Dear sir/madam,
We are residing in mogappair, chennai where we subscribed to postpaid scheme in airtel for landline and broadband services. We got the connection disconected voluntarily by airtel since september 2018, we paid the bill till november 2018 for not even receiving the connection. We applied for cancellation march 2019 and we were told it woud take 30 days. Unfortunately they hadn't cancelled it and we have an unpaid bill till may 2019 because we kept receiving bills monthly.
Please help us to resolve the issue. We would be highly obliged by your help.

    After my old network deactivate, i insert the airtel sim to activate but after several restarts it keeps flashing two message.
    1. Thank you for choosing airtel! We are setting up your services please wait.
    2. We are unable to process your request. Please retry later.

    And nothing happens. What the hell is going on. Please assist activating the number. Its my one and only primary number. I cannot keep it off.

      Sorry to say since 1yr 5months my FNF is pending even after complaining till now not done Regarding payout airtel only cheats distributors never gives the payout airtel forcely bills paper vouchers which doesnt run in market and when distributors trys to return they refuses to take it back regarding expired cards the same Even after mailing them before the card exipers no response. regarding BMD machines distributor purchase giving the MRP amount 1550 and airtel company says bill them to retailers at 350 and the rest amount u will get in ur payout Its all fake company only gives false promises and gets its work done and when the time comes of payout company refuses to pay . From down to top level all are corrupted

        झूट पर झूट क्यों ऐसा भारती एयरटेल फ्रॉड कंपनी वालो दिमाग ख़राब है क्या आप लोगो का जब मैंने कॉल करने के लिए बोला और तो कॉल क्यों नहीं की या मेरे सबालो के जबाब देने के लिए पूरी भारती एयरटेल टीम में ऐसा कोई इंसान नहीं है जो मुझे कॉल करे और मेरी परेशानी सॉल्व करे या सब के सब जानवरो से भी गिरे हुए है जो झूट पर झूट और आखिर कब तक झूट की भी हद होती है तुम फ्रॉड लोग आखिर चाहते क्या हो, ऐसा ही चला एक दिन ये फ्रॉड कंपनी जरूर बंद हो जायगी क्युकी पूरी कंपनी में ऐसा कोई इंसान नहीं है जो मेरी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व कर सके सब के गधे सब के सब जानवर से भी गिरे हुए इंसान है इतना कहने पर तो तो जानवर को भी समझ आ जाये पर आप लोगो को नहीं आखिर चाहते क्या हो मुझे कोई बताएगा!
        मेरी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व करोगे या नहीं मुझे मेल करो सब लिखित में दो के आप फ्रॉड टीम मेरी मदद क्यों नहीं कर पा रही है क्यों कस्टमर को बेब्कुफ़ बना रहे हो दिन व् दिन झूट बोलने की भी हद होती है आप लोग क्या चाहते हो मुझे जल्द बताओ और अपनी टीम में से ऐसे इंसान से बात कराओ या डायरेक्ट मेरी बात अपने चेयरमेन तक पहुचाओ या फ्रॉड एयरटेल कंपनी बंद कर दो इतने टाइम से एक प्रॉब्लम मेरी सोल्वे नहीं कर पा रहे हो ऐसा कोई इंसान है पूरी एयरटेल टीम में जो झूट न बोलता हो जानवर जैसा सलूक मेरे साथ ना करे मेरी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व करे जानवर न हो पूरी एयरटेल टीम में ऐसा कोई इंसान है या नहीं सब जानबर है या उससे भी गिरे हुए जो सब के सब झूट पर झूट का सहारा ले कर भारती एयरटेल चला रहे कस्टमर को झूट बोलते है ऐसा कोई इंसान हो जो मुझसे डायरेक्ट बात करे और मेरी परेशानी सोल्व करे ऐसा इंसान है पूरी एयरटेल टीम में या नहीं मुझे कॉल करो मुझे शुरू से लेकर अब तक पूरा उपडेशन दे सके और मुझे बताये आखिर कार आपकी फ्रॉड टीम मेरी परेशानी सॉल्ब क्यों नहीं कर रही है मुझे कॉल करो अपडेट करो और मेरा न. सबसे पहले चालु करो और मेरी सारी परेशानी को सॉल्व करे!
        तुम लोग आखिर चाहते क्या हो सब के सब फ्रॉड ही काम करते हो जनता को क्यों बेवकूफ बना रहे मैं डायरेक्ट बोल रहा हु कोई है इस पूरी फ्रॉड टीम में जो मुझसे बात करे और मेरी परेशानी को सॉल्व करे कोई है तो मुझे बताये मुझे कितने मेल करने होंगे क्यों झूट पर झूट बोल रहे हो क्या चाहते हो आप लोग मुझे बताओ कोई जानवर न हो मुझे कॉल करो या मेरी मीटिंग करवाओ अपने सीनयर लेवल के इंसान से और प्लीज अब बस करो ये एयरटेल कंपनी बंद कर दो जब इतनी बड़ी कंपनी एक मेरी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व नहीं कर सकती तो और की क्या खाक करेगी हर जगह झूट मुझे टीम महीने से बेब्कुफ़ बना रहे है! जो मेरी ये मेल पढ़ रहा है उससे रूक्वेस्ट है मेरी सारी मेल अपने सीनयर और इस कंपनी के ऍम डी, सी इ ओ हर जगह पहुचाये या मुझे उनका मेल या न. दे मैं खुद उन लोगो से बात करू और अपनी परेशानी बताऊ!
        नोट : मुझे जल्द से जल्द मेरी सारी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व करो और इस मेल को पढ़ते ही अपनी फ्रॉड कंपनी के पॉवरफुल इंसान से बोलो मुझे कॉल करे और मेरी सारी प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व करे सबसे पहले मुझे कॉल करे!
        फ्रॉड भारती एयरटेल कंपनी के सीईओ से आग्रह है मुझे कॉल करे और मेरी परेशानी जो इतने दिन से चल रही है मुझे सॉल्व करे और मुझे बात करे!
        सबसे पहले कोई सीनयर मैनेजर या उससे भी बड़ी पोस्ट पर कोई हो जिसे भारती एयरटेल ने कुछ पावर दी हो मुझे कॉल करे!
        कॉल करे मुझे डायरेक्ट कॉल करवाओ वरना मैं लीगल एक्शन लगा पूरी फ्रॉड कंपनी के ऊपर सबसे पहले मुझे कॉल करो कॉल करो कॉल करो कॉल करो कॉल करो कॉल करो फ्रॉड टीम मुझे कॉल करो!

