My airtel dth is not showing all the channels since last week. I am unable to contact customer care. If it gets connected by chance they are saying technical error has occured, please call after some time. Such disgusting services by airtel dth. I am paying hell lot of money to watch all channels in my tv and what i am getting is nothing. Since the day plans changed as per new trai they are charging lot and even then they are not giving all the channels.

    I have ported from airtel tamilnadu to airtel andhra pradesh circle. My new sim got signal but i'm not able to activate it. Even customer care service is not that helpful.
    Here's the number i ported [protected]. I am on a vacation and couldn't reach out to anyone because of this issue.
    I am not able to reach to any airtel customer care now.
    So, please help me with this as it's causing lot of trouble.

      I am selecting channel from TV and sending QR code to respective numbers, but after some time getting a message that your request can not be processed,
      I tried two times once at night of 22-Mar--2019 and once at next morning at 23-Mar-2019.

      Both the time its deducts 1.5 rs for each message.
      When I talk to customer care one says due to server error request can not processed please try once again and then I talked again then they says selection of channel from TV is not working.

      I can't understand what kind of policies followed by Airtel, while selecting channel from websites its shows much higher rate as compare to rates available in TV.

      Before this, I am able to view my channels in around 229 Rs/Month but now for the same I required to pay 400+ rs.

      Airtel should be transparent why they misleading, If I am selecting channels from TV getting 329 rs / month but they are not processing the request while selecting channels from website its costs 405 rs / month and they activate this package in fraction of seconds.

        Dear sir,
        My self is jay singh chib. I have some issues in airtel sim. For regarding this i visited at my nearest airtel store which was located in akhnoor manda road, hanuman chowk, jammu. For regarding my issue i convey to airtel store. And given the my request to airtel store. And they are proceed my request in aiirtel digital process. And submit my all document. And he commitment to me that your old sim will stop after 4 to 5 hrs. And you will put new sim in your device. And after 24hrs. Your new sim services resumes automatically. And all this process he charged to me 30 rs. Instead of 25 rs. And the behaviour of this type of person is not good for airtel customer. And i think for all this issue he will not process my request further. But after 24 hrs. Upto they will still not process my request in further process. I also talk with customer care but i cant get any satisfied reply against from him.

          Airtel loots it's customers and do fraud with them.

          Really shame on you people for disturbing the customers. Now once again you people are disturbing the customers. Now I want to make a recharge of Rs. 35/- from my main balance and the option is not coming. Earlier the option was coming but now you peole become bull [censored] hungry fellows who don't have guts to earn your income and become greedy beggars by looting the customers every month or every 28 days. Really shame on you greedy hungry fellows who don't have self respect and respect for the customers. You people are such type of low mentality people that you forcibly deduct Rs. 23/- from the customers balance without taking their consent. This type of attitude is shown by fraud and beggars which you are become fully. It's better for you people to leave the job and take one big katora and sit on the roads for begging so that ongoing people will give you beg as you are the greedy hungry fraud beggars to loot the customers. If you people have little bit self respect and respect for the customers then reply with the USSD code for recharging the Rs 35/- from main balance instead of forcibly deducting Rs. 23/- without taking the consent from the customers. Shame on you greedy hungry people for showing such nasty attitude and behaviour towards the customers.

            I did two recharges (INR 296 and INR 1499) to activate my international roaming for Australia on the date 21 March 2019 and today is 23rd and it is still not working.
            I called customer care and they asked me to do restart and did all the troubleshooting on 23rd march but all was in vain and when i asked for my refund or add value if they are not able to refund they declined.

            I am raising this complain so that I can get justice and get my money back.

                But the transaction has failed...
                I retried and got the recharge done... But unfortunately they have deducted rs. 399 two times by including the failed transaction...

                Please take necessary actions to refund the wrongly desucted amount...

                  I am an airtel customer. I am not getting cables for the last 2 days. I had two connections. Such irresponsible management are not acceptable from airtel giving inconvenience to lot of customers in spite of their prompt payment in time. There may be justification for blaming others in this regard. But i dare say it is the most inefficient mismanagement in the history of indian corporate. I have enough proofs even from own employees showing their helplessness. I am ready to reveal my details once help is guaranteed because even the customer care is not serious. It is very irritating to note that the so called customer care having some recorded voices which are not even clear with options seemed to be fooling. But the company cannot fool all people always and will result in consequence. Instead of reply by voice irrelevant responds were forwarded for each given authorized calls which is not at all acceptable. Strict action is expected as earliest in this regard.

                    These two messages i got from my bank after trying to recharge my airtel number two times on 23/03/2019. Money from bank account is debited but the recharge was not done by any of the two transactions. I called airtel payment bank customer care, they replied that they can't do anything regarding this as i have used other bank account no theirs payment bank. I was asked to contact my bank regarding this. The behaviour of the executive was very rude.

                        I have taken 399 plan and every month I either get a bill of 570 or 450. And when I call customer care number they don't have answer to any of my query. Never go for Airtel - postpaid plan they just cheat their customers by charging them additional amount. If you raise a complaint and when you contact them next time they don't have any details of previous calls.

