[protected] it was postpaid now it became prepaid but you blocked calls of these number incoming and outgoing calls please do it correct and we are not getting calls from others also we need help of you sir. It became prepaid of idea sir but you made calls block and we cannot receive any calls and call others also please help and resolve the mistake of your sir thank you

    I got a call from airtel customer care on 14 the march 2019 regarding the activation of astrovani pack for which no charges will be deducted according to the customer care guy.
    So i told him to activate the pack

    But after 2 days i saw that my monthly rental pan has increased by rs 45. When i called customer care for this issue, they told that rs 45 has been deducted from my account but they didn't agree to refund the amount.

    This is a clear case of fraud. The fraud amount is small but airtel does these kind of fraud in a large scale with their customers.

      There is no airtel network in my locality kavuri hills which is in the heart of the city hyderabad. Mobile data is always only on edge. What is the point of giving updates on sooo many unused data being carried forward everymonth when i am unable to use it. There are already many in my colony who have migrated to some other network. Since i'm in corporate plan, i'm making a last try so that the company can rectify.

      Pls address to the issue immediately

        airtel service not get

        I am getting an error 536 when try to dial *121#. I recently ported my prepaid sim to airtel postpaid. I am not able to register for an account in airtel for online services and change plan. I am not able find my bill cycle and any other details. It showing enter a valid airtel number or "no service is

        I was an idea prepaid user for the last few years, when the internet service of idea became worst i started noticing the advertisement of bharti airtel that they were claiming they are the india's fastest internet providers. So i wished to port out from idea and switched to airtel, but now i really realize that airtel is the worst internet service providers than anyone in india and for the proof here i am attaching the screenshots of speed test by ookla (The speed testing app recommended by airtel itself).

        By advertising india's fastest network providers in india bharti airtel was really cheating me and i were trapped into airtels network for the next 3 months. And i can'nt even send a whatsapp message with airtel 4g internet.

        I really wish to take actions against bharti airtel for cheating the indians.

          I am p. John andrew and am a new customer of airtel digital tv with customer id number 3028xxx189. I bought airtel digital tv on 1st march, 2019 and got installed on 2nd march, 2019. They have stopped services on 11th march and resumed it on 13th march for a period of 5 days ending on 17th march, 2019. I have the order summary which clearly mentions advance for 110 sd channels and 43 hd channels for a period of 30 days starting from march 2nd, 2019. Please take action and help me get the service i payed for. I am attaching the order summary's screenshot from airtel.in/dth/vijayawada

          My Problem has been Resolved after nearly a Week of Interaction With the Customer Care of Airtel Digital TV with nearly 25 Phone Calls and 10 Emails Sent by Me and Them. They Solved it at 4 p m on Saturday 16th March, 2019 .

            I got this msg from bv-airlnt. Yesterday i had got a msg from md-artlnt which i had already lodged a complaint here. The content was"dear customer your land has got selected for airtel 4g tower installation in your premises and all technical part verified successfully. We would like to inform you that to make your license as soon as possible, so that we can install tower kindly co-operate with your project coordinator for further details. Your application id is air-5644329. T&c apply.
            Airtel". Plz again request for check for its authenticity. This is regarding installation of airtel 4g tower through indus solutions. Call following every day from ([protected]/[protected]) miss ananya from airtel office and a senior from mob no - [protected]. Plz plz plz check authenticity of these numbers and mail back me at an earliest.

              Few days ago we contacted airtel broadband for airtel-v fiber package
              We opted for 999 rs pack and give them advance 3 months rent which gives 40 mbps speed.
              According to airtel policy, wifi fiber should have been setup at max in 48 hours.
              Even after 72 hours they did not established connection.
              When we tried to contact them they said fiber connection could not be set up in my apartment and they could only set copper cable which gives 16 mbps speed, so we told them then we should get excess money which we gave you, they refrained and afterwards they are not picking up the call.
              I insist them to refund my all money as we don't want to avail their services.

                Sir, I beg to say that I am using the airtel sim card before 3 years ago. Airtel company promised me give 30 gb data per month. But they do not give us. When I call them they always tell lie.many problems in there network also.we have many losses because of there inconvenience . this problem is from 4 months

                  auto renewal of international roaming packs

                  Recently i visited Dubai and activitated 1 day international roaming pack. Airtel has international roaming packages valid for specific periods : 1 day, 10, 30 days for various zones. A customer can activate a package for a zone and a period through the Airtel app and it takes effect within 2 hours. At the end of the period, the package does not expire automatically (as a customer would expect because the subscription is for a fixed duration)....

