Dear sir,
My name is hemant m. Mevada, ahmedabad. I have bought new airtel dth connection in feb-19 (Customer id: [protected]).in this regards, my airtel dth connection is expired in mar-19 (1st month). So, i had recharge of rs.320 thru my airtel app via debit card on 29.03.19. But the same time recharge not done & rs.320 deducted from my account & very next day i complaint in airtel dth customer care & several times. But their executive & sr. Executive not unable to give me proper answer of recharge refund last seven days & hold/disconnect my calls several times. I have talked/called (10-15 calls at least 20 minutes call duration) to airtel dth customer care.

So, i humbly request to take necessary action against airtel dth customer care executive/sr. Executive of my recharge refund.

I hope your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

    I am not using any airtel services but on 1st april 2019 a transaction of rs.588.31 has been done on my credit card at www.airtel.in (Pgsi). How is it possible? Where did you find my credit card details? I am attaching transaction details.. Please review and make refund of my money as soon as possible.

      Airtel is sending a message that -
      Airtel pack ends today, if not recharged, rs. 23 will deduct on 08-apr-2019 from balance for 28 days validity. For unlimited / smart packs.. Dial.. *

      My complaint here is why airtel is forcefully deducting rs. 23 from my balance and do the recharge, if a customer wants to recharge he/she will do it their own. Why the hell airtel is doing it forcefully.

      This is unacceptable. Please take an action against airtel. You can seen same message come in last month as well. Check the screen shot attached

      I was happy with rs 399 offer where i was getting 1.5 gb per day high speed internet but now airtel has changed to 1 gb per day and the internet is slow too. I didn't like what the airtel has done for this offer.
      My docomo 2G sim was to be ported to airtel.
      We gave 500rs to the shop and he gave us new Sim. After 2 days we inserted it but it is showing no network even after 4 days...
      Please help and port it as soon as possible...
      I've ported my no.[protected] from idea to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects.
      What is the update on my Request. They will deduct the money today..
      They did forceful deduction and recharge my number again.

          May i know what technology u people are using in my home location network area - 7kms from tower - download & upload -0.20mbs

          My work location address i checked tower area -15kms away - download & upload speed -29 mbs..

          How many mails have to send, not at all response

          This is my 1st complaint registered, up to now 4 network team people came and visited my place, but no improvement, as per the people information have update some technology.

            Hi this is regarding CAF No: 80247213/ order no:[protected], wherein the Airtel Broadband connection could not be provided and i was confirmed that the amount paid towards Connection will be refunded is not yet refunded.

            i have followed up with Airtel thro' 121 dial help and spending 20 to 30 minutes.

            Airtel Service is pathetic.

              Also, I tried talking to the Airtel's representatives on 198 as soon as this happened but they didn't answer appropriately.

                To whom so it may concern airtel.

                Add on number - [protected] (No internet data working)

                I was on a 499 plan & recently upgraded to 649 plan, so that i can have a option to add on number.

                So i ported my add on number from jio [protected] to airtel on march 20th.

                But since activation of new plan 649 my add on number has no internet browsing & no data available till today.
                The whole point of having an add on is not making any sense when i cant use the phone right?

                Leaving my work & personal commitments i have called airtel customer service so many times & they dont have any clue about the problem.

                I have personally visited the airtel store so many times leaving my work,
                Even they don't have any idea or clue about solving my internet problem, they keep saying that the internet will work in few hours, but it's almost 2 weeks now & i have no internet access on my add on phone number [protected]

                They have a standard recorded answer saying it will be fixed in few hours.
                Nobody from airtel is giving me a correct answer to what the problem is.

                I thought airtel has the best mobile services, but this gives me doubts.

                I am not been able to use my airtel 4g on [protected] since 2 weeks now.
                And no internet access on it.
                I wanted to use this phone when i'm traveling also, but now that looks doubtful.

                Sometimes i feel why did i port from jio, because it was working fantastic with jio service.

                This is been a frustrating 2 weeks of no internet & problem not solved, i hope you understand & fix this issues asap.

                  आज की डेट में अगर सबसे चोर और ठग कंपनी अगर कोई है तो वह एयरटेल डीटीएच है वह कौन सी मनहूस घड़ी थी जब मैंने टाटा स्काई छोड़कर एयरटेल डीटीएच की सर्विस लगवाई थी सालों ने इतना परेशान कर दिया है कि समझ नहीं आ रहा क्या करूं मैं चैनल कोई और सबस्क्राइब करता हूं और यह अपनी मर्जी से कोई और ही पैक सब्सक्राइब कर देते हैं और पैसे काट लेते हैं और फिर शिकायत सुनते भी नहीं भाइयों हो सके तो एयरटेल डीटीएच का बहिष्कार करें

                    not receiving otp on airtel no.

