I want to port my airtel sim. But i am not getting the upc code from 1901. I have already sent 10 port msgs to 1900 and each time balance is getting deducted also. Also talked with customer care. But they are not resolving it.

Went to airtel customer care office. They also did not resolve it. They are giving so many excuses for this but not getting it resolved.

    After the trai regulations i chose my channels which are around 52 and the ncf should be 130 but airtel keeps on adding 'invisible' channels and the total channels rose to 155. I'm suffering this for more than a month and i've been calling the support but no help is done. They keep on making excuses and now i'm done and want to sue airtel for this. I want to file a case against airtel digital tv. I will be greatful if you can help me out. Thank you.

      I am siddharth from tura. And my problem is that whenever i try calling my aunt's number it says "either switched off, or not reacable". She lives alone in kokrajhar and the network on that area is superb! But still nobody can call to my aunt's number it says the same thing! But when she calls it reaches us smoothly. My aunt is an old women and she has no idea about all those things. From past 2 months the problem is persisting and i m tensed. I cannot leave from tura also as i have 24x7 hours duty here.

        I am suffering error 536 while dialling *121*51* or *121#. I lost 1 gb per day for 28 dayspack due to it just after two days of activation. Please kindly recover my data plan and remove the error as i am not able to recharge! I got this offer due to upgradation of telenor to airtel 4g in airtel gallery on 14 march 2019. I am not able to call customer service niether. The error persists form 17 march 12 am.

          Hello, i'm using your your services on mobile no [protected].
          On[protected], i have to make recharge of rs. 245/- i have tried three times fo it as per following transaction id's
          1.[protected] for rs. 245/-
          2.[protected] for rs. 245/-
          3.[protected] for rs. 245/-
          Initially your portal has shown all the three transactions as failed. But after a couple of hours i have got recharge of rs. 245/- vide transaction id[protected].
          The details of all the failed transaction status are mentioned above for your reference. Kindly arrange to make arrangement to refund me the amount of rs. 490/- against any of the above three failed transactions immediately.

            My monthly airtel dth plan is 219/- pm, and i do recharge at end of the due date, my dth validity was of 17th march 2019 but on the 15th of march 2019, almost all of the zee and some other channels got deactivated suddenly without informing me. I thought it might happened due to my balance are low, but later i've recharged again still the channels are in deactivation mode. I tried to talk with the customer care people, but the calls are getting engage every time. Then in the afternoon time i got a call from their customer care service and i said the problem they said me. It is the new rule of trai, and we have to follow. I don't know here lodging the complaint will help me or not..

              Please i want my recharge money return
              My airtel dth service is not showing selected channels ndtv india or another marathi channles i was lodge the complaint in customer care service hydrabad but there is no result found. When i checked the channels then it shows service not available but real fact is that we already subscribe the channel which are not shown in my tv

                Airtel company is not provideing better service the are charging extra data I am using low today I used 400 mb data and company charge 700 mb thay are charging this kind many time they are making fool of castmar I am not stasfied with deta charge two pic.                   I have reacharged with 399 pack but it got failed due to technical errors but my money got debited with that amount I got a msg that I will get the refund in 7 days still no refund I have got and not got any resolution or any revert from airtel and tried to call customer care but not got any solution.

                    My name is Pramod and my Airtel DTH ID is [protected].
                    I put the shift request of my connection before 3 days and waiting for technical guy at my home. That is why I didn’t go office and leave other personal work as every day the costumer care guys telling me that the technical guy is coming in 30 minutes maximum. But nobody came till yet.

                    I have called them more than 15 times but till yet nobody resolved my complaint.

                    Looking forward to take action against them.

                        I complaint several times to customer care, and given g mail, but no signals are improved from six months. Every time i renival my 4g mobile with 399 rs, for 82 days, vice calla have no probleme, but vedios are avaible, no down loads are possible.
                        I think port is best way.
                        There is no proper reply from customer service.

I have changed another phone set also but not working.                               I have two very major issues with my number which i'm mentioning below...

                              1) 4g to 3g fallback is not happening automatically so i'm not getting any incoming calls when i'm on airtel 4g... I'm having to put my handset on 3g only mode to receive calls... Outgoing calls are fine...

                              2) airtel is not being able to detect my 15 years old airtel prepaid number...

                              I can't dial 121 or 198 from my number as airtel is not detecting that it's an airtel number... Even airtel's customer support people are telling me (When i'm contacting them from my brother's airtel number because from my own number, airtel is not detecting me as an airtel customer) that i'm not an airtel customer & i'm making a mistake in telling them my own number which i'm using since like 15 years now...

