I use airtel sim-prepaid i have been receiving calls from unknown numbers (All men). Each time a block a particular no., i receive call from another no.
Additionally i have also started receiving whatsapp messages from unknown numbers too. These calls are very distressing as the dialer talks in an extremely cheap manner. Although i have been blocking the numbers, it hasn't helped in stopping these calls. Kindly look into the matter.

    One or two months ago i written a request to airtel that is:

    "hello sir/mam

    I also want to experience airtel's 4g volte service but for that i will have to upgrade my sim card to 4g/volte enabled sim card but i think i can not do because i am suffering from a disease called anxiety disorder which causes unable to walk, not even two steps forward that's why i am asking airtel if it would help me to upgrade my sim card. This sim card belongs to the telenor which was converted into airtel itself. That's why i am requesting airtel to help me out as soon as possible. Please! Please! Please! Help me out.

    But airtel didn't and not doing as it's promising in their advertisement.

    Today I received a Freud's Continued Call regarding my airtel's complaint in which a fraudster was asking OTP came on my phone that's why I reject the Call except first time of receiving the call. The Fraudster's Mobile Number is from BIHAR [protected]

      Airtel do fraud with the customers

      Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now I want to make a recharge of Rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become ### hungry fellows who don't have guts to EARN your INCOME and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct Rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the USSD code for recharging the Rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting Rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers.

          Dear team.

          Here is my complaint..

          Being a self proclaimed #1 mobile network company, there is no proper support team and most of customer care people don't know how to solve my issue.

          Problem is, i have made a payment of 2000inr. On feb17. Made a mistake, i suppose to make a payment of 200inr. So made 1800 additional amount and the same i'm asking to refund. Most of customer care executive says - they escalated the same and no resolution even after 2months.

          Yes, they don't care the customer also they don't value customer money.

          Do it need 3months to get settle this issue.?

          Even after mail, call escalations, they are sleeping, what a pathetic service. Even i switched from postpaid to prepaid as per their retain team still "0" response...

          Now i need justification.

              My credit card was auto debited with ₹715.18 today at 11:49am withou pin/otp. Please look into it and reverse the charges. I haven’t used my credit card today i. E 27-04-19. This seems to be some sort of fraud that you have to take care from your end. I have seen similar types of complaints raised by other consumers reporting the same issue and observed that no solution is given so far from your side. How would you resolve this issue, i need an answer and update!

                  My credit card was auto debited with 538.24 today at 11.52 am without pin/otp. Please look into this and reverse the charges. I have never used the card from my end. This seems to be some sort of fraud that you have to take care from your end. I have seen similar kind of complaints raised by other consumers reporting the same issue. There is no solution that you have given so far. How are we going to resolve this i need an answer and update... I'll report this in all social media about airtel

                    Hi sir

                    I have sent several mail to airtel customer care regarding my march bill which they committed before my bill payment. Now they have raised wrong bill without any notice to me and unfortunately i paid the bill and no body is interested to reverse my bill amount. It was discussed and agreed on phone that no bill of mar’19 will be charged.in spite of that bills raised to me. Why they harassing me every month as i have discussed so many time with customer care of airtel company and company is not giving me proper service which i have complaints several time.

                      On 23.04.2019 i have raised complaint vide reference no 88338072 for not receiving signals on digital tv i'd no [protected]
                      They gave engineer samagara venkat k contact [protected] who is not in service with concern company
                      Again we have raised complaint till 27.04.2019 still issue not resolved
                      If a company don't have any service executives than why they sell products and cheats customer money and time.
                      Please take ur setup box and refund my setup box installation fee 1800 + this month recharge money.

                        Recently my pack of rs 399 was ended up on 25th april. So i recharge the number from the myairtel app where i had received a offer of rs. 399 with 84gb 3g/4g data and unlimited calls for 84 days. The offer was also highlighted with extra 400mb/day data in addition with rs 50 off. So i recharged that offer but i just received benefits of rs 399 contained 84gb data and not extra 400 mb data. So i request you to proceed further for my full data benefits.

                            On 16th-apr'19, i went to airtel office in yelahanka, bengaluru and raised the request of porting my number from idea to airtel. On 18th, i got the message that service has been reset but it's 26th, still network is not showing for airtel sim. Every time i contacted airtel (10 times), they raised a new complaint with different representative but no body has taken any action as of now. I have highlighted the same on twitter but no positive response there also.
                            Is there any way we can complaint somewhere where these lazy people should take some action?

                              I am taking follow up from last 3-4 months for the network issue and even my services are disconnected on daily basis as i am fed up so i am not doing the payments because of pathetuc service being offered by the airtel inspite of paying regularly on time and a big amount.
                              Today again my services has been barred without any reason. When i has checked it from the airtel office and they told me that services are barred due to non payment.

                              As per airtel my due amount is 1010/-. When i have checked the last payment history i found that my two payments are not updated in your system.

                              Due to fault at your end i am suffering a lot and even no one is interested to resolve my issue.

                              I am attached the snapshot of the payments made by end from paytm wallet with the truncation id, s

                              Hope will get any resolution and resume my services as i have already have a big loss due to your services.

                                I went to the mall and suddenly my airtel sim stopped working. I thought it would be just the bad network in the place, but even after coming out, the sim wasn't getting detected and it's been more than 12hrs and i still don't have network. I cannot make calls or receive them.
                                I can't even find a customer care no. It's very frustrating.
                                I need a customer care number where it is easier to get things done. Please look into this matter.

                                  I stopped getting sms at my airtel number [protected]. I was getting messages till few days back. Now, i am facing a lots of problems without sms. I brows through the internet to look for possible solutions, but could not succeed. I have checked all my mobile settings and things look fine. Can you please resolve the issue?

                                      Sir my airtel postpaid no.[protected] was activated on 8th april 2019 and i complaint on 10th april that i am not able receive incoming and messages and not able to send message.

                                      All customer say my issue will be resolved in 24, 48, 72 hour but issue not solve.

                                      When i put my sim in 2g mobile and send message to anyone that an error seems"check operator service".

                                      Customer care fraud with me that they solving my issue but they didn't nothing.
