The above said mobile no. Is used in my family but though the porting our was done in september 2017 the connection is hopeless and the payment for postpaid bills is unreasonable since neither the data nor the phone calls are connected most of the tomes - customers are being charged without providing the services provided.
Even for mobile nos.[protected] and [protected] the charges are made for local, national and isd sms although no isd sms is being sent nor the sms limit of 100/day are crossed

Most of the calls fail and as per govt. regulations no penalty of Re.1 per call ever paid. Lots of calls fail.

    Airtel is providing pathetic service!! I was asked by the store to get my husband’s number migrated under my family plan and i did the same.. I was asked to send across a consent message after which we were asked to do a tele verification for his number.. Firstly the agent who took the verification call was horrible.. He took our details and while we were trying to understand what we need to do further he disconnected the call.. Then we called customer care and were given an assurance that our phone would get activated by 10 pm but again it didn’t happen.. Then we gave a call again at 10:30 pm and were given another timeline of 11:20 yet the phone is not activated.. This is simply horrible service provided by airtel to a customer who has been loyal for almost 7 years with them.

      Current location is birla colony, satna, mp.
      I'm not able to use 4g net here. It shows 4g is active but it's giving speed of 10-20 kbps inside home. I'm really pissed off.
      When outside speed goes maximum 50 kbps. I have take hotspot from my brother who is using jio network which is far better now than airtel.
      I've tried to restart my phone and done everything but no improvement.

          My internet speed gets really poor or sometimes doesn't connect even when there is full network range. After connection also its very very irregular and disturbing. Its clear that airtel company can't handle these many connections and their advertisements are like full speed on top of mount everest.

            I purchased rs 1000 prepaid plan for my mobile number xxxxxxx243085 which has unlimited validity. but inspite of that after every 28 days, an amount of rs. 23 is getting deducted. in complaint to airtel support desk, they refunded it for previous 2 times but the deduction of rs. 23 is continuing again after that. i wrote to them again about it but they are not taking any action.
            Same is happening with my mother's number for the same plan.

              I have created port in request from bsnl to airtel on 12th march in odisha circle and my old bsnl number stopped working from 17th march night. Now after so many days airtel sim is not showing any network. I am unable to register it on airtel network.
              Now i travelled from odisha to jharkhand.
              My numbers were very important to be started

                3 days back when i was browsing internetu airtel network was suddenly gone. Then i came to know that the sim was damaged. I went to airtel retailer and asked for swap sim. But father's name in their database is wrong. I have done aadhar ekyc. Though kyc is done, they have wrong details in their database. So now i cannot use my airtel simm please help

                  Suddenly my prepaid sim was not working on 19th midnight, have checked with on 20th by 12:45 am they advised there was a downgrade issue your sim will work after 30 mins. After i called by 1:30 am the customer executive said your sim was damaged pls replace the sim in airtel store and for 48 hours your messaging service wad blocked. Nowadays every online transaction we need otp. Now i'm unable to do any bank transactions due to this issueÂ

                    Hi airtel,

                    I am using airtel more than 6 years and i have been to many places across india but i never facing issue like now i am facing, no i am located in bangalore brookfield area here airtel is not taking completely. To download 6 mb app it is always taking 25 mins, youtube is not taking, whatsapp text messages getting delivered after 1 or 2 mins. If it continues for 1 more day i don't have any option other than changing network.
                    To check the speed of internet i downloaded speed test app but after 30 mins of struggle finally i tested the speed successfully.
                    Test results download speed: 0.06 mbps, upload speed: 1.4 mbps (Attached screenshot in mail).
                    Meanwhile i called airtel but no proper response.

                      With reference to discussion no: ref [protected], [protected] & [protected] for changing post paid plan without my request and acceptance to my numbers form 199 to 299 plan.

                      This regarding bill plan change consecutively 3rd time with my acceptance. We have same issue in dec 2018 and after brining into nodal officer this as been settled with new 199 paln with my data balance loss as mention in below follow up mail committing for next 12 months.
                      Now again my bill plan has been changed with informing me and with my acceptance again.
                      Also on calling customer care they not ready to listen about it and rejected taking compliant on the same.

                      Hence i escalating this to you to resolve as per previous mail and plan promised by you.
                      I really disappointed with the repeated harassment with forced bill plan change.

                      Please to the needful to resolve the same asap.

                        I have bought Airtel DTH new connection on 1st March, 2019 They have mentioned in their website that in Rs. 1750, you will get Plan for Rs.450 for one month Free. You can check in the screenshot attached here. Then their engineer came to home for installation and he told me that I have to recharge of Rs. 225 to activate the channels. I was surprised by that. but still I recharged it. Then on 13th March, they suspended my account and told me that I don't have enough balance. I asked them that when I bought connection, you are giving me one month subscription free, but still I did recharge of Rs. 225 and now you are saying that I have to recharge again for Rs. 450. Everyday they are telling me that you didn't get any free plan in your new connection. I saw them the screenshot from their website. So they are telling me since last week that my query is in pending status. We are working in on priority. Everyday they are telling me that wait for 24 hours. Since one week, they are telling me. I am really fade up now of their service. Their customer care representatives don't have idea about this thing. Now because of them, I have to suffer and I am not getting channels on my TV. I asked them to discontinue my connection and give me money return after cutting of the charge of 15 days. But they are not doing it, they are telling me that wait for 24 hours, it will be solved. It is 7 days now. But still no progress from them. Please help me on this case. They are really charging extra for my case.

