I am not using any airtel services but on 1st april 2019 a transaction of rs.588.31 has been done on my credit card at www.airtel.in (Pgsi). How is it possible? Where did you find my credit card details? I am attaching transaction details.. Please review and make refund of my money as soon as possible....

My complaint here is why airtel is forcefully deducting rs. 23 from my balance and do the recharge, if a customer wants to recharge he/she will do it their own. Why the hell airtel is doing it forcefully.

This is unacceptable....
