packages, i had a bill shock for supposedly (According to airtel) crossing couple of hours after auto renewal due date and time (Which i was not aware of).

                          I got a call from Airtel appellate and it was disappointing to say the least, the customer service executive had NO answers as to why there was NO message to the customer on when the IR plan got activated, and when it is due for renewal, without the customer being informed, its common sense on how would a customer make an informed decision about when to deactivate the IR plan before the due date ?, looks like Airtel wanted to create exactly such an ambiguity in their service and make money out of this. Its not surprising there are many other victims of IR ambiguity of Airtel's unfair service and there is NO resolution from Airtel.

                          I also didn't receive any unique appeal number from Airtel appellate, according to below TRAI regulations they should be providing one to me.

                          "The Secretariat of Appellate Authority shall register the appeal, acknowledge
                          the appeal with a unique appeal number and forward (within 3 days), the
                          appeal to the service provider for its reply (within 7 days)."
                          Complain Registred by me for B001 code of my AIRTEL connection on 13.05.2019. Still not attended as on 22.05.2019. They used to respond to my mail every time giving 72 hours time. Everybody cheated like this to file in Consumer Court and ask for the Componsation to teach AIRTEL a lesson. The worst service I have never faced ever.
                          I got a call from Airtel appellate and it was disappointing to say the least, the customer service executive had no answers to why there was NO message to me as a customer on when the International Roaming plan got activated, and when (date and time) it is due for renewal, without the customer being informed, its common sense on how would a customer make an informed decision about when to deactivate the IR plan ?, looks like Airtel wanted to create exactly such an ambiguity in their service and make money out of this.                             Airtel prepaid recharge for the number - [protected] for an amount of rs. 399 dated 26 th may 2019 was made with the transaction id - p1905261137327052596647, and a message mentioning "transaction failed" was delivered and hence a new transaction was made dated 27 th may 2019.
                            The failed transaction has been displayed in "phone pay" app as "transaction successful". Since, i have made a new transaction, request you to address the issue by reverting back the amount for the failed transaction and oblige.

                              I have postpaid connection since 1 year, and due to delayed payment by 2 days my services has been barred, now when i went to airtel store in pimple saudagar, representative told me to raise a email request for transfer of postpaid to prepaid, i have raised email and still havnt got any response yet, i wish reliance jio break bones of these cheaters in the market. On airtel website it says that for postpaid to prepaid i have to visit airtel store, and airtel store these # incompetent loosers say that i have to email the request.
                              If i dont get proper assistance i will not hesitate raising the case to the court.
                              I have all telephonic recordings, and video of how they treated me at airtel store. If this is how you treat a privilaged customer, god knows you might be abusing normal regular customer. Airtel sucks a big time...

                                My airtel no is [protected], i have always complaint regarding excess bill of airtel mobile. Before last month, my bill plain was of rs199 and my add on no rs 99/- and unlimited calling these two numbers, even they were charging for these two internal calling. So i selected to port and they offered me rs 399/- and give 50 discount means 349/- and 199 for my add on number plus gst and in this plan, they offers unlimited calls and 50gb data every month for 6 months. So they assured me that my bill will be 646/- including gst which must be fixed every month. But now again this month my bill is 1192/- no isd calls and balance gb was there. So how should come 1192/-. When i sent message for port, their executive called me and try to convince me, and said that it is technical problem, so you should send mail to airtel. But i already irritated their services and denied to do this. I want to tell that airtel is cheating genuine customers by post paid bill. Please take action against them

                                Before posting complaint here, company’s Executive tried to convince me and was ready to waive of 300 against 476 which was charged for Internet on my add on number. Now today on 31st May, company executive called up (mob no. that‭+91 78997 99614‬)and said that in previous bill plans even single bill of two no., data benefits not applicable to add on number and can’t waive of any amount. I told her that before this data benefit applicable for both numbers and how can you charge to only this month. Every time airtel company giving different reasons for charging extra amount, and right now I don’t have anymore patience and time to bear with this company, it’s unfair charges and poor service. I want fair bill to repay and discontinue with the Airtel.

                                I want to deactivate service of Airtel but continue my same number. Fake company, cheating genuine customers. I won’t pay extra unnecessary charges and want fair bill for payment to pay. After that I will discontinue with Airtel.

                                My complaint still has not been resolved. Airtel company has realised unfair bill. As per their statement, they are saying that they have charged 476 for excess usage of internet on my add on number [protected], but if they have carried forward the balance data of previous month because now my mobile data is around 73 GB and as per plan they are giving 50 GB pet month that means 23 GB of previous month carried forward in the new plan which it was changed on 3rd May, 2019. So how can they charged extra 476 for internet usage. And now this compitition world, no mobile company charges heavy amount like the Airtel company is charging. I want fair bill of last month, so that I can pay it and deactivate with Airtel and move to another telecom company with same number.

                                  Its been months we are facing issues with this horrible network! There has been no action taken against. Raised complaints multiple times across multiple areas. There is not one response given.

                                    Previously i used to pay 250 rs per month for dth package. Now trai introduce new system and my bill increased by 600 per year. Trai is always bosting that price will reduce due to new system but here price is increased and dth service providers are making money.in their package sports channels are not included and to view world cup you have to pay extra.                                       I haven't use internet service as like normal, its very bad service from airtel, when i activate data service plan for this number, then i'm still a fool over 30days. I complained coustomer care service but no result. I think west my time and loss money

                                        Sir i bought a sim last month. I go aboard after 2 -3 day when i return back after 1 month my number not working what i do. I want solve my problem as soon please do something as soon as possible. Is any plan that my activate my sim for a year cause i go aboard regularly.
                                        So i want a data plan which activated my sim for my life time or at least one year.