          अगर पुरी फ्राड एरटेल कम्पनी मे कोई ऐसा इंसान है जो जानवर ना हो, झुठना बोलता हो, बेव्कुफ ना बनाता हो! तो वो इंसान मुझे कॉल करे ओर मेल भी ओर मेरी परेशानी को सोल्व कर सके! मुझे साफ शब्दो मे ये बताये पुरी कि पुरी फ्राड कम्पनी के मै अब अपना न. तोड दु या तुम लोग मेरी परेशानी सोल्व करोगे! १६ मार्च से अब तक मेरी परेशानी किसी ने सोल्व नही अगर पागलो एरटेल कम्पनी वालो मुझे ये बताओ के जो तुम लोग २७ राज्यो मे सबसे तेज नेट्वर्क का दावा करते हो वो झुट क्यु ओर ऐसा झुट बोलकर ऐसा चीट करके कितना पैसा कमओगे भारती एरटेल कम्पनी दुनिया कि सबसे ज्यादा फ्राड करने वाली एरटेल कम्पनी है! मेरे सवालो के जबाब दो!

          १. एरटेल कम्पनी फ्राड काम क्यु करती है?

          २. एरटेल कम्पनी मेरी परेशानी को कब तक सोल्व करेगी?

          १५. एरटेल फ्राड कम्पनी को मैंने इतने सारे मेल किये इतनी कॉल कि अब तक मेरी परेशानी को सोल्व क्यु नही किया?

          १७. एरटेल फ्राड कम्पनी के खिलाफ अब मुझे लिगल ऐक्शन क्यु नही लेना चाहिये?

          नोट : एरटेल फ्राड कम्पनी मे अगर कोई सही इंसान हो जो जानवर ना हो थोडी समझ रखता हो वो मुझसे मीटिग करे या मुझे कॉल करे ओर मेरे सारे सबालो के जबाब एक एक करके जबाब दे!

