After the trai has launched their choose your value pack, we chooses our channels and submitted it to airtel digital tv the total monthly rental was of rs289 and we recharged of rs 298 on 17 feb 2019 so we call and asked the customer care about that they said you next validity is till 21 march 2019. And they stopped the channels on 7 march 2019 saying your monthly rental is of rs508 and that we added more channels of rs 300 and something.

    Hello,
    My mobile no is [protected] and recently ported into airtel. From day 1 i'm facing the problem regarding incoming call and volte services. First, i called customer care and told them about the problem that i'm unable to receive calls while on the 4g network. They did nothing except give me the false promise of site upgradation at my location (Provided i have other airtel sim cards too and they are working fine). I also called them regarding the problem about volte activation. I'm not receiving volte services on my mobile no. Even when i switched to airtel 4g volte supported device (Redmi 4a). I called them again and told that i have a volte supported device and again they gave me similar pathetic replies. I've also dm them on twitter but again they have not taken any action on my complaints. When i told them to show me the status of previous complaints, they refuse to do so. This clearly shows that they are not doing anything and hiding the information that i have right to know.
    Airtel is misguiding me for last 1 month which is a criminal offense.
    Kindly take serious action against airtel and i request fellow readers to not to port into airtel. Airtel not taking their customers seriously. I'm also gonna port out if they don't activate volte services within 2 months.

      Hi, i was receiving pops up from sim toolkit which i was not able to disable it. Hence i went ahead and hit on stop on the airtel live menu.

      After few minutes my sim card is not getting detected. It shows no sim card. Other sim cards works fine on my phone but my airtel sim has stopped working. Please help me out on this. Airtel number is [protected].

        Sir,
        I am airtel dish tv subscriber id no [protected] in the name of parveen khatter 559 sector 6 karnal. On dated 05/03/2019 i requested to airtel through customer care to disconnect my connection with immediate effect and they send the confirmation massage generating ref id.86487467 on 05/03/2019, but after that they are charging from my account on daily basis which is totally wrong. My balance with airtel tv was rs.579/ on the date.
        Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue.

          Channel given in my package which I have not put on my list. And not removing it even after I constantly call them to remove it from my package. Channel's name is NDTV . I called the customer care of Airtel DTH service and they have told me that it's absolutely free and then I said that I don't want to watch this channel several times

            Dear team,

            This is mahesh and i called thrice to customer care support for disconnecting my broadband services but it is still working. Not yet disconnected they said within a week they do but no it is not happening... Now i am not in that place and don't want airtel broadband please disconnect and i will not pay single penny for that broadband as that is not my mistake as i already told to disconnect.

              I have been using my mobile number ([protected]) for past 15 years plus. I recently was out of station for 7 months. When i inserted the sim it showed inactive, i came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, demat, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 10 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number

                Hi,

                I have ported my number from tata docomo to airtel prepaid on 2nd march and still my number is not activated yet. The signal went off on 7th march and no signal on airtel sim. I need to receive important calls and need to do online transactions which i cannot do because of the service provided by airtel.

                Please resolbe this issue as soon as possible.

                  I am unable to recharge my airtel number [protected] since january 2019, whenever i tried recharging my number it's either failed or unsuccessful. I have tried both offline and online recharging but nothing worked for me. I have also tried in airtel store of jabalpur but they were also unable to resolve my issue. Kindly resolve my issue this number is very important for me and if it's not resolved i'm gonna change my operator soon.

                    I requested for airtel broadband connection on 27th of feb, 2019. Guy from airtel called me to make the advance payment of 1767 rupees for 3 month charge and said connection will be done on the same day.

                    After the payment was done the guy said it will take 2 days. After waiting for the installation for more than 2 days i called the customer care. They said it will be done today.

                    Its been more than 10 days now. Everyday i am calling the customer care for refund of my money as i dont want their service as installation is still not done.

                    Kindly refund my amount immediately.

                        To limit number of channels within 100, i have chosen channels which i like to watch. But airtel has added channels on their own to my package these channels.
                        Channel 141, 137, 128, 133, 122, 101, 123, 817, etc. I lodged complaint over phone to remove the channels which i have not chosen. Despite lodging three complaints they have not removed these channels. Why airtel is forcing me to pay more (Service charges for more than 100 channel) next slab.
                        Why i should watch pure advertisement/promotional channels like gemporia, home utilities etc.

                          I have recharged my prepaid mobile [protected] via myairtel app. Used net banking (Hdfc) option on march 8th 2019. Though recharge got completed and the amount has been deducted from my bank account. However recharge not reflecting in my mobile.

                            My airtel digital tv account id [protected]. Mobile no. [protected]
                            I had chosen 331/ month plan for aitel digital tv, but charging an additional charge of rs 42/month, than total 373/ month is being charged. I sent mail many times, but no solution was made. Disconnect the phone by telling the cause of technical fault.
                            I called up a lot of times and told that my monthly charge is not correct, which can be corrected every time i ask for a two hour wait and after a week nothing has been done. Later the plan was advised to change. After changing the plan to 250 / month, adding 42 rupees more is being charged 292 / monthly. Please help.

