    My prepaid recharge goes to unknown number but i selected my friend number through my airtel. Please help me. I want refund from airtel. They cheat me. Through there my airtel application. I selected my friend number for recharge but after recharge done it show someone else number. Unknown person number. I am giving you that person number -[protected] this number to whome my recharge gone. But i wanted to recharge my friend number her number is [protected]. I want immediate refund from airtel.

        My airtel dth customer id : [protected].. From one tv i have selected pack costing rs.332. On 23rd mar'19

        However the request not changed since last 2 month and approx rs400 getting charged that to channel i want is not coming

        When i called customer care they are saying all old request is cancelled and they do not have trace for same.. Its unnecessary loss to me for continueous 2 month.. Request help plz

          I have an airtel dth connection. I am not getting signal and complained about it since 11th may. Its a severe cyclone occured here in bhubaneswar on 3rd may due to which it happened. I called them several times, mailed them several times. Each time they assured me to resolve my issue. Everytime their customer care executive told me to refer my case in priority and each time they promised me to solve it within 24 hrs. But till date they failed. It seems they dont have enough man power but continue to make customers fool to resolve issue as earliest. Had the told me the actual fact, i may arrange a local mechanic by my own to resolve my issue. Instead, they are just lying everytime, giving hopes only. If they fail to provide me service in time, why should they charge money for those lost days signals since 11th may. Is nt it illegal? If i resolve it by my side why they would not be responsible to pay that expenditure? Because being a customer i can not wait for more days as i have lost my trust in them. When we have no sufficient balance they immediately dusconnect our signals then hiw can they claim the money fir those lost signal days?
          The manner, the attitude, the response, the service, all are the worst that i felt.
          I would never recommend anyone to be a customer of such irresponsible, unethical, unproffessional, lying company if airtel dth.

          The airtel team have not contacted me till now. I had to resolve the issue by myself by paying fee to a local mechanic here. Even the organization does not have a general coursey to reply to my mails so far.

            I have made 2 payments to airtel 4808 and 3003 for two new connections but their executive cane and said that in this area they cannot give the connection and promised a refund within 7 working days

            It’s been 1 month now and no refund has come

              The internet speed has been terrible since past 1 month. 4G isn’t working at all and 3G is also pathetically slow. It takes hours to load anything for that matter and is really frustrating. Its sad to say that Airtel has been really disappointing nowadays. Requesting you to Kindly do the necessary at the earliest.

                  I have airtel dth account [protected] with the balance of rs487.24 and still, the status shows suspended on ivr and self-care portal. Initially, the technician came and told its cable issue, replaced it and charged rs180/-, even after that the service is not restored. I have made enough calls and also emails.

                  This is a very careless attitude and i don't see any resolution. Every time i call, a new representative comes and he/she doesn't know the history properly and they say in one hour it will be resolved.

                  When i asked rs180/- i spent was just because they have not checked the error properly and just did it as a routine fix. And that didn't actually solve the issue. When i asked to return the amount, they said technician has come for we charged. This is just being taken for granted. They simply charge without providing a solution.

                  I want to close this service after they reimburse the amount. I am also looking at closing all the other channels to which i am subscribed with airtel.

                  Even after they solve the issue. I will suspend this service as they simply say we restored. I want them to pay a penalty for negligence and careless attitude.

                    I have done lifetime validity plans

                    How dare airtel stop incoming calls for a prepaid number when there is validity till 2037. Airtel is harassing it's customers to get a minimum recharge to get back incoming services. Where on earth is there a rule that u can block incoming calls for a prepaid number which is active.

                      My airtel digital id is [protected] (S mandal). On 11 may 2019 i changed my plan by selecting individual channel. Some of the channel having error code b001. Accordingly i lodged a complaint 88990145 on 11/5/19. Accordingly service engineer visited my house and change the set top box. Except one channel "sudarshan news channel, channel no 327" has not shown. The error is channel no 327 is not available". The service engineer told me it will be rectified after some time till the evening. But no resolution till monday was done. Accordingly i lodged a complaint again on 13/5/19. Complaint no 89074883 is still open and no resolution has been escalated till 16/5/19. Again i lodged a complaint 89196211 on 16/5/19 accordingly service engineer visited my house and return without any resolution and told me it will be rectified till evening. I call customer care and also to nodal officer again and again but problem not yet escalated. I enclose a video regarding the problem fr ready reference.

