My airtel dth id no [protected] .I was paying 99 rs base rate per month and 18 rs per month for two paid channel, one sony and hbo channel total 117 rs.Up to[protected].
Now airtel has all have sudden send sms and started charging rs 153 further also not showing my hbo, &sony channel.
I contacted airtel customer service they replied that ..As per TRAI orders my pack is now changed.
Is it right ..? I wants to continue my package with rs 118 .

Pl help.

    I ported to airtel from vodafone on second week jan (Couldn't find exact date of port) by visiting an outlet in bangalore. I promptly provided require documents in respect to porting like photocopy and aadhar number. After few working days i was ported to airtel overnight. Even though i have provided necessary documents my network was blocked on feb 12 and the reason found to be that i haven't provided necessary documents though i have. They made to visit outlet to solve this query for no reason and instantly and fortunately network was activated.
    This was early stage issues with airtel.

    Fundamental problem is that i have been facing network issue at my residence malleshwaram, bangalore, karnataka and later found out that there's been problem at this location for all airtel subscribers and network installation is in progress. My question is, why didn't you just stop me when i was switching to airtel even though you were aware of network issues at this location?
    I had to instantly mail nodal and appellate team and share the horrible story. I have initiated a mail thread on jan 29 2019 saying that am facing these issues:
    1. Network issue - unable to receive calls and otp
    2. Unable to use data service as well - so far i hardly used data
    3. Receiving plenty of spam calls even though am part of dnd. Infact i have been receiving from airtel broadband, dth departments!

    There has been 29 mails under this thread, i have been receiving calls about the updates but the solution.
    Bottomline is don't get carried away from their ads and become victim.

    I have been thinking to switch to previous provider vodafone since they don't seem to solve the problem. So all the subscribers switching to airtel just speak with your neighbours and friends before porting to airtel.

      A tariff of 3600 for using internet on roaming has been levied along with one time set up fee for each day (12 days @649) which is an additional 7788.
      I have activated a monthly roaming pack for 3999.

      Could the airtel customer care have informed me to subscribe to a monthly pack earlier instead of levying daily packs..

      Now of the daily packs are anyways getting levied, why is there regular tariff charged?

      Follow up:
      They mention that I should be paying about INR 37 lakhs if they haven't activated 1-day packs automatically. Two questions in this context:
      If my credit limit is INR 28000, Doesn't Airtel have a way to warn me of exceeding the same?
      If they could apply a day pack when I exceed my limit, couldn't they apply a 10-day pack or 30- day pack instead?

      A point to note here is that international roaming tariff is INR 716/MB and if you activate a pack, it is INR 3/MB.

      Not sure how many fools they make out of customer.

        incoming calls stopped

        Dear team

        All my incoming calls are suddenly stopped by Airtel since my sim card is already activated and moreover I am using previously but still incoming calls is stopped Airtel number [protected] kindly consider this issue and resolve as immediate basis
        As I am the longer relationship with Airtel company I am facing this type of issue kindly look into this issue and get me resolve

        Respected sir,
        I ported my connection mobile no [protected] from jio prepaid to airtel postpaid and was charged ₹ 300/- vide receipt no 1109 dtd. 4th mar'19 (Soft copy enclosed) from your airtel franchise.
        I was told 9th morning from your activation no 59059 that the morning that my internet services would be operational within the next 30 min.
        Internet services was not activated & matter was informed to customer care vide reference no[protected], appellate authority & then to via twitter thru personal message.
        Till this moment the said services have not resumed & your people are extending time.
        I humbly & earnestly request for your immediate & strong intervention for the same.

          I am a customer of airtel digital tv bearing customer id no. [protected]. When i watching channel no. 116 suddenly it stops with showing error code 4, this channel is not in you current package after that i call to customer care and i describe all the things and my plan also. But the lady request me to wait fifteen minutes. Than i asked for my package, she reply that my package was changed yesterday to maga pack through back end.. I asked why the pack is changed without my permission. She told me that our senior was not available and called to you within two hours and solve the problem. After three hours no call come to me nor the solution provided. Why the customer suffer after paying the package charge. Who gives authority airtel tv to harresh the customer after paying the due. The airtel tv levy penalty for one day delay recharge.in the previous month two days my tv was stopped due to airtel tv's technical problem. The customer care assure me that two days grace period will be given to me for the problem. But i did not get it til now. I ask one questions to airtel why airtel play game with the money of the customer due to their profit. All the conversations had with customer care is recorded with me when it seems to necessary i will provide.
          Till now the problem is not solve nor call from airtel.

            Hi,

            I was working is tcs kolkata when i bought this connection. Airtel was giving away the mi fi device for free of cost but it was a 6 months contract. Its been over 6 months right now and i couldn't pay the bill for last two months. So they stopped the service. After i have paid the bill adding penalty, yet i'm not getting internet services. But receiving bills every month without any usage. I tried every way possible to deactivate this connection but they aren't doing it.

            Kindly please help me get rid out of this situation.

