Hi,

I have been living in Germany since 2015 and have been using airtel postpaid.
I am paying 235 Rs every month and use this number just to get bank OTP purpose.

Last month Airtel people activated the international roaming on my Airtel Sim without my consent.
Due to this I started getting many calls on my Airtel number. Also my data was also being consumed in the background.

I repeatedly requetsted Airtel to deactivate this internatinal roaming on my Sim but they always activated it again in few days.

I have a long email chain where I am requesting them to deativate it and they again and again activating it back.

Now they have sent me a bill of 2500 Rs.

As we can see this is a clear case where the Airtel guys want to make money from customers by giving them the service they never asked for.

I will not pay this amount and want to get some compensation for this mental torture done by them.

    Sir/madam,
    I received a phone call from airtel dth and she give me a offer of 799 validity for 6 months and told me that i can view my existing channels which is activated on my id [protected]. Then i recharged by that amount but they don’t give my that old channels (Existing channels) they give their own channels which i didn’t watch.
    Then i complanin on their costumers care no. But they are not giving me that channels and also not refunding my ammount so please help me

      My regd telephone no is[protected]. After recent cyclone I have lodged my complain 3 times with customer care. For last 10days no channel is coming.They are taking time repeatedly to send their engineer. They should be instructed not to charge any amount for the dark period.Starting from 7th May2019, everyday I used to Lodge complain with the dth company and they used to give me assurance to send an engineer for necessary repairs. They are also charging daily charges from my monthly subscription.
      Please do the needful.

        We tried to upgrade old sim to 4g sim yesterday ie : 2019-may-12 8:30 pm ist.
        But, 4g sim is not yet activated. Received two messages yesterday one after another as below:
        First message: thank you for choosing airtel! We are setting up your services please wait. At 8:57 pm
        Second message: activation request is not recieved yet. Please retry later. At 8:58 pm

        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Customer care people are not helpful and they are saying that 4G sim has been activated but I am unable to send or receive any calls and messages.It is saying as network not registered .Airtel, please help me solve this issue..

            Since i missed phone with simcard i need my phone contacts so send me my call histories or frquent calling numbers at the earliest it is very very urgent since i am an actively practicing advocate
            Expecting your response at the earliest
            Do communicate the details on only text message

            Otherwise i will put irreparable loss and professionally get my image down

              There is no internet speed in our area even if it is 4g network. Its only less than 10kbps. Why there is such a problem in 4g network. You are jusy fooling the peoples nothing else. I think its waste of taking an unlimited pack in this slow network. Nowadays your service is also not good. If it continues the same i will be looking for other service provider.

                    The box of airtel is not working and because of it not able to watch any of the channel. We have been trying but it's really not working. And we are highly disappointed from the services as well what is the use if they are ignoring our complaint. We have been continuously calling the customer care and that to complaining online but getting no response its been quite a month. And this is very disappointing that airtel company is making trouble toh the customers by not helping

                    For new remote complaint book on week still it not received. When make call we are getting different answers without out respect . My advice is first give training show to speak to customer. Airtel is losing a royal customer like me fast 10 year s I was with Airtel small issue is not able to solved

                    Monthly bill is getting high compair with calling & usages. So please change my bill plan from postpaid to prepaid

                    In our area 4g signal is not getting properly and browsing is also not working properly, I am facing problem and when I complain to your customer care they are saying that in your area 4g signals is good but extension is needed recently 2 months back me and my friends will changed from idea to airtel but now airtel signals getting worst then idea.

                      Yesterday i received a call from [protected] where your representative appeared to misbehave with me. I was polite and gentle enough but still was misbehaved by your executives. I feel ashamed of your company even of being a regular customer here, i received such insults. I would not ask you to apologize instead mark my words for your representatives who talk to your customers being rude and disobedient. I hope your company to take action against such employees who disappoint your customers.

                        I am writing this out of my frustration as i am sick and tired now by calling your customer care agents!!

                        I had recharged my number [protected] on 6th may with my usual pack of 399 through airtel app, after selecting 399 pack, the app applied 50 rs voucher and effective amount of 349 which i paid, now the pack validity is showing just 28 days instead of 399, upon calling (Like thousand times) your customer care, i got to know that your system had some problems and didn't applied vouchers correctly for many customers and the issue would be resolved in 72hrs, it's now 5th day and still i see no action from your side, i could see multiple queries logged for my problem on airtel app but none of them is resolved yet, what's so big deal that you are not able to resolve this and update my plan correctly?

                        Either you give me my refund or update my pack validity, if not possible let me know and i would be happy to switch to other operator!!

                          I was in vietnam from 21st april’19 to 23rd april’19 and used 649 per day pack for international roaming.

                          On 24th april’19, i deactivated the pack while i was in thai airport.

                          During 5 hour stay at thai airport, my incoming, outgoing and mobile data usage was zero.

                          My bill should be 649*3 = 1947 plus taxes. However, the bill i received is 3, 744 plus taxes.

                          They have charged three days pack extra as roaming charges.

                            Its not even been 3 hours already my 2.5 data is used and i dint use that much i need my data back this makes me hate airtel and if I dint get back my data today im gonna change my account into Vodafone because im also having so many issues on network as the net is so slow some times so please look up to it and get back my data

                              Im airtel digital tv user, please help, i am totally harassed by airtel, since few days and aren't solving my problems

                              My airtel digital tv customer id [protected], i had installed airtel internet tv at my home and im not satisfied with it, without recharge no features are working thr internet features and recordings feature both, if i can't view my things without recharge why should i use it, and the customer care person also didn't gave me full information about these limitations, and when i wanted to talk about it to them they say there will be call from higher person regarding this situation, but i waited 4-5 days there call didn't came., when i want to change my pack there was a channel customisation option on channel no 998 but now it shows this channel doesn't exist, the in app customisation isn't working, i m totally harassed and want my old set top box back, so pls provide any help regarding this matter or i will go to consumer court for this, my name is manoj and my mobile number is [protected].

                                Sir, i recharged for 225 on 31 march 2019 to the above-mentioned i'd via netbanking. The amount debited from my account but not credited to my dth account, when i raised complaint airtel customer care said it will take 7 days to refund me. Till date i have not received either credit to my dth account nor in my bank account. My registered complaint no is 88043790 dt 15 app 2019. Multiple calls i have made to airtel customer care no proper reply.

                                  Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now i want to make a recharge of rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become # hungry fellows who don't have guts to earn your income and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the ussd code for recharging the rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers.â  â

                                    Somebody should file a complaint it's been happening for a long time.

                                    I recharged for 1gb per day pack and the data is getting over very soon, today i installed another app for ture balance usage check, where it showed how much data i really used. I was not suprised to see airtel steals 300mb everyday out of 1gb data.

                                      Every month my balance deduction on rs. 23 automatic on huge prepaid balance. I could not afford but continuation many times complaint but not ivrs code for stop prepaid balance. This is big issue or harrassment feeling for valuable customer for airtel.

                                      Please take action early validity expiry on 13.5.19 reagain balance deduction i am poor.

My voice call clarity and internet browsing quality is very very poor since 20 days and some time airtel network signal is zero so that i faced many problem to call some where and internet browsing.
