I have requested to port sim from karnataka region to delhi ncr region for my airtel postpaid number. Same time i transferred this number from my name (Himanshu arora) to my wife name.

First, it took a hell lot of time and follow up from my side to get sim activated once old stopped working.

Now, i am not able to receive any incoming as massage to dialer coming as number does not exists.

I am very old customer of airtel and look at the level of services you are offering to customers.

I am really fed up by airtel due to continous no network, call drops and now looking to port to jio.

But the problem is that i cant sent sms to port number. This is 3rd class service i am experiencing so far. When contacted earlier to customer care they told revisit store. Why the hell customer to extra pain to check and replace faulty sim which was issued by you guys???

    Customer i’d [protected] has been recharged with rs 500 on 24/03/2019 but still dth is not activated and not working connection is in the name of mr awdhesh kumar saxena nehru colony dehradun. Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible. If not resolved matter will be taken to consumer forum. Customer is facing problems because of the issue and it is not getting resolved even after repeated trials. Request you to resolve the same at earliest.

      I'm from vellore at sathuvachari, valallar, for the past 2 year i have keep on raising complain regarding the network connectivity issue. But there is no any development they keep on saying we are upgrading NEW tower in your area, I dont know what the _____ is going on for the past 2 years . I never experience such a telecom service .

        TRAI is a big loot and then its companies such as Airtel, etc. They charge me on their own and then say that i have added so and so channels. When I delete those channels or ask them to do it they give me utter non sense such as the system is down or it will be done it 4 hours. Since the past 3 days the employees at Airtel are doing nothing but causing stress to their customers. I have 3 connections and even after doing everything they still leave 1 of my connections unattended which causes my monthly validity to fall because they charge on their own. I keep getting text messages regarding the addition/de-selection of channels but yet nothing changes on my profile account at www.airtel.in and I'm charged the same amount of rs900+ Someone needs to teach these companies and their bigger off springs how manipulating the customers and theft will lead them to big consequences.

            I am a very old customer I use my number for calling sometime only I always have balance in my num n mostly I got calls from everyone I don't need to call them still ur company worst plans if a person don't want to recharge u guys forcing them to recharge if they have minimum 5rs bal also for the cause of validity y who are u guys to tell we should recharge our num or not everymonth because o[censored]r ### validity make me to charge n most imp I found airtel network is not so good u guys only advertise for network but not take any action.

            Airtell is not air carrer.
            It is possible to rechage the phone at the recharge outlet in your city / town within 15-30 minutes from 09:00AM till 07:00 PM,
            if you have
            - your phone
            - money (~300-400 for best deals for 3 months).

              Airtel sim on my handset is not working since 23-03-19. Called on customer service, but no help provided. Was asked to go through app. When my sim is not working, how can i go through app. Tried sim on other handsets. Everywhere it is showing "sim error". Sent mail to [protected]@airtel.in. They asked me to call. When i wrote i am unable to call from my phone as the sim is not working, they again sent a mail to call and tell the problem.
              Meanwhile i went to jamshedpur airtel office and got a new sim, after due authentication from airtel. To utter dismay, the "new" sim is also ahowing "sim error" in different handsets.. Request airtel to stop harassing consumers like me

                I have ported my [protected] number from Docomo to Airtel. It's been a month since I ported, I tried recharging more than 20 different times from Airtel app, Paytm, Google pay and Airtel website as customer care of Airtel suggested. No success.

                I wrote a dozen e-mails to Airtel csr and also the Airtel nodal escalations. They just wasted my time asking more time to research, but not fixing the issue. I shared a couple of screenshots.

                I feel like I have been harassed.

                Airtel didn't email me or call after this consumer complaint filed. Till now no response. They're trying to escape. What a company to deal business with. Now I cannot even port my number from them since it's just less than a month Prepaid connection. I am crying...

                This issue is NOT resolved. They are escaping
                Still no response from Airtel. My incoming and outgoing are stopped. Unable to recharge to get the services. Issue still not resolved by Airtel.

