I had done the payment of rs.1000 & all other formalities required for airtel broadband connection of 200gb through an executive from airtel mr. Mohan on 14th february 2019. After 3 days, few technicians came & told that the connection couldnot be given as there were no free wifi wires in my apartment and told that they need to draw a connection from the main cable which may be done within a week. Since then there is no response from the airtel team and when i complained to the support team of the same, they told me that there connections are not being given in my area. I stay in salarpuria sattva greenage, bommanahalli and here more than 100 flats are using airtel wifi including my neighbors but still i haven't got the connection or my money back.in the airtel app i recently got a message telling that i have to recharge for wifi as one month o[censored]sage period is over. I have complained more than 3 times to the airtel team but till now the issue is not resolved.

    My mobile number is 9*45*9 airtel network is service provider following is my series of dealing with airtel

    1) reference no.[protected] for your airtel mobile has been registered on 12/03/2019 22:14:16. The same will be closed within next 16 hours. It was closed without resolving and informing. Bossing around

    2) reference no.[protected] for your airtel mobile has been registered on 14/03/2019 13:39:25 the same will be closed within next 16 hours. Still backend is working on it

    3) visited airtel gallery on 15/03/2019 time 2:00 pm where amruta madam attended me and she did all the possible setting and finally she came to conclusion that there is some technical distraction and mailed to some department and told me it will resolved in 4 hrs u will get the call for same. Still not done.

    4) today i called 198 and asked about my all ref request they are telling it will take 4 more working days mr, tauseed was officer.. And refuse to give me nodal officer number and mail. And also not trying to forward my call to team manager. Than after lot dispute he forwarded the call. (Check the audio.) to superior officer mr vinod, he than hearing all my issue committed for more 24 hrs. But now i dont believe so i am writing this mail.

    1) thing i learn till now every call of mine is escalated by all customer care office but non of the problem is resolved by escalation department,

    2) they can close any request from their end without informing to consumer that bossing around.

    3) the dadar west gallery officer mr amruta tells customer care cant resolve your issue because it technical it means the customer care office is loaded with uneducated and non technical humans

    4) the customer care office lied to me that he cant provide nodal officers number and also cant transfer to team manager. Means you also have liars in team.

    5) the superior officer than try to calm me with free 20gb data, as a bribe, means u motivate corruption also. But dont wont to put effort in resolving issue.

      Pls don't advertise airtel was india's fastest network, such i worst internet usage i'm using and given complaints for more than 15 times for fast 2 year, but they leaving the complaints what customer giving and then advertising like they are best. Jus advertise as airtel is worst network, that will suit for airtel, they simply looting the money from customers, plz anyone take action

        My airtel sim has some problem since a month.. When asked with customer care, they told there is some technical issue and asked me to get a duplicate sim.. And it took more than 15 days for a dealer here to give me the sim as it was getting rejected for unknown reasons.. And i got my sim back on 12th of this month and it started working correctly from 14th and yestrday that is 15th march, again network gone and now customer care telling that sim is deactivated due to not using it for long time though it's my active sim and i hav registered this number everywhere.. I want my number back as soon as possible as i am not able to do any online transactions as otp will not b receiving and no one is able to contact me also.. Kindly help me solve this issue

          Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera) when i use it through my phone's airtel data hotspot.

          I have changed and reset my apn data, cleared browser cookies, restarted my mobile 10+ times, swapped sim slots. Nothing. No matter what url i type in my browser, it'll automatically change the url to one airtel.in
          It is a big shame that airtel spams their customers with this site especially after a fresh recharge. What if i had an exam form to fill online? Would airtel be responsible if i could not fill up an application and passed the deadline just because airtel decided to redirect every single url to one. Airtel.in for more than 10 hours?

          I know my pc or browsers are perfectly okay because my i can browse the net normally with my jio number as hotspot. The problem starts the moment i change my hotspot to airtel number in my dual sim smartphone.
          I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise there's a storm coming your way.

            Been a postpaid customer for 5yrs. Have been cheated while exiting from postpaid to prepaid. I am not been given bills or the payment reciepts.
            Nor my request for porting to other operater is being send to 1900.
            I have all the data and supporting documents to drag this people to court and i am going to do that for cheating and causing harassment.

