I have been using the airtel v-fiber net for the last 3 months now. But every alternate weekend i experience downtime for at least 2 days and have to contact the technical team to fix it. Which means, 4 days a month, im not getting any service from this provider. Whenever i request to stop this service im not getting a proper response and all they say is "i understand" but i dont really think they are understanding anything.

Request number[protected] raised on 30th March 2019 is still not fixed.
Hi this is samiran. On 30th march, 2019 around 10: 44 am I tried to recharge my number: [protected]. Though money got deducted, no recharge done on the same number transaction ref no:[protected].
Please let me know if I need to provide more details.
Please look into this.

    Respected sir,

    1. I am expressing g my unhappiness towards working of air-tel staff.
    2. I am having airtel sim since 1906 with so called faith on a good service provider.
    3. I am paying all dues using sbi net banking facility.
    4. On going through my banking statement, it is observed that an amt of rs.122/- was already paid to airtel authority on 02.02.2019, where this amount is not accounted for to u r company. I can provide screen shot of bank statement, if desire.
    5. It is great shocking that, there is no any authority to explain all above, except press1, press 2, etc on computerised announcement on help line like 121. For this myself and likewise everybody customers are constrained for this act of you.
    6. Finally, if it is continue in future too, there will be no alternative for me to transfer this sim number to another service provider who gives me comfort me from all above.

    I have recharged 3 times from Paytm again 399 and 199 which was in pending mode. It was an emergency so recharge from phone pe which was working instantly. I am expecting for refund.

      As i'm using airtel postpaid simcard last 2 years i'm not getting the signal inside my home so please do clear my issue as v three persons are using airtel in same home it as became a big issue with our business, so please try to resolve this issue.         I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking for rs. 399 on 30th march 2019 and received an sms with sequence no reference [[protected]] from my axis bank account. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

        Due to old age i got wrng recharge done of rs.597
        With unlimited calls 6 gb data and 300 msg pr mnth. I wanted to have recharge rs.399
        Please return the balance to bank acc as soon as possible

          added channels without my desire

          As trai new guidelines i choose my package before 1st fev 2019. Im dth user, currently using airtel dth service. My dth serivers provider adding channels on my account without my desire. I spoke to airtel customer care executive officer but they are trying to fool me. I told them i will file complaint in trai. They resolved my problem but after 2-3 days they added more then 250 channel on my account and refused to help me. Please help kindly...

          My Connection ID IS [protected]. I have the digital CAM Card in my smart TV. My Digital CAM is not working since yesterday and i am trying calling customer care number and it's almost 15-20 calls i have already done but no one is picking up the call and the same is disconnected every time.Seriously the Airtel facility have become worst now a days. It's not only this time, i have same issue last week also and after several calls i am able to reach there customer care executive.

          I don't know when i am able to connect with them and Airtel have seriously spoiled my Sunday.

            my airtel dth ID is [protected]. on date 30/03/2019 i called to 12150 from my airtel number to activate star sports 1 hindi channel but they said that their system having upgrade for 4 hours. i called again on next day 31/03/2019 i request them to activate my channel and she said ok but then i ask for what is my monthly rental she told 23 rupees much then pack i ask for details and she told me that im using one of airtel pack but i didnt activate it then she said that they active this plan to every customer without permissions, i removed it. i check my tv after 2 hours but my plan still not activated and i called again and again they putted that airtel plan without asking i removed it again. but my star sports 1 hindi still not activated. now i am tired with this. this is cheap.they are not helpful. they are like thief. i dont know how i can got my channel.i also tried using my airtel app but my channel rate is 22 rupees and they are charging for it 45 rupees.

              My Airtel Digital TV Customer ID is [protected]. I sent for activation the selected channel packs worth monthly subscription of ₹565.22 ( screenshot attached ) and accordingly recharged my account on 25Feb, 2019 with ₹570/= in round figure (scanned receipt attached) which by any commonsense should have been valid till 24 March, 2019. But surprisingly enough, my connection was suspended on 15 March, 2019 itself, i.e., 9 days still remaining before the expiry of the validity of my recharge. An SMS was sent to me saying that my monthly subscription was for ₹814/= and this figure appears on my Airtel Apps also. But how come ?

              I would certainly want to know from Airtel authorities why has it happened, and also clarify the value of the my pack I subscribed and recharged for ? The Airtel Digital TV Customer Service Platform presently is just inadequate to address issues like this and many more such problems that customer may come across.

              I look forward to your immediate response in this regard and hope the issue would get resolved soon.