                          I am an old man of 86. Yrs. Retired from private organisation.
                          Airtel is charging not only tel. Starting 1860 and at times 1800 too.
                          For 1860 - the caller is to be charged on local call basis & the callee is to be charged for std (If required)!
                          In postpaid and prepaid plan all std and local calls are free - why then we have to pay inflated bills - which are shared between callee and telecom provider!
                          With ivr. System the callers billed heavily (As the caller has to wait in que for long periods - and pay for the benefit of telecom provider & callee - which shared between them); why sir.

                            My mother's sim is a micro sim and we needed a nano sim. At the airtel office in brookfield, staff said the name is different spelling and id proof is wrong. When asked how to resolve the issue he asked for 3000 rupees but new sim is only 25 rupees. This sort of extortion is not expected from airtel. I have now "tried it" as per the tv ads and i'm so not happy with the staff and workers. Most of them were dozing off and playing games and not bothered to solve a customer's problem. Hope the airtel team gets back to me.

                                  1. That i am a law student of ll. B pursuing final year from janhit college of law, greater noida under ccsu.

                                  2. I had been using my said mobile number that is [protected] with made of samsung mobile phone. Which was lost on 4\4\19 at around 5 pm. During a course of travelling by train from anand vihar to varanasi.

                                  3. After the lost of said mob. And sim i tried to call on that mo. On 5/4/19 twice-thrice and i came to know that a person parash saket was using the lost mobile and sim. I talked with him and i requested him to return the sim and even i offered him to pay the travelling expenses with reward to him also. Being myself a rightful owner i expressed my candidature stating that i have applied my candidate for the several govt. Vacancies, law organization and other iustitutions where in the said mo. Has been regigtered and. Non availability of that no. Deprive me from the notifications, important massages. With regard to my written examination, interviews, selections etc. Due to lost of that mobile no. My carrier, opportunity of several govt. Jobs are in danger as i could not get relevant information from the concerned organization.

                                  4. Just for a while parash saket told that he will think about either to return the sim or not. On 6\4\19 i called the customer care of airtel company and made request to the closer of the said sim no. And the sim was closed on the same day 6/4/19. After that i got busy in my study and there was some family problems too.

                                  5. That on 11/4/19 i contacted regional airtel company - airtel express at hudson lane, 32, main bazar road, kingway camp, new delhi – 110009 for the reissuance of the said sim no i submitted the relevant copy of id same proofe and got a new sim no. ([protected]) got activated on 4/4/19 at around 4pm. And remained in function till 12/4/19 around 5pm. All of sudden it was stopped. On 18/4/19 i approached the regional airtel company hudson lane, 32 110009. Where i came to know that my mobile no. Has been ported from airtel to jio and now the owner has also been changed from my name to parash saket.

                                  Prayer:-

                                  Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as stated above it is humbly prayed-

                                  1. That a strict and instant action in the above matter may please be initiated and action against service provider may be taken as to how it has ported the sim no.in so hurry.

                                  2. That in the interest of career the said sim/mobile no. May please be restored/provided to me without delay in the interest of justice.

                                    I have airtel secure plan which covers my mobile handset for repairs of liquid and accidental damages up to rs.25000. And i have raised a claim (Service request number 4238292) on 15th may 2019 for my device claim.

                                    As per the terms and conditions of the policy the claim to be field with in 48 hrs of discovering the damage.

                                    In my case, while i was walking on the road a biker came from behind and hit me, the impact was so much that the phone fell from my shirt pocket. However at that particular point the damage was not visible. Though the incident happened on 10th of may 2019 and i could discover the damage only on 14th may 2019 as the damage was not visible on the date of incident.

                                    Now airtel, has rejected the claim stating that the claim to be field with in 48 hrs of the damage done. Where as, the terms and conditions of the policy says that the claim to be submitted with in 48 hrs of the discovery of the damage.

                                    I have raised a complaint by visiting the airtel office at begumpet, splendid towers, hyderabad on 16th may 2019. Today which is 17th may i received a call from airtel customer care and the executive was so rude that she was mentioning that it my mistake that i have not checked the damage on the date of incident properly and hence they can not honor the claim.

                                    I am attaching you all the documents with this complaint.

                                      Dear sir, i'm among one of the early subscribers of airtel. I become the postpaid subscriber of your company in j&k during the initial days when company started the operation in the area. Till now i being a loyal customer, despite receiving various and attractive offers from different service providers i still stick to airtel, now despite bill payment my service has been stopped and are not being resumed. Its pathetic from your side by making me suffer as i'm not able to connect as my all office work got hampered because of your lazy service. You seem enjoying by making customer suffer. One of the customer care contacted asked to pay an amount of 1440 and service will be restored and offered a discount i paid the amount but now neither discount is being applied neither service are being restored. Now i'm of the opinion that i need to break this long relationship with you by switching to other network. [protected]
