Hi team,
We have been using airtel dth for more than year.
Every now and then they will not provide the service, however they will deduct money from the airtel account.
When ever we call which is not in one ahot, multiple times and ask what was the problem, nobody knows about it. Later they will say this will not repeat again.
Still we have seen this issue many times. I don’t think any of their customer executives are trained (I still doubt, are they reat customer executives. They know nothing about the process, how to resolve issue, more than that poor in soft skills),
Keeping that aside, as we keep getting charged for nothing and poor customer service we requested for disconnection.
Now they are saying they will not refund the amount paid for the setup box upon disconnecton.
They are cheating the customers, with all possible ways.
I would have been happy if they atleast explained why are they not refunding.
Which nobody knows in their cutomer executives.
Hence am raising this ticket to get the refund and disconnection from airtel.
Never ever go for airtel products, i hope this post can save someone from being cheated by airtel.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
