Sir i am purvesh pandey, regular user of airtel services.
But this time my experience in airtel store was worse. I had lost my prepaid sim, so i went to airtel store in dariyaganj to get a new sim but without my confirmation the executives there, alloted me a postpaid sim although i had told them to give me a prepaid sim.
So i am requesting you to help me and solve my problem as soon as possible.
Otherwise i will have to port my sim card to jio.

    When i am calling on airtel customer care number for gujarat region,
    After on call, the call is not accepting or recognizing my input for option selection, many times, worst experience.
    Bad service, out dated service, the website ofairtel is also not show updated service and do not provide all function for customer requirement, the base pack and channel selection option in airtel app is also the worst functioning, i thinm i say not functioning at all and continuously showning errors for all times, they even not bother to update their app and not even get it riht functioning.

    I am tired of this airtel dth.
    Never use this service.
    Other dth services are way better and cheaper and provide customer freedom.
    While airtel dth tv is full of charges and cheaper quality of service.
    I hate airtel dth.
    Other big mistake of airtel dth is their annoying repeated calls for recharging the account and repeated customer abuse for recharge. Repeated customer disterbence, every day call all the year, mental harrasement.

    Please correct that.

    Today 19th feb 2019 at 4.58pm i received a missed call from Pakistan no :[‭+[protected]‬] missed the call and culd not pick it up.
    Since the last three or four days champhai area we are not probably able to used 4g internet. can u kindly fixed this problem as soon as possible. our postal code is 796321. 4g network is appearing somehow but could not be utilised properly

      I have been charged extra inr 10000 from my account and the company has been teaming and lading with that fund

      They have been doing with the past few months

      My bill is for rs 599 and they charge 12984 from my account.

      I have received the bill from company for inr 599 and then also they are charging extra amount

      It is this time only we have been able to catch them.

        This is with regard to the unsatisfactory experience i had with your local service provider. I wanted to shift my airtel set top box connection from my old residence to a new one (Both are within one kilometer radius) thus contacted airtel.
        The technician, mr shadab, sent for this task had the most casual attitude. Came in at his own time. Dissapeared for a couple of hours without even starting the task and came back after several calls only to disappear again. When i called him about his whereabouts and asked what has been taking so long he replied "kaam aise hi hota hai". When we contacted the agency regarding this i was assured that they will be sending some other technician next day. And now, after almost 1 and half months, the very next day i mailed airtel authorities regarding my issue, i received a call from some very kind gentleman assuring me that my issue shall be resolved the same day and also my dth account will be recharged with an amount of inr 350 as a gesture of goodwill. I recieved the call on 16th february around 1:45 pm. And later that evening a technician named mr sattar reached my home to install the dth at around 7 pm. And that's when i was bombarded with unpleasant surprises.
        First, he told me that i didn't have any cable (Not a single metre)!!! And i will have to purchase the complete length of cable which i eventually did. Now i had the equipments transferred around 2 months back when an airtel technician with the name of mr shadab was appointed by airtel to relocate my dth connection while all he did was transfer the equipments from old address to new address and vanished. Now, that rude and unprofessional mr shadab also told me that he had brought the cable from old address and that it won't be enough.
        Second, my set top box was missing view card!!!
        I don't know how my cable disappeared, and how the view card vanished. All i know is that 2 months back an airtel employee with the name of mr shadab was appointed to relocate my dth connection, he didn't complete the job, i complained about him, and things went missing.
        Okay, now one can expect even that much from some poor, unprofessional technician, but what happened next day (Sunday, 17th february) amazed me even more.
        On sunday i received a call from airtel customer service. Guy named mr zeeshan asked me if my issue was resolved. I told him that mr sattar installed the dth, but my view card is missing. Gentleman at the other side of phone promised to help me by raising a request for a new vc on my behalf. But within a few minutes i received another call from same mr zeeshan telling me that my request couldn't be forwarded as my registered mobile no is linked to 2 digital tv connections, none of which is actually mine!!!
        And my digital tv id is linked to some other phone no!!!
        Now, i will consider this nothing short of blunder!! I never could have expected such pathetic attitude from literate, professional guys sitting in office.
        I had high hopes from airtel. I even recharged with 1 year hd package just when i got this digital tv connection. The recharge alone cost me over inr 8500. And now the validity is about to lapse in april and i haven't been able to watch tv since last 2 months. Due to callous attitude of your employees, i have suffered a lot. I am seriously done with airtel now. I don't want any one of you to call me and come up with these petty offers like rs 350 recharge. I want to deactivate my airtel digital tv connection alongwith my airtel prepaid number. I want my complete money back. I want compensation for the frustration you guys have caused me, for every second you guys have wasted mine, for every penny you guys took from me. I am taking this issue to consumer forum.

