Hello,
I am a decent customer of Airtel. I am using Airtel Post connection since July'18.
They sold me plan with name of 4G Internet. But from day 1, they failed to give me a proper speed. Some times, I can't send even a single text message through Internet.
Mostly I am in office or at my residence (like everyone). But at both places, I am facing issue. It's very irritating. I contacted to airtel customer care. Also, mailed them regarding this issue. Even airtel team also admitted that network problem is available at my place. Everytime whenever I contacted them, they just asking for more time. Waited for more than 3 months from my first complaint. But still no solution.
In their last mail, they asked time till 8th March 2019 to resolve my issue. But no solution.
I have their mail conversation and also have telephone recordings in which there representative admitted network problem issue.
Now, I want complete refund as I paid them for 4G service. And they failed to give.
