Even after recharging with 690 monthly rent and 477 base pack.. No channel is being shown. Resolve it soon.. I am fed up frm this error codes on airtel. Everytime it is harrassing me. Please resolve the problem soon. It has been 5 hrs since i recharged . I cant even contact the customer care since it says all executives are busy. For what u announce 24*7 customer service if we cant contact you

    I have a device mia2, which was recognizing my airtel sim till the afternoon of 3/4/19, but when i checked it in the evening, i get that the sim is not recognized, even though the sim works on other phones. I attempted to reset my network settings and clear my cache but to no avail. It is not a problem with my mobile as any other two sims work fine, and both the slots are having the same problem.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Calls are not working.
    I aslo can't call to helpline.

      my airtel sim card no network showing in ksa

      Dear sir my airtel sim international roaming is not working kindly activate the internetational roaming on my sim
      I tried it by manual network search but failed.
      Even i checked the all phones options and all international roaming is already selected. On the same phone in india it was working well but as i entered in gulf my network has been lost and till now there is no network, please help me, its very necessary to activate...

      I tried to recharge with 597 plan from Google pay. So transaction failed twice. So tried to recharge again in paytm and Recharge successful. Surprisingly one Google pay transaction is successful after some time and Recharge Happened twice. I want refund of 597 or stack up the same plan after expiry of first one. Airtel customer service is helpless. Being cheated and looted by network.

        I had raised a request to reinstall my DTH connection on 2nd of April 2019 for which the customer care executive had committed for the technician to come on 3rd of April 2019. I had got a call from some Airtel service team from [protected] saying that the technician named Anil Kumar will be coming for reinstallation by 12pm and asked me to be available for which i had taken a day leave from my work, i called the same number around 12:30pm and asked for the exact time tat the technician is about to come so she said he will come before 3pm. I called customer care again around 3:30pm and the team leader name Yamini committed to send the technician in an hour failing i called again and spoke to an other team leader named Shivu and the person told me the maximum time to close the issue is 3rd april. I had been waiting for the whole day and again called the CC and some other person is saying it will be resolved on 4th april.

        When Airtel being indias no1 service network cant give proper and on time service then why do you committ.

        I had wasted a whole day waiting for the technician, lost a day salary.

        After so many repeated calls the company says "SORRY". Will you people accept the same sorry from us if we dont pay the technician.

        This is being the 3rd time iam being fooled with a false committment. I have really no idea to whom this mail is reaching, if you as a big brand have really some dignity or self respect then tell me what should i say for losing a day salary for your mistake, sorry cannot be a solution for mistakes done in turn of our money.

          My airtel prepaid sim got deactivated suddenly without any intimation or any message. I have been using this sim card for more than 5 years daily. I use it for calls and online transactions everyday. But now suddenly it got deactivated. Request you to reactive my airtel prepaid number [protected].
          Please take action on why my sim got deactivated. This is my alternate number [protected]

            Dear sir/ Madam, I have an airtel digital TV connection, last month only i have recharged it after ideal. So for that ideal they took some amount from my last recharge and they reduced the days for that month and said that connection will be disconnected by 2 April, so I have made a payment of 1249/- on 1 April and activated for 6months. But without any intimation they disconnected the connection before 2 April itself. I made complaint regarding to airtel customer care but till now no solution from them. I made several calls to them but they still asking time. For past 2days DTH connection is in ideal, for this they simply saying they will add 2days extra, but am not accepting it because that much mental stress i have faced . They are trying to cheat the consumers just like this by saying some reasons and collecting the amount but not providing the service. They are not at responding for any of the consumer complaints instead they are telling some time.

                Outgoing and incoming Calls could not be connected easily at all times with some instances being connected after longer duration of waiting time. Data connectivity very poor. Phone restart, handset replace and other possible corrections done but problem persist. *12118# dialled but not useful.

                  Sir I did a recharge in my JIO no [protected] on 26 March at 10:31 hrs. I used Phone pay application for the recharge. I filled company name Airtel by mistake, instead of JIO. My transaction was successful. I had done the portability for the same mob no from Airtel to JIO around 8 months back. Sir, Airtel has accepted that they have received tha amount and this mobile no belongs to Airtel prepaid. Now as on 03 April 2019 I got an email from Airtel that they have deactivated my Mobile no from airtel. But sir due to Airtel mistake I had incurred a loss of rs 399 which they are agree to refund back to my account no [protected](SBI) from which i did the payment using phone pay upi address [protected]@upi. my complaint no in Airtel is [protected].

                    I use two no's of airtel 4g cards one in iphone other one in latest android mobile. Last 15 days the data speed is dead slow especially after 6pm super dead slow.in 500 mtr radius there is one airtel network tower from my location.
                    I have tried to raise a complaint through 198, but result was futile.
                    More than that it is harassment to get connected to costumer care executive.

                    Started thinking of porting to other carrier if this problem persists for another week.

                    Expecting some solution regarding this matter.

                      Dear sir,
                      Today received a spam call from air tel dth [protected] he is insisting
                      To upgrade movie package but i refused as no use for me.
                      After few minutes later they added some channel @rs.65 /
                      I tried to contact many times but not success & don't know how many people they cheat such this way.
                      There is no option for channel remove/downgrade on air tel dth portal.
                      I can share customer number, contact detail if require.