        My airtel number has update to 4G pack for month but yet I'm unable to make calls. Customer care executive says i have no recharge but i can see it on my phone validity and current pack info. For reference please find attachment.
        I was recharged my mobile day before yesterday but i couldnt get my balance till now of 199 pack

        So please refund my money or process my recharge as soon as possible
        From last 3-4 days Airtel data network has became horrible. The speed is never going above 1.X kb/s . Guys this is not the first time it regularly happens in every 1 or 2 months.

        Please do something else we have more options to switch to. Prove your tag line atleast that u use in your advertisement.

          I got my samsung handest insurance purchased with relation ship number 6026445 and membership id [protected], plan name:airtel secure plan (Rs.40000), imei no./serial no.:[protected] validity from 02/01/2019 - 01/01/2020
          I submitted my claim of damage on 23rd jan 2019 and it uploaded the images as well. They varified and arranged a pick up. After that they rejected the claim mentioning that the imei number on the back panel is mismatch.
          Prior to submitting the claim, this handset visited under warranty repair and was collected from authorised samsung service center on 25th dec 2018.
          I was shocked on my claim rejection as the handset was not opened or handled between visiting samsung service on 25th dec 2018 and submitting to airtel secure on 23rd jan. I questioned thier verification and they returned my handset. To my surprise after returning it had the display blank so that i could not challenge on the basis of imei number visible on display.
          However, on repeated follow up and pleading they demanded to prove my point by submitting a letter of verification from samsung authorised service center. I submitted the letter (Also attached for your reference) and they kept on mentioning that they are in process of consideration. They finally rejected again saying the same old story of mismatch in imei number finally on 19th feb 2019 and they are not willing to discuss nor give letter or basis of rejection. It is their fault that they completely turned my broken display blank and now rejecting my claim on irrelvant excuse of imei mismatch.

Without the consent of the colony, without leagal permission. The colony committee has submitted a written complain to sub-divisional megistrate and police station but nothing has been done so far. Mr. Bhalla is continuing the work at night

                I Had Received a msg from airtel network that get 1.4gb data /day and 10 gb extra for 84 days for 399 but credited 1gb /day only instead of 1.4 gb I made a call to customer service and gave my complaint and they replied that there is no such offer u better to contact [protected]@in.airtel.com

                  My actual plan cost is 340 and with the ncf charges have been as rs.222 that means around 60% of the amount is ncf. This is horrible and now total monthly charges became rs.577/- which is not even affordable. Even government are trying to impose ncf charges to customers. And i am sure airtel is playing a smart game here. They are not picking my call and also diverted to the other. Why watching tv is more expensive. I want justification otherwise not goona watch dth & its good to go for hotstar, prime, netflix.

                    As per TRAI's new rules for DTH
                    Channel selection not given by Airtel. I already suffering from that last fifteen days i can't select channels from MyAirtel App and Airtel.in .
                    I select channels two times from channel number 998 and sent qr code message to airtel. But all-time channel selection changed and show only which system choose automatically.
                    Customer care representative doesn't support and not give a accurate solutions.
                    I have already balance approx Rs.12000/-
                    And I have three set top box in a home.
                    Airtel has no proper solution for my problems (to create your own pack) for three box.
                    Airtel compulsory give us Airtel Packs to choose channels pack.

                    Today one hour before my problem solved for all connections by senior customer care representative - Soloman. Solution by giving all channel list for individual set top box through orally on phone call @ 08044448080. Too much difficult to make own pack through call.

                        I requested for information of Airtel Rs 399 plan broadband cum fixed line connection vide my email of 28.01.19 to
                        [protected]@in.airtel.com.

                        Subsequently I received a call on 29.1.19 from No.[protected] at 14.05 hrs from Airtel executive who explained me
                        Rs 399 plan as under :

                        A. 1st ONE month FREE Trial period
                        with option to SURRENDER if not
                        satisfied
                        B. Pay 5 months rental in advance and
                        available 6 months uses
                        C. Unlimited FREE local and STD calls
                        D. Monthly 100GB data monthly
                        at speed of 8Mbps

                        Subsequently on my acceptance of the above offer Airtel techician Mr Ravi Singh visited my home on 30.01.19 at 12.39 hrs and installed New Connection Id [protected].

