Hi, my last working day was december 2017 at the organisation, but until now they have not given my relieving letter to me, i have done lot of calls to the genius office kolkata but they are not responding properly, they are calling me to the office to talk about the relieving letter, but it is not possible to go to the office because i have been shifted to hyderabad, kindly help me out of this and let they provide my experience certificate and relieving letter.

    Not response the customer care service portal and i call many time but they not attend the call and disconnect the many time my call, and my airtel digital tv recharge amount will be deducted to the before 10 day in 1 month pack. Last four month i have a problem create airtel call centre and my account number take the blacklisted and please immediately action the my complaint and solved as shortly.

      I have an airtel postpaid 4g connection with the number [protected].in the month of february 2019, my account had 30 gb of data. When i checked it today (Mar 11, 2019), it had reduced to 14 gb. I do not remember using up 16 gb of data anyday (I have not downloaded any heavy item). Request airtel to disclose my last month usage or i will have to discontinue my postpaid connection.

        In above cited subject it is state that details of amounts reacharge from month of dec.2018 to feb.2019.
        (I) 13th feb.2019.- rs.300.00
        (Ii) 07th feb.2019- rs.148.00
        (Iii) 06th feb. 2019 rs.10.00
        (Iv) 03rd feb2019 rs.235.00
        (V) 24th jan.2019 rs.200.00
        (Vi) 13th jan.2019 rs.200.00
        (Vii) 09th dec.2018 rs.300.00
        In month of feb.2019 all the channel is disturve approximate 20-25 days due to technical problem from service provider end as many times contact to customercare as he replied technical problem and rectify shortly so refund the charges for this period.
        As also inform you in my tv id only alacarte is activated already. No communication has been made from our end to change my plan from registreed mobile no as well as other no in befor jan.2019. But service provider i. E. Airtel change my plan without permission. Kindly investigate and rectify the above problem.
        Therefore it is once again request to rectify the above problem otherwise i proceed to take action as per trai norms.

          My bill amount always changes. My starting bill plan was of rental 199/- pm
          Now it is changed to 399. If you see my usages, i hardly use this number,

          The bill plan was changed without my consent, i am not going to pay this amount.

          Change my bill plan or i have more options in the market to port the number.

                My 4g wifi dongle number is [protected]. The speed is very low in the evening from 7pm until 1am. This makes it very difficult to use the dongle effectively.
                This has been happening for the last 6 months. I have complained to the local airtel office bu there was no improvement.
                In case there is no improvement, i will change the service provider.

                  Dear airtel customer care,

                  I am extremely fed up with your network connection issues. It always keeps recurring. I am a loyal customer for the past 8 years! Why still using airtel? Because i trust your service! Its fast and you'll try to solve and will never make sure it doesn't happen again (The problem i mean like frequent disconnection.) just for namesake you do temporary remedy! Please give me permanent solution.

                  So my problem this time is - i was watching a tutorial in youtube eagerly! And its buffering like hell! How irritated would it be if you're streaming something you like and it suddenly stops and buffers. Unable to download any file/ unable to download movies. Incredibly slow and very poor quality broadband network connection.

                  My plan is 1000 gb, 100 mbps plan for rs 999.

                  I immediately did ookla speed test it was around 4.6 mbps speed! And i was using only one device. So none of the other device would have pulled that much mbps.!! I was shocked!

                  For the past one week, the network connection was very slow. Complained through toll free customer care number but in vain, they told to switch off and switch on the router, done. Doesn't work at all!
                  Its getting worse and worse day by day & its not even month end!!

                  I am planning to change to act fiber net but unsure of its customer service. I am pretty sure they provide 100 x better internet than airtel!

                  If you do not want to lose a customer (Me) please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Change the router! Or change the network wire asap! Or establish a new connection. Speed is worse! Your troubleshooting doesn't work. Send help! Need value for the money i payed.

                  how ever they are not going to reply here. Satisfaction rate is too low. so i am marking as resolved. No one was sent to our home for this issue, THE CUSTOMER CARE person told to switch off & reboot the modem. Don't i know that? Also he was so bad in english, i barely understood what he was trying to explain(even i'm not so good but he was blabbering and using lots of Indianism) so i asked him to talk in his mothertongue itself but he said that is against company's policies!!! what! hell no, they can talk/solve query in mother tongue also ! He didn't knew it may be.

                      I am regular customer of airtel from more than last 10 years. But recently my connection of airtel is disconnected due to unknown reasons and i tried to take duplicate sim in same number. But i am shocked by hearing from airtel service centers that my number [protected] is registered under some others name and they refused to give duplicate sim to me. How is possible to register in others name, when i was taken this number...

