Hi this is Yooluti Suchiang a Airtel Postpaid user (No- [protected]). Today the 11th of April, 2019 I paid my postpaid bill and after sometimes I got a message that my payment was unsuccessful but an amount of Rs 589 was deducted from the account although the payment was unsuccessful.
And I paid using the Airtel app.

Kindly please look into this matter as soon as possible as the due date for my bill will be up to 13th April, 2019.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My SMS pack which is part of my 499 plan is not working.
Unable to send any messages
Please resolve this with immediate effect.
Why I am unable to send any messages..what's wrong with airtel?
There has been no network coverage at my place due to which I have not been able to receive calls from work and other people.several mails have been sent but no action has been taken from airtel.
From past 3 days Airtel 4G network is extremely very slow, please rectify the issue as early as possible please, using 4G handst, but also internet speed is very slow from last 3 days. I am a Airtel customer over 10 years, please look into this issue, and solve it on early basis.what is the issue.
From 1 week I didn't getting any sms or otp and can't forwarding sms to anyone please check this airtel

    Description: as i have recharged my airtel number of rs 399 for 84 days with 4g coverage and unlimited local calls.

    But from the day when i recharged, my internet was not working upto the speed that was stated/mentioned.

    When i connect the internet, the network speed goes upto maximum of 10 -20 kbps.

    I feel that the airtel company is cheating and giving some fake advertisement that they have a super speed internet all over the country.
    But being in the mid of the chennai city, still we are getting the top speed of maximum 20 kbps whichis very disappointing.

    When we contact the customer care, they are diverting the problem like it is occurring only for that user. But the actual is, its not working for my friends, colleagues, parents and relations as well (All people in the below mentioned area).

    Area: nandambakkam & nungambakkam & mogappair.

    Kindly consider this as a serious issue and resolve the issue asap is appreciated.

      I've ported my no.[protected] from delhi airtrl network circle to jammyu and kashmir airtel network circle and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

        Dear department i have been using airtel service since 2009 i trust your company and i have been intrest in your service but unfortunately there is an issue since last 1 year and i have complain many time and request with various number to improve some more network range of my area but still till today i am not under the range within my home location thereforei am not getting proper service airtel when i need so i would like to request again maay be it will be for the last time cause if i still do not get service till now i would have to port my sim to other service wich can provide me a proper service so i hope and pray that you will be very kind enough to tackle out my problem as soon as possible thank you.

          I am a senior citizen. For past 2 weeks i am unable to make and receive calls. As suggested by customer care i have taken a new sim but the problem persists. Please resolve the issue or else i will have to port the number. I stay on the ground floor and receiving no signals from airtel. My relatives and friends are not is position to reach me.             There are multiple issues with my airtel primary and 2 secondary connection since day 1.

            After lot of struggle, i have given up on airtel customer services, which includes 121, nodal, gopal vittal and applette authority.

            I have requested for disconnection and its been 4 days, i havent received any response from above said sources.

            I made the biggest mistake of paying in advance for whole year and now airtel is not returning the amount and neither processing disconnection request 87797377.

            I have already sent 5 emails but there is no response.

            Please help in getting my money back from this con company.

            The speed of your 4g mobile data is frustrating, i have been experiencing this issue for the past 3 days, i am unable to use the data to even send a whatsapp message or browse the net.
            Airtel is going to worst network in coming days because of i am everyday travelled many more city's, where I will go i trouble a network signal problem. I think, present worst network signal operator is airtel.

              I have taken all hd chanel package but daily after 7 pm till 1 am we are not getting 278 star sport-1 hd chanel. From last 3 days we have been continually calling call centre of airtel digital tv but they are rude at behaviour, worst at language, careless at response, they simply reply server are busy contact after 2 hours meanwhile we miss the ipl match. When they don’t have required capacity why they are selling to many people of this channel and encashing public money?

              Airtel digital tv team must be punished by trai and terminate from the services.

                Hi Team,

                I have logged a complaint against Network Coverage with Airtel with request number -

                THis issue is still not resolved as it has passed 10 days of extra time. I am facing the same at particular location
                and location has been communicated to Airtel. This iss ue is faced by multiple user at same location.

                I didnot receive any got with update on this request and when I have called 515 I receive one message that the
                request is in process.

                I called customer care on 9th April 2019 and asked them to update my comment to call me back but I have not
                received any update. They have just updated me that optimization has been done and rest is in progress.

                This is very irritating as I am unable to get calls, no internet working, cannot make any calls.

