I am rahul pandita resident of french apartments facing network and data issue for the past 10 months. I am living at the ground floor. The airtel network is zero there. I am unable to use network and data there. If some body from my relative calls me, they get network is unreachable or switched off. I have called several times to customer care to provide the signal or some appliance like booster so that i can use my network. Around 100 families are living there and all have the same problem. I now got frustrated with this.
Please do the favour if you can do some solution for this.

    Is any one have a time to listen customer voice. I think airtel soon leave india.

    Airtel amazon prime charges rs 999 add in my bill without my permission. I am using 02 airtel mobile no and also airtel dth. I am recommended airtel to many my friend.
    If this kind of activity happened in airtel with corporate customers how can we believe in airtel.
    I am strongly unrecommended airtel to my company.
    I am working in service industry as a service incharge. We not close consumer complaints without feedback or satisfaction. Airtel customer care close sr no is[protected] without my satisfaction. If my problem not resolved iam going to port my connections in another company.
    I also file case in consumer court against airtel.

    Amount deducted from bank but failed bill payment with airtel. Dear, I have made airtel online post paid bill payment on 9 April 2019 Amount got deducted from HDFC bank .payment successfully . Money deducted from my HDFC BANK . But from airtel my number was not reacharged 4 hours complete now how my number: +91 [protected]

    But know it is very slow

      Hello team,

      Kindly suggest what should i can do for such kind of issue?
      I am facing lot of issue with the airtel internet service (4g/3g/2g) speed and data loss. The issue is internet service interrupted on my number. On the same location other numbers are using the service of airtel but i am not. Regarding this i had raise the complaint lots of time but it has not registered by them. On[protected] they registered the complaint but not yet given the update on it. I took lots of follow up with them over phone but they are not responding properly.       Hello team,
      I am unable to use an internet 4g/3g service due to poor signals/connection/performance. Earlier i have raised the complaint 4 to 5 times with the same concern, including data loss during the service interruption.

      Today[protected] it has been register by complaint team via phone (Dial 198) and i received the complaint number ([protected]) but before that it was not provided by your team.
      From the past few months i was unable to use proper unlimited plan (Around 558rs) with 49rs. Even unable to use entire data due to service interrupted each and every day.
      So could you please help me to get my lost data for reuse.
      Daily i loss morethan 1 to 2gb data without use.
      Kindly confirm who will return those lost data in between 4 to 5 months?
      I have observed that such problem only effecting on my number.
      Is there any setting applied from service provider /your team which effecting my data/internet service/signals?

      Since 4 to 5 months I am facing same slowness issue. Registered complaint about this but not yet resolved my issue, even not properly given the update by them.

        My airtel number is [protected] and sim number is[protected]u. I ported this number from vodafone but till now is not activating. It's almost more than one week that i am not able to use this number and this number is my registered mobile number in all my works. I therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter. My alternate number is [protected]. Moreover, i cannot go to dimapur, nagaland office from where i took my sim because i am in kolkataout for treatment.

          On 20th march i recharged for 453 rs. And my monthly plan is of 420 rs. Still airtel has deactivated my account saying insufficient balance. I called multiple times in airtel customer care but either they are cutting calls by keeping me on hold or saying you will get callback. I am helpless. After paying money also i am getting pathetic service from airtel.

            My airtel sim card service is suddenly suspended for no reason, after that i called customer service, they said your sim is damaged, it's technical issue, you need to take new sim card from airtel gallery
            I have taken new sim card for same number but after waiting for more than 12 hours it's not activated.
            I called customer service more than 8 times still they do not have any resolution for this issue.
            How many times i need to visit airtel store to activate my number??
            My all communication is stopped due to this issue.

We try to avoid it so many times but he is unstoppable and he is calling so frequently that we cannot tolerate.                   I am 60 years old senior citizen. I had two DTH connections. Out of which I stopped using the first one and requested for its disconnectionvsince I do not use it anymore. I have been complaining them from past 2 months to disconnect it. I have made numerous number of calls to their customer care and spoke with all the senior advisors yet the issue has not been resolved. I took the monthly plan of 260 rupees and Airtel has cost me 1500 rupees since they love to loot people with their horrible services.
                  This is the most horrible experience I have had from Airtel. I would never buy anything from them. They are the worst service providers.
                  Still if Airtel company has any shame left, they would certainly sort my problem.

