I had recharged RS.448 pack which offers 1.5Gb data per day, but I can't even use 100mb of data due to very slow 4G Internet speed, , this is a worst network experience, are you people fooling us by offering that much and providing slow net speed, , do you think i am a fool to recharge that 1.5gb per day pack, , I have many things to do with that and due to your network speed am lagging all my works, , IDEA is providing very good network speed in my same area that is my friends are using, and if want to port to IDEA, all my money is going to waste, because still 56+ days are remaining in my pack, , if you people are not going to sort out my issue, return my remaining balance amount and I will port to any other network, , I have many work I can't keep on complaining about network. Worst internet for playing game like pubg .

    I am using a SIM card of Airtel. Yesterday evening the card stopped working. I checked
    With customer care and they said the sim must be damaged. So I recently got a 4G SIM replaced for my mobile number [protected] as the old sim was damaged and since then I am unable to send or receive SMS.

      T 10 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

      Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. I have raised request for port on 26th may, after 13 days my problem have only doubled instead of getting resolved, as now my both sim are not working.

      If i call on customer care or go to airtel store they don't have any solution also, they even said i[censored] wish u can port your number to another network.

        First of all I am not a Airtel customer but still I am getting false/irritant airtel messages from Airtle TV for subscriber ID [protected]. I haven't taken any Airtel TV subscription with this number.

        I had complained it so many times over phone, but no action taken seriously on my issue by Airtel. How could such a renowned company do like this.

        After frustrating, I mailed them on dated Nov 08 2018, in response they committed me that they will take my issue seriously and stop this messages on my number but no use.

        Request you to please take my complain seriously and do the needful.

        Also, please find this subscriber ([protected]) who has given my number for his subscription.

          harrassment of customer will force to proceed legal action against company. start services immediately else TRAI and MOTC be informed about malpractices of Air tel DTH

            It was a serious complaint for your airtel secure plan i am... Using your airtel from last few month and it have a good network... My phone is damage around 3 rd april and at that time i dont have my complete documents like identity proof and mobile bill purchase bill... So i get that bill yeastarday and i register my claim... And by your company at the time of activation of airtel secure no policy and other things are not recived by mail or hard copy... When a peraon died and he or she is insured its not mandatroy that after his death they have to cliam witj 2 days... Documents may take some time... Same situation with me i dont have complete documents so i register my complaint late... Is this the way airtel treat to your customer... Any way... Thanku for your services... Your reprenatative are also not solving problem properly

              One female called me and given threat and used very hard language. I request you to dismiss her and take hard action against her. I am very old customer of airtel but never recieved such type of experience.

                Hi, i am vijaya. I have recharged two 10 rs top card.in my account 21/- is there. But still i am not able to call. It saying that validity has expired you need to recharge. Then wat kind of recharge i have to do. I am fed up with airtel recharge. It's not like before. Please do something, i already recharged, make it to work properly.

                    On 7th of april 2019, i have done a recharge of rs 399/- to an airtel number [protected] which is a number i provided by mistake, since this is not my number. Now i am trying to contact this person and he/she is not answering my call. When i am calling the provided number, the number seems to be out of coverage area.
                    Now, i am looking forward for the reversal of the recharge from that customer who has received the wrong recharge.
                    Therefore, i request you to help me resolving the issue at the earliest.

                      I s it possible to get call history for my mobile number. I need to have as a proof to show to my house owner as he said he hasnt received the rent for the month of april 2018 in may.                         Someone created my airtel wallet from the My mob NO.[protected]and didn't know about it.SO I accidentally deposited 399 Rs on my wallet for my personal uses. But when I go to use the wallet my money didn't debited. So I call customer support many times for this problem. They say that to send my own personal aadhar photo for kyc. But when I send my details to him then they say that my wallet is created with another name so they don't want to help me. Now they didn't refunding my money. Please help me one of them 1.Say company to Refund my balance to original load source and close my wallet.2.Complete kyc by my original document so I can use my wallet for future from my no. BUT THE COMPANY DIDN'T WANT TO HELP ME REGARDING THIS PROBLEM.I think company cheating me for make his own money so please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.                           Hi #airtelteam,