          ओर जो मै कहना चाहता हु उसको समझे ओर मदद करे ओर मेरे न. पर जितने भी फालतु चार्ज लगाये है उसे हटाये ओर मुझसे बात करे ओर कोई लडकी बात ना करे! जो थोडा बहुत सम्झ्दार हो ओर जिसको एरटेल फ्राड कम्पनी पावर दि हो कुछ भी ठीक कर सके वो मेरी परेशानी सोल्व करे ओर मरे फाल्तु चार्ज हटाये ओर मेरा न. चालु करे ओर मै बिल पये करुगा तब जब बो मुझे मेरी सारी परेशानी एक एक करके ख्त्म करेगा ऐसा इंसान हो तो मुझ्से मीटिग करे! एरटेल फ्राड कम्पनी मे ऐसा है या सब फ्राड लोगो को भर रखा है कम्पनी मे या एरटेल फ्राड कम्पनी का सच मे दिवाला निकल गया या अभी नही निकला है तो उपर वाला जरुर एक दिन एरटेल फ्राड कम्पनी का दिवाला जरुर निकलेगा ओर एरटेल फ्राड कम्पनी पुरी तरह से बंद हो कर रहेगी!

            I am an airtel user living in trivandrum city.. I'm a student and i have lots of seminars and presentations to be done for which i have to use internets.. But i'm not even properly getting a 3g network.. When i choose lte i can't even open the google page.. This makes me very tough to manage.. Totally disappointed with your network... Kindly do some necessary measures as soon as possible

              Hi,
              I had got a duplicate sim after losing my phone. The sim was supposed to be activated in few hours on calling customer care they said that its activated but i havent got any network in the sim card. Ihad tried changing slots and also changed the phone but still no network. My mobile number is [protected]. Ihad bought the duplicate sim from saki naka mumbai on 25th may.

                fraud transaction from airtel payments bank

                I got an call from an airtel executive with (Number-*[protected]‬) on 25th may at around 11:45 am. They had called regarding an issue with my login to airtel money for which i had already raised couple of mails (Pfa the reference for the same).
                That person on the call told that he had sent an otp to my number, and to share it with him so that he can reset mpin. After that otp was shared, he told that mpin has been reset successfully...

                There is the issue with calling facility. Recently I was tried to call different number and I can hear ring but other side no call received. This happened many times. Sometimes call connected but after few minutes it's automatically get disconnected and no network showing in the mobile. I am facing this issue from last 2-3 months. I tried to call Airtel customer care but not able to reach them as it's automatically get disconnected.

                    I have contacted airtel broadband office for getting connection and they have asked me to pay 500 rupees as installation fee and i paid and transaction not successful. They said this amount will be refunded in 7 days. So based on their request i paid 500 rs. Again. This time it was successful but they refused provide connection because they had some issues with broadband. They said that these two transactions amount will be refunded to me in 7 days but not refunded.

                    This is very bad experience with airtel and i lost 1000 rs in total.

                        I have upgraded my airtel dth connection (Dth number: [protected]) from normal set-top box to airtel internet 4k set-top box on 21st may, 2019 by paying rs. 2, 000/-. And it was worked very well for 1 day and stopped working from 22nd may, 2019 6 pm.

                        So, i have called customer care and given complaint. Initially they said that they will send their service executive within 24 hours and provided the service engineer name & contact number. For my complaint, airtel has given the reference number #89486442 through sms.

                        But till now the service engineer has not came for resolution and not even called us. And moreover, when am calling to the service engineer number which was provided by airtel dth customer care through sms is not reaching. When am calling, it is saying that the number is not exist.

                        Am keep on calling airtel dth customer care since yesterday and today also called, everytime they are saying that wait for the day & wait for the day and the service engineer will come for repair by 2:30 pm. So yesterday i have called after 2:30 pm, they asked to wait till 9:00 pm. And again i have called after 9:00 pm, they have asked to wait till today 1st hour.

                        And today i have called again at 11:00 am to customer care and am surprising here from them the same answer i. E. Wait till 2:30 pm today. By listening their fake promises & service, finally i have asked them to take a request for disconnection of my airtel dth instead of repair and provide refund of my amount which i have paid for up-gradation. They are not accepting to take my request for disconnection of my dth and they are not even giving solution for my problem.

                        Finally i have come for conclusion that the airtel will provide such a worst service among all other dth connections in india & they will not give value to their customers. It is very disgusting and unacceptable service by the airtel dth. By this shocking incident, i have also asked my friends/relatives to cancel their dth who ever using airtel and suggested to go with some other network which is best available in their area other than airtel.

                        Never ever recommendable airtel dth/mobile/internet to anyone. Such a worst network in india.

                        Please find below of my airtel dth details and cancel my connection and process the refund at the earliest am also planning to take tata sky.

