I make my package 202 rs in my airtel dth. Bt my airtel dth say u will charge 315 rs. When i select only 202 rs package so why he take extra money.i select only those channel who i want to see. He and my channel cost is 202 rs. 153 rs free air channel and 49 rs paid channels. So u give heard punishment.

    Hi,

    We have requested for airtel broadband shifting on april 15th on registered mobile [protected] and the request is to be resolved before 19th april evening. The issue is not yet resolved and when we call customer care, everytime the response is the issue will be resolved in 4 hours. But, the issue has not yet resolved. No one answers what the issue is. How much time should we wait for the request to be resolved. The case is escalated yesterday. Even though, issue is not resolved. Is this the way you behave with your customers. Can't you let us know whether the issue will be resolved or when can it be solved? Will it be solved at least? If you are not able to solve the issue, please refund the amount that we have paid in the last month for 6months.

        In nallsopara east near by aachole road your airtel gallery had it do not do service property and make a cheat to the people plz take a action against those servicer.

        Two day later i go in u are gallery for i wast face some promblem. U service told that u are sim are not link in adhar card but it was link. And it was gave the option for billing becoz she got commission from u company ie plz take a action against...

          I have been using airtel since last 5 months.1st there has no issue about the internet after that from last 5 days i'm facing vary much problems of internet connectivity and volte service. The call can't be completed and data service is so poor that even i can't check any of my internet services. I complaint airtel customer care from last 3 days. But they have just assured me but don't take any actions about my complaint. Airtel 558 data plan is activated in my sim. Which has 3 gb data/day and all national calling is free and 100 sms/day for 82 days.

            Such a stupid fake network broad casting fake adds showing 4 g speed everywhere but fact is they not even providing 2g speed. Everytime they will mention new towers will b coming but nothing gonna start new here. Customer care is useless. They arrogantly telling we can provide only information but we can’t do anything instantly. Since 3 months m calling them on n off giving complaints but they simply telling we can’t resolve problem instantly but the case is they don’t wanna resolve anytime. My suggestion pls choose something worthy network in india. No consumers rights fulfilled in india. We hv to suffer the bloody leech’s watever. Hope i will find worthy network or i hv to shift country

              Dear sir/ma'am,
              I've recently bought redmi note 7 pro which airtel has offered double data packs for ₹249 and ₹349.
              Unfortunately i've recharged my prepaid sim with ₹499 which i got 2gb data per day then i've recharged again with ₹249 which gives me 4gb data from redmi note 7 series offer. But now i can use only 2gb data per day, i don't know what kind of cheating is it but i'm really disappointed on this matter. I really don't want the offer but atleat give me 4gb data per day which is my require rights for what i've recharged.

                I was charged ₹235 for a month validity as per pic attached. But my services were stopped after 14 days, saying that validity is over. I recharged my dth through paytm.

                Got recharged on 11th of april 2019.
                This happen to me once just before this one but i didn't asked anything as i didn't took all information before recharging, but this time i fully inspected then recharged.

                  They are cheating customer in the name of 4g, and are implying their data charges on customer even when we have not used it. For eg - i have used 300 mb today in my pack of 1 gb per day and they have messaged me that i have exceeded my data plan so the internet is not working, and believe me this happens quite frequently. So please look into this matter and kindly action asap.

                  How do you know you’ve used just 300 MB? You’ll need to provide more details for people to rake you seriously.

                  Also, all telecoms do such fishy stuff. The best way is to go with postpaid or take a plan with more data.

                        I visit your gallery at ghatkopar (Shreyas) they said please mail the issue what you faced. They told us that dob is wrong in your system. Please not we used same number since many years.

                          Since the past few days most of the channels are not playing properly. The tv displays an error code "b0001", the set top box is not able to receive signal. Also the signal strength is not optimal in some channels where the pictures are getting smudged and cut. I have raised this concern with airtel but it has fallen into deaf ears. Airtel is denying customers of their basic viewing rights by broadcasting pathetic third grade quality television content which cannot be viewed. I am not able to view more than half of my preferred channels that i am paying for. Have written followup emails to the appellate (Appellate. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) & nodal (Dth. [protected]@airtel.com, dthnodal. [protected]@airtel.com, dthnodal1. [protected]@airtel.com) officers, nobody has responded to the emails. Their satellite's signal alignment has changed due to some up-gradation work therefore my dish is unable to receive adequate signals from the broadcaster which is leading to this problem. Airtel is trying to raise funds and recover your satellite up-gradation/installation/alignment cost from the customer by penalizing the end customer to pay forcibly? This an extortion tactic that airtel has initiated to recover their cost from the end users. Pls bear this in mind. Also no action has been taken by these chutes. Kindly look into this matter.

                            Airtel said that on recharge on 400 or more they will give hotstar premium subscription or limited time. When i recharged of 349 something it was showing on airtel tv that i have got premium subscription of hotstar and many other facilities like eros now etc but they are not working. I was not able to see ipl and other hotstar premium feature. When i called airtel care they told me you have to recharge separately hotstar premium subscription. But they have not mentioned this before recharge. Why they are misadversting. Please help us

                                  I initiated the process to get my number ported to airtel on 13th april 2019. My old number got deactivated on 19th april 2019 but my new airtel number shows 'no service' when i try to activate it. Airtel consecutive told me that it normally takes 2 hrs for the number to get activated. It's been more than 18 hrs now and it is still not activated. Then i contacted airtel on twitter they told me that it would take another two days to activate. This is ridiculous and highly inconvenient as this is the only number i have and all of my work is stuck.
                                  Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally, when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately.

                                    Airtel do fraud and cheating with the customers

                                    Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now i want to make a recharge of rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become # hungry fellows who don't have guts to earn your income and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the ussd code for recharging the rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers.â  â

                                        Hello,

                                        I was using airtel postpaid number from last 8 years and when i was on vacation they have disconnected my number. After coming from vacation they told payment was due, we have paid all the bills even after ensuring they have allocated that number to someone else. This is how they treat their 8 year old customer, such a worst and pathetic experience with airtel.