                          This complaint is against airtel dth.
                          My airtel digital tv id : [protected].
                          My dth pack monthly rental was ₹ 710 for mega hd pack. On 19th of february '19, my dth service was stopped without any notice. I recharged with ₹710 thinking my monthly rental was due. However, even after the recharge, the service was not restored. I tried contacting the customer care, they responded by stating that new pack in compliance with the new trai rules has to be selected by me on channel no. 99.
                          I selected the pack on the 23rd of feb '19, which was a combination of different bouquets and a few a la carte channels. After the selection the monthly rental was displayed on the channel to be ₹410.64 for the 131channels selected. The customer care executive informed me on call that since the monthly rental is ₹410.64 and i had already recharged with ₹ 710, the new monthly rental will be deducted from my account balance and the remaining amount will be added to next month's rental.
                          The customer care sent me a message stating that a new pack has been activated. Now, on the 16th of march, my airtel dth service was again stopped, even though 1 month was not yet over and the account was to anyway have the remaining ₹285 in my account and my new rental was being displayed as ₹925 instead of the rental of ₹410.64.
                          On contacting the customer care they responded by saying that my dth service will be restored only when recharged. I explained the executive how the one month isn't over yet and the remaining balance is to suffice for this month's payment.
                          Then the executive restore the service for 3days and on the 20th of march '19, my service was stopped without any information on tv that i have to recharge.
                          On contacting the customer care, they responded adamantly by not even listening to me properly, and now they want me to recharge with ₹20 extra to be payed by me for having crossed the due date for payment.
                          The problem at hand:
                          1. How can they stop service without informing?
                          2. Who increased the rental to ₹925, when i selected the make my own pack which totalled to ₹310.64 as displayed on screen.
                          3. Where has the remaining balance gone?
                          4. The adamant attitude of the customer care executive dated 20th march '19 (First executive) is regretted.
                          5. Immediate action is required in terms of restoring the dth service in addition to action against the company for their malpractice./ breach of trust.

                            Hi, my self chakravarthi ([protected]) i requested for my normal sim change into 4g submitted aadhar card that store owner is not helping and he is charged 150 rs for sim i enquired with 121 it is free of cost and it is not activated till now. He is aragent arguing and he is not helping ti customer.

                            He is talking like a boss he is not at all provided information to customers.

                              I am Dharmeswar Chaudang from assam. My complaint is that airtel is taking a Rs 199 from me as NCF or network capacity fee in my dth connection. While trai rules it for rs 130 only. I have attached a screenshot of my problem with the complaint. My Airtel dth subscriber ID : [protected], Name : Dharmeswar Chaudang. Registered Mobile no : [protected]. Please do something about my problem. For the higher NCF my monthly plan is so expensive and so my base plan is so high. If I select any other channel with the compulsory channels my plan goes very high.

                                  I am using airtel mobile network, one year back i have raised a complaint on poor network and call disconnection issues and call failure issue. Still my complaint is not resolved.

                                  Even though i am having issue i used clear my due bills without failure and that too before due time. But this month (March) where i forgot to pay my bill they have disconnected by mobile network i mean my 4g/3g services are stopped.

                                    I am a very loyal customer of airtel for the past 10+ years. I have 7 postpaid connections of airtel mobile phone since many years. I have a great opinion on the service provider. Unfortunately, this seems to be a blind belief on them. I am living in kukatpally area in hyderabad. I appreciate the signal width of airtel even in remote areas but for the past 6 years i cant get signals in my home. Including old aged family members at my home who are 70+ need to go out of my house to take call or talk to someone. We as youngsters can do it but i see my parents being unable to go out sometimes. We are missing important calls. More we call customer service to resolve the issue, the more it doesn't work. They always say they have optimized the nearby tower but nothing works.
                                    We are patiently wanting them to resolve the issue because airtel provides best network coverage all over india.
                                    I feel bad that it is failing to look after what could be our problem. They say they tried to reach us, but when there are no signals in our home how is it possible for them to talk to us?
                                    I am fed up with the service. I want to use airtel as network provider to my whole family, but it seems it's waste.

                                    Please help me to resolve the issue.

                                      I was having 2 broad band connection having account no [protected] landline no [protected], [protected] having advance rental plan
                                      I had made disconnection request on 20.12.118

                                      And on 14.01.19 airtel executive has taken wifi modem from my premises and given receipt of that
                                      Now on daily basis i am receiving calls from customer care to deposit the bill which is generated on 20.01.19
                                      For what i have to pay as services already disconnected by airtel before generation of new bill
                                      Stop harresing customers
                                      Otherwise i will file suit in consumer court
                                      Sending u attachment of receipt (Equipment return note) given by airtel executive.

                                      I had done mnp on March 12 and the person told me porting done and I lost my previous jio connection but not airtel network is not available on my device it's very disappointing losing may important calls Airtel is totally responsible for this
                                      I have recharged 169 pack with unlimited calls and 1gb/day + extra 10gb
                                      but i got only 5gb extra instead of 10 gb. i was trying to contact customer care but no option from airtel to contactcustomer care directly about my service request.
                                      Airtel Store agents asking money for converting Postpaid to Prepaid.

                                      I regularly pay all my bills, but still they are asking money for converting.

                                        I noticed a number in my bill today, an international one and according to my bill, i had sent 8 sms’s to it. Then i googled the no and got to know this is a scam from airtel to steal from their customers. Imagine how many people don’t even view their bills and pay them just like that. Charging 10-40 per person is a lot of money. I even checked my previous bills and they had even done it before.[protected] is the number.

                                        I've recharged with of rs 199 through my airtel app money got deducted but no message of recharge . I called customer care but they say no recharge is done neither it's showing on my airtel app .
