I am an airtel customer for past 5-6 years.
On 31 december i applied for conversion from prepaid to postpaid.
It took 1 week before was request was rejected for no reason.
I went to airtel store and complained. They converted my number to postpaid using some other method than the usual one, saying it is a faster way.

Now i am not getting the some of the airtel thanks benefits. When contacted airtel they said something about plan downgrade and upgrade, which i explained and proved to them that it was done by their executive and not me.

For over 2 months i am contacting them over call, mail, social media, everywhere i can connect with them.
But no resolution. They just repeat the same answer again and again - "we are looking into your matter and will come up with a resolution as soon as possible."
I have no idea what they have been looking at for 2 months.

I am very very disappointed with such low level, poor customer complaint resolution process and executives.

I have a problem with my airtel recharge pack since I recharged my mobile number with unlimited pack for 28 days validity. My validity date has not been yet expired but I cannot send messages but I can make calls messages are received but cannot be sent..why??please take into account...
I am unable to check my dta balance neither with *121# nor my Airtel app it is always showing error 536 not available please fix it ASAP

I have recharged my airtel number two times of smart recharge pack but it seems to be that my balance is still Rs. 0.13. So that I can't make calls or SMS and I can't get the line for customer care too. Please look into the problem and find a solution

    I have a prepaid connection. When the recharge period is about to end, every time 3 days before, when i make a call, i get disturbing voice message stating that the validity is expiring o so ans o day and if not recharged rs 23 will be deducted form main ac...
    This is happening every day and every call i dial.
    Are you threatening the customer and you want to exit from the service provider like you... Jio is not doing such disturbance... Do you want to loose customers like this as already the company is loosing customer base...
    Pl stop this nonsense disturbance and send only msg... We know the expiry and will do the recharge on our own..
    So pl stop this disturbance immediately

      I availed an airtel dth connection from a retail store. But they provided me an stb number which was not ours. I came to know when i recharged it. On contacting the store i was given a different stb no. But when i want to log in into airtel app i was amazed to see the mobile number not ours. On contacting the customer care i came to know the name was also different. When i told the airtel cust. Care to change they asked me queries for verification. How can i know whose name it is registered and the mobile number. I am still not able to change.

        My amount deducted but recharge not done in airtel and now 10 days passed anduhave not taken necessary steps. Recharge txn id is sent by u but no action taken by u. Really u have no proper arrangement for customer to solve their queries. I want my amount back. Plz help me solve it. And take action against airtel company. I have all proof of recharge

        I have tried to recharge my account through mobikwik .. And a txn id is initiated and send to me through message.. But my account is still not recharged.. Its a recharge of rs 399. It's really urgent. I will be thankful i[censored] would resolve the problem soon.. Please response fast
        My Airtel number is [protected]. I have been using this number for almost 4-5 years. It was active until October 2018 even when I was overseas and used to get roaming information through SMSs. All of a sudden it stopped and when I recharged my SIM in January 2019, money was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my SIM. After coming to India in March I went to Airtel office to ask about this issue. The customer 'care' rep who was absolutely carless about my concern simply told me that my number is now given to someone else and that I have to call them and ask if they want to let go my number. Only then he can give me a postpaid connection with the same number. I questioned him why my number was given to someone else without informing me atleast through an sms? Besides my main concern was that this number is associated with all my bank accounts and my sensitive bank details like OTPs and balances are being sent to that number. Of course he seemed to careless about any of my concerns and simply dusted his hands off and refused to even do anything.
        This is my formal complaint to AIRTEL. If I dont see this resolved I will be taking my next step to formally complaining to consumer forum.

            I 'd like to bring to everyone's notice that i had got a duplicate micro sim card on march 26 2019 and was informed that it would be activated within 4 hours. However it is extremely disappointing to note that it has still not been activated after 24 hours.. Also since my sim card has not yet been activated i cant dial the 121 number too and file a compliant with customer care. Request you to kindly look into it and resolve the issue at the earliest.

              I have taken New Airtel DTH Connection Customer ID [protected].On 24/03/2019 the message is coming No Signal. I lodged a request on dated 25/03/2019 at 10:13 AM. Msg Received Engineer Detail(Pramod-[protected]) and resolve before 4:00 PM, but engineer not visited.

              I again Lodged complaint at 6: 15 PM Complaint No[protected]. Today Again Engineer Detail received (Shamim-[protected]). I call engineer He says today not reach.

              Lots of call to the customer care but not got the reasonable response.

              Please look into the matter and do the needful and resolve the issue today itself otherwise unable to continue the services.

                I have made recharge amount of rs. 448/- On 5th March, 2019 through airtel website(Online). The recharge could not be successful but the amount has been debited from my credit card account.

                On that day itself they initiated for Refund but not credited in account

                Contacted customer care people they are telling amount has been credited in your account 19 th march, 2019 but i checked in my statement(credit Card Bill) there is no credit amount from Bharathi Airtel

                I have attached screen shots of recharge transaction and Credit Card bill statement

                If you want i can send Credit card bill statment in pdf

                I request hereby to refund the amount ASAP

                  The only tower in bidyanagar tea estate bearing id bdy nr1 which initially was very good network with 4g connectivity. But recently call drop and one way connection along with worst speed of 4g gprs have become order of the day. Neither transactions of wage of tea garden labours and transactions of postal deposits are fluent nor works of mgnrega & pmay schemes of gaon panchayet are smooth. Under such circumstance digital india like programmes is totally flopped. And we the general people have been suffering. Amidst of such worst condition if the company remove the tower, that will be consolation for us so that we might not depend on network rather we will believe on physical efficiency and normal mode of above stated works.