                          Such a worst service that i have been receiving from you guys that from march 2nd. I was relocating hence registered for uninstallation and you guys made me to be on calls for whole day to complete the service o[censored]ninstallation after speaking to your customer service guys for 8+ times for techinician to arrive. I was moving within the same area finally they sent techinician name rocky : [protected] he came and helped us with uninstallation by 5pm after whole day of war. He promsied to place a request for reinstallation since its same area he will only come and fix it. As per the advice called customer service requested for reinstallation and waited for same techinician to turn up no reply. We called him to schedule appointment this is what he spoke i said him its two connections i have with airtel. "he said how many ever connections you want i will help if you are ok after 10pm" i denied and said thats not possible any request please complete before 8pm tomorrow he denied and said how many ever times you call customer service i am the one alligned for this specific area and the request will come to me i hung up called the customer service 20mins wait time someone answered the call and hung up excellent to be treated by airtel. Then comes in new location there was airtel small hub he called himself all in all with airtel one stop solution sebastian airtel : [protected] he promised if i take broadband with 3 months advance payment he will fix all my issues i trusted i cancelled my act broadband and got airtel broadband[protected]_kk. He was super fast in giving me false promises only broadband request until i made the payment of advance for 3months was his concern once i completed he gave me only broadband no other services as promised fixing my dth was done. When questioned he said please call customer service. Finally with all frustration did that spoke to a girl name swapna / anju two different people not able to understand my english connected me to floor supervisor she spoke only in tamil i did tell her all my complaints and said i am done with you guys please file a request for disconnection she didnt even try to feel empathy directly she took request and said today is april 3rd before april 5th your request will be completed. Apparantly april 5th crossed from march 2nd i waited no response after making several complaints so finally i recieved a call from you guys on april 6th when i was driving tried to call back you guys promised 1hour and as usual started to disconnect my call.
                          Finally called you guys today april 7th at 3.30 am call got connected to kannada call center and agent name sandeep i asked him look at my request are you able to see me how many times i called you guys? His reply
                          What is your problem?
                          Are you subhashini? I said yes
                          Me: are you able to see my request how many times i called you guys?
                          Sandeep : i cant see what is your problem. Any problem regarding your complaint call us after 8am we cant do anything now.
                          Me: sir please understand i am your customer i am really fed up of calling you guys on multiple complaints no response you guys promise me to call back but you guys don't call back. Why do you do like this to customers? Don't you guys know vacation time kids will need tv access
                          Sandeep : mam please be professional on the call. Don't shout if you do i will release my call.
                          Me :where am i not professional man i am telling you the root cause
                          Sandeep : mam you be professional or else i will disconnect
                          Me: you release my call i will file a compliant agianst you
                          Sandeep : no problem do whatever you want.
                          Me : i want to speak to supervisor

                          He said u stop talking call us back at 8am. He hung up. Super service i was shocked.
                          Next call landed to bannerghatta road
                          Agent name : viswanath employee id he gave as 1036 kannada call center. I just said i am done with you guys please tell me the way to file executive complaint
                          He replied please go to our website. I said please take complaint on customer service i received from sandeep
                          He said he cant take complaints i will need to go through executive complaint channel only after an arguement of he denying to accept the complaint he said he will take request for disconnection. He said he is not bothered about whatever complaints it is. Now here comes the reference number and my account numbers with you guys. Thank you guys for providing the worst service of your network i like to disconnect all my services with you guys

                          And reference number all my services i would like to disconnect and followed by filing a compliant to trai and under the consumer act.

                          Please never take airtel at any point this guys are the worst network they spent so much on advertisement and fail to treat customers the right way.

                              I am living in sobha ruby appt. Opposite to nagasandra metro station in bangalore in near tumkur road.

                              We are having network issue from last 1 year. We have complained regarding this issue several times but no concrete steps to resolve this issue.

                              What's the use of having a sum if it does not have any network. I am paying for 4g but i am not getting even 2g network.

                              Please look into it immediately. I know many people have shifted from airtel to jio now because of no response from. Your regional team

                              Hope that u will look into it and will take necessary steps to resolve this.

                                Airtel dth registered mobile no [protected] on name of murari lal. Since february 2019 i am calling in to airtel customer care but no problem resolution from their end, at times they lie about some system upgradation from their end since last 2 months same excuses whenever i ask them to lodge my complaint and provide me with complaint no.
                                The problem is that we have multiple tv with multiple customer ids, now with trai's new regulation for different tv, different base pack has to be made and different recharges to be done on different customer customer ids. But the customer ids with their registered mobile no's are not showing up on "my account" page of tv which is causing problem as to recharge on which id should be done.
                                Plus during once such customer complain request they themselves assigned a new customer id but with their own choice of registered mobile no. Which doesnt belong to me. Thus adding further to my unforeseen problems now all the recharge for that customer id can not be proceeded if i do not have that "mistaken regd no." provided to me by airtel as part of their mistake. Pls lodge my complaint against all these unresolved issues at airtel dth end's and provide me justice and compensation for same as i have initiated a wrong transactions to other (Dead) customer ids regd with my no.in order to keep my device working.

                                    In my bill dated 3rd feb, 2019, one time charges of rs 600/- has been added on account of shifting charges. Before raising request of shifting, i was assured that i will not be charged any amount for the same.