                    Customer id no. [protected] has been denied access to a large no. Of subscribed channels and deliberately ignoring repeated complaints.
                    After confirming my package of selected channels comprising 41 paid channels and 37 free channels, eleven of the fifteen movie channels and some more channels of my package are not activated at all. Whereas some unwanted channels are added to my package for no reason. Tried all means to register my complaint but they are not responding leaving no other option for me than to quit their services.
                    Redressal of my grievances and proper justice is sought as per law.

                      I've been a customer of airtel from a long time, and have a wonderful experience with airtel, but from few months there has been a problem with my contact no.From a few moths i am not able to send my messages although i am receiving the messages but unable to send them.I have changed my message center no.quite a few times in order to solve the problem but unable to sought it out.I had also contacted with your customer care executive through your hotline no.121 but there has been no good response of my complaint and still the same problem exists.The customer care executive although send me a message specifying that your problem has been resolved but the problem still exists.I've been facing many problems due to this and i hope some action should be taken after this complaint and hope the problem will be resolved shortly and hoping for the confirmation of this complaint should come shortly on my e-mail id.

                        My registered mobile number for Bharti Airtel DTH is [protected] and DTH account number [protected]-001.
                        I received a customer Care call from Bharti Airtel on 8 Oct 2018 regarding a offer for my DTH, I confirm the same from Bharti Airtel customer care. The offer was that on recharge of Rs 799 I will get the base pack for 6 months and after that I will have to recharge with a amount of Rs 130 per month for continuing the same pack, if I fail to recharge then free to the air channels will be available for life time (repeat free to the air channels for life time). Being a attractive package I recharged on 9 Oct 2018 with required amount of Rs 799.
                        Now, my said offer last upto 5 April 2019. From 5 April 2019 late night no channels are available, not even the free to the air channels, which should be available for my DTH for life time, since I have already paid for that, according to Bharti Airtel DTH offers given to me as offer on 9 Oct 2018. Till my offer was valid, my base pack was active. Now they have stop all channels, even FTA channels also.
                        Now, customer care is not responding properly, they are also in doubt about providing FTA channels for life time.
                        Kindly look into the matter and do the needful and provide them a proper direction as soon as possible, so that Bharti Airtel DTH service provide me Free to the air channels for life time or refund my paid amount of Rs 799.

                          I am rahul pandita resident of french apartments facing network and data issue for the past 10 months. I am living at the ground floor. The airtel network is zero there. I am unable to use network and data there. If some body from my relative calls me, they get network is unreachable or switched off. I have called several times to customer care to provide the signal or some appliance like booster so that i can use my network. Around 100 families are living there and all have the same problem. I now got frustrated with this.
                          Please do the favour if you can do some solution for this.

                            If this kind of activity happened in airtel with corporate customers how can we believe in airtel.

                              Kindly suggest what should i can do for such kind of issue?
                              I am facing lot of issue with the airtel internet service (4g/3g/2g) speed and data loss. The issue is internet service interrupted on my number. On the same location other numbers are using the service of airtel but i am not. Regarding this i had raise the complaint lots of time but it has not registered by them.                               I am unable to use an internet 4g/3g service due to poor signals/connection/performance. Earlier i have raised the complaint 4 to 5 times with the same concern, including data loss during the service interruption.

                              Today[protected] it has been register by complaint team via phone (Dial 198) and i received the complaint number ([protected]) but before that it was not provided by your team.
                              From the past few months i was unable to use proper unlimited plan (Around 558rs) with 49rs. Even unable to use entire data due to service interrupted each and every day.
                              So could you please help me to get my lost data for reuse.
                              Daily i loss morethan 1 to 2gb data without use.
                              Kindly confirm who will return those lost data in between 4 to 5 months?
                              I have observed that such problem only effecting on my number.
                              Is there any setting applied from service provider /your team which effecting my data/internet service/signals?

                                  On 20th march i recharged for 453 rs. And my monthly plan is of 420 rs. Still airtel has deactivated my account saying insufficient balance. I called multiple times in airtel customer care but either they are cutting calls by keeping me on hold or saying you will get callback. I am helpless.                                     My airtel sim card service is suddenly suspended for no reason, after that i called customer service, they said your sim is damaged, it's technical issue, you need to take new sim card from airtel gallery
                                    I have taken new sim card for same number but after waiting for more than 12 hours it's not activated.
                                    I called customer service more than 8 times still they do not have any resolution for this issue.
                                    How many times i need to visit airtel store to activate my number??
