We have requested for airtel broadband shifting on april 15th, and the request is to be resolved before 19th april evening. The issue is not yet resolved and when we call customer care, everytime the response is the issue will be resolved in 4 hours. But, the issue has not yet resolved. No one answers what the issue is. How much time should we wait for the request to be resolved. The case is escalated yesterday. Even though, issue is not resolved. Is this the way you behave with your customers. Can't you let us know whether the issue will be resolved or when can it be solved? Will it be solved at least? If you are not able to solve the issue, please refund the amount that we have paid in the last month for 6months.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Also, all telecoms do such fishy stuff. The best way is to go with postpaid or take a plan with more data.
