I have Airtel DTH Connection [protected] and did not opted NDTV at channel #317. Also I opted Sudarshan News channel #327.

Surprised to see that Airtel forcefully enabled NDTV channel #317 on my connection and the channel which I opted i.e. Sudarshan News channel #327 is not available to me. I am sure that NDTV has paid "SOMETHING" to airtel to add it on each connection forcefully.

Please see the attached screenshots and expose Airtel.

    My self Surya prakash .my Airtel Dth Id is [protected]. I make a monthly plan for 301 rupees.I recharged on 24 mar 19. And it's validity is upto 21/22 Apr 19.On 15Apr 19 I received a spam call regarding activation of miniplex HD channel which is totally refused by me.After sometimes I saw a message regarding activation of said channel .Immediately I contact to customer care and raised complaint regarding this issue. The customer care deactivated this channel soon and said your deducted balance will deposited soon. But on 17Apr 19 my TV suspended due to low balance.pls do help me in this regard...

      The complaint is about Airtel DTHCID:[protected].I choose my plan on this ID with ref.ID289674 on dated January 31, 2019.But some time later the said plan is automatically altered with about twice the value of my choosed previous pack.I have learnt about this when channels of my pack are deactivated and balanced goes to negative.This is gross violation of service &how can company automatically altered the plan without consent.Further I recharged of 1349/-on April 5, 2019&also changed RMN to [protected].The current plan is still not active &yet balance shows negative and also unalteration of RMN.I contacted many times on these two issues on company's customer care platform but failed to resolve. Please provide compensation with difference of plan alteration and inconveinance caused by it with reimbursement of recharge amount.

        As per process suggested by airtel customare care i have done recharge of rs. 160 and then select my pack from 998 channel and send message after scanning qr code.
        I have received negative response "
        Your request could not be processed. To opt for new pack/channels, please visit channel number 998 of your airtel digitaltv or download my airtel app."
        Once again i reached to customare care service proivder and they suggest me to recharge from my airtel app.
        In this app many of the popular packages are not available which are provided by channel broadcasters.
        So requesting to the trai authority to take necessary action and provide solutions.

        I am also facing the same problem. Airtel digital tv once has given the option to choose the channel between January and February 2019 and then removed. Now I want to do some changes in the base pack but now option has removed by Airtel gigital tv.

          I have paid 8484 rs amount for airtel broadband connection ([protected]) on 13.02.2019 with transaction id[protected].

          After that they said services is not feasible in my area and i got a message about initiated my refund on 7th march and credited on or before by 10th march with ref number[protected].

          But i still not received my refund amount. I checked my statement and tried to talk to call center and they are saying its credited on 6th march but not sure how is it possible and i need details where its credited my money.

          Even i also provide my bank statement couple of times to them there are not provided any details about my money..

          Airtel is really don't care about customer's these days.

            I made a monthly payment for my landline thru airtel app. I did not enter the amount details which was directly taken from the app. But i was debited 100 times my bill amount. I immediately raised the complaint to airtel where they informed me the reversal will happen in 24 hrs. But already 4 days have passed & inspite of regularly following its not reimbursed

              I am a customer of airtel for over 10 yrs and have postpaid connection of airtel is having problem with data not working for past 10 days. In spite of calling umpteen times to customer care and email, they are not coming up with solution or sending technical people to my home to check exact problem. My question is they would charge 100 rs as late fees if we do not pay airtel postpaid bill on time and even if its 1 day late. They never mind whether it's old customer or new customer they charge, now I am unable to use their data service for 10 days, will they compensate me for interrupted services and I am frustrated by their lacklustre approach. I want my problem solved or help in getting the same no changed to different service problem without hassles. My email I'd is [protected]@gmail.com.

                We have made payment of the bill vide cheque. Cheque was deposited at airtel santnagar branch new delhi. But the payment is not updated in airtel records and the amount is also not debited from my bank account. I want to put a stop payment to this cheque and issue fresh cheque but despite of my repeated visits at airtel branch office, various calls to their call center and emails to the mail ids provided by airtel, there is no reply of our emails. They are not confirming on mail what has happened with the cheque. Is it not airtel's responsibility to at least reply to our mails??? Extremely bad service.

                  Sir ii is to bring in ypur notice that since 2 yeras i am regularly complaing to change my name on registered mobile number and everytime it is said from your side that the prblm has been resolved but its really very embarrasing to say that i have not got solution of my problem... Due to this rough service i have stooped recharging my airtel digital tv account. Its my humble request to plz change my name..

                    I have done recharge on airtel number on 18/04/2019 yet the recharge is not showing and the transaction amount is also deducted i had done recharge of 399. How can the deduction be possible if the recharge is not seen. I want my recharge to be done or my money refund. Being your loyal customer i need the same loyalty from the service provider as soon as possible.

