Hi,

I am using airtel mobile network, one year back i have raised a complaint on poor network and call disconnection issues and call failure issue. Still my complaint is not resolved.

Even though i am having issue i used clear my due bills without failure and that too before due time. But this month (March) where i forgot to pay my bill they have disconnected by mobile network i mean my 4g/3g services are stopped.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Respected team,

    I am a very loyal customer of airtel for the past 10+ years. I have 7 postpaid connections of airtel mobile phone since many years. I have a great opinion on the service provider. Unfortunately, this seems to be a blind belief on them. I am living in kukatpally area in hyderabad. I appreciate the signal width of airtel even in remote areas but for the past 6 years i cant get signals in my home. Including old aged family members at my home who are 70+ need to go out of my house to take call or talk to someone. We as youngsters can do it but i see my parents being unable to go out sometimes. We are missing important calls. More we call customer service to resolve the issue, the more it doesn't work. They always say they have optimized the nearby tower but nothing works.
    We are patiently wanting them to resolve the issue because airtel provides best network coverage all over india.
    I feel bad that it is failing to look after what could be our problem. They say they tried to reach us, but when there are no signals in our home how is it possible for them to talk to us?
    I am fed up with the service. I want to use airtel as network provider to my whole family, but it seems it's waste.

    Please help me to resolve the issue.

    I have an airtel sim which was not in use for long time. But now i want to use it again . When I tried calling on that number, It was showing that the number is out of service.How can I get this number working again ?

      I was having 2 broad band connection having account no [protected] landline no [protected], [protected] having advance rental plan
      I had made disconnection request on 20.12.118

      And on 14.01.19 airtel executive has taken wifi modem from my premises and given receipt of that
      Now on daily basis i am receiving calls from customer care to deposit the bill which is generated on 20.01.19
      For what i have to pay as services already disconnected by airtel before generation of new bill
      Stop harresing customers
      Otherwise i will file suit in consumer court
      Sending u attachment of receipt (Equipment return note) given by airtel executive.

      I had done mnp on March 12 and the person told me porting done and I lost my previous jio connection but not airtel network is not available on my device it's very disappointing losing may important calls Airtel is totally responsible for this
      I have recharged 169 pack with unlimited calls and 1gb/day + extra 10gb
      but i got only 5gb extra instead of 10 gb. i was trying to contact customer care but no option from airtel to contactcustomer care directly about my service request.
      Airtel Store agents asking money for converting Postpaid to Prepaid.

      I regularly pay all my bills, but still they are asking money for converting.

        I noticed a number in my bill today, an international one and according to my bill, i had sent 8 sms’s to it. Then i googled the no and got to know this is a scam from airtel to steal from their customers. Imagine how many people don’t even view their bills and pay them just like that. Charging 10-40 per person is a lot of money. I even checked my previous bills and they had even done it before.[protected] is the number.
        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I've recharged with of rs 199 through my airtel app money got deducted but no message of recharge . I called customer care but they say no recharge is done neither it's showing on my airtel app .
        Today i recharged airtel landline[protected] with Rs.969.42 through Airtel Payments Bank but cash back not received

        I was paid, the bill of 485 rs, but still your customer care team called me for bill. Do you need proofs please send me the mail, I will provide the bank transaction proofs.

            I raised an online request to check airtel broadband feasibility in my area. I got a call from airtel, saying 300 mbps fiber is feasible in the area. I asked her to send a technician to my place to confirm connectivity. She assured connection is feasible and said engineer will be sent only after i make the payment. I made the payment on 18th march 2019. Received a call from some airtel guy today 20th march 2019 asking my address. When i shared the address, he immediately said there is no connection in that area. Now this is pure cheating. I tried contacting the person who processed my request, no response. Can someone help me with refund process? I paid advance of rs.6012 for opting 6 months plan.

            Yesterday my wife receive one call from unknown number ([protected]). Suddenly unknown number is calling again and again in my wife mobile.

              I don't know even nodal officer is taking care of customer or not or may be now they are not more
              Interested to add customer to airtel circle. I think even they have not a curtesy to provide answer to
              My email.

              As said in previous email. I got a call and i have been told that installation will take 6-9 working
              Days. This should be checked before taking payment from me. At that time you guys are promising 24
              Hours installation why fake promises. Now i have taken some other vendor's connection. Please close my
              Connection request return my payment.

                I have been complaining airtel for over 6 months about the network issue and call drops. I was suggested to change the sim. Once the sim was changed the problem was even worse, it’s been more than 15 days, 4g services are not working, outgoing sms is not working. I have been calling airtel and escalating the concern till appellate authority and i don’t get any resolution. I have been calling them like atleast 5 times in day and wait time for a floor manager to pick up is 60 mins.

                  I turn off my data before 12 O clock but when I on it at after 12 I deducted 37 MB within minute without use.
                  I called to customer care he said u turn on data at 12: 30 but my data was off that time. I am observing this from few day and what I found that the company daily deducting some data daily without use.