                  Sir my phone was lost on 9/3/2019 which i reported in banna devi thana (aligarh) on 10/3/2019,
                  After reporting, I went to khalsha telecom ALIGARH, an Authorized Distributor of Airtel to take a new SIM of my number.
                  In the frist SIM, given to him by the first SIM, he gave the name of the father incorrectly in the Adhar card on 10/03/2019 wrong and side in the second sim that my photo was not clear.
                  And the third SIM did not give any reason to not turn on and take me RS 300 three SIMs.
                  AFter that I want to Maris road, aligarh, a register airtel store (coco airtel store) where i was given a new SIM and charge was taken from me rs 25.
                  After that he gave me a sim on 12th, & 48 hours to ask for time to start, but that did not even turn SIM.
                  So today and one SIM was turned on for my number but kept it with myself.
                  And they refused to give me a written solution in writing and told me that we will not give any kind of information to you in writing.
                  Through that SIM, I have whatsapp account & bank account and everything that can be removed from my job.
                  All information about the phone and the SIM is given in the FIR copy of the report given by me which i send you an attachment.

                    I registered a complaint on 27th Jan 2019, & requested Audit from Airtel team in e-mail for that Call. no one did that & gave me what they hear.
                    It was horrible Experience ... Finally one day after a month or so over call one Airtel guy said they have terminated Guy who was speaking with me.
                    Similar issue on 15th march. I Don;t recommend Airtel

                    I'll not recommend Airtel service to anyone. There service is really poor ... even local service provider gives better service then them.

                      I purchased airtel dth connection on 20th Feb 2019. The Airtel set top box is not working properly i complain to dealer, he said complain to customer care i Complan to customer care 3 times in 15days but there is no proper response from company side and dealer side, finally i said to company and to dealer please take your Airtel dth connection and give my money back both are said no it is not refundable. Now what should i do iam not understanding.

                        This complaint is in regards to fixing of airtel internet junk box on my house compound wall without any prior permission. It is also observed that the wall is showing cracks. I request you to remove airtel internet junk box from my house compound wall immidiately.
                        We will not be held responsible of any damages that may occur while dismantalling the wall for renovation.

                          After that I got this message

                            My airtel pre paid no. [protected] and [protected] which are both on valid unlimited pack of rs 199 and are valid til 26th march 2019, i see no balance to make a call.
                            Airtel unlimited packs don't work more than 2 weeks, for making calls. The pack validity period is 28 days.
                            This is cheating and fraud by airtel and airtel should why its customers should not sue airtel in court for damages. The damages for cheating practises could run in millions

                              Airtel is the service provider for two of my mobile numbers are rejecting porting couple of times to jio. First time for pending bill amount so i paid 200₹ extra and tried for second time now they are saying incorrect upc number but correct upc was provided. Resolve this issue. My phone numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Need these two numbers to be ported to jio. Seams like it is getting rejected purpose fully.

                                Hello sir, my number was of vodafone i ported it into airtel & within one month of this i recharged number of times.in one month my number was suspended for three times without any reason.
                                When i confronted customer care service they said this isn't done by them. According to them it can be done by either me or by other person who have my full details.
                                And apart from me my details are with airtel distributor & when i asked he denied.
                                At the end i just want solution for this.
                                I shouldn't face this again else i will port my number to any other network.
                                Highly disappointed from your service n dealers within one month.
                                Pathetic services.

                                  Now i want to restart this number service and last 7 days i am trying to restart service with the help of kurla east airtel gallary communication

                                  But yet i had not able to get restart my this [protected] service due to weak and slow service of mumbai airtel sim service and even not having any proper responsed and careless co ordination of this sim service

                                  So i am requesting to you, please help me out from this issues and i hope soon i will get action or quik resposed from your side

                                  I have port in airtel from vodafone one month ago
                                  after a month i want recharge my airtel number [protected] by using paytm aap but my recharge is not sucsessfull showing me operator issue
                                  who is my network operator
                                  vodafone or airtel and who is my solve my problem
                                  It is near impossible to disconnect the broadband services. There are no links online, no instruction on how to and the only number they have, 121, can only be called from an Airtel phone. Their other toll-free number also don't work and auto disconnect.

                                    I recharged rs 448 pack on 14th march 2019. But the network service is too poor. There is no 2g or 3g. The 4g speed is only 30-40 kbps. Yes sometimes it goes to 2-3mbps but it is irregular. I want constant service. I am unable to use internet at such low speed. I have filed a complaint but they are not replying. My data is being wasted. Please do something.

                                    I am not able to make and receive all calls as an error coming "no registered on network"

                                    Kindly resolve this issue asap else i have to port our both numbers after 24 hrs
