I am s. Padmapriya, wife of y. Senthil currently working as csm in bharti airtel ltd., for past four years.
From the day one of employment, we have faced many problems due to irregular timings of working hours in bharti airtel ltd., there is no proper timings for csm and they are forced to work more than 15 hours per day to meet their monthly target. If not, they are threatened by their higher officials named mr. Balaji singh and mr. Kathirvel to exit the company which leads to insecure of the job. Due to this overload of work which he faces in job leads to family disputes and in depression affects both physically and mentally. There is no chance to spend the quality time with the family even in government and personnel holiday as the higher official will conduct conference which will go around more than an hour resulting in health hazards and so many.in recent days, meetings are conducted in the evening by 7pm and will reach home by 12 midnight. Having untime dinner, without sufficient sleep, next day begins at 8am for various cold call activities.
Since i am also working, due to all these, there is no quality family time with children who waits for father till midnight consequently affects their academic results. And as a result, women should sacrifice her career dream, forced to stay at home for doing household chores.
When we talk about gender equality, both should work together sharing all household and financial work for well being of the family. For which time schedule is important.
My question is
1. Are higher officials has enough knowledge of time management skills.
2. Is this company concern about family values, if not, kindly provide employment only to unmarried person.
3. Who has given rights to official to threaten the employee? Is it standard company or black mailing company.
4. Who is responsible if the family breaks out due to all these issues.
5. Do this company has social responsibility about women empowerment.

I request all the concern people to take necessary action to regularise timings in corporate companies for all employees and provide peaceful family bondings.

Otherwise on behalf of my husband y. Senthil - csm - north chennai, take this as resignation letter and kindly relieve him at the earliest.
I value family more than money. I haven't sold my husband to your company.

    Dear airtel team,

    On 6th march 2019, i have converted my airtel number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid. When i try to recharge error msg appears 'please enter a valid airtel number'.

    I checked with the customer care as well, they said that the number is active and functional. I can receive calls but not able to make any outgoing calls/internet because of insufficient balance since 8 days. I complained at near airtel store where i made the request from postpaid to prepaid conversion, but they told, some iacs/ipcs error is coming and it is a problem with airtel. It will resolve by 48hours. Still i didn't resolved. I feel very bad on airtel, because, i have been using the same number for years. This is a very poor service from such a reputed brand.

    Requesting you to please check and revert back.

      On saturday i have requested for prepaid number. I have postpaid number and i requested to convert the number in prepaid on saturday. Postpaid department told me on monday morning 3.28am number was converted into prepaid but still not activate. I have visit airtel centre in karol bagh and word with help line number but no body is taking any action. I am very discopointed and very angry because they said in 72 hr number will be converted but still number not working and not getting any network please help in this case. I am looking for port out from airtel know. I need pack code.

        We are consumer of airtel, having reputation of the company, became the registered users/ having more than ten mobiles numbers of the airtel but we are facing hardships due to non accessible network for the last three month. Before switching to another network service provider, feel appropriate to make compliant with a view to consider our concern of week network and take a serious to get keep rectify to get access the network in our premises so that we could avoid to switch/port to another network.

        I recharged 448 but transaction failed and my bank account debited with 448 and recharge was unsuccessful. After 6 days still i didn't get my money back
        Although i have to recharge 448 in second try.
        So it cost me 448 again
        Please resolve my first failed transaction and refund my 448 for failed transactio
        My mobile internet speed some time working properly but maximum time very solw and bad network connection.its my problem.check my area connection

          This is osho paul holding digital tv id [protected]. I have activated my package for 194 rs(only malayalam channels) and recharged for 200. But I was able to watch channels only for two days.When I have called customer care and enquired about the reason, they told that by default some Gujarat package got activated. I told them to remove it, they informed that they have raised request to deactivate the same and my recharge amount will get credited in 24 hrs. I have waited 2 days and still I was not able to see the channels. Again I have called the customer care and explained everything. What ever they have told 2 days back, same they told again.This time I asked them about the refund request Id[protected]. I trusted them and again waited for two days, Still my issue didn't get resolved and again I called customer care. This time they asked me to recharge for 200. I explained them again the scenario, after hearing all they told that the same words what I have been hearing from 1 week. with in 24 hrs my money will refund and I will be able to see channels. So I came to know that there is no use of calling customer care and explaining the problem, They are not there to resolve the problem, instead to tell that the problem will get resolved, but actually it will not.I am totally disappointed with the Airtel service and really unhappy with the way the customer care executive spoke to me. Kindly help me refund the amount and do the needful.

              Sir l recharge my mobile number with 399 at 7/03/2019. But still the pack not activeted. I call customer care 7/03/19 they said ur pack will activated within 72 hours. But after 72 hours the pack not activate. I call customer care 10/03/19 they said ur pack must actived in 48 hours . But still not activated. I call customer care services 12/03/19 at 12.00- 07.45 many time {6-7 time} but the talk me badly and discounted my call. My complain number is [protected]. Please solve my request

                I had taken a postpaid connection from airtel with number [[protected]] in the month of october.
                After using the service for a month i went to airtel gallery and asked them to close the connection, but they denied saying that once you start any postpaid connection it cannot be closed for 3 months.
                I continued to carry the connection for another two months and paid the bills even if i had not used the connection.
                Now after the third month they called up and said that we had suspended your connection, clear the last month bill and close the connection.
                When i went to gallery the staff at dombivli (E) gallery [near p p chambers] responded rudely saying they cannot process my payment and will not close the connection. When i went to another gallery they asked for 300inr more than that was communicated to me. Now because they have not closed the connection i will have to pay another month payment.
                Please look into the issue urgently.