                      I have been using airtel mobile services for more than 5 years now and for the last 1 year have been using 3 numbers under family package plan option. It has been more than 15 days that i have been following up by calling the call center to drop one of the number which i have not been using since 4 months now. To my surprise the kind of service i have received so far to process such a simple request has been very disappointing considering that i have been a loyal customer for so many years until now. What is strange is that they activate a new number the very same day but when i had requested for dropping one of the three numbers that i have been using, they couldn't do that in this last 15 days. This in spite the last time which was a week back i was promised by one of the supervisor in the call center that my request would be processed on priority and i shall receive a confirmation call for the same but so far i have not received any such call.

                      Therefore finally i have decided to change the service provider since airtel do not seem to be bothered or care about existing customers.

                        I am having 3 airtel dth connections at my home. Was facing some connections problems and was not getting few channels. Called the customer care. Executive came and did some thing. Paid the visiting charge of rs. 250. Evening when i reached came to know that still facing some problem in one connection. Called again. Executive came again and checked and told me that cable need to be changed. I told him to change. He said that he will get it done next day. Charged again 250 for the visit. Next day when i called he informed me that some other executive will come and i need to pay another 250 for the visit. I agreed. Then the other executive called. He asked me how many meters of cable required. I told him to check with the person visited the site already and he informed that 50 mtrs. When i asked in case if it is not required that much what need to be done. He informed even if it is 10 meter cable reuried only then also i need to pay 50 mtrs.
                        These people are really rude, arrogant and literally showing the gunda type attitude. I am having all the numbers and names and details of all these people.
                        I also send a mail to all the chief executives of bharti airtel (Again i am having the details with me) few days back and send 3 reminders already. Surprisingly no reply yet.
                        I am working in healthcare industry and even in hospitals, if we do a consultation with a doctors for rs. 500 or rs. 1000, that is valid for atleast for another one week in case if a reconsulation is required.
                        But if a airtel executive visit your home and just have a chai from our home and doing nothing, we need to pay rs. 250. What the hell is this? I am planning to shift my service provider as i am sure the bharti senior management team are also benefeceris of such money they are looting from customers through their field officers

                          Every month airtel deducts the same amount from my hdfc credit card for bill payment and adjusts in next bill.. Now due to my foreign visit my airtel bill is 4500 which is deducted twice making my credit card bill reach 9000+. This was reported but no help from airtel was received. The customer care guy asked for my account number details and when i asked him to write an email for same so that if there is any misshapen in my account i have a proof, he declined. He then just said amount will be credited and reflected in 3 days. It has been 8 days and nothing has been productive.

                          I have made the payment for the new broadband connection. The executive told me that it will be installed within 48 hours but it is still not installed. My CAF Number is 40138517. I made the payment on the 19th of this month. The transaction ID is[protected].

                              Sir, even a single day has not elapsed after the end of validity of my no but you just deducted main balance even without giving any prior info rather the main balance was deducted and the informed.
                              Also deduction has put me into a situation where i have to get it recharged again to use of the validity so why such balance deduction was made, i just want my money returned back

                                  Sir i am continuing complaint to airtel dth company to stop ndtv india channel but the company tell me this channel is not in your subscribe channel list but the airtel dth still brodcast this channel they can't stop this channel and they charge me this channel price so i humbly request to you take some strict action with airtel dth to stop this channel.

                                    I have been airtel customer for same number from past 12 years.
                                    But i am so fed up with their service now a days. Recently i am travelling to usa and india back and forth. So i have activated national roaming @99. The reason for which i took this plan is only for my banking for which otp's will go to this mobile number. The only time i use this india phone is when i am doing a bank transaction and most of the days it wiull be switch off mode since i dont use iot for any other purpose. Its been working fine with this scenario from past 3-4 years. I am paying minimum bill around rs500 (299 for actual plan+99 for international roaming+taxes).
                                    But from past 2 months they are chargingh like 4000 rupees a month saying i am using internet which is not true. I never use thgis phone for internet. Here we have uninturupted internet services at home and good lte service on my mobile when i go out. Which stupid will use internet for international roaming. I called them when i receive 4000rs bill last month, and they said there is zero outstanding madam, you need not to worry. But this month i received 15000 rupees bill (Last month 4000+onetime charges 4000+this month 4000+late fee+taxes). Are you insane? Who will pay 15000 rupees phone without using the services not even for single time? Waive all these charges and reproduce new bill with minimal charges, otherwise i am gonna quit this stupid network and ofcourse i am never gonna pay this bill for which i am not responsible.

                                      I have blocked my account someone has deducted my balance in my account at that time now i want to reopen my account i have sent photos of Aadhaar card and pan card my airtel number is [protected] I have balance in my account so please and please unblock my account so that I will be use this app it will be your most kindness.                                         I have done recharge of rs 399 to my airtel no [protected] instead of mobile no * on 26.03.2019 the transaction id of the same is[protected].[protected] is my old airtel number. When i contacted customer service they told they cant reverse the amount. I asked them then to reactivate my old no [protected]. They then replied they have allocated the same to some other person. When i am having all my transaction details then what is the problem to reverse.? I tried contacting the other number but the other number is switched off.