                      Mr. Sunil mittal, i’m a very long and old user of airtel. I use airtel postpaid connections for nearly 10 years and then finally i decided to switch to prepay. So i went to a retailer store o 12 block o lajpat nagar 2 110024 on 25 march. They generated otp and ask me to pay on pro rated and i did pay. I was confirmed that it will be done in 48 to 72 hours. I then follow up and one executive request me to wait till 28 march 1 pm. Nothing happen. Then i called up on 30 march again the false promises that a complaint is raised and will be done by next monday. I called up and spoke with of the supervisor and he was very rude and if this kind of customer support work for your company then it will not be surprised that airtel customers support is one of the worst. Then he ask me to pay the bill again when this is not my fault. I already informed him that i have paid prorated for those required days and i’m not accountable for any further bills and he yell at me that you use the service so you have to pay. Anyway the issues is still not resolved so i put a complaint in facebook on 4 april and more than 10 different executives commented on my post stating it will be resolved soon. Then one executive call aanchal t promised me that it will be resolved by 16 april and confirmation message also received but nothing happens today is 18 april. Then i follow up on this then one stupid agent called gurpreet b asked me the store address and more details which i have given 14 days back on same comment. Forget about providing resolution, your executive doesn’t even check what is the concern and what all information is provided this cause more irritation and frustration. Please note this, your executives are really experts to irritate and screaming yelling at their customers. Hire and get more of # and your company will definitely stand on top 1 list in world worst customers support.

                      I hope you may understand how frustrated the long standing customers

                          We have choose to migrate from Individual number to Family pack with Bill plan of 649 INR per month.

                          Migrated to this plan on December month and we have received the call from Airtel customer care for checking the numbers for consolidation on December 20th ( Provided the numbers [protected] + [protected] ) also we have given clear instruction like which number needs to be primary and which number needs to secondary and call ended smoothly.

                          However, we both were getting 770 RS each ( 649 + TAX ) from December month on wards and unfortunately we both were paying it separately for JAN + FEB + MAR separately (770 + 770 each month = 1500+).

                          I raised this concern with Airtel customer care but they were unable to take any action from there end and my number was barred meanwhile for April month and ended up paying it for April month as well.

                          I raised this issue with Airtel Front office and requested them to check the call of December 20th but they confirm, do not have access for listening to such calls.

                          Again i raised my issue with nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com and its been more than 7 days and issue is not resolved.

                          Planning to port from Airtel to JIO and we are getting the message port request is cancelled because of Payment due from Airtel but i have paid excess amount than what i am supposed to pay but still with no resolution we are stuck with Air-tel network ( operator ).

                          I had a discussion mulitple times with Airtel customer care, Direct office and Nadal office Baba Fakruddin / Ali / Mohammad Azar Ali ( Reporting Manager ) but response seems to be very bad.

                          I have raised my concern or issue on 12th of April and the time line which is provided by Airtel adviser is 3 days ( 72 hours ) but even after 240 hours ( 10 days ) this issue is still pending to be resolved from Airtel team.

                            I had been using airtel prepaid connection more than a decade
                            But now a days, i am unhappy with the services, as i do not get indoor coverage in my building, the time i get back home, i am cut off from the world, as there is absolutely no network...

                            I have raised multipe service requests and contacted through mails and phone calls to service center but no use, still the problem prevails the same.
                            And there is no use of posting advertisements in television that you where the speedest network.

                                  I made a broadband request in Panchkula, Haryana location.
                                  My documents were collected, I made an installation charge of ₹1000. But 2 days later, I got to know from Airtel call support that connection could not be possible in that location.
                                  My question is why a feasibility study was not done before accepting my documents and payment.
                                  I asked for refund ₹1000, which in call from Airtel representative told me that they will refund back ₹1000 in my paytm account that I have shared with them, but I haven't received yet.
                                  I am calling them from last 3 days and I am only getting confirmation from their side that money will be refunded within one or two hours but haven't yet received.

                                    Hi, i have purchased airtel broadband plan of 10gb a day, on 28th february 2019, for 3 months totals just over 1400 a month totals around 4300 for 3 months. Consumer id is [protected] connection name is magmata k,. However after 2 days of installation, it started t show the signs of disconnection. Initially it was like 2-3 times a day but after a few days passed, the disconnection became more frequent and it is at least 40-50 times a day, believe it or not. I had contacted the technician who installed the broadband and said they are replacing some cable in my area and said it will be fixed soon, nevertheless the problem just continued to exist. Then i have contacted the customer care, and they sent someone over and checked again and said there is some problem with the connection. And said he will attend it again the next day, but that day never came. Nobody till this date checked it and i am suffering from this frequent disconnection. This is an absolute garbage connection u can buy in the market. Event hough i have 10gb free internet a days couldn't even use 2gb a days am deeply disappointed this event after frequently informing the customer support regarding this issue, no actions had been taken. Looking forward to solve this issue at least i need to use it until my subscription period and after that i would happily trash this junk forever.

                                      Sir i'm from gwalior and my complain is about your internet speed in my area called jiwaji ganj gende wali sadak mata ke mandir ke pass lashkar 474001. Sir my internet speed is very very very poor. Even i have been tried to port my no. But your customer care executive told me that they will increase the speed but still they done nothing so can you do something please.