When my sim lost i want my duplicate sim but in father's name they submited mother name and they don't give me a sim. They asked me to bring postpaid number but i want my prepaid number.                 Yesterday at 12:09 i recharged with my airtel app through airtel money, the amount got deducted but number didnt get recharged. Two sms came. I secretly deducted amt from my fathers account. He won't let me take money again. I want a refund of my transaction failed. Never anything happened like this. I'm opening the apo so many times to check but refund also didnt came and recharge also didn't happen.

                  It's been 3 days now that my number has not been activated correctly. Three times i have gone to the arc centers in navi mumbai and andheri east and all three times someone else's number is activated on my sim instead of mine. That person is a defaulter whose outgoing calls are barred. Then when i go to the airtel store they tell me provisioning will not happen today as it is a saturday. Now i realise why people are moving away from airtel and i'll be one of them pretty soon.

                    I am a former employee of bharti airtel.. After leaving the company i am not getting my fnf statement.. Tried multiple times in the airtel ambassador portal but as my id got blocked i am not able to access the same. Sent a lots of mail to hr. Activconnect but they are not helping me. Kindly do the needful as i have to submit the documents in my current company.

                      I bought honor 8x and there was handset offer from airtel at that time. As per offer, airtel will give additional 20gb upon first 18 recharge of rs199. I did the said recharge but they are not giving benefit of offer. Customer care, nodal officer & even appellate officer is not resolving my complaint. Complain ref _chbnr[protected].

                      I will migrate to other network now.

                        After the trai has launched their choose your value pack, we chooses our channels and submitted it to airtel digital tv the total monthly rental was of rs289 and we recharged of rs 298 on 17 feb 2019 so we call and asked the customer care about that they said you next validity is till 21 march 2019. And they stopped the channels on 7 march 2019 saying your monthly rental is of rs508 and that we added more channels of rs 300 and something.

                          Hello,
                          My mobile no is [protected] and recently ported into airtel. From day 1 i'm facing the problem regarding incoming call and volte services. First, i called customer care and told them about the problem that i'm unable to receive calls while on the 4g network. They did nothing except give me the false promise of site upgradation at my location (Provided i have other airtel sim cards too and they are working fine). I also called them regarding the problem about volte activation. I'm not receiving volte services on my mobile no. Even when i switched to airtel 4g volte supported device (Redmi 4a). I called them again and told that i have a volte supported device and again they gave me similar pathetic replies. I've also dm them on twitter but again they have not taken any action on my complaints. When i told them to show me the status of previous complaints, they refuse to do so. This clearly shows that they are not doing anything and hiding the information that i have right to know.
                          Airtel is misguiding me for last 1 month which is a criminal offense.
                          Kindly take serious action against airtel and i request fellow readers to not to port into airtel. Airtel not taking their customers seriously. I'm also gonna port out if they don't activate volte services within 2 months.

                            Hi, i was receiving pops up from sim toolkit which i was not able to disable it. Hence i went ahead and hit on stop on the airtel live menu.

                            After few minutes my sim card is not getting detected. It shows no sim card. Other sim cards works fine on my phone but my airtel sim has stopped working. Please help me out on this. Airtel number is [protected].

                              I am airtel dish tv subscriber id no [protected] in the name of parveen khatter 559 sector 6 karnal. On dated 05/03/2019 i requested to airtel through customer care to disconnect my connection with immediate effect and they send the confirmation massage generating ref id.86487467 on 05/03/2019, but after that they are charging from my account on daily basis which is totally wrong. My balance with airtel tv was rs.579/ on the date.
                              Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue.

                                Channel given in my package which I have not put on my list. And not removing it even after I constantly call them to remove it from my package. Channel's name is NDTV . I called the customer care of Airtel DTH service and they have told me that it's absolutely free and then I said that I don't want to watch this channel several times

                                  Dear team,

                                  This is mahesh and i called thrice to customer care support for disconnecting my broadband services but it is still working. Not yet disconnected they said within a week they do but no it is not happening... Now i am not in that place and don't want airtel broadband please disconnect and i will not pay single penny for that broadband as that is not my mistake as i already told to disconnect.

                                    I have been using my mobile number ([protected]) for past 15 years plus. I recently was out of station for 7 months. When i inserted the sim it showed inactive, i came to know my number is allocated to some one else. My point is how come in this much short duration you can allocate my number to some one else? This number is update in all my bank accounts, demat, pan detail, aadhaar account. My privacy is at risk as all the sms (Verification code, otp, urn) still goes to this number and i am fully prone to fraud as well because of exposed information. How irresponsibly my 10 years old number was allocated to some one else. After this long service i did not expect airtel to act so irresponsible which put mt at very high risk. Kindly take this matter urgently and give me chance to re activate my number

                                      Hi,

                                      I have ported my number from tata docomo to airtel prepaid on 2nd march and still my number is not activated yet. The signal went off on 7th march and no signal on airtel sim. I need to receive important calls and need to do online transactions which i cannot do because of the service provided by airtel.

                                      Please resolbe this issue as soon as possible.