                    Hi Airtel, I am not getting OTP for SBI online transactions . I already registered my mobile number in the bank . From last week i am not getting messages and OTP'S for my online banking transactions.Unable to send messages also. I contacted bank they are telling register your mobile for OTP support in airtel.                     For the past few months, I am unable to receive messages on time. I even receive the otps after half an hour, which is of no use. Many a times I don't receive the calls. Exasperated by your service, I am considering to switch to some other network now. Your network is just a money maker and zero service!

                      I am from ratanpur, dist. Bilaspur (C. G).
                      I am unable to use airtel 4g ([protected]) in my home. For every call or for internet usage i have to go away from home but their also we are getting very slow internet and poor network.
                      Even my brother avinash mishra ([protected]), also using airtel and they are also facing the same problem. I contacted to airtel customer care and also sent the mail (Reference number ccnor[protected]) many times from last one month but still issue not resolved.

                        As per trai directive, i have selected channels as per my need at total cost of 452/ per month + 33 for recording facility.

                        I topped up my balance by rs.325 on 20th march 2019 so that my selected package at rs.452/- month continues for one more month.

                        Now i got message that my subscription of dth at rs.699/- per month will eexpire on 10th april 2019.

                        I was surprised to know that my package of rs.452/- per month was revised to 699 per month after 20th march 2019. I did not revise my subscription or not change my package.

                        Airtel customer care / airtel dth bharuch are unable to attend to my complain due to non-working of their system.

                            I have lost my mobile phone containing airtel simcard so i blocked the number with the help of custmore care then for new sim i went to airtel office as sim was on my dad's name i have no documents of him so employee there told me to get the sim u had to convert the sim to postpaid firstly i was ready and proceed as they told to me the next day i went to airtel office they said the procedure were stopped we have proceed again then i asked for the prepaid card with my dad's documents they said ok then i submited the aadhar card of father and they gave me prepaid card and told me it will activate in 4 hours i waited for nearly 7 days and the card was not activated and i went again to airtel office i asked about the activation of card they told me it is not possible to issue the prepaid one if postpaid is already in process but at the start as i told they issue me prepaid by saying me postpaid is cancelled but later they are telling thats not possible now i have cheched in the airtel office 7-8 times they are telling lies and lies and proving me as i am lier they told 4 hours will be taken for activation now they are saying they didn't tell this please look into this matter i have all my accounts linked with that simcard number its 20 days passed i am not getting the right service there i am mentally dispressed i had not sleeped for 2 nights please please ur consideration can make a change, they will issue simcard immediately and also help me to give me compensation about the cheap service at their office!!!

                            The most pathetic customer care service provider. We have recharged for digital TV still after 24 hours, channels are not available...called customer care, messaged, did everything. But no results.pls take action. Customer id - [protected]

                              Even after recharging with 690 monthly rent and 477 base pack.. No channel is being shown. Resolve it soon.. I am fed up frm this error codes on airtel. Everytime it is harrassing me. Please resolve the problem soon. It has been 5 hrs since i recharged . I cant even contact the customer care since it says all executives are busy. For what u announce 24*7 customer service if we cant contact you

                                I have a device mia2, which was recognizing my airtel sim till the afternoon of 3/4/19, but when i checked it in the evening, i get that the sim is not recognized, even though the sim works on other phones. I attempted to reset my network settings and clear my cache but to no avail. It is not a problem with my mobile as any other two sims work fine, and both the slots are having the same problem.

                                Calls are not working.
                                I aslo can't call to helpline.

                                  I tried it by manual network search but failed.
                                  Even i checked the all phones options and all international roaming is already selected. On the same phone in india it was working well but as i entered in gulf my network has been lost and till now there is no network, please help me, its very necessary to activate...

                                  I tried to recharge with 597 plan from Google pay. So transaction failed twice. So tried to recharge again in paytm and Recharge successful. Surprisingly one Google pay transaction is successful after some time and Recharge Happened twice. I want refund of 597 or stack up the same plan after expiry of first one. Airtel customer service is helpless. Being cheated and looted by network.