                      Sir my fiancé gifted me a phone and she also done insurance by OneAssist . At the same time I am using your network from past 08 yrs and now I am a postpaid customer of yours. As a postpaid customer I was offered handset secure claim by your network.So I claimed that insurance on September 2018. Now that handset got damaged and I put up a request for redemption of that claim.I provided all the necessary documents, mails from owner and after few days they called me and informed that your insurance claim is turned down because you are not the owner.Sir If i was not the owner why they game me claim last year because I gave all documents while claiming and on the same time both airtel and OneAssist jointly look after handset claim as a result if I am calling airtel they are saying please call to OneAssist and vice -versa .Sir please kindly look into the matter and help me in claiming the handset secure claim.

                        Since I had taken Airtel My Home plan have been facing a lot of issues relating to payment. Payment goes for a toss as it always splits the amount across connections even though partial of them have no outstanding. In last 20 days have done 8 transactions to clear postpaid bill.12+ complaints registered and 15+ mails sent to airtel and nodal office but they are as pathetic as issue. Even the surplus amount which was there in my broadband vanished and nobody is aware where it is siphoned. Earlier was facing frequent call drops for an year and now there transaction issues. I dont think this operator has any proper system in place to triage issue and customer care are not even trained to understand simple mathematics. On top of it they barred my outgoing even with surplus money in the account. With the screenshots attached it appears they dont even know how their systems would behave and work.

                          Am vishnujammi i have paid my bill amount rs1539 through airtel app on 30th of march still my bill amount not updated there systems... Am really embarasing the worst services and continued calling my family number also regarding bill payment... M
                          My payment transactions details also shared through mail and given customer care number through also... We littrally irritating... All ready 7days gone still not updated.. My mobile incoming unabated... Not at all resolved the issue...

                          My Bill pay ment fine by 30 th March 1539 rupees through airtel app but still not updated and my incoming and mobile services barred am getting still the call regarding Bill payment..Am irritating am regarding to the services not at all resolved after so many call and mails also

                            I appalyed for a wifi setup in my room so they come to me and taken a requst form through online and took 1598 amount for 16mbps on 4-april-2019 still today they are saying many reasons and they giving me the connection for 4mbps why they doing i need the immediate solution and i need 16 mbps speed.

                                  I am using airtel dth with one year subscription more than 6 months balance is there. I need to relocate my place.
                                  Trying for more than a month i can not communicate anyone.
                                  For a total revenue rotation they are marketing one year subscription after we paid they are not caring.
                                  How this will be good service?
                                  If we are paying the total amount in a trust of the company name only and i tried to made tickets more no response.

                                    My network is very bad, even the messages are also not get delivered to who I sent the messages. Internet is also very bad, it take almost 50 sec to search something on Google. I'm not able to contact anybody. I'm using a 4g phone but because of bad network of airtel I feel like I'm using 2g. So, it's my humble request that please fix the network problem otherwise, I'll change the network.

                                      On dated 09/03/2019, i have recharge topup of rs.95 in my airtel mobile by internate banking having ref. No.[protected]ihj8825806 transfer t0323, but no ammount credited in my mobile number. I resistered complain on 10/03/2019, airtel coustomer told this will be done within 10 to 15 days but no result. (M/s oxygen services). Please look into the matter and give me justice.

                                        Hi team,
                                        We have been using airtel dth for more than year.
                                        Every now and then they will not provide the service, however they will deduct money from the airtel account.
                                        When ever we call which is not in one ahot, multiple times and ask what was the problem, nobody knows about it. Later they will say this will not repeat again.

                                        Still we have seen this issue many times. I don’t think any of their customer executives are trained (I still doubt, are they reat customer executives. They know nothing about the process, how to resolve issue, more than that poor in soft skills),
                                        Keeping that aside, as we keep getting charged for nothing and poor customer service we requested for disconnection.

                                        Now they are saying they will not refund the amount paid for the setup box upon disconnecton.

                                        They are cheating the customers, with all possible ways.
                                        I would have been happy if they atleast explained why are they not refunding.
                                        Which nobody knows in their cutomer executives.

                                        Hence am raising this ticket to get the refund and disconnection from airtel.

                                        Never ever go for airtel products, i hope this post can save someone from being cheated by airtel.
