From feb 01, as per trai regulation, my plan changed from customer care from 240 package to the base pack 153 package, so i recharged for rs: 155 and the balance become rs: 158 (Rs 155+ rs 3 - previous amount)
The next moment, airtel deducted 15 rupees from my account and updated to rs: 143, so now i have suffered two days with dth connection, and too the customer care never taken my request for "reason of deduction".
The customer care said, they not aware of the deduction and the amount would be revoked to my account soon, buts its three till now, the amount rs:15 not have been updated to my account and airtel compelled me to recharge extra 100 rupees for watching the base plan 153.
Its airtel failed in ethical issues, and am so worried about, how other un-educated society would copeup with these kind of issues??? Its unanswered till now and government (Trai) must have to look upon this loop holes with theses kind o[censored]nethical ways of earning (Stealing) money from common people like me.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by savaridasan once plan updated as per new regulation from TRAI, Airtel deducted Rs:15 from my account, and so my balance went to 143 ( which is below base pack 153) and they disconnected the connection. i suffered for three days without DTH connection and too customer care where not able to answer about the deduction.
later they compelled me to recharge for Rs: 100 and now let me to watch base pack. and still no clarity on the add on channels subscription. The customer care auto service is very worst experience as it not proceeding further(clever software created to earn/steal the money from common people) with the next option to catch the customer care line.

Today i am spending my valuable time addressing the new issue, as per TRAI regulation am now in Rs:153 base pack( which i could watch only one channel DD PHOTHIGAI ad am in TAmilnadu).
When i added the free and cost channels around 68 channels, it should be (68+25=93) 93 channels and it showed cost around Rs: 261.
But when i confirmed the plan, AIRTEL DTH added the default 25 channels TWO times and so the total channel now is 118 channels and it cost me Rs: 326 rupees.
I got upset on this mistake of AIRTEL DTH software and contacted Custome care, but the first customer executive not listened to me and closed the call. THe second custome care promised that she will rectify it, saying she correcting by TRAIL AND ERROR strategy with the AIRTEL DTH web Software. All calls i have recorded and will upload you as early as possible.
Dear Sir / Madam, Kindly request you to do the needful as common people suffer a lot and spend whole day with AIRTEL DTH ..as it is not the right way living LIFE..please understant