                      Airtel digital SETUP box HD+ is hanging regularly. Airtel is not giving any permanent solution for this defective product.

                          So, in been using for quite a while now. Recently in the past 3 months the airtel network has gone from bad to worst, there is no connectivity, data to load it takes 5 minutes, youtube to play it takes 10 minutes. The worst experience im having is with calls, when i call the call wont connect at all, if it gets connected somehow in the next 5-10 minutes the call will be cut an it notifies 'call failure', so i call again then in another 5 minutes there is the call failure. Iv contact airtel support and no action has been taken. Its honestly pathetic.

                            On march 30th i had raised a request on airtel customer care regarding broadband and fixed line being completely down (Sr no:[protected].

                            I have called them over 7 times for an update. They keep promising in the next four hours we will call for an update and resolve, but no update was given from their side. The internet was completely shut off for four days. They were lying to me saying it is being looked into and when i requested for an update they said escalation team will call me. No one took my request seriously.

                            As a customer i had to constantly to ask them who is the engineer working on and what the real issue was. No real reason was given for the connection being cut off.

                            I personally had to call the ground engineer explain the entire situation again and again.

                            I spoke to the following people who did not properly update and provide adequate service. Im very unhappy with the customer service.

                            Kasturi - customer service agent
                            Priyanka & deepika - floor supervisors
                            Ishaaq, gaurav, puspha, keerthana - floor managers.

                            Also i informed ishaaq that i will be raising a consumer complaint if they do not provide me proper update and resolution, he comments "you can do what you want"

                            Im really surprised whether airtel thinks customers are fools to reach out for assistance? We are entitled for the service, we are not asking anything else.

                              And i m facing too much problem of network in my home (122506), please clear the all issue's till 6th of april. Otherwise i ll make a fir against airtel because they were making fools of public.in starting airtel gives best services but after sometimes everyone facing that # network issues.

                                There is no network coverage. I have been raised lot. But no response. If it's not may I proceed with judiciary through consumer rights. I missed lot calls because of network coverage issue. If airtel is not having capability to solve they can sell company to jio r some one. Worst network, worst internet speed but they call them self 4G NETWORK

                                  Pathetic experience with Airtel Digital TV, I had requested for de installation and re installation of my Airtel Digital TV as I changed my address almost a week ago.
                                  Extremely dissatisfied with the Call Centre and request registration process. No body called or visited my place to De-Install...I had to get it done locally.
                                  At the new address, I again requested for re-installation at the call centre, however again no response from any body.
                                  I can feel that they dont value their customers and are busy in making profits by only focussing on new connections.
                                  Its a trap, I recommend not to choose Airtel Digital TV.

                                  It has been more than 4 days since I have been requesting for Re-Installation.
                                  Can Anyone help???

                                    This is to inform you that following happened with me:

                                    I took airtel connection paying 3500 in oct 2018complet
                                    I have been promised that i have been offerred with hd box and hd plans for 1 year that later became 360 days
                                    Suddenly the second day i have been told that some wrong pack my mistake from dealer / airtel got activated due to which non of hd pack was working
                                    Again some activation happened you can check my account activations
                                    Also in your mail of account history you can filter putting my mail stating for the over charging concern
                                    Suddenly i got a call from airtel stating i have been over charged hence reversing extra amount and hd channels have been activated and for one year nothing shall be payed.

                                    I have payed installation charges etc, but never ever airte gave any reciept to me at agra

                                    Since trai mandated chose of channel hence from airtel nothing came but from my side i initiated mail to company
                                    I have been told by airtel team that approx 2100 shall be refund i was not shocked as i payed 3500 hence after 5 months o[censored]sage this could have been accepted as airtel never gives any receipt.

                                    Yesterday mr. Manav said that old 483 of mine and 600 after choosing channel shave been refunded to me.

                                    My questions:

                                    If i was having hd channels for one year by paying 3500. And when today i just choose 5 to 6 hd channels how come such gap of money refund can happen.

                                    I have been badly cheated by airtel, mr. Manav needs receipt of 3500 only after that he can do. There is big fraud which is happened with me in terms of mis commitment.

                                    I rechareged my airtel number twice bya mistake with same plan of 597 then what is tha solution for this problem
                                    I stay abroad, here the airtel network service is very poor and am unable to do my banking transactions. i'm trying to port my number to another network but the airtel is not at all responding with my complaints. VERY POOR NETWORK AND A VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HATE AIRTEL.
                                    I have changed my Airtel 4G SIM maintaining the same number yesterday afternoon. My number is [protected]. Since then I have not been able to send any SMS, neither receiving any SMS. Please resolve.

                                      Airtel network signals are worst... Even we wont get 2g... No proper internet and regular signals too...4g isnt available in our area... Hence i[censored] fix the issues we will atleast be happy with 3g... Try to fix the issue as soon as possible... We are missing many important calls... Also the internet isn't available.. It always keeps buffering... So pls fix the issue... Its a request...

                                      They send a pin for activation. They say call 59059 for activation. When called, the synth asks to choose language. That done, says "thanks for calling airtel." That's it.
                                      What a mess it is!
                                      Why provide a stupid number if they have no idea what they want to do with it?
                                      And I though vodafone was worse!
                                      I have port sim from vodafone to airtel and i have also verified through tele verfication in night but when i start tocall anyone its says that verification is still in process.. its just make me disturb.. and a poor service from airtel
