Have recharged my mobile number [protected] through my airtel application for Rs. 398 on 27th march 2019 and received an SMS with Transaction reference[protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of Rs. 398. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

I have been contacting customer care members from almost a month and m daily listening same line from them again n again whenever i call then that my internet will work after 4 hours after u restart your phone .

I called up Airtel customer care and submitted the complaint last year on Feb 2018.. ref no. 88960457
Till now no progress in the network.
But Airtel says they have already optimised the network to its maximum.. they are also saying they'll need to install a tower but till now not sure whether it has been done or not.
Resolve the network issue at the earliest.
Even I have requested for Airtel broadband connection...

Airtel customer care is not willing to help us. Ask i am using airtel 4g data services. My internet speed is becoming so slow day by day and i have 1 gb per day, i can't able to use half of the 1gb a day because the internet is much slow. I had done a recharge yesterday on dth.
But channels are not coming, everytime it is telling me to recharge. I have already contacted customer care for 6 times since morning and they are always assuring me that they have refreshed and it will come in 30 min. Already sixteen 30 minutes have passed since first call. I am free irritated as a took connection with such a great joy and now this is what i am getting.....

The airtel store staffs at katwa in west bengal, loacted on the connecting lane of kachari road and circus maidan road forced me to pay rs.130/- for opening airtel payment bank account whreas i got the balance of rs.100/- in my savings account.

Today i visited an authorised airtel store referred in the complaint subject for number portability purpose, they issued a new sim by collecting 50 rupees, they denied to issue bill also.