                  We are having 8 CUG numbers which are given by higher authorities. but every sim having communication problem in all areas means at office location and home location which are having around 100 km distance. the clear problem is when we got incoming call my voice is not audible to others(dialed person). there is no problem in outgoing.

                    I requested for an airtel broadband connection plan change from the 6 months plan, with monthly rental of 4600 to the monthly plan of 1299.

                    How long will it take for this request to be processed, and when would i have to make the payment as i have not been asked to pay for now. Or do i call someone at the airtel customer care service area?

                    My broadband plan gets updated on the 11th of every month. Today is the tenth day i have requested this change. Please help me find a way out or this is going to cost me a hefty amount and i am a college student living on my own money. Please help resolve this asap

                        My airtel digital tv customer id is [protected]. I had selected certain channels for worth rupees 319/- approx about one month ago and i got message on my mobile no.[protected] that once my request is processed, i will be informed. However, my request has not been processed till date. Now i have been informed that my due date for airtel digital tv id is [protected] is 10.03.2019 and the rental is rs. 410/- per month which totally wrong as i have already selected certain channels for rs. 319/- as per new scheme of trai. Therefore, it is requested to direct airtel digital tv that my request for package rs. 319 may be processed immediately and what ever they have charged extra by taking rental rs. 410 for the previous month may refunded. Subsequently i may be charged only rs. 319 for the selected of channels costing rs. 319/-

                          I Ported my IDEA number to AIRTEL on 10th March 2019. But since then, I was never ever able to make a phone call in a single attempt. if by luck the call got connected it ends with voice break or call drop issue. I was offered 1.4GB of 4G data; which is an irony that I never ever got 2G network in my home. Not only in my home, rather while I am in office, I have to step out from office to make a call. And my office in the center of city Rajahmundry.

                          While generating bills, you guys don't even get delayed by 1 second, you charge for every second the call is made. But tell me how am I supposed to make a call while having such network issue.

                          I am a IT professional and most of the work is carried out on phone with clients. But now i have to take an other alternate number to call them.Most of them complaint that my mobile is not in network coverage area. This issues escalate to my superiors and they think i'm always out of office and work.

                          At that time i called customer care but only thing i heard from them is common unproductive answers like, "we have registered your complaint", "network migration works are being done". The best urological answer i've heard is
                          "all servers are active on your number, coverage range is very good in your area, but we dont know why?, Keep using airtel it'll get better".

                          so you want me enjoy using airtel with signal and call drop issue, slow data.cool that's great.

                          I've called 6 times to customer care and the call dropped every time(you can see in attachment), and on 6th time it got connected and then I've heard all that explanations from your customer care. if the call is not getting connected to your own network then how can it connect to other.You can hear that call recording if you want to.

                          Do something about the issue or keep losing your customers.

                            I have deleted my account in airtel payment's bank but npci mapper is showing that my aadhaar is linked to airtel payment's bank. I tried to contact the airtel payment's bank but there is no any effective way to communicate with them. I have given application in other banks (Where i already have an account) to seed my aadhaat to my bank account but nothing is happening. Please help me!

                              getting bill based on rs 299 plan instead of rs 259 plan which i took

                              Hi,

                              I am facing issue with airtel since nov 2018. I have co-oporate postpaid plan of rs 259 and since november 2018, i am getting bill based on rs 299 plan. After continuously complain, on february 22, 2019, i recieved a mail from airtel that your issue has been resolved and from now onwards you will get a discount of rs 40 and will refund money rs 160 which were deducted since nov 2018.

                              My new bill generated...

                                As per trai guideline i have selected the channels which i want to see and i have did it 3 times. 1st i have selected in starting of the feb month and scanned the bar code and sent the sms to airtel. But my selected pack has not been activated. So i called to customer care and they have replied that due to some technical issue they are not able to change my plan. Then i have waited for some days and again called the customer care if the issue has been resolved but they informed me that i have to choose again because they did not get any request to change my pack. So i selected it for the 2nd time and sent the sms through the barcode scanner. But again my selected pack has not been activated so i again called to customer care and asked the issue. They have informed me again some technical issue and requested me to choose the pan again and send the sms. Finally for the 3 time i have selected and sent on 9th march and till date the pack not activated. So today again i called customer care and they told the same thing, sue to some technical issue they can't see my package status.

                                So what is the use of govt (Trai) rule if the service provider can't provide the service as per the regulation. For normal customer like us it is very frustrating to select channel and sent to service provider again again without getting any service. It is totally wastage of time. Now i have to pay the amount what airtel by default gave the plan and it is very high.

                                Please help me to change my package as per the govt rule.

                                  I have raised requests for disconnection of airtel landline and broadband services but till date, no action has been taken. My previous request number was[protected].

                                  I have raised a request for disconnection in the month of december but still, i have got a bill for the month of february.

                                  Please look into it as airtel is keep on adding bill amount for the same.

                                    I have a land at prime location of villsage - ahirauli rani mau distric - ambedkar nagar uttarpradesh -224137 that location have need airtel tower.
                                    The tower can provide coverage to all the nearest village chaurahas etc. Residential population is also very well in the line of sight. And there is no no signal of airtel.

                                    and when I am taking loan it's saying that you have unlimited pack...
