Again we have raised complaint till 27.04.2019 still issue not resolved
If a company don't have any service executives than why they sell products and cheats customer money and time....

Recently my pack of rs 399 was ended up on 25th april. So i recharge the number from the myairtel app where i had received a offer of rs. 399 with 84gb 3g/4g data and unlimited calls for 84 days. The offer was also highlighted with extra 400mb/day data in addition with rs 50 off. So i recharged that offer but i just received benefits of rs 399 contained 84gb data and not extra 400 mb data. On 16th-apr'19, i went to airtel office in yelahanka, bengaluru and raised the request of porting my number from idea to airtel. About 6 months ago, i accidentally recharged my airtel sim with 200 rs top up instead o[censored]nlimited plan. Around a week back I requested at Airtel Store (Dwarka Sector – 11) to port my number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel.

Iam from kerala. Today i activate a new airtel sim, at that time i get a call from customer care for verification. I accidently ask brother name instead of my name. Call from the verification centre behave me rude. I also anger to him. At last he said bad language in our mother tongue malayalam. I am shocked and dissatisfy of your customer care behaviour.