                    My broadband connection number is "[protected]_dsl"

                    First it's running very slow and in night it doesn't work and we have to switch to our phone data.

                    Second it was for rs.669 unlimited pack and bill is increasing every month.

                    I even called their contact center however rep. Didn't took my deactivation request and said my supervisor will call you, which i never received.

                    Kindly help to deactivate this connection as i am frsutrated with airtel broadband connection and their service.

                      My airtel prepaid mobile number is [protected] and the same was migrated from postpaid to prepaid on 05.03.2019. After migration, i recharged rs.495/- for unlimited calls for 84 days. But i do not making outgoing calls from my airtel number. When i tried to make call from airtel it is indicated that "conditional call forwarding active" and the call is ended. Also i do not send the sms. But incoming calls and sms are received. Why this problem occurred? How to solve this problem.

                        Hi sir from last two years i was in airtel postpaid connection till 20 feb 2019. Airtel staff told now 99 plan is not available and buy 199rs paln and i told my usage is very less so i dont wan't 199 rs paln give me 99 rs plan or convert to prepaid. They converted to prepaid on 10 march 2019. From 15 march 2019 incoming and out going calls are barred and i visited airtel outlet 6 times and they tried recharging 23rs 35rs and 169rs recharge is failing. And they told we took complaint (13th march2019) it will be resolved after 24 hours but still issueis not resolved and on 18 march i visited once again airtel outlet they are they tried to recharge 23 rs still recharge failed and telling try after sometime it will be reached. Intentionally they are giving trouble so i need justices.

                            I recharged my mother's phone for ₹169 on feb 22, 2019. The transaction failed and i got a "funds will be refunded to your bank account" message. Customer care sayid i should get the money back in 7-10 working days, but it has been 15 working days now.

                            Could you escalate this issue and get my money refunded?

                              I am having airtel post paid number [protected] in plan of rs 299 for more than a year. I am using well with in the scheme. But suddenly my plan has been changed to rs 399, which has not been informed to me or without my permission airtel changed plan. It is something vilotting general norms as per trai and also indirectly cheating a customer. Kindly do the needful in continuing in the plan.

                                Hi,

                                I was trying to port my number from airtel as the network and services were not satisfactory. I sent the message for porting the number. After 5 minutes i received a call from airtel and they continuously for more than 10 times. When i picked the call they asked me the reason for porting the number. After hearing my problems they asked me to pay the bill and they took the request by themselves converting my postpaid to prepaid and they said they converted it. And when tried to recharge it was continuously failing. I contacted back and they response was not satisfactory. They are extending the time but no solution. Now i use my phone to make very important calls and airtel doesn't seem care about it. I request you to take an action as they barely respond without a solution.

                                When I'm trying to recharge by airtel app, during payment suddenly this message come to my screen. Resolve the problem.

Feb and march of 2018 and not complate rent of jan. Feb march of this month. Please send it as early u can. Because i had not received hefty amonut of rent approx rs17000.                                     Had requested for porting of my 2 (Nos) exisitng moblie service to airtel services. Of which one primary number got ported as per the plan however, the 2nd got delayed.
                                    On 25th feb 2019 recevied call from ms priya holding mobile no. [protected], asking to resubmit my kyc (Aadhar card & pan) and photo and had informed my plan details as rs.249 monthly rental with 30 gb data. Had also instructed me that during televerification the executive will confirm the plan details as rs 249 retal and 5 gb data however, i should agree on same and she will further mail to concern authority requesting upgradation to which i agreed.
                                    I resubmitted all my required document and my airtel services started by 5th mar 2018 however, while checking the plan details it showed rs. 249 rental with 5 gb data.
                                    I informed her the same day to which she reverted on whatsapp (Did not pick my call) that she will call me tomorrow.
                                    And till today am continiuously following up with no revert. Whatsapp messages are read however, no curtosy to revert.
                                    Request you to pls accept my complaint against the service provider (Airtel) for this mis selling.

                                      Hi,

                                      Service to toll free numbers are very unreliable

                                      - sometimes it connects and some it doesnt connect
                                      - even when connected, it takes a long time to connect
                                      - vocal quality drops on these toll free number
                                      - when my toll free number asks for identification number, the digits i enter are not delivered to voip system and the system keeps asking for identification number, when i speak that identification number, other system couldn't repeat exact same number i spoke. It should be due to poor quality of airtel connecting to toll free numbers.

                                        I don’t know why i am writing review even. But airtel pull me down everytime. I have a postpaid connection of airtel since 2008. I am happy customer of airtel network. But today’s life is not run on 2g connections.
                                        I have been a very loyal customer of airtel since - i don’t remember when. Everyone in my family is also having airtel. Like i have given a complaint 10times before but i didn’t get any response from airtel. Right time to port all number.. Worst # airtel..
