Had requested for porting of my 2 (Nos) exisitng moblie service to airtel services. Of which one primary number got ported as per the plan however, the 2nd got delayed.
On 25th feb 2019 recevied call from ms priya holding mobile no. [protected], asking to resubmit my kyc (Aadhar card & pan) and photo and had informed my plan details as rs.249 monthly rental with 30 gb data. Had also instructed me that during televerification the executive will confirm the plan details as rs 249 retal and 5 gb data however, i should agree on same and she will further mail to concern authority requesting upgradation to which i agreed.
I resubmitted all my required document and my airtel services started by 5th mar 2018 however, while checking the plan details it showed rs. 249 rental with 5 gb data.
I informed her the same day to which she reverted on whatsapp (Did not pick my call) that she will call me tomorrow.
And till today am continiuously following up with no revert. Whatsapp messages are read however, no curtosy to revert.
Request you to pls accept my complaint against the service provider (Airtel) for this mis selling.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Airtel has changed my plan from 99 to 199 WITHOUT MY CONSENT.

How can change be done without checking financial ability of customer?
My financial position will not allow that plan. Please do needful.