                  Airtel has faslefully re-activated post paid connection and charged my credit card for 7 months.
                  They agreed to process and pay back the amount but stopped responding after sharing bank details.

                  When I try to track about the status, a new executive promises that problem will be solved in 2 days. it is almost 2 months nothing has moved an inch.

                  Airtel Ombudsperson is a big joke. Never responds to any complaints.
                  I have raised complaint at national consumer forum.

                  will wait for a week and going to approach consumer court.

                    I had given a request to change my post paid airtel connection to pre-paid on last friday (22nd march). Not sure what changes airtel has done my phone stopped working from saturday saying i do not have balance. I tried re-charging multiple time ranging from 100 to 1000 with no luck. Calling the customer care too did not help much. Then i finally send email complaint.
                    I got a response yesterday (24th march) that they are working on this and will be resolved by 27th march.
                    That is a a good 6 days without any connection.in today's age and time it is very difficult to stay without mobile. Now all the callers get a message that i do not have balance or something like that - a message that's forced upon due to provider issue. Since my number is more than a decade old i receive all my call on the same number.

                      One of the worst network in india. We are facing lots of issues on our corporate numbers with this network provider even after our payments on time. Monthly two days our numbers are not working due to wrong billing from airtel team. Our marketing team is totally stuck because of call barring and network disconnection.

                      Lakhs and lakhs of losses during the month ends due to this idiotic network. On top of this, there is no response from the dedicated account manager. Still this issue is not resolved and is getting dodged by airtel team every time i call for a solution

                        Connection-[protected].

                        I am totally harassed despite of continuous payment of recharge but the service is very poor.Â

                        I was suggested to recharge as mentioned below images.

                        I, ve spoken with the customer care they all doing bad job without any customer satisfaction. I, ve tried to explain my grievances more than 1 hour but they didn't solve my issue. All the female staffs are busy with their own life, i, d like to mention few name-Â miss deeksha time 12:30Â

                        Miss kiran time 12:40Â

                        Miss somika time 13:05

                        I recharged my account on 7 march for 1 month but illegally it was stopped on 24 march.

                        It should be activated till 6 april.

                        This is totally theft from my account and symbol of bad service & harrasment of customer.

                        These days everybody is busy & airtel is the reputed company but the name is defaming due to such employee & such kind of service.

                        I look forward to continue my connection as per recharged by me for one month and acclerate my grievance do the next level.

                        Moving forward suggest you implement the service.

                          I am sony thekkethil and my airtel customer id is [protected]. I tried a lot to add some channels to my exising package. I even called customer care and tried through airtel app. But nothing has worked out. They are very hesistate to send reply to my emails and not doing what we request. We called cutomer care people and when we get option to talk to them its get disconnect. And when we tried through airtel app the sent reference id and messeges as it will be activate shortly. Now half day passed but its not processed. Realy we are very greedy to their service and its first time we face this much problem from airtel dth company.

                            For my used old sim recently last year - march updated 4g sim, in madurai. Which i was used for 9 years but suddely in december number was blocked and issued to some else, while checking with airtel customer service they said number blocked, i asked again to issue they said need come out from portal. But the fact was issued to some one in kanchipuram area more over he not using the sim, i am asking to provide back saying fishy rules
                            My mobile no was - [protected], they took money also from my account for international roaming

                              Currently having a sim of airtel having contact no [protected]. Want to port out to bsnl, but from last two days not receiving the upc code from airtel. Airtel is not even allowing the message to get delivered to 1900. I have tried to contact the customer care in 121, but they refuse to help. Airtel centres show their inability to assist. It seems a planned gimmick by airtel to increase their profitability. Most unethical way to restore the customers.

