Sir, my customer id no is [protected]. It is to inform that all channels are stopped by airtel dth from 06 feb 19. Despite to stop channels, airtel regularly deducted amount also from my account. Such matter informed to airtel digital tv customer care specialist many time. But they neither started my selected chhanels plan nor stopped irregular deduction of amount. Moreover as per my previous plan i recharged my tv of rs 315/- on 19 jan 19 and next recharge was due on 19 feb 19. But they stopped chhanels since 06 feb19 on the pretext of insufficient balance my account. Please instruct airtel dth to refund my deducted amount deducted from 06 feb 19 till my sellected chhanels plan started. No fabourable response given by their customer care execituves also till now. Thanks you.

    4g internet network isolation in my area from last 3 days. I’m getting huge internet problems, and frustrating about this airtel network. I’ve two connections of airtel prepaid. One in my iphone and second in my 4g hotspot both have an internet issue. Unable to load app even browsing. I’ve activated both 3 months rch for 3 gb per day plan, it’s bull # internet services in my area, i’m frustrated about why i switched airtel from vodafone, i’m looking to switch back again to vodafone or any other provider after end of my plans.

        For the last 7 hours my vodafone was disconnected due to porting. Hiwever i was asked to call 59059 and i am trying that for last 7 hours with no lluck. I managed tp borrow someonez tht was vodafone and called [protected] but they r not helping me at all. I have called 3 times and thsy r not rxplaining whatz the issue.. Pls pls help asap. I need to contact my family

          Sir,

          Reg: my airtel broadband with landline connection[protected] under rs.999/- plan.

          Recently, i had been informed that the broadband modem will be replaced as your speed has been upgraded upto 100 mbps from my existing speed of 40 mbps.

          In this regard, i had been informed on 05.02.2019 that your service engineer will contact me for the same process, but no one had contacted me till 07.02.2019.

          Mr. Venkatesan, your service engineer, reached my home on 08.02.2019 to replace the old modem with the new modem for the upgraded speed. After trying to change to the new modem, he informed me that there was a fault in the line and therefore the modem will not work properly. He left my house after stating that someone will contact me in this regard.

          I checked the speed of my connection on the same day where the speed was 13 mbps instead of 40 mbps.

          After that day, another service engineer came to my house on 10.02.2019. He tried to change to new modem, but he could not complete the process either. He said there was a technical problem and was not aware of how to solve the problem. He also told the same response that someone would come and change the new modem.

          I had complained about this issue on 10.02.2019 for your poorest quality of service.

          After that, i received your message (Request no.[protected] stating that your service engineer mr. K. Ramesh would come on 12.02.2019 however, he did not turn up on that day. When i called mr. K. Ramesh on this issue, he said that will be coming to my house on 13.02.2019 after 06.00 p. M. I had been waiting for him, but he did not arrive as well.in this regard i called mr. K. Ramesh, for which he said he was the only person to attend the calls, and he would attend my call the next day.

          Today (14.02.2019) morning i called mr. K. Ramesh to confirm his arrival for which he assured he will arrive after 06.00 p. M. Now the time is 10.00 p. M, and he has not come to my house yet. I tried calling him several times but he does not attend my call.

          From 05.02.2019 till this time today (14.02.2019) my broadband connection has not been working at full speed as per my plan, due to which i will not pay any payment for this period.

          I totally disagree your lethargic attitude and the poorest quality of services.

          Hence i request you to register this complaint letter as my request letter for discontinuance of your connection from tomorrow onwards.

          Kindly acknowledge this letter.

