      This is to inform you that i made the payment of Rs 719 on 07th july 2022, it got failed and deducted from my bank account.
      i got the message from AD-AIRINF that if money has been deducted, it will be refunded to your account within 7 to 10 working days. but i did not got my money refunded.

          I recently bought an iPhone and iMessages and FaceTime services are not getting activated by my phone number. First i thought it was a phone issue so I contacted apple support and did all the troubleshooting steps after that issue didn’t got resolved so they replaced the phone.

          So on this new replacement phone same issue is occurring. Now i had a suspicion that this issue was from airtel end but to become sure i added jio sim and iMessages and FaceTime got activated instantly. To be perfectly sure that this problem is from airtel end i added my airtel sim in my brother’s iphone in which iMessages and FaceTime were working fine before. Even in that phone the iMessages and FaceTime was not activating with my phone number.

          Apple support said an amount should have been deducted for activating services i also have enough credit in my prepaid plan to send sms to server for activation but amount is not getting deducted.
          After calling airtel customer care several times no respond and resolution from them in this issue even there senior technical person saying they can’t help me and being rude.
          Please resolve this issue asap.

          I am not sure how they resolved this but by calling customer care many times and they giving me assurance they will work on this and sending them DM on twitter they might have looked into this issue.

            After using till 1 year, due to poor service, I decided to disconnect with aritel One of Airtel Employee requested me not to cut the connection rather he lure me that I have to pay just half of payment from next month, but still service is very poor and bill is same. Don't waste your time and Money.

              I have made a transaction for my order of d2h and broadband of 1500 rupees. Which was cancelled by Airtel representative and refund was initiated. Yesterday I got my refund but instead of getting refund in my back account they have charged my d2h services with it which is not working properly in my area. So I want by money back in my bank account.

              Kindly look into this matter.

                I recharged yesterday for 1 month plan money got deducted but recharge is not reflecting, in chat with Airtel bot it's showing as successful but in under mobile number it's not reflecting and I'm not able to make calls or use data and i absolutely didn't have any luck with customer care

                Money is deducted from my account but it is not reflecting in my account
                My whole study is disturb

                  There is no network in marathalli ashwathnagar area. When people call me they can hear a ring but i cannot recieve calls. Can't use mobile data or make calls

                    I booked Airtel fiber connection and was told by the sales person that I would receive the connection within the next day and that was my very condition for booking the service. After getting permission from my society and the confirmation amount(message attached), they told me that it would take a week because the area is not currently fiber serviceable . Since I'm not an Airtel telecom customer, I can't call their complain number - 121. I have tried using their app for cancelling and have asked the person in contact to cancel it a lot of times. They mentioned that they have cancelled it but it's been two weeks and I've not received confirmation for the same. The salesman has also stopped receiving my calls.

                        I wish to bring your notice that there is a airtel broadband junction box in front of my house. And this junction box is causing a lot inconvenience as i could not park my four wheeler in front of my house and more over because of this junction box many are keeping the garbage bags near this box which is creating a mess daily.

                            I have been using Airtel service for years now and I am a frequent international traveler. Due to the lack of a good international service provider I have been sticking to Airtel. However for the last 3 years and travels I have spent a lot of money. My recent bills though have been in the range of[protected] rupees per month since single day roaming packages have been activated on its own when I have turned off international roaming from the fear of being charged. Please, would be greatful for the support.

                              I am having this broadband issue every month from airtel where internet stops working and then members from airtel visit to fix the cable. Sometimes it takes 2-3 days also to get fixed. Problem is I am getting this issue every month. When I was using Jio\Act earlier I never faced this issue. If there was any issue they used to fix in 2-3 hours only.
                              I am fed up and planning to drop Airtel after this month. We are doing WFH and dependent on boradband. This issue is effecting my productivity every month.
                              Even customer care is useless. They will say it will be fixed in 48 hours. I cant wait for 48 hours every other month.

                                They had stopped my internet service for 1 month, but have still sent me a bill despite multiple requests to terminate the service. Now they constantly harass via calls to transfer and not terminate. I have already paid my previous bill, and they have sent a fresh bill for internet which they had blocked for 1 month.

                                  I want to port my airtel sim to another provider but everytime i tried to send port message to 1900 i get below reply
                                  "UPC cannot be generated as there is subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider."
                                  I visited airtel office 2 times, i tried to sent email to airtel help centre, I called airtel customer care number many time but there is no solution of my problem

                                      I recently ported my airtel SIM from prepaid to postpaid. My existing SIM got deactivated, I've inserted the new SIM card but I am unable to activate it as there is no network on it. It's been 24hours and I am unable to use my number.