                              I'm an airtel thanks customer from several months now & a loyal customer of airtel since 20 years now...

                              We have other airtel numbers in our home too & none of the other numbers are facing this issue...

                              I'm attaching a screenshot where you can see that airtel.in also showing that my number is not a valid airtel prepaid number...

                              Airtel customer care is of no help & they are telling me that, on their records, my number is not showing & they can't help me...

                              Please fix my two issues asap as this number is my main number which is linked with all my bank accounts...

                                Hi i am pratyaksh tomar using airtel since last 11 years just wanted to continue with airtel for wifi broadband in lieu as being best network and speed and accessibility. I went airtel store some 15 days back enquiring about the product in return they said that they will check whether service is there or not i wonder how airtel can not reach the main area of city meerut nevertheless they didnot do any fruitful post which i went again yesterday 16/03/2019 enquiring for same again they just noted my contact and said enginneer will visit ur place i called 5 times so in evening staff responded me that engineer is on leave. I am sorry to say at the era of doorstep services your company is not catering to customers who themselves wlaking in at your floor. Your companybis creating that much visibility and spending a lot on marketing but if this will be continued you will surely loose your penetraion.

                                  I had done the payment of rs.1000 & all other formalities required for airtel broadband connection of 200gb through an executive from airtel mr. Mohan on 14th february 2019. After 3 days, few technicians came & told that the connection couldnot be given as there were no free wifi wires in my apartment and told that they need to draw a connection from the main cable which may be done within a week. Since then there is no response from the airtel team and when i complained to the support team of the same, they told me that there connections are not being given in my area. I stay in salarpuria sattva greenage, bommanahalli and here more than 100 flats are using airtel wifi including my neighbors but still i haven't got the connection or my money back.in the airtel app i recently got a message telling that i have to recharge for wifi as one month o[censored]sage period is over. I have complained more than 3 times to the airtel team but till now the issue is not resolved.

                                    My mobile number is 9*45*9 airtel network is service provider following is my series of dealing with airtel

                                    1) reference no.[protected] for your airtel mobile has been registered on 12/03/2019 22:14:16. The same will be closed within next 16 hours. It was closed without resolving and informing. Bossing around

                                    2) reference no.[protected] for your airtel mobile has been registered on 14/03/2019 13:39:25 the same will be closed within next 16 hours. Still backend is working on it

                                    3) visited airtel gallery on 15/03/2019 time 2:00 pm where amruta madam attended me and she did all the possible setting and finally she came to conclusion that there is some technical distraction and mailed to some department and told me it will resolved in 4 hrs u will get the call for same. Still not done.

                                    4) today i called 198 and asked about my all ref request they are telling it will take 4 more working days mr, tauseed was officer.. And refuse to give me nodal officer number and mail. And also not trying to forward my call to team manager. Than after lot dispute he forwarded the call. (Check the audio.) to superior officer mr vinod, he than hearing all my issue committed for more 24 hrs. But now i dont believe so i am writing this mail.

                                    1) thing i learn till now every call of mine is escalated by all customer care office but non of the problem is resolved by escalation department,

                                    2) they can close any request from their end without informing to consumer that bossing around.

                                    3) the dadar west gallery officer mr amruta tells customer care cant resolve your issue because it technical it means the customer care office is loaded with uneducated and non technical humans

                                    4) the customer care office lied to me that he cant provide nodal officers number and also cant transfer to team manager. Means you also have liars in team.

                                    5) the superior officer than try to calm me with free 20gb data, as a bribe, means u motivate corruption also. But dont wont to put effort in resolving issue.

                                      Pls don't advertise airtel was india's fastest network, such i worst internet usage i'm using and given complaints for more than 15 times for fast 2 year, but they leaving the complaints what customer giving and then advertising like they are best. Jus advertise as airtel is worst network, that will suit for airtel, they simply looting the money from customers, plz anyone take action

                                        My airtel sim has some problem since a month.. When asked with customer care, they told there is some technical issue and asked me to get a duplicate sim.. And it took more than 15 days for a dealer here to give me the sim as it was getting rejected for unknown reasons.. And i got my sim back on 12th of this month and it started working correctly from 14th and yestrday that is 15th march, again network gone and now customer care telling that sim is deactivated due to not using it for long time though it's my active sim and i hav registered this number everywhere.. I want my number back as soon as possible as i am not able to do any online transactions as otp will not b receiving and no one is able to contact me also.. Kindly help me solve this issue