            पटना के आवासीय क्षेत्र में airtel का घातक और नरसंहार मोबाइल टॉवर।

            प्रिय मित्रों,

            कल सुबह 12 फरवरी को बहादुरपुर थाने के तहत न्यू अजीमाबाद कॉलोनी के इलाके में राजधानी पटना में। श्री अरशद अब्दुल के घर के ऊपर लगे एक मोबाइल टॉवर को शॉर्ट सर्किट के कारण आग की एक गेंद में परिवर्तित कर दिया गया, जिससे इलाके में दहशत का माहौल पैदा हो गया। आग इतनी शक्तिशाली थी कि यह श्री रईसुल हक़ हाशमी के घर को पूरी तरह से घेर लिया गया जहाँ छोटे बच्चों और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों का जीवन airtel मोबाइल सेवा प्रदाता और श्री अरशद अब्दुल की लापरवाही से खतरे में पड़ गया। इस घटना के दौरान श्री रईसुल हक हाशमी की लाखों रुपये की संपत्ति का भारी नुकसान हुआ है। स्थानीय लोगों के सभी पड़ोसियों की मदद से श्री रईसुल हक़ हाशमी, उनकी पत्नी, उनकी बेटी, उनके बेटे और उनके तीन पोते की जान बचाई गई है।

            कंकरबाग और पटना शहर के आस-पास के दमकल केंद्र को सूचित किया और दमकल विभाग की टीम ने फायर ऑफिसर श्री सुरेंद्र सिंह की मदद और मार्गदर्शन के साथ खतरे की आग को नियंत्रित करने के लिए एक अच्छा काम किया।

            श्री रईसुल हक़ हाशमी पुत्री श्रीमती देबा कुमर ने मोबाइल टॉवर स्टेशन में स्पार्किंग और जलती हुई गंध देखी है। उन्होंने श्री अरशद अब्दुल की पत्नी (रोशन आरा) को 11 फरवरी की रात को फोन पर इसकी सूचना दी, लेकिन उन्होंने इसकी उपेक्षा की और इसे ठीक करने के लिए उपाय करने की जहमत नहीं उठाई। यह दिखाता है कि श्री अरशद अब्दुल मोबाइल टॉवर व्यवसाय से पैसे कमाने के लिए अपने स्वयं के जीवन और पड़ोसियों के जीवन की सुरक्षा के बारे में कितना लापरवाह हैं।

            श्री रईसुल हक़ हाशमी और उनके बेटों ने पिछले तीन वर्षों के दौरान घनी आबादी वाले आवासीय क्षेत्र में अवैध रूप से संचालित अवैध टॉवर के बारे में ट्राई, पुलिस स्टेशन और अन्य नियामक संस्था को कई शिकायतें दी हैं। तेज हवा के दौरान यह टॉवर ऐसे हिलता है जैसे यह आसपास के पड़ोसी की छत पर गिर जाएगा। 2015 में पटना में आए भूकंप में यह बीमार टावर एक तरफ झुक गया। पिछले 10 वर्षों के दौरान सभी पड़ोसियों ने इसे हटाने का अनुरोध किया है, लेकिन श्री अरशद अब्दुल ने समाज के लोगों के जीवन को खतरे में डाल दिया, जहां वह निवास कर रहे हैं और अतीत में हमारे प्रशासन, ट्राई और अन्य नियामक प्राधिकरण ने भी इस मामले में लापरवाही रवैया रखा है।

            सभी जिम्मेदार प्राधिकारियों ने चुप्पी साध ली है और अतीत में कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की है और जो दिखाता है कि trai, पुलिस स्टेशन ऑफ लोकलिटी, मोबाइल टावर रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी और airtel सेवा प्रदाता के पास इस घनी आबादी वाले क्षेत्र के मानव जीवन और स्वास्थ्य का शून्य महत्व है।

            कल की घटना घर के मालिक श्री अरशद अब्दुल, airtel और ट्राई द्वारा नरसंहार करने का एक प्रयास था। श्री रईसुल हक हाशमी जो 85 वर्ष के हैं और बेटों ने कल दोपहर को पुलिस स्टेशन में घटना की प्राथमिकी दर्ज की है। यह जानकर हैरानी होगी कि आज तक नामित पुलिस स्टेशन की टीम ने साइट का दौरा नहीं किया है। यदि यह आग रात में लगी है, तो निश्चित रूप से श्री रईसुल हक़ हाशमी के पूरे परिवार की जान चली गई थी। घनी आबादी वाले इस रिहायशी इलाके में मोबाइल टावर लगाना घर के मालिक श्री अरशद अब्दुल और ट्राई द्वारा हत्या और नरसंहार के प्रयास के बराबर है।