                          Recently i converted from postpaid to prepaid and still i am not able to do the recharge.
                          Also when i called customer care the response was very rude and when i told that i only wanted to do 35 rupees recharge just to get my number going they said you can't do that recharge and you need to do 129 rupees unlimited recharge and it is mandatory.
                          I changed the number to postpaid because the connection was very poor and the network connectivity was too slow and without saying they had changed my plan from cug to 149 and when i called customer care the response was like very very rude, i am not enjoying the service for free, i am paying for it so i have rights to get the response and still i had to pay 175 fpr for the pack i never used and once again they are telling i have to do unlimited recharge..
                          Do something or i am going to cancel my sim. I have been using it since 20 years and so you're going to lose a valuable customer.

                              Due to cyclone fani our dishtv just brokeout and we're unable to avail the services. It's been nearly a month this problem isn't fixed yet. We had recharged a huge amount but are unable to view the channels due to this issue.

                              Even after calling to the nearest service centers there's no response from them. Neither any action taken after filling a complaint over the app.

                                On 24th may 2019, around 2pm, my daily data limit of 1.5 gb data was exhausted and i needed more data so i recharged my phone number [protected] with a 6 gb booster pack of rs.98. I used approx 500-600mb data through usb tethering on my pc according to both my phone (Tethering/hotspot data used) and my pc (Data used in given duration) then after using my phone for a while, i checked my data balance in the airtel thanks app and it showed that i only had 288 mb remaining data. I thought maybe its a glitch on my end so i contacted the airtel customer care (121) and they told me the same thing that i had used 5.8 gb of data. This is extremely intolerable that airtel just deducted such a huge amount of my unused data for no reason and the customer care isn't ready to help me in the matter.

                                  This is asgar and my dth customer id - [protected]

                                  I had recharged my dth on 20.05-19 for 2 of my set top box for the amount rs.2391/- on advice of your call center person.

                                  Next day my connection was disconnected and the issue was negative 247 balance.

                                  Calling your customer care :-

                                  Then my hurdle with call center started. Tried calling your call center many times and your ivr is too lengthy and after a point it does work properly (And you guys claim to be user and customer friendly. Shame on you)

                                  After many attempts when i reach your call center i have to tell the entire story from the beginning to your executive. After listening to it he will transfer the call to your floor supervisor.

                                  Sometimes the call get disconnected when its transfered and like a helpless dog i have to sit and cry for wasting such a long time and again start from first by dailing airtel customer service.

                                  So after few attempts i would reach the floor manager, who will help redeem the account for a day. And promise to resolve the issue with in 24 hours of time.

                                  This story continued for the last 5 days.

                                  Imagine the stress i have gone through in last 4 days dealing with your call center.

                                  Finally got a call from airtel telling me that i have recharged for a wrong amount.

                                  1. Who is selecting executives for your call center?

                                  2. What sort of training you give them?

                                  3. Why was i dragged for 4 long days to identify the issue?

                                  And even today i was asked to recharge for 250 to activate my account, i did the same but only one account was activate and other account was showing negative balance.

                                  So, i recharged my other account with another rs.250/- but when i did that, i turned to be postive rs.254/- balance.

                                  What sort of system you are running in the background?

                                  If you dont have a proper customer support system why do you want us to buy your products.

                                  I repeat, pathetic & worst service i have ever seen in my life time!!!

                                  With all this regrets,

                                  "i would request you to cancel my dth service" even though i have 6 months of paid service left in my account. I would like to discontinue from a service who doesn't give a damn about its customer.

                                  Please consider this as my letter of request for cancellation.

                                  Above all, the number which i could track for calling nodal officer of airtel is also not working.

                                  For god sake, dont tell me you guys are in service industry.

                                    after one week used and i reg its netbanking. and suddenly deactivate my mobile connection.
                                    I was informed by investigating that its reissue postpaid connection and used third peraon.

                                      We've been complaining saying that there is a lot of problem with the dth services. It comes once and doesn't come after 15 mins n says to check the dish but there is no problem here. We called the airtel customer care and spoke about the problem and they say us to check it here or call the boy who comes n checks it, the service boy comes he checks and says call the airtel office because it's a problem from there and he takes money and goes. It's been repeating agn n agn n there is no proper responce from the airtel office. This is the seriously the worst. We wanted to change to some other dth services but we can't because we already paid the amount for one year of dth service and not able to change it. Really hating the services. Either send someone to check it and solve the problem or give us a return if the payment for the package we took for an year so that we can change the dth services.
