Complaint marked as Resolved how ever they are not going to reply here. Satisfaction rate is too low. so i am marking as resolved. No one was sent to our home for this issue, THE CUSTOMER CARE person told to switch off & reboot the modem. Don't i know that? Also he was so bad in english, i barely understood what he was trying to explain(even i'm not so good but he was blabbering and using lots of Indianism) so i asked him to talk in his mothertongue itself but he said that is against company's policies!!! what! hell no, they can talk/solve query in mother tongue also ! He didn't knew it may be.