            कृपया इस पोस्ट को जितना हो सके शेयर करें, देश के किसी भी आवासीय इलाके में स्थापित मोबाइल टॉवर के जोखिम के बारे में जागरूकता लाने के लिए और पटना प्रशासन को इस मामले की गहनता से जांच करने और दोषी को दंडित करने के लिए कार्रवाई में लाएं

But till now my t v is not showing any channels and only showing an error code of-06, since morning i have lodged four time complain but no steps / action was taken by the company to activate due to which we faced huge damages by way of mental tension and harassment, you are requested to activate my tv immediately, please reply / inform me immediately in my registered mobile number, thanks.

                Ever since i had the misfortune of recharging my data pack for my airtel number, i can no longer visit any site on the internet without getting redirected to one. Airtel.in. It has become something of a torture, for it has been close to 6-7 hours and it still keeps happening. Happens on both my phone and desktop browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera).

                I have reset all my browsers twice, changed and reset my apn data, cleared browser cookies, restarted my mobile 10+ times, swapped sim slots. Nothing. No matter what url i type in my browser, it'll automatically change the url to one. Airtel.in and redirect every site traffic.
                It is a big shame that airtel spams their customers with this [censored]bag of a site especially after a fresh recharge. What if i had an exam form to fill online? Would airtel be responsible if i could not fill up an application and passed the deadline just because airtel decided to redirect every single url to one. Airtel.in for more than 10 hours?

                I know my pc or browsers are perfectly okay because my i can browse the net normally with my jio number as hotspot. The problem starts the moment i change my hotspot to airtel number in my dual sim smartphone.
                I expect this to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise there's a storm coming your way.

                      The saga with airtel dth started when we shifted our home in the middle of jan. We realized that we needed a new set top box. So we raised a request for a new one. The cost was said to be 850 and we agreed. This request was raised on 2nd feb. Every day morning for the next three days we get a call asking us to explain the issue, address etc. Finally on the third day the service center says they dont have stock of the stb and will be fixed by the weekend. How can an stb go out of stock?! Anyway we waited patiently.
                      Then a "new" stb was brought in. Things seemed to work momentarily, only to nose dive again. Whatever was working also stopped! The guy took 850 rs and vanished. The stb went dead.in spite of repeated calls, etc nothing seems to be moving. We dont have a connection and there is no service. Nothing.
                      Airtel have made it extremely difficult to also escalate. Their website sucks and their phone support is horroble - every time i need to wait for at least 20 mins.
                      I just need to get a refund and would like to go to a different subscriber. This company is pathetic! They seem to go from bad to worse!!

                        We have requested for cancellation of secondary set top box, & it dint happen for year from october 2017 till october 2018, after numerous calls they took the box, however we have been charged for the secondary box, though we placed it for cancellation and the box was idle.

                        Need immediate action for refund within 16th feb'2019, or will take this as reference for further legal action.

                          This is in reference to our airtel relationship number [protected].

                          This is to inform you airtel that you people are not able to solve our problem which i’m facing from past 3 months, again and again i have to communicate local airtel executive, but still now we didn’t get proper solution from your side.

                          Last two months before we are requested 12 voices disconnect and plan change but, your side disconnected only one number from our list on this month.

                          We were surprised to see you have again charged rs.2499 plan but, it has been changed rs.999 plan, but we still pay old plan so, your people aren't updating prior plan details, we need proper plan details for this year.

                          And another surprise is we have 40 cug voice & 8 internet dongle connection and but month on month we paid rs. 44, 000/- (I was checked same in another network the bill value is max. Rs. 22, 000/- so, we are paying to airtel more than 50% of excess amount).

                          Kindly make change bill period of our preference.

                          Also, wave of our bill without that 12 no’s (Bill no.[protected].

                          If airtel can’t solve our problem within a week, then stop our services for this relationship number ([protected]) permanently and we change (Port) another network because already it’s been 90 days (Two month) we paid amount.

                          Then we below attached mails we sent regarding deactivation and plan change request

                          And we are planning to move the airtel broadband connection, but not satisfy with your customer support so,....