                                I bought an aircel number back in 2010 and later ported to airtel postpaid in 2014. I tried converting it airtel prepaid in 2015 and provided the service center all the required proofs and the costs for converting. Few days later when it didn't get converted, i inquired again and they said its in the process and made me pay more money. Meanwhile i had to go out of country and when i inquired after few months, i was told, something went wrong with the process and now i was made to pay the postpaid fees for these months i was out. Again after paying all the fees and trying to have it converted, it failed again. As i was out of country, i couldn't get hold of the service center guys and my number stopped working (My sim was in india itself). When i contacted airtel (This time their email support), they said, my number was inactive and i had to pay some due for it to be active again, which i paid again. After the payment, when i inquired about the number, they said, i have to go to customer care center and pay some required fees (Activation fees) and get the number and is subject to availability. And when inquired at the customer care center, they said the number is deactivated and is with 'aircel' now and 'airtel' cant do anything about it.
                                After aircel filed bankruptcy, there aren't any aircel centers and neither is their customer support working. I need help on getting my number back.

                                  Wondering today, my channels stopped working since morning and available balance showing rs. 0. However i have done the recharge of rs. 343, this month only on 4 march 2019.

                                  When i called to customer care executive, she told me ur account is suspended and unable to check details, and told me first you have to recharge of min. Rs. 150 and call back. I done recharge and called back in 2min. And now they are saying system is updating, unable to check call back after 2 hr.

                                  When i asked since how long system is down, she told me from past 10 month. Seriously if system down from last 10 month, how it will start in 2 hr.

                                  Also they told me a package activated on my account of rs.573. But as per my knowledge it supposed to be deactivated after when i activated my own package from list as per trai rule. Also after that last month customer care person told me when we activate our own package previous package will be deactivated automatically. Why it's not happening yet and airtel charging me for this unnecessary. I want my refund for this as it's airtel fault not the customer.

                                  Again i called them after 5 hr. And still getting same response system not working. When i asked them to transfer call to senior person they denied and started behaving rudely and disconnected the call.

                                  Can some look into it on priority?

                                    Monthly rental hiked from rs 1300 to 1359 suo motto on the basis of a hike in the network connection charge.

                                    Unable to get through the customer care easily. Also when got through, they lied.
                                    Want monthly rental back to rs1300 from rs 1359
                                    Want a waiver of the excess amount & action taken against the erring company.
                                    The company has acted fraudulently.

                                      Hi sir,
                                      I received a call on 24th march, 2019 and the man introduced himself as customer care executive of axis bank. He asked me to give to give otp for my debit card renewal, believing him to be axis bank customer care executive, i have provided otp. Then he keep on asking me otp for procedure. Soon after the call, i found to my shock that 5 transactions of different amount was successfully completed and the beneficiary is airtel money, yes bank and mobikwik.
                                      I immediately informed cyber department to report fraudulent transactions happened from my account.

                                      Please check on this issue and kindly revert the amount at the earliest

                                        As gathered from the trai website, it is clearly mentioned in the press release no. 11_of_2019 at sl. No. 8 that "the authority further reiterates that subscribers who have taken long term packs will continue to avail the services for contracted period."

                                        This is to bring to your kind notice that even though various trai's directives safeguarding the existing long term customers till the validity of the exisiting plan is there, it is sadly apprised here that airtel is not honouring this trai directive.

                                        I had received a call from airtel on 11.03.2019 (Kashish kalra) inquiring about the issue. Post sharing all the details, he too agreed about the latest trai's directive regarding press release no. 11_of_2019 at sl. No. 8 that "the authority further reiterates that subscribers who have taken long term packs will continue to avail the services for contracted period."

                                        It was promised to me by airtel that the existing all hd+sd arp infinity pack shall continue till its validity, i. E. 03.12.2019 only on the 1st connection. I asked him to acknowledge the same in writing for which he had send me an email.

                                        I had replied back to them with copy to your office, clearly mentioning that i do not want to select any new pack and want to continue with existing pack till its validity, for which i have already paid the full amount in advance.

                                        However, sir, to my shock, today early morning they have changed my pack to some trivial pack with useless 100 plus channels which is in southern / ne channels.

                                        It is therefore requested to kindly intervene at the earliest and make airtel honor the relevent trai directives in the matter.

                                        I would be obliged if airtel may be directed to abide by the trai directives.
