There is no network coverage. I have been raised lot. But no response. If it's not may I proceed with judiciary through consumer rights. I missed lot calls because of network coverage issue. If airtel is not having capability to solve they can sell company to jio r some one. Worst network, worst internet speed but they call them self 4G NETWORK

    Pathetic experience with Airtel Digital TV, I had requested for de installation and re installation of my Airtel Digital TV as I changed my address almost a week ago.
    Extremely dissatisfied with the Call Centre and request registration process. No body called or visited my place to De-Install...I had to get it done locally.
    At the new address, I again requested for re-installation at the call centre, however again no response from any body.
    I can feel that they dont value their customers and are busy in making profits by only focussing on new connections.
    Its a trap, I recommend not to choose Airtel Digital TV.

    It has been more than 4 days since I have been requesting for Re-Installation.
    Can Anyone help???

      This is to inform you that following happened with me:

      I took airtel connection paying 3500 in oct 2018complet
      I have been promised that i have been offerred with hd box and hd plans for 1 year that later became 360 days
      Suddenly the second day i have been told that some wrong pack my mistake from dealer / airtel got activated due to which non of hd pack was working
      Again some activation happened you can check my account activations
      Also in your mail of account history you can filter putting my mail stating for the over charging concern
      Suddenly i got a call from airtel stating i have been over charged hence reversing extra amount and hd channels have been activated and for one year nothing shall be payed.

      I have payed installation charges etc, but never ever airte gave any reciept to me at agra

      Since trai mandated chose of channel hence from airtel nothing came but from my side i initiated mail to company
      I have been told by airtel team that approx 2100 shall be refund i was not shocked as i payed 3500 hence after 5 months o[censored]sage this could have been accepted as airtel never gives any receipt.

      Yesterday mr. Manav said that old 483 of mine and 600 after choosing channel shave been refunded to me.

      My questions:

      If i was having hd channels for one year by paying 3500. And when today i just choose 5 to 6 hd channels how come such gap of money refund can happen.

      I have been badly cheated by airtel, mr. Manav needs receipt of 3500 only after that he can do. There is big fraud which is happened with me in terms of mis commitment.

      I rechareged my airtel number twice bya mistake with same plan of 597 then what is tha solution for this problem
      I stay abroad, here the airtel network service is very poor and am unable to do my banking transactions. i'm trying to port my number to another network but the airtel is not at all responding with my complaints. VERY POOR NETWORK AND A VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HATE AIRTEL.
      I have changed my Airtel 4G SIM maintaining the same number yesterday afternoon. My number is [protected]. Since then I have not been able to send any SMS, neither receiving any SMS. Please resolve.

        Airtel network signals are worst... Even we wont get 2g... No proper internet and regular signals too...4g isnt available in our area... Hence i[censored] fix the issues we will atleast be happy with 3g... Try to fix the issue as soon as possible... We are missing many important calls... Also the internet isn't available.. It always keeps buffering... So pls fix the issue... Its a request...

        They send a pin for activation. They say call 59059 for activation. When called, the synth asks to choose language. That done, says "thanks for calling airtel." That's it.
        What a mess it is!
        Why provide a stupid number if they have no idea what they want to do with it?
        And I though vodafone was worse!
        I have port sim from vodafone to airtel and i have also verified through tele verfication in night but when i start tocall anyone its says that verification is still in process.. its just make me disturb.. and a poor service from airtel

            Immediately contacted Airtel customer care immediately, she said they cannot help if recharge is done from 3rd party app.
            Called Amazon customer care, they said only the operator can reverse the order using the Operator Reference Number

              The worst network service they providing.
              Very bad network, they not provide 4g network
              Till date i have never got satisfied with this network, most of the time complaint also even though them service is worst only.

              Based on them ad's it means no should try airtel network for any cost.

                Airtel — airtel secure - sr # 4110607 - fraud - charged subscription and refused to repair the phone

                I am a very old customer of airtel from 2015 and have been using airtel postpaid as well as broadband connection at my home and office. I subscribed to airtel secure service after seeing much hyped advertisements on tv in 2016. The mere fact that my phone is already under warranty, i had an extra out cover and tampered glass on my phone, and i still decided to invest in it's insurance clearly show how much i am concerned about my phone and take care of it.

                On 01/04/2019 when i coming from office, slipped away with activa and my handset fell down and back panel because of mirror broken from left. Though the phone was working i spoke to airtel and they advised to file a claim for physical damage. In spite of all the documents uploaded, my claim was rejected because last time phone had not repaired from service center. I repeatedly said this is my choice from where i want to repair my phone.

                Now after 2 days i received an email from them saying claim rejected by the insurance company Can somebody explain me how you are supposed to repair your phone from local shop or service center. Is that written in terms & conditions.

                If this is not, what the hell is "an accident" then? now they are saying claim rejected due to improper repair. Now i have to repair my phone from service center ? What a ridiculous lame excuse for not keeping your promise and providing a service for which you are charging me me every month. And what is this insurance company now? I am paying to airtel for their airtel-secure plan being advertised on tv all the times to assure me of complete care and repair of my phone in case of accidental or liquid damage and now since that has happened they are passing the buck onto somebody else?

