I have a prepaid number of Airtel. As per Regulation 8 of Telecom Consumer Protection Regulations 2012, a service provider is required to provide the call details to a customer on its request. I made a request to customer support but they denied by saying that since I'm on a unlimited plan. The request cannot be taken. Airtel, Please do something. I need my call details urgently. I have also applied their process EPREBILL but nothing happened. Please tell me how can I get my call details.

    I have problem with Airtel PGSI Mumbai for monthly Rs.588 has regular debit on my hdfc credit card. it is a second time first 02/04/2019 and second 03/05/2019 today with OTP.

    Kindly check and close the inthis type process and Refund the 2 month amount on urgent basis. i have major problem.

      Hi, i don't know what happened with my sim card. My sim card suddenly stopped working and deactivated without any reason. While i have recharged it with ₹558 and have validity remaining for 59 days.
      Please get me solutions and how can i reactivate my sim card and its data pack.
      Also what is the reason behind deactivation of my sim.

        I have made a payment of inr 592 towards my postpaid bill for the registered airtel mobile numbwer +91-[protected] on 03 may 2019. The amount got deducted from my bank and i haven't received any payment confirmation message from airtel. When i checked with airtel team, they mentioned that the payment is received but due to a network issue my data services are not up and running and they will resolve by 06th may 2019. Request you to intervene in this matter to get the issue resolved and bring back my services up and running.

            My son upamanyu bhattacharya subscribed for an airtel connection for wireless internet connection using hotspot device on my behalf against a six month advance rental plan for 399 every month and paid rs. 2832/- for the service in advance before activation of the connection. He got a service number [protected] against the payment and a hotspot device. Within a month he received a bill for rs. 432/- for the connection and when contacted airtel customer care they said that the gst amount has not been paid at the time of service so he had to pay that. After long argument we sent a scan copy of the bill both to airtel customer care and airtel appellate. Next day they responded back saying that was minor mistake and they have adjusted the account. After few days they sent a text message saying a bill of rs. 2400/- was overdue and advised to pay immediately to avoid "disconnection". Again when contacted the customer care they said our payment was not clear in their system so we have to visit the store take the money back and initiate a fresh payment. We reluctantly visited the store and the store manager said that he was not aware of any such system and said after checking the system that it was an accounting problem with airtel and advised to ignore the message. On 10th of april, at around 4 in the afternoon they disconnected the connection and when we contacted the customer care they said that was for non-payment of bill. At that point we wanted to put an end to the ridiculous system and wanted to surrender the connection and demanded a refund of the un-utilised part of payment we made. Since then we went through at least 40 email correspondences and hour long telephone conversation and after a point we said we do not need any refund only disconnect the service. Airtel preferred not to listen any of our requests and continued with the process which is still going on.in that process they made us spend at least 10 hours by way of writing mails, complaining and resending all documents which besides wasting enough time for us and created enough of mental anxiety. Now my question is why airtel should not pay adequate compensation for their gross negligence in duties and failing to serve a customer against payment?

            Airtel refunded the money after deduction of consumption period after several months. Though not a pleasant experience calling a dozen of time and writing so many emails, but thanks for the resolution.

            After my complain i have received a mail from Airtel with a service request number for suspension of service. A huge progress... still i am not sure whether they will make a refund or not.

            Update on 15th May 2019: The data connection is finally stopped. Current outstanding is showing 0, but I have not received any refund yet.

              My dth a/c was suspended due to low balance on 25th april 2019 and hence 'error code 6' (For low balance and temporary a/c suspension) was being displayed on my tv screen, on the same day in the evening i recharged my dth a/c twice with inr 150/- each (Keeping my set top box on for more than 20 minutes as it requires and kept it on for more than 4 hours thereafter) after which my balance became inr 297.15. But since then my airtel dth a/c is still showing the error code 6 and my dth a/c balance is getting depleted day by day. During 25/04/2019 to 27/04/2019, i contacted the concerned customer care at[protected] many times for solution but in all the cases i have been given many false promises (Viz. Your problem will get resolved within 2 hours,... Within 24 hours,... Within 48 hours etc.) by each of the customer care executive, higher authority executive, technician, technical team and many more experts, but unfortunately none of them resolved my issue. I also sent sms hr to 54325 for about 10-12 times for refreshing the a/c but that also did not make any difference.
              I, then, sent mail to [protected]@airtel.com narrating the whole issue, expressing my grievance and asking for solution. But unfortunately as solution i had narrate the whole issue from the very beginning to each of the technician/executive who called me from [protected]. Many times they called me when i was busy in my office for which i could not pick up the phone but when i attempted to call back to [protected] i failed as the contact no. Is meant only for one way contact from the end of airtel dth. Hence, i mentioned my available time twice to them but they did not contact me at that time.