                              Hello sir,

                              I have many complaints in customer care, airtel store, and email also but still my issues has not been resolved.

                              I have recharged with 558 rs. For 82 days
                              My number is [protected] (Prepaid)

                              I have available balance 108 rs.
                              My plan pack validity is 19 may 2019
                              Last 32 days i have complained but nothing happens,
                              I have already changed my handset and sim card replaced.

                              I can't make a call after 5pm to 11:59pm
                              My outgoing service has stopped, only one message
                              "your outgoings service has expired, recharge now"

                              My incoming, sms, and internet service are proper working. But i can't make a call only.

                              This is my official number and no one gives me solution only give me time sir please wait 72 hours. I have already waited 32 days but still nothing happens.

                              I am not satisfied with airtel services.

                              Please request to you to solve my issues as soon as possible

                                Dear sir I want to recharge my Airtel number transection ID[protected] Dated[protected]:51AM Mode of payment DEBIT CARD MONEY DEDUCTED Rs.349 But recharge not done and money deducted to my account so refund my RS.349 money back to my bank account.
                                When I call Airtel payment Bank they not take matter seriously not help me they tell me call with this which I tried to recharge.but number used my relatives.so I can't call with number and tell me no help me any more.so help me. Thanks

                                  I am facing issue due of airtel postpaid wrong bill generated of my airtel mobile number-[protected] (My child number -80xxxxxxx34). Airtel team activated international roaming pack at my mobile numbers (All three numbers) without my information and i did not get any information. When my number 80xxxxxxx34 go in international roaming, then automatically international roaming pack was activated and my bill reached approx 6100 rupees. Always my bill come average of 700/-, but now cheating of airtel team my bill was reached more than 6100 rupees,
                                  So please help me to resolve my issue.

                                    Regret i am not getting telugu channels which i included in my package for the last 20 days. I was given to understand it was because of some technical problem. But i am charged for these channels which i am not getting. I make calls everyday. But no action taken. Your local mechanic who wants to visit my place wants payment. Should i pay for service deficiency. Further local representatives are very impolite. I never contacted them. Only airtel directed them to me. I am sure there is some mistake at service provider’s side as i get all channels clearly but for telugu channels. 20 days is too long time to set right things. Airtel should be ashamed of itself. Kindly rectify the error immediately or advise me to some other dish tv.

                                      I have been a unsatisfied customer with since 2 years. My mobile number is was [protected] i was getting zero network at resident for 4 numbers. I complain so many times. But airtel failed to give service hence i port out now i received a bill for 125/-7day instead 2day

                                      This the reference to your bill and worst service. As per the bill given to me 25th dec to 31st dec 2018 but in fact my number was port out on 27th december 2018 the why the bill is raised and my service are stop. Airtel failed to provide me the service in fact zero network, all this being discussed on email and time period is for 2 years. I have being cheated in bill as well as providing network service for reference i have attached the email and bill for vodafone which that my number being activated on 27th dec 2018.
                                      Many time i have being over charged and i was facing zero network for four number at my resident and which was accepted on email as well as engineer who visited on site. I have being request not to port by giving many offers but i have never accepted any offer form airtel and demanded a good network. Whatever airtel the claims in advertisement are false, airtel can not provide proper network in cites, then how come you claim that airtel has network in remote area.
                                      As a gesture airtel should feel shame of claiming bill for seven day instead of two day which should around 30 to 35 with taxes, at present i am pay vodafone 1000 rs bill and if airtel have provided me a good service i would have continued, 125 rs is not a bill deal for any one but the service and mental harassment which airtel has doing with customer. I would suggest instead of wasting money on advertise improve your network.
                                      Airtel should waived off my bill and i was supposed to claim my bill in consumer court instead of paying airtel,

                                      I have also made a 100 rs payment to Airtel via airtel app neither they are telling of any payment received not refunded.pHONEPE and transaction ID is P1902102037433223383040, Amount is Rs 100.My service are stop by trai i have s dispute that my service vodaphone started on 27 Decmber 2018 but then also airtel is charging for till 31st Dec 2018.i have discontinued my two number for airtel and for which i have to fight and other three number where ported out on 27th Dec then why should i pay for additional day.I got email form airtel that they are ashamed of not providing service in my residential area.I want to go in court against Airtel, Kindly help

                                      I have paid my bill 2nd time .four day passed no one contact me and my number is till in actvie.Airtel is also not responding.
                                      Email from airtel nodal.
                                      Airtel is neither accepcting payment not refunding my payment done online via phonepay.I went to Airtel Gallery they are also not accepting my payment, its almost more than one month what airtel ** is doing. What is the mode of the payment, i want refund my 100 rs why its take so much time to check.Airtel is not able to check there own data what is going on.

                                        We have complaint serval complaints earlier it haven't been resolved resent complaint ref no[protected] & mobile no [protected]. Forget 4g even 3g doesn't work plus half the time no network its shows network but phone is not reachable. I am staying in prime location and center of city my office is also in andheri no network here.

                                        This is worst service ever from last 1 and half year you guys can't solve the problem. Sorry to say we are porting out.
