Sim deactivated after bill payment

My mother's sim was deactivated couple days back on 25th August due to non payment of bill. It was completely due to her lack of tech knowledge and billing procedures.

I did pay the amount in full which is INR 486. It was done on 27th August.

The sim has still not been activated...

Broadband issue @Parkwayz, Wakad Pune

I stay at Parkwayz Society, Wakad, Pune. Since last 3 months I am facing frequent disconnections on the Airtel fiber broadband connection. I have raised at least 15 complaints but none of them have been resolved. Airtel engineers simply close the complaints from back need without my confirmation. This is causing lot of issues during Work from Home and I have to rely on mobile broadband for my work. It is been very difficult explaining the...

I have complained to airtel via thanks app several time, last Reference no is[protected] they will close the complaint without any resolution or without even talking

they say problem will get solve in 48 hours but i think multiple complaints got more than 48 days

They say network engineer will call n visit but no call recieved till date.

Network issue in our area.

Very bad network here in our area.
Negligible network in home.
You can't play a video.
About two year regularly complained the same problem and every time got the same answer that your problem will be settled with in 15 days etc. Etc.
Very disappointed....

Airtel channel added without my consent

I, Kratika Godika writing on behalf of Mr. Sanmati Godika (Customer ID: [protected]) using DTH of Airtel company from last many years but recently the company did fraud with me.

The company activated one channel at their own choice and charged additionally an amount of Rs. 50 per month (approximately) without taking my consent.

Recently, I just got to know that this additional amount was deducting from last 12...

Lapu no has been suspended

.My Airtel lapu has been suspended without any previous information.I had contacted so many times with the TM as well as the Distributor..they gave me assurance but in vain..

Airtel airtel digital not working since yesterday

Nds hybrid loader is downloading new software from 2 days and i am not able to see any channel from past 2 days. Whenever i start my tv and set top box, it starts downloading new software and shows nds hybrid loader new software being downloaded. After it is completed it again starts downloading from 0% and there is no way i can close this or finish this....

Wrong Broadband Billing

This is about the Airtel Broadband connection. I have taken Advanced Rental Plan for a period of 1year starting from 01-Jul-21 to 30-Jun-22. Plan rental was Rs. 999/month. Now, from June Month Airtel started calling saying Bill payment amount of Rs1178/- is due for 17 May -16June period. Broadband not working for more than 2 days and poor service

On 23/8/2022 at about 11 AM my Airtel Xtreme fiber broadband stopped working. I raised a complaint to Airtel at about 4.30PM on the same day regarding the issue. My ticket ID is [protected](PH NO :[protected]. On 24/08/2022 an Aitel Executive called and said the issue would by resolved by that day itself (24/08/2022) at about 5 or 6PM and asked me to provide an OTP to reschedule the resolution time from 24/08/2022 at 11AM to 24/08/2022...

Pathetic service quality and even worse network

The customer care support is pathetic they don't know how to help and the company is busy only in expanding its network and not focusing on managing the existing network. I use xstream fiber and these guy literally drive me insane like I myself can't believe that airtel which boasts about its top notch connectivity made me suffer numerous outages only within a week and that was not all there were follow up outages too that made me wonder...

Money sent successfully to merchant account but recharge not done

I did recharge for my Airtel number and money got deducted but recharge was not done. I contacted bank and they said money was successfully sent to merchant account.
I contacted customer care so many times every time they said yes money got deducted you will get refund in around 15 days . It's been 1 year and I haven't got that refund.

Date of recharge - 12/8/2021

I want refund....

Broadband coverage

Broadband not working for more than 24 hours

Yesterday(23/8/2022) at about 11 AM my Airtel Xtreme fiber broadband stopped working. I raised a complaint to Airtel at about 4.30PM regarding the same. Issues my sim to someone else

Hi I'm a user of airtel sim
due to some reason my sim was turned off for few months and they issued my number to someone else,
i went to Airtel service store at maldahiya, varanasi
the employees specially the manager was so rude and mean talked to me in threatening manner mamager name (nisha singh) i got no help from any airtel store
I'm in desperate need of my contact number because my adhar, pan, bank details...

Not refund of money

I had order Airtel fiber online and make its payment online via Google pay and payment was also successful and after that cancel the order but not received my refund money yet. It has been already 2 days passed....

Sim card is not showing Invalid Sim

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Greetings,

My name is Ms. Mayuri Shankar Koli. I've been holding a same sim card for the past so many years. And since last night it's showing an INVALID SIM.