              In between in one of their mails they also mentioned that i shall have to pay charges @ inr 150/-per visit per technician to my home to check any hardware/equipment related problem. But i denied to pay for any such unnecessary visit, as it was confirmed by many of their customer care executives itself that all equipments are properly fitted as channel no. 100, 101 & 102 (Airtel dth's promotional channels) were getting aired/displayed. Airtel dth warns about improper cable connection or obstruction around the dish or about its inability to receive signals in all its channels if faces any problem due hardware/equipments.

              However, for such bad experiences i have decided to quit airtel dth and asked them to refund my inr 297.15 to my bank a/c (Details mentioned in email) or to the sources of those recharges i. E. Paytm and amazonpay. But they are neither refunding my money nor even resolving the issue.

                They are not activating dth plan selected by me...
                Whenever trying to select my own package, reply comes that it cannot be processed.
                We are forced to select their pre decided package.
                N complained a lot to stop my second tv connection as we don't require it but also are not doing that and deducting money everyday...
                Costumer call service person is not responding and refuse to connect to its senior and saying we can't process your request even without telling reason..

                    My customer id is [protected]. I have followed the instructions of airtel digital tv. To create own package according to their guidelines of channel no 998 several time. It takes too much time. Still my current plan doesn't change called the customer care. They said that number is given its not work its fake.. You try another no. And cut the call. I tried but it's also doesn't work i called again same replay given by them. That another no also doesn't work u try by app. (And laughed) and cut call.. The app also doesn't work (To make whole package on app its almost impossible). The worst customer care authority. Its a violation of trai guidelines. The changing package must be easy. Haw can they kept fake or unworkable no on their guidelines. And customer care authority kept for laugh on customers.

                        Airte digital tv id no.[protected], relocation request 88616198. Request raised on 30th april, 2019 at 6pm
                        Stating that house will be shifted from lig 86 kphb 7th phase to nizampet. Transportation vehicle with house furniture will be started on 2nd may, 2019 at 10 am. Request raised 2 days in advance. We were given assurance and asked to call for assistance no.[protected] - but no body is picking up the call - no response.

                        They gave two service engineers numbers 1. Peeri [protected] (Switched off) 2. Khadeer [protected]. He says that is not my area.

                        We around 10 times beged the airtel customer care, spoke to mr. Mahender, ms. Sravani - customer care supervisor. They assured it will be done. Finally we shifted the luggage from kphb colony to nizampet - hyd, we left the airtel dish there.

                        Till this time 2nd may evening 6-03pm no call from airtel services. This is very pathetic, worst and horrible, ridiculous airtel digital tv services. At least now airtel should respond and resolve this issue - customer name : sk. Saleem, cell no.[protected]

                          We had emailed airtel ([protected]@airtel.in) for disconnection of services on[protected], but till date no action has been taken nor they have responded to email.

                          I have tried on the help line but there is no option for disconnection nor the line is transferred to any executive. For no fault of mine now they will raise bills than their recovery agents will harass.

                            Hi team,

                            I have an existing d2h connection, which has now not working since 3 weeks for now.
                            Due to heavy wind the connection is no there since 15.4.2019.
                            Have raised complaints almost every other day, and now i have a dozen of complaint numbers.
                            The call center support team is a real mess. They are just playing around with their time, and having used airtel connection for a decade now, i feel the d2h support team is a real waste of time. They neither help nor provode any resolution.
                            On one such instance i was asked to take my connection (D2h is for tv services) to the nearest airtel showroom... After listening to this response from them, i am now really shocked if they understand what queries they are dealing with.