              I have been getting flash pop ups (Class 0 message) on my airtel prepaid mobile since 1 month. My mobile no is [protected]

              This keeps coming all time. It disturbs the customer while taking call, checking sms messages etc. It is a serious privacy breach by airtel.

              I have never asked for this live popups from airtel then why airtel is forcing this on the customers?

              I have called airtel customer care number as well and tried everything they have suggested like sms stop anow to 58234. I have even notified for dnd on 1909. But pop-ups still did not stop. When i talk to customer service they behave badly and say thats all they can do.

                I'm requesting from many time that my outgoing sms service has been blocked since a year, please solve as early as possible
                This is my last complaint against this issue, this is a big burden for me to not able to send any sms from my airtel number. I'm tired of it, this my important number please solve this issue early.
                I will change the sim card or i will port to any other network

                  I got a call from [protected] this number. He was talking some nonsense thing. Too much vulgar. Kindly take necessary action. He was talking very roughly. He was threatening me. I don't know him. Who was he. Just take necessary action. Otherwise others also will face the same. It is so bad by harassing someone like this. So please give attention to this complaint.

                    I have been using my mobile number [protected] for past 3 years plus. I recently was out of station for 7 months. When i inserted the sim it showed inactive, i came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, demat, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 3 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number. Thanks & regards, gaurav modi

                      I have the rs. 499, unlimited calls, 2gb data per day plan. The internet speeds that i get are very unstable. Mostly the speed that i get is 20 kbps, which too low to get anything done. Sometimes it does get decent speeds, but then it happens only a few times. I am never able to use my whole data for the day just because nothing loads, runs, or downloads on this airtel internet. Many a times i have had some important work stopped just because my phone's internet won't work.

                      This issue has worsened over the last month or so, which is why i'm forced to write a complaint. Hope something will be done for this problem.

                              I got a call from airtel customer care on 14 the march 2019 regarding the activation of astrovani pack for which no charges will be deducted according to the customer care guy.
                              So i told him to activate the pack

                              But after 2 days i saw that my monthly rental pan has increased by rs 45. When i called customer care for this issue, they told that rs 45 has been deducted from my account but they didn't agree to refund the amount.

                              This is a clear case of fraud. The fraud amount is small but airtel does these kind of fraud in a large scale with their customers.

                                There is no airtel network in my locality kavuri hills which is in the heart of the city hyderabad. Mobile data is always only on edge. What is the point of giving updates on sooo many unused data being carried forward everymonth when i am unable to use it. There are already many in my colony who have migrated to some other network. Since i'm in corporate plan, i'm making a last try so that the company can rectify.

                                  I was an idea prepaid user for the last few years, when the internet service of idea became worst i started noticing the advertisement of bharti airtel that they were claiming they are the india's fastest internet providers. So i wished to port out from idea and switched to airtel, but now i really realize that airtel is the worst internet service providers than anyone in india and for the proof here i am attaching the screenshots of speed test by ookla (The speed testing app recommended by airtel itself).

                                  By advertising india's fastest network providers in india bharti airtel was really cheating me and i were trapped into airtels network for the next 3 months. And i can'nt even send a whatsapp message with airtel 4g internet.

                                  I really wish to take actions against bharti airtel for cheating the indians.

                                    I am p. John andrew and am a new customer of airtel digital tv with customer id number 3028xxx189. I bought airtel digital tv on 1st march, 2019 and got installed on 2nd march, 2019. They have stopped services on 11th march and resumed it on 13th march for a period of 5 days ending on 17th march, 2019. I have the order summary which clearly mentions advance for 110 sd channels and 43 hd channels for a period of 30 days starting from march 2nd, 2019. Please take action and help me get the service i payed for. I am attaching the order summary's screenshot from airtel.in/dth/vijayawada

                                      I got this msg from bv-airlnt. Yesterday i had got a msg from md-artlnt which i had already lodged a complaint here. The content was"dear customer your land has got selected for airtel 4g tower installation in your premises and all technical part verified successfully. We would like to inform you that to make your license as soon as possible, so that we can install tower kindly co-operate with your project coordinator for further details. Your application id is air-5644329. T&c apply.
                                      Airtel". Plz again request for check for its authenticity. This is regarding installation of airtel 4g tower through indus solutions. Call following every day from ([protected]/[protected]) miss ananya from airtel office and a senior from mob no - [protected]. Plz plz plz check authenticity of these numbers and mail back me at an earliest.
