Hi,
My name is ishak and i have airtel dth connection associated with you from past few days i tried to contact your customer care number but it's bussy everytime also i wrote email customer care even they don't reply. My concern is regarding my current pack i have offer on my dth from last 6 month that's i recharge for 388 for 3 month. I want same plan to be activated for next three month with same benefits along with same channel could you help me for that or activate same service on my connection will recharge on same. I wrote email to nodal as well but haven't received any response.

    I have made recharge through my airtel app and made payment through paytm. The amount got deducted but recharge has still not done. Its been almost 10 days since this i have made complain to the customer care and also talked to its executive they said me to mail n my issue would be solved within 4 hrs. When i asked them to give me cnfrmation through mail so tht paytm can refund it as they hve asked me to ask cnfrmation from them but they are not ready to give me that n telling tht it would be refunded within days its been 5 days still they have not refunded. I hve done this on 11 february. The amount deducted was of rs.349 for pack 399

      When i call a landline no within a telangana circle a voice telling like 'this call cannot be connected'..., i called customer care and those people are telling like, from our side there is no issue..! I changed the sim card between 3 different mobile handset, but issue remained same, airtel peoples also unable to find any issues with my no..? Only option remained for me now is mobile no portability...!!

      I'm facing this issue since 6 months.

        Hi team. I am karthik. I recently ported my network to airtel. It got activated last night i. E on 17/02/2019 at 00:39 hrs. I was getting signal bars but when i am dialling to the customer care (59059) to activate the sim, call itself is not connecting and i am getting error message as “call failed”. My contact number is [protected]. I am unable to make/receive the calls. Kindly do the needful at earliest.

          My airtel number [protected] i want to convert postpaid to prepaid bcos i have no more 100rs monthly uses. Last 2month try to convert but not get any customers care and airtel store. Last one month regularly visit in electronics city neeladari road store there one guy name is ravi every time giving same excuse sir server is not working plz call me tomorrow.

            I accidentally recharged wrong number on 17 feb 2019 i would like to reverse it to correct number.

              Selection of channels as per trai new rules is not available on airtel-website though advertised and told by customer support.
              When i selected channels directly on tv, i have lost all free channels. There is no way to select those.
              Nobody answering help-line for last 3 days.
              I had paid upto july19 @ rs 315 per month. The balance (From feb to jul) must be available in my account. However, i get a message that no funds available.

              I'm repenting having chosen airtel.

                I selected a new pack for airtel digital tv for 250/- as per trai new scheme.
                But airtel has activated (Without informing me) at least 3 extra channels (Star sports 1, star sports 2 and ten 3) costing additional charges.
                Now my pack costs 316/-.
                I tried to call them several times but they are not responding.
                I get to know this, when i accidentally switched between channels
                How many other people are they cheating?

                What should i do now

                  Respected sir/madam,

                  This is brijesh mankani, ca & lawyer by profession. I am very much disturbed by the behaviour of the customer service executives of airtel company.
                  This frustration has led me to a point where i have to mention this. If you can check i ealier had an issue which was solved after i wrote an email. This is second time you people have made me do this. My postpaid number is airtel maharashtra. I am in the rs 299/- plan. The disturbing fact is that i get charged for internet whcih is around rs500-600, then i make numerous calls to customer care and after so many attempts they say they will waive off my fees and i tell them that as soon as they pay the fees i will pay my outstanding but to a surprise the waive off after my due date and rs100 penalty is levied plus gst @18%.

                  The above incident has been repeated atleast thrice.

                  Now my concern is
                  1. If you waive off the internet charges please waive off immedieately
                  2. There has been numerous instances where my outgoing facility is blocked
                  This is 21st century and you treat your valued customers like this..? Will i run taking your 500rs bill..? It is the you the executives who waived off late and i had to pay the penalty and face disconnection problem. Do you even realize how much a call is important in times of emergency. And you disconnect such a service being one of the telecom operators in india.

                  Frustrated by this i made a port request and instantly received a call and the executive accepted the waiver but when told about the waiver fees of penalty he said he does not has the authorised power and or sanctioned limit and i will receive a call back. I clearly told him that i am busy in meetings and what if i dont pick up the calll. But he gave a false hope stating that this issue was sorted, still my bill shows an outstanding of rs1000 approx and due date has past ansd i am now getting calls for no reason.
                  I remember some names mr zuber hirapise was the last person ispoke to who promised me of a call back. I am just gonna pay the bill and port it. Other people who promised include miss pooja and few other executives i do not remember the names of.

                  Its not important whether you have the fastest network or not. But u grievance mechanism should be strong enough to tackle the problems.
                  Its not the fastest that count but the most efficient.

                  I am definitely taking this ahead
                  Please sort this airtel..!

                    I had already opted my channels on airtel dth as per trai since 7 days.
                    Still they had not provided these channels. We called and asked costumer care of airteldth thet told it will take 24-48hrs, but if you want i xan give few hindi channels.
                    Its been 5 days now still nothing has changed. Now the costumer care is not picking calls also.
                    Kindly look into this matter or else i have to change dth service provider.

                      Hi.. I have ported my vodafone post paid sim to airtel prepaid. I have applied on 3 feb and i got the success message on 7 feb. I am getting airtel network also since 7 feb. However since then i am not able to verify the sim by calling on 59059. While connecting an audio message comez whivh say the balance is below 5 rs hence we are not able to connect your call.
                      Your airtel sim seller is unable to help me nor your branch since then. I am also able to connevt to 121 but they also can't belp.