                              I paid rs 448 recharge for mobile [protected] by myapp airtel and it deducted rs.50 and charged me rs.399. But to my surprise it supplied me 1 gb data instead of 1.5 gb per day. I made complaints after complaints ref no. Cbnrd[protected] and many more such complaint references. Airtel customer services people contacted me and informed that they cannot do anything because the prepaid recharge was booked as 399 plan for 84 days. It is not my fault and i tapped in myapp only for rs.448 plan and it showed discount of rs.50. Moreover this same plan i am continuing for previous periods as well. Airtel did nothing but arguing for no fault of mine.
                              It is a small matter and airtel could be magnanimous in settling the issue. Now i am penalised for the software problems of airtel.

                              Whenever I am calling with my Airtel Sim I am getting all lines are busy .also there is one more problem I am facing with my Airtel number that I gets call ended immediately after trying to call someone.

                                  Fisrt issue:
                                  As per the new rule, i have selected few kannada channels, and the total cost of my selected channels is rs.29/-. I have rechareged for for rs.180/- on 2nd feb 2019.
                                  You are not providing the channels selected by me, instead you are broadcasted unwanted channels for 2 days. And now you stopped it completely.
                                  Second issue :
                                  None of your customer care number are useful.
                                  And i want to change the registered mobile number, how do i do it?
                                  I am not using the old number, so i want to change the mobile number registered with my digital tv id.
                                  I tried all methods, it takes a lot of time to describe all of them here.
                                  You are not respecting the customer time and money.
                                  His is trurely unethical business. Shame on you airtel.

                                  I must thank all the members of Consumer Complaints group. Before Coming to Consumer complaints, i was really frustrated because Airtel's customer care services are very very very BAD. following methods i tried before coming to Consumer complaints. 1. customer care numbers 2. visiting Airtel's service centers. 3. writing email, i wrote emails from my gmail ID, it was bouncing back. because Airtel has blocked incoming emails from gmail ( my assumption) 4. sending SMS Today Airtel executive called me and he has resolved my problems. (Actually, i have to go home and check. I am writing these comments before verifying . I am just going by the promise of telephonic conversation with Airtel's executive) I hope things are fine.                                     How dare airtel stop incoming calls for a prepaid number when there is validity till 2037. Airtel is harassing it's customers to get a minimum recharge of rs.169 to get back incoming services. Where on earth is there a rule that u can block incoming calls for a prepaid number which is active.
                                    I will definitely lodge a complaint in the consumer court. I will sue this bloody company. Exploiting customers has become a game for you companies. Your network horrible. Never could i use the data due to very poor connectivity. I will sue you guys in court.

                                    I have been downloading movie from net by 11: 52 and when it reached 12: 02 i was checking my data balance it showing that I'm consumed 302 mb of my data I need an explanation could able to explain me?

                                    I reacharge my father mobile no. [protected] of rupees 119.from airtel money. But recharge not done. And amount 119 deduct from my airtel money app.

                                    I have done wrong recharge of worth 249 on [protected] no. Trans ID was[protected] on dated 09/02/2019.Is it possible to transfer or cancel it.

                                      Dear sir,

                                      This is to informing you that my customer id [[protected]] airtel digital tv. I submitted complaint in airtel two times on 11/02/19 and 12/02/19 for wrong balance deduction of appx rs.100 and due to this, they suspended my account on 13/02/19. Then i recharge my account to continue and now on 14/02/19, they again deducted balance of appx.23 from my balance. My package selected was of rs.265/month and operator is deducting more. Please check this and resolved this problem as early as possible.

                                      We are not required the above said HD channels Nos 752, 755, 757, 759 for our south pack. kindly deactivate the channel nos from our channels
                                      Internet speed very slow nevertheless having full tower signal and 4G plan.
                                      Mere number par 4G pack (1Gb/day) activate hai. Lekin internet speed 3KBPS hai. Or kabhi to site hi open nahi hoti hai. Main 5-6 bar complain kar chuka hu. Lekin koi fark nahi pada. Or mera pack expired hone ja raha. Airtel walo ne mere sath cheating ki hai. Plz do something. And Refund my 169 rs.