                      I raised a request to migrate my number from postpaid to prepaid on 4th march '2019. On 5th march, i received a message stating that my request will be processed between 5th march '2019, 10:00 p. M. To 6th march '2019, 05:00 a. M. On 6th march '2019, i was unable to make any calls or get any recharge done. When i called the airtel customer care, they informed that my number has been migrated to prepaid but the first recharge needs to be done from airtel store. On 6th march '2019, airtel store informed me that my number is invalid and the status is reflecting as 'prov'. I tried to contact customer care executives several times since then, but everytime they kept on asking for more time. It has been 6 days now that i am unable to send messages or make outgoing calls from my number.

                        While doing recharge of 509 via airtel site.Amount deducted but recharge was note done.

                        Recharge date : 17 Feb 2019

                        Recharge was done thrice. Faced Loss of 1500.

                        Hope this can be considered as this is not acceptable that we are loosing our money and on the other hand airtel claiming as fastest network
                        Or best network.

                        Also I contacted nearest airtel gallery at thane malhar talkies but they said money will be returned in 7 business days.No complaint was filed .Still not received anything

                          My mobile data is not working since 8th march afternoon after i received this text “alert! You will not able to use to use data services on your existing sim. Upgrade to free 4g data sim now to enjoy internet services. Contact your nearest airtel store or retailer”

                          I’m using an iphone xs max and have airtel esim with which i’m using 4g since past one nonth. I have tried turning on and off the phone switching the line on and off but no luck.

                          Called airtel customer care on 8th march evening they said we will resolve the issue but no luck.

                          Complained with a senior customer care agent on 9th march she said restart after four hours as she has refreshed setting from their side still nothing is working.

                              My airtel dth id no [protected] .I was paying 99 rs base rate per month and 18 rs per month for two paid channel, one sony and hbo channel total 117 rs.Up to[protected].

                                I ported to airtel from vodafone on second week jan (Couldn't find exact date of port) by visiting an outlet in bangalore. I promptly provided require documents in respect to porting like photocopy and aadhar number. After few working days i was ported to airtel overnight. Even though i have provided necessary documents my network was blocked on feb 12 and the reason found to be that i haven't provided necessary documents though i have. They made to visit outlet to solve this query for no reason and instantly and fortunately network was activated.
                                This was early stage issues with airtel.

                                Fundamental problem is that i have been facing network issue at my residence malleshwaram, bangalore, karnataka and later found out that there's been problem at this location for all airtel subscribers and network installation is in progress. My question is, why didn't you just stop me when i was switching to airtel even though you were aware of network issues at this location?
                                I had to instantly mail nodal and appellate team and share the horrible story. I have initiated a mail thread on jan 29 2019 saying that am facing these issues:
                                1. Network issue - unable to receive calls and otp
                                2. Unable to use data service as well - so far i hardly used data
                                3. Receiving plenty of spam calls even though am part of dnd. Infact i have been receiving from airtel broadband, dth departments!

                                There has been 29 mails under this thread, i have been receiving calls about the updates but the solution.
                                Bottomline is don't get carried away from their ads and become victim.

                                I have been thinking to switch to previous provider vodafone since they don't seem to solve the problem. So all the subscribers switching to airtel just speak with your neighbours and friends before porting to airtel.

                                  A tariff of 3600 for using internet on roaming has been levied along with one time set up fee for each day (12 days @649) which is an additional 7788.
                                  I have activated a monthly roaming pack for 3999.

                                  Could the airtel customer care have informed me to subscribe to a monthly pack earlier instead of levying daily packs..

                                  Now of the daily packs are anyways getting levied, why is there regular tariff charged?

                                  They mention that I should be paying about INR 37 lakhs if they haven't activated 1-day packs automatically. Two questions in this context:
                                  If my credit limit is INR 28000, Doesn't Airtel have a way to warn me of exceeding the same?
                                  If they could apply a day pack when I exceed my limit, couldn't they apply a 10-day pack or 30- day pack instead?

                                  A point to note here is that international roaming tariff is INR 716/MB and if you activate a pack, it is INR 3/MB.

                                  Not sure how many fools they make out of customer.

                                    incoming calls stopped

                                    Dear team

                                    All my incoming calls are suddenly stopped by Airtel since my sim card is already activated and moreover I am using previously but still incoming calls is stopped Airtel number [protected] kindly consider this issue and resolve as immediate basis

                                    I was told 9th morning from your activation no 59059 that the morning that my internet services would be operational within the next 30 min.
                                    Internet services was not activated & matter was informed to customer care vide reference no[protected], appellate authority & then to via twitter thru personal message.
                                    Till this moment the said services have not resumed & your people are extending time.
                                    I humbly & earnestly request for your immediate & strong intervention for the same.