                I'm not able to use my phone from last 8-9 days because facing internet data and Network issue problem. I have complained about it to customer care 5 times and visit their service center 2 times for the same problem. But my problem not get resolved even in this 9th day. Everytime they are telling different different issue with my problem. The worst part of this is the service provider is not resolving problem and sending me message that my problem get resolved. I have attached the screenshot of messages sent by the service provider. After contacting so many time with service provider I'm complaining here. Please get rectify my problem as soon as possible.

                  i have a recharge 169rs for [protected] mobile number on[protected] at 8.15 PM through my PayZapp wallet but transaction was successful at the payzapp end but recharge was not done for that number. I called Airtel customer care regarding this they told me that the recharged number was new number so we you cant recharge. after that i called PayZapp regarding this they told me that our side the transaction is success, you have to contact operator end regarding this and they gave me a operator transaction id[protected]. So kindly give me my money back, please do the needful. Where to get the money ?

                    Have recharged my mobile number [protected] through my airtel application for Rs. 398 on 27th march 2019 and received an SMS with Transaction reference[protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of Rs. 398. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                      I have been contacting customer care members from almost a month and m daily listening same line from them again n again whenever i call then that my internet will work after 4 hours after u restart your phone .
                      I have been given reference number a lot of times but there is no improvement in my internet speed .i have even given them the minutest details that the network problem is only in my locality n this is only the reason m still using airtel that it's faster then others where it works

                          I called up Airtel customer care and submitted the complaint last year on Feb 2018.. ref no. 88960457
                          Till now no progress in the network.
                          But Airtel says they have already optimised the network to its maximum.. they are also saying they'll need to install a tower but till now not sure whether it has been done or not.
                          Resolve the network issue at the earliest.
                          Even I have requested for Airtel broadband connection since last year but they always says no feasibility in our area ..

                            Airtel customer care is not willing to help us. Several times we called them about the recharge done to Airtel DTH but the recharge does not activated for the next day also.we registered a complaint also whose no is [protected] & 87462470.but there is no resolution of our complaint. I have called Airtel customer care for more than 10 times and still complaint remains solved. Even after lodging the complaint they say they do not have any complaint registered. I have mail proof for complaint registered. They said to recharge the dth and channels will start working. I did that as well with amount of Rs.500/- and now these people say they cannot help and back hand team will call for the same.

                              This is to inform you that for last serval days I am calling Airtel disctv customer care regarding recharge but they not replying properly and give me same accuse everytime they have some technical issues that's why they can't helping me out and due to this we can not able to watch the channels... Actually before I was recharge my TV 240 rs but they change the package without informing and when I asked they told me, you should recharge of 360rs then you able to watch the channels whatever you want to watch and on dated[protected] I am recharged but still they activated the same plan whatever I can see before .
                              So please take some action against them..

                                My wife bought a new Airtel sim card in 2018 and it's having some problems like; not reachable most of the times and 'error in application' keeps appearing on the screen. Visited the above mentioned store for replacement of sim card but we were asked to pay Rs.150/-. Was willing to pay the amount but again asked to provide voter's ID card, was carrying only Aadhar card at that time. So couldn't get the sim replaced, is voter ID card the only mandatory document for a sim card? 'cos we were told to submit none other than the voter ID card only. Is Rs.150 for replacing a defective sim card justified?

                                  Sir, i am very much harassed by this dth provider, they are added every langues channels + devotional chanel + so many news al most 100 channel today. It is done by 4th time. They will take 3, 4, days after complain and charges will be deducted and will say two time sorry, again after 10 days they will add 65 rs air tel movie channel again i will complain, then they will take 03, 04 days again same story, i donot decide that who is master consumer or service provider, if someone not aware they will simply charge for the month.
                                  Pl take action on that as early as possible

                                    I recharged my dth service on 27 march
                                    And my service is not yet activated even after three days
                                    I called airtel customer care several times and they have no idea about it
                                    I visited airtel showroom they are saying within ten minutes and she told same ten minutes for more than 15 times
                                    Worst service worst customer care
                                    Even my account is suspended they are dedudcting daily rent from my account

                                      My customer id for Airtel DTH is [protected]. I am not receiving signals from 9 days. By calling customer care service they are promising to solve the problem on same day and not even trying to solve problem and sending me SMS message
                                      "We regret the inconvenience caused to you.Your service request number 87242473 for your Airtel DigitalTV ID &CUST_ID is in process and will be resolved at the earliest."
                                      After sending SMS Airtel DTH not even attempting to solve the problem and daily eating My balance .
                                      At least make a attempt to attend to your customer AIRTEL.