                      It is pathetic service from airtel who promote them self as best network in india.

                      If any one from airtel can help then it would be great. My alternate no is [protected].

                        I recharged a 4g data plan (On airtel number [protected]) of rs.399 which provides data 1.4gb per day for 84 days.
                        Airtel is reducing my daily data available to zero for a couple of days even though i am unable to use them and my devices show that data usage for the day is hardly some mb's.
                        When i call the customer care they are behaving rudely and act as if ii'm the one who is lying and are not doing anything from their side to aid me.
                        I want airtel to refund the money i paid to them for their shoddy service.

                          My mobile no :[protected], it is got from telenor mobile service on 28/12/2015 on the basis of lifetime, meantime the airtel take over the telenor.
                          But the airtel stop the incoming services on 09/02/2019.
                          198, 121 and 12118, not working.

                          I pray to resolve my network validity as lifetime validity.
                          It is liable to my inconvenience and damages.

                            My broadband connection has not been working properly over a month and it has caused a huge impact on my work from home facility. I have raised complaint against the bad connection to the area service in charge for more than 2 weeks and he keeps saying "call you back later" and my issue is not resolved yet.

                            I have decided to disconnect my airtel broadband connection.

                              I have ported my son from docomo to airtel. I received a message on wednesday night that u can now active your airtel sim after 12 pm. But now it's been 3 days and both of my docomo and new airtel isn't working. I'm frustrated from the service. I want a quick answer from airtel about what to do now? I can't even port to a different company without upc which isn't possible to get without the network. This is my main aim and i don't want it to be gone. Hope u guys can help me as soon as possible.

                                I recharged my airtel few days ago from amazon pay... But from the amazon it was recharged and message of confirmation was also recivied... But when i checked i found that there was no recharge.. I waited for day but next day i go to nearby store they contacted customer care and they said that they will refund the money in 72 hours. I waited for a week.. Then i again call to customer care they reapeatly said they will refund but there was no response...

                                There was no refund_^

                                Now i want to refund the double of that amount after so much time because they were late...

                                  As per trai rule i selected my airtel tv package as on 31 jan 19 for rs 270 per month. But they have activated my selected package on 15 feb 19 and for 14 days in feb they have charged me for a package of around 1500 per month. And suspended my account on 15 feb 19 with - ve 190 balance. And now my account is suspended but they are charging me daily with the rate of new rs 270 package. As on 16 feb 19 my account balance is - ve 199 which should have been +345.

                                    In compliance to trai regulations i selected a package of around rs. 450/-.

                                    Whereas, airtel added a package of around rs. 4100/- to my above cited account.

                                    I noticed the issue on 7th february and wrote an email to airtel at various levels as also spoke to customer care.

                                    There was no response to the email even after repeated emails including at the level of nodal officer and appellate authorities.

                                    Customer care had all along not been lodging my complaint on the pretext that this was due to a technical glitch at the end of airtel and will be taken care automatically once the glitch is removed.

                                    However, the package has now been rectified but the excess charges has till not been reversed in my account in spite of repeated emails and telephone calls.

                                    After lot of persuasion at last customer care has lodged the complaint assuring the reversal will be done in 24 hrs. But nothing has materialised till wring of this complaint.

                                    The details of the complaint lodged by customer care are as follows. :

                                    1. Dear customer, your reference no. Is 85917743 for balance deduction. For any further assistance on your airtel digitaltv id [protected], please call 12150 or [protected].

                                    2. Dear customer, your reference no. Is 85953025 for balance deduction. For any further assistance on your airtel digitaltv id [protected], please call 12150 or [protected].

                                    I shall like to add that airtel officials at the level of nodal officer or appellate authority has neither bothered to reply nor contact me leaving aside take necessary action for reversal of the excess amount charged.

                                    On 14th february, customer care has replied to emails mentioning that package has been rectified confirming that problem was due to some technical glitch.

                                    However, not making any mention of reversal of the excess amount charged.

                                    At this stage feeling totally harassed and depressed, i am writing to you to take up the matter for reversal of the excess amount charged in my account dut to wrong package as also thereafter i spite of my request for deactivation

                                    Looking forward for help from your end.

                                      I stay at gulshan colony of hyderabad (Residential address) since 2015. I have been using this airtel since 2015. The network was fine. However, since 03 jan 2019, i have been facing network issues. I raised a complaint on the same day with reference number 89178388. No action was taken. On 10th jan 2019, i raised one more complaint with reference number 89290638. And no action was taken yet. Since then i have been visiting the airtel stores and reaching the customer team on chat support. They were not ready to raise one more complaint. They only gave these two references, which are still open. Its been 45 days, i dont have a network. Understand that, getting calls is the basic things that a service provider should provide. And since 45 days, i am not able to make calls or receive calls. This the worst thing a telecom company like airtel could do. 45 days is a long time, no resolution provided. I still dont have network on my mobile when i am writing this complaint.

                                        I am getting error code - 4 in my account number [protected].
                                        This is third time i am getting in my account, first time it was resolved after 2 days only, second time after 12 hours.
                                        Unable to understand the problem happening with airtel broadband. Even i am unable to reach your customer service specialist if i connected they are very poor to answer.