                        On 10.01.19 I received your bill
                        No.[protected]
                        Dated 09.01.19
                        for Rs. 2997.20
                        Period : From 08.01.19 to 07.02.19

                        MY OBJECTIONS :

                        A. When New Connection was installed &
                        activated on 30.01.19, then How
                        BILLING has been done from
                        08.01.19?

                        B. I was offered 1st One Month FREE Trial
                        period with option to SURRENDER if
                        not satisfied. THEN BILLING should
                        have started from 1st March'19.

                        Despite my appeal to Airtel Appellate Authority on 16.02.19, neither have I received correct clarification nor my grievances resolved.

                            Airtel DTH service is looting the consumers. I have two connections on one id.every month I pay for both connections for same channels.On one connection all channels are displayed and on other always got disconnected because we use that connection very few.whenever we don’t use that connection ., Airtel disconnects channel’s access. Whenever we call customer care centre they tell us to pay extra charges for technician. Airtel customer care and company is harassing the consumer and collecting charges for services whatever they are not providing to the consumers.

                              Sir, i am ankur parasar from up west circle.
                              I'm using airtel dth services for a long time, and continuously facing issues again and again. Since it's very expensive to change service provider, that's why i am confined to use the same operator.

                              According to trai orders, i have chosen my package nearly four times through airtel websites and through sms medium after contacting their consumer care representatives. According to trai's new rules my package amount was nearly rupees 300 per month. I have complained about deduction of my account balance (Nearly 140 rupees) that has been deducted in just one day after the last recharge on 1st feb, 2019 without any information about the deductions. I have had nearly three long phone calls with their representatives regarding this issue and they give me the assurity for refund of this deducted amount within 24 hours.

                              Now today is 19th february, 2019 and my account shows suspended and it shows my monthly rental nearly rupees 2346 per month and my account balance nearly negative 77.
                              When i try to call them on their customer helpine number they are not connecting to their consumer representatives
                              Sir you can assume how these private companies cheating us. They should be got punished for what they are doing with us.

                              First question is that why they haven't activated our new package according to trai's order when we have chosen it four times with various means before 31st january, 2019.
                              And why we are like their slave, we have to pay for their illegal deeds.

                              I hope you will help me and take mandatory action against such cheat company.

                                Internet speed is very bad since last 3-4 days. Very unstable. Unable to do any work properlyfalse promises of very fast 4g internet & stable network. Fix it asap. Or even use for entertainment purpose. There's nothing wrong with my mobile. Others who use airtel in my area face the same problem, my father and aunt for example. Network is not good normally too but still tolerable. Now it's just trash. I get better services from vodafone on my mother's number.

                                  I have a dth connection of airtel i'd no. [protected]. The dth services are disrupted due to no signal in set top box. I have complained to service provider. They have charged r's. 150 service charge+ 270 for adapter and 200 for changing the set top box on 04 feb 2019. But within 10 days the same problem emerged. Hence i request you please ask the service provider to solve the problem immediately. Registered mobile no with services provider is [protected].

                                      I have selected my new plan based on the new TRAI guidelines.

                                      However, i see two different amounts when i check under the connection tab: Rs 365.03 and Rs 416.03 (Please refer the attached screenshots).

                                      Please let me know why there are two different amounts showing up, and the DBR seems to be as per 416.03 whereas 365.03 is the correct tariff.

                                      I have tried multiple times to reach the customer care, but it is not getting connected since all the executive are always busy. Even tried emailing TN nodal office (dthnodal.[protected]@airtel.com) but no response, not even an acknowledgement.

                                        I am a retired physically handicapped senior citizen living in dewas (M. P.). I cannot walk without support. I live with my senior citizen wife who is paralysed on left side. (We have only three daughters who are all married.)

                                        I am a writer and research astrologer. I work on my desktop pc. Hence every day i require flawless internet for my research work and emails – as well as for making various payments online.

                                        For internet purpose i use an airtel sim in a netsetter. I recharge with 84 days pack. Sometimes it functions flawlessly but every now and then it refuses to connect. Then all my research work comes to a standstill for no fault of mine.

                                        Twice i have complained to airtel. Their response is strangely funny. They say, “the fault lies with your location.” if this argument were true, then my internet should never have worked in the first place, but often it works flawlessly.

                                        Besides i have a smartphone also with another airtel sim. It works wonderfully well.

                                        Please redress my complaint and oblige.
