I am an airtel customer for past 5-6 years.
On 31 december i applied for conversion from prepaid to postpaid.
It took 1 week before was request was rejected for no reason.
I went to airtel store and complained. They converted my number to postpaid using some other method than the usual one, saying it is a faster way.
Now i am not getting the some of the airtel thanks benefits. When contacted airtel they said something about plan downgrade and upgrade, which i explained and proved to them that it was done by their executive and not me.
For over 2 months i am contacting them over call, mail, social media, everywhere i can connect with them.
But no resolution. They just repeat the same answer again and again - "we are looking into your matter and will come up with a resolution as soon as possible."
I have no idea what they have been looking at for 2 months.
I am very very disappointed with such low level, poor customer complaint resolution process and executives.
