My consumer id is [protected].

For the last 30 days i have been trying to make my own pack. I have sent more than 50 sms as per their instruction through tv. When i sent sms to 54325 they will ask me to contact [protected].
When i contact them over phone there is no provision in the system to provide service to make my pack. There is one centre at calicut and i went there personally for 3 or 4 times they have no idea.

I am a senior citizen and i do not know about proceed further. Since i have failed i am taking up the matter with you.
Another request your office is that this companies are making fun of the whole govt. Orders.

have received a reply. which is superfluous and not giving any solution to the problem. If a contact is made to one No. eg.54325 they will replly invalid contact No.[protected]. If the cost of new package is lessor than the old one this thing always happen. They suggest one pack which is costlier than the old existing pack. If we opt for lessor than the old existing one this thing happen. Only think I want to inform the co is that there are many DTH providers in India.

    I have got my airtel broadband 999 plan activated on 13 feb, however from that time on i have not been given with the additional benefits of amazon prime and netflix and i have reported the same to airtel from 15th feb and finally they have registered my first complaint on 20 feb under ticket number:[protected], and promised resolution in 3 days. But it is 01 mar and they kept raising multiple tickets with new '3 days resolution' time for the same issue and not solving it or responding properly the new customer care guy is benzil george, now promised that it will be escalated today and resolved by eob today (01 mar). Airtel, if you cant do anything which you promise to do, please take back your broadband and refund my full money i have paid for the connection, i better take a connection from act instead of you who makes fake promises.

    BEWARE of Airtel, they make fake promises on the benefits to make you take the broadband connection but will take your money and vanish, my internet is too slow and i have not been given with any additional benefits until today, they are just sleeping over my case form 13 Feb. Please take ACT broadband connection,

        Hi airtel,

        I am not getting signals on my phone for airtel when i am inside my office. Due to which i am facing lots of difficulties. I have contacted customer care and they have raised a complain, but it has not resolved. Since i have poted vodafone to airtel due to connectivity issue in my home, but now i am facing same situation in my office with airtel. Also, i am unable to port it to other network, as according to try 90 days window is required t port. Please help me on urgent basis, as i am paying so i need to get my queries resolved.                   Hello Sir,

                  I am using an Airtel broadband connection and wanted to disconnect the service for the same, because I relocated to some other town..and no longer need Airtel connection.

                  My Airtel Landline number is[protected].

                  On the same I had submitted a request by calling to customer care number on 23rd Feb 2019, and the particular professional has said it would take 7 days for the disconnection.. After that multiple people have called me but none of them are actually disconnecting the service..I would like to ask you again please disconnect the service.. and I am making it very clear I'll not pay the bill anymore.

                    I have made my airtel dth plan as per guidelines and rules.. One month before.
                    But airtel company have not applied the same plan..
                    It has made own plans for me and forced me to pay recharge by 514 rupees per month..
                    According to my plan i have selected the channel plus bouquet for rupees 163 plus gst only as per my requirement..
                    Now they don't apply the plans as per the customer requirements.. And robbed the customer.. Because watching telephone is a necessity now a days
                    I contacted the customer care 10 or more times regarding the same but they cheat customers also..
                    I have many call recording regarding the same..

                    Now i m tired of these trai procedure..
                    Please register my complaint... And take action against company

                        On 17th of february'2019, Rs.399 recharge was done through Citrus Airtel.The message was also given that the recharge was successful.However the recharge for the mobile number [protected] was not done.The transaction reference number that was given is:[protected].
                        When we contacted airtel customer care, they said that there is no such transaction reference number.However the amount is deducted from my HDFC Bank account.Its now 28th of february and amount is still not refunded back to my HDFC bank account nor the recharge is completed.
                        Really feeling cheated by airtel.

                          Recently, I bought an Airtel postpaid sim. The network service was very good. However, a few days back my outgoing calls were barred citing unsuccessful address verification. Upon enquiring I was told I did not respond to their call. So I requested for reverification, and also received a call about expecting someone to arrive at my office. No one turned up and my service was barred again causing severe inconvenience when I need it. I believe the people who are supposed to verify are too lazy to do their job. I am seriously planning to move to vodafone.

                            Slow internet speed including apps, web browser, cloud, streaming, youtube, dowloads even from playstore.. Maximum speed i get is below 40kbps instantly for last 2-4days (25, 26, 27, 28th feb-2019).
                            I hv 3 smartphones with 3 airtel 4g sim (4g net pack active). Ihv try so many methods to recover the speed like rebooting, reseting, sim switcing, data roaming on/off, apn, etc.. But still not get in to 4g speed.

                              I have included Telugu channels in my package but they are not appearing in TV. Complaint lodged No action taken though it is more than 7 days. Money deducted from my deposit.spoke more ten of your executives. They feel it is technical defect . Even after 15 days my problem is not solved. I all customers opting for Telugu channels must be facing same problem. If it cannot be rectified arrange to refund my advance of ₹2500/=. I will contact some other service provider.

                                Hi sir

                                I am writing to you with regards to the issues which i am currently facing with my airtel dth, airtel digitaltv id [protected].. On 28-feb-2019 morning, my dth service stopped with error code 4. I called customer service and i was told that server is down and they can't check my details and asked me to call back in 1hour time. I called 2hrs later, i was told that my current plan is not valid anymore and i need to move to new plan as per trai's regulations. I understand trai advised service providers not to impose new plan until 31st march 2019, customers can choose new plan anytime before 31 march. Could you please help

                                  I'm using airtel prepaid internet services. It's a daily use of 1.5gb plan. When ever i open youtube watch vedios, an advertisement plays without my permission. This adds are played in the starting of each vedios and also inbetween vedios frequently. All are commercial and cinema advertising vedios.

                                    I have just ported my bsnl no. to airtel. I got a message from them telling me the time after which I can insert the sim and call for tele verification . I am trying from 2 days from the given time and date but the call automatically disconnets also I am unable to recive calls I have frustreted trying to call them. Please help me I need the mobile no. for various important works.

                                        Just now, i compared airtel dth channel price with tata sky channel price and subscribed to same channels after trai order. I was shocked to see that tata sky was making monthly charges of rs. 390 while airtel dth was making rs. 480 for same channels. On checking at the airtel portal, i found that airtel dth forcibly subscribed me to their own channels in bengali, bhojpuri, urdu etc languages which are of no use to me and hence increasing the ncf of rs. 176 even if i select only 5 channels because 100 channels are already being subscribed to my account which are of no use to me. If i select first 100 channels of my choice, i have to pay ncf of rs. 245. Kindly take an action against airtel dth. You can clearly see in the attached document that in ala carte, i have 58 channels and 1 dd broadcaster pack which is having 25 channels but still, i have been subscribed to 183 channels by airtel dth.