                          After expiry of my previous yearly package on 27th Feb 2019, DTH services stopped. On enq customer care[protected] advised to recharge my Account with Rs. 150 to activate the services and act according to advice on Airtel DTH Ch998.

                          Accordingly, as per the offer on Ch 998, I opted for a monthly package of Rs 310 and paid the amount online on 6th March. The services resumed the same day, but on21st March Airtel informed to discontinue service with immediate effect because of insufficient balance. How could monthly package paid in advance could end in 15 days? In fact I have paid 150+310 = 465 Rs for these 15 days. Clear case of cheating. Customer Care is spinning some stories, unable to comprehend.

                              Very poor network.No value for customers complaints.Sending fake messages stating that they give extra benefits on reacharges but when we ask them they are diverting stating that it is for specific reacharge but it is stated clearly in message.Experiencing network problems for the past 2 months and despite of regular contacting the customer care no actions where taken.We have wasted high amounts for reacharge but we donot get any benefits. Worst network ever.No valur for customers

                                When i visited customer care centre at sect-12 rk puram in the morning of 22 mar 2019 about my lost air tell no.(which was lost alongwith my mobile) the executive sitting there verified my details and finally told to come in the afternoon since he claimed sims are out of stock.

                                I again visited in the evening there were two persons. The person was busy on his mobile and thereafter asked me for original id. I have had photo copy of my aadhar but he insisted for original id. He also warned me there are 15 minutes left for closing their shop.

                                I again visited in hurry along with my id but after checking details he told me that my details are mismatched. I informed him i have this number for several years and this problem never occurred. He told me either to change the number or convert it into post paid.

                                I told him i am ill and a senior citizen and they are making me dance to their tunes. They should have told me once all the things.

                                But he finally declared me to go to sarojini nagar office for this work.

                                I wonder how these type o[censored]nwilling youngsters, who prefer to remain busy on their mobile, of india yield any type of result/output.

                                I finally decided to leave the number of air tell but somebody will misuse my sim.

Customer care asked to contact the airtel store from where I purchased. Went there and asked them for verification, they promised to send someone but never did.                                     As per the initial intimation provided by airtel, channel choice was to be registered by 31.01.19.
                                    Accordingly, i had exercised my channel choice for airtel dth id [protected] on 30.01.19 (Tariff rs. 352/ 28 days). It was supposed to be active from 01.02.2019, however, due to some technical glitch from their end it took extra 10 days for the customized plan to be activated. I had to bear the extra cost due to their delay. After a few days it was noticed that once again airtel changed my pack to some "best fit plan" without my consent (Tariff rs. 465/28 days), as a result my dth services got prematurely suspended in 20 days. Firstly, on what basis can they change the plan of consumers who had already exercised their channel choice? If trai keeps on extending the deadline the same consumer is not supposed to register his choice again and again. Secondly, airtel is simply delaying to activate the customized pack to tap extra money through unfair means. Thirdly, this time they are not processing the pack change request. Fourthly, the customer support is not helpful. There is no point of exercising channel choice in airtel dth as they have retorted to malpractice, harasssing consumers and forcing them to view useless free channels at an extra cost.

                                      I purchased the airtel 4g wifi datacard from nearby airtel shop, on 19/1/2019. We submitted the required documents along with rs. 2600 for 6 months plan. The plan includes only charges cost in which dongle device (Cost rs.1000) came free to the customer.
                                      From day 1 it didn't work, we througly checked the device and sim with shop owner and some other technical people. Few airtel technician refused to visit as they had no will/wish to visit our home, to check the device apart my location is hardly 10 steps distance from aundh-ravet main road.
                                      We went 5-10 times to shop for refund, also spoke to airtel customer-care but no one agreed for the resolution. Shop keeper said that airtel had deducted the amount that we had paid from his account & airtel (A brand) played cheap games as showing sympathy and posting incovience emails to provide another useless solution.in turn, i tried hard to make them understand to redund the amount if there is no solution.
                                      Finally with no hope, i disconnected the services. Still cheapest airtel told me to pay extra rs. 550 amount as tax. For me that tax is equal for not using the dongle a single day.

                                      Please resolve this issue, on urgent basis.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        My airtel DTH consumer number is [protected]. I have been a customer for this company for over an year.

                                        Post TRAI implemented the option to select the channels based On their wish Airtel is providing an option to make the selections via channel number 998 and sending the QR code for activation.

                                        I tried to activate my customized plan by selecting the channels and sending the QR code on 1st and 22nd of march. On both the occasions I got the acknowledgement the package will get activated shortly. Unfortunately on both occasions I was fooled. They are just giving the option in TV so that they would loose the interest to go through the grind of selecting the wanted channels and fall prey to the pre defined packages.

                                        This is absolutely against the TRAI rules and also against the interest of the customers. They just waste customers time and effort.

                                        The customer care what they have is one more thorn in the process. They never have the audacity to fix the problems. They keep giving the alternates which again wanted our time and effort. Nodal office too is no different I have spoken to several employees from customer care and nodal office but few have the intent the rest are just arrogant.

                                        Request the quorum to address this false information provided on channel no 998 which defeats the very purpose of implementation by TRAI. Also I would like Airtel to remove the page on TV until it is fully functional.