                I want somebody "logical" to immediately look into this and arrange to get the phone repaired and delivered to me at the earliest failing which i would be left with no other option than to proceed with the legal proceeding with district consumer forum to safeguard my rights as a consumer and get the service for which i am being charged and am in a contract with airtel.

                Hoping to hear from you very soon.

                  My airtel no convert to postpaid to prepaid. I visit the airtel store near huda complex rohtak 10 to 15 time or dec 2018 to till march 2019. I pay my bill and clear my account on dated 14 anuary 2019 or due on 14 january rs 100 and submitted my aadhar no and photo. Airtel store employee convey me three to four day your no convert to prepaid but my number not covert the prepaid and i complaint 26th january to airtel. Not convey me or closed my complaint. Thereafter visit the airtel store say me clear my bill after your no convert to prepaid i saying tat i pay my bill on 14t january after again complaint to airtel dt 22nd march 2019 complaint no is 89958122 e saying me tat clear my bill

                    I had done online recharge of rs.169 on 26th march 2019 through amazon app. It was shown successful on their site and also provide operator reference no. Regarding recharge. But, till date no recharge has been done so for on the number. Airtel customer care executive was not able to provide satisfactory information regarding this. Kindly help me in telling the status. Else, i have to go to consumer forum regarding this harrassment of customers.

                      Greetings sir or mam i try to port my airtel number to bsnl. I am unable to send the sms to 1900 because they have stopped my outgoing service. I need to port my airtel number to bsnl immediately since it is my primary number. Also airtel charges too much so i decided to port.                           My name is prof s. L. Hiremath, a retired dean, and registrar of central university of gujarat. I was repeatedly contacted by airtel sales people, unsolicited, requesting me to port in to airtel with my cell no. [protected]. Promising to send their technical/sales representative to my residence for filling up the form and collection of photo and documents. It is disappointing to hear from airtel the same song that i have been hearing from their people one after the other every time i seek help in getting the service activation. There must be something seriously wrong with them in understanding my issue. It is a very cheap sales strategy to contact and pester the customers to port in, repeatedly contacting them over phone unsolicited, send the representatives to the residence promising services that they can not provide, compel them to send port requests, make them pay outstanding bill of current service provider, take the upc, take the documents and photographs, give a sim card promising that they will get a activation sms in 6 to even days and abscond, never be available for contact then keep sending mails to the customers to visit your relationship centre with documents for activation of services despite having taken all documents. This is a cheap sabotage sales practice airtel is practicing. I have written eleven replies to their mails after falling pray to their sales people twice and porting twice on the promise that services will be activated in a week’s time starting from 4th march. Every time a different sales person contacts me for the fear of me slapping the earlier for having cheated me.
                          It is disgusting for me as a senior citizen and a senior retired government servant to go begging to their so called relationship centre with documents for activation after having been pestered and promised service at doorsteps.
                          If they have targets of sales to achive it should not be at the cost and inconvenience to the customers.

                            This is ratnakar.
                            I have requested for broadband connection on 2nd march and paid 2702/- rs. Through paytm to [protected] (Vedulla yarram naidu) with transaction id: [protected]. Then created airtel account number [protected].
                            After 10 days customer care executive called me and said connection is not feasible at your location and we are initiating refund process on 15th march and the refund reference no. (Arn) is[protected].
                            But still money didn't got credited to my account.
                            Customer care people saying refund completed. I called customer care many times and broadband person many times. But still refund is not given.
                            Alliance Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                I had done an online prepaid recharge of rs199 on march 11/19. The amount got debited from my bank account but the recharge failed.

                                I even raised a dispute after one week and received a message that the amount will be refunded in 2-3 weeks. But i still haven't received any refund.

                                I have also sent a feedback today. I thought the amount will be credited within a week but now i'm doubtful since it's almost 20 days since i recharged.

                                Kindly look into the matter and help settle the dispute as soon as possible.

                                  Myself a senior citizen from keonjhar, odisha, received a call from an unknown number introduced himself as a bank employee and on trick taken the card no., cvv and the otp password for 6 times. Then i found that 6 transactions has been done from my account. 4 transaction has done at airtelmone and 2 at yesban. Please let me know where is it possible to track the fraud and return my money.

                                  The way to go ahead is to first inform your bank about this fraudulent activity straight away and see if they can put a stop to these transactions.
                                  The second thing you need to do is call the police cyber crime department and lodge an FIR.
                                  I highly doubt that without a police complaint a bank or any financial institution will provide you with any information, until and unless you are a customer of that institution. And even so, a police complaint would be highly beneficial if you have any sought of financial insurance to claim for any losses.
                                  Please never ever share your cards details and more important your OTP with anyone. They are just for your use only. Even your own bank will never call you up and ask you for your OTP.

                                      Sir please resolve my net connection problem in our home at 83 bhisti mohalla, sadar bazar indore i am a very old consumer of airtel and after net connection i get very poor connectivity from your side. We have 4 to 5 net connection from various telecom services but only airtel is one to fail to provide poor connectivity and very low speed of data transfer, i am and old and faithful costume of this company and i need proper response and solution of my problem otherwise i will such over to other service provider company. This is a basic problem and need help and proper data resolution.

I called customer care and they are telling to recharge for 199 again for access.
