I applied for airtel dth reconnection of my home dth connection on 28th january. As per rules, i insisted on getting installation receipt for re-connection. So, multiple times, my appointment got rescheduled. No airtel engineer showed up at my house, but my appoint got rescheduled multiple times, from 28th january to 3rd february, from 3rd february to 5th february, from 5th february to 20th february. After that, no sms from airtel. Till date, my connection is not restored.