                            I have mailed to the nodal desk also on 25.4.19 after getting no response from the customer support, but they also seem to be of no help. I get called up daily only to check if my issue is resolved or not. They only respond that the engineer shall visit my place today. The today has not arrived since 3 weeks for now. And the so called engineer, doesn't even know to speak english, and on an instance when i got his number when the call centre team raised a ticket, he says he cannot come down in such hot weather...

                            Now we customers have to wait for the mercy of such engineers...

                            I do not have the connection, but the rental is promptly getting deducted. So is there any concerned team from the airtel side, who looks into the core issues the customer actually faces.

                              I requested for setup box upgrade to hd on 15th apr 2019 (My customer id: [protected]) and complaint number is 87995628. Till date no one contacted me yet, on 18th apr 2019 i requested again (Complaint number:[protected]. Till date the request is pending no one resolving it.

                              I keep on following them in mail but no one is resolving my request. I asked them to escalate this to higher level management, but they are not doing that also.

                                  I have not been able to use internet for some reason. There is only one dot for signal. I tried res-inserting the sim twice, switched off the mobile thrice, tried calling the customer care where it’s really difficult to reach. Even if the call reaches, i don’t know how the call gets cut when it starts ringing. Please help me

                                  The call came from the airtel dth company that on recharging 1349, the entire channel with HD channel will also be free for 01 years and a cashback of Rs. 240. Neither cashback nor rechargeable channels are available on recharge. Talking to customer care, they say that we can not help you.

                                  I have a prepaid number with unlimited calling plan valid up to 26 Jan 2020 (yes, 2020!). I am unable to dial 1860 calls, and get "there is no balance" message. Reaching a call center agent of Airtel is a Herculean task, and I get fed up and give up.

                                    We would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residents of vatika seven lamps residential society, gurgaon -122004 and thereby putting the life of residents in

                                    Vicinity in hazardous situation

                                    Our complaint is specific that, vatika had licensed its residential premises to mobile company for installation of airtel mobile tower in midst of residential society

                                    Area.

                                    When residents of vatika seven lamps society, came to know about this fact, they immediately objected the said installation and also requested to vatika for

                                    Uninstallation of mobile tower and also informed him about the hazardous effect of radiation, which eliminates from the said mobile tower upon the human body.

                                    As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installated 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said

                                    Mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said

                                    Mobile tower on their building. But the same is not followed in vatika seven lamps society. There are more than 600+ resident flats in society.

                                    There are lot of play schools and main schools in nearby vicinity.

                                    Hence, the airtel mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, vatika group are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect

                                    We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the beauty tower in vatiks seven lamps,

                                    Sec 82, in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

                                      This is regarding reference no. Is[protected], registered on 30/03/2019 12:40:26. I had requested for family pack and my husband’s number to be added to family pack. Airtel immediately changed my plan from 399 plan to family plan which is 650rs, but never added my husband’s number to the family pack so that he continues to pay his bill according to 499 plan. I called airtel on 15th april and they gave me guarantee that it will be resolved by 18th april. On no update by 19th april, i called and spoke to supervisor arti rani who gave guarantee that it will be resolved within 24 hours. I again called customer care after 2 days because the issue was still not resolved, each time i had to explain the whole issue again after being on hold for 15-20 mins. This has been ongoing since a month now.
                                      Somehow without our consent or any prior notification/update, airtel changed my husband’s plan from backend to 199 plan. He has pending 350gb of data which got wiped out and reduced to 10gb. We were never informed about this, how did airtel itself take the decision of changing the plan without the customer’s consent.
                                      This is literally mental harassment of the customer, i have wasted endless long hours in conversations with airtel customer care without any fruit. I don’t know why i should pay this month’s bill of 650rs. I want airtel to compensate for this.

                                        Bharti Airtel do fraud with the customers
                                        Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now I want to make a recharge of Rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become ### hungry fellows who don't have guts to EARN your INCOME and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct Rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the USSD code for recharging the Rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting Rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers.
