I am unable to reset my Password to login in AIRTEL DTH WEBSITE. can you kindly Reset the same and inform me by mail.
Kindly STOP MY ALL OLD SD Channel PACK with effect from[protected] and then ADD all free Channel of DD ( Hindi + English ) with MAGIC HD Channel without MARATHI & BENGALI. Please inform me by Email/SMS about the Price of Monthly Pack Charge and obliged.

According your Phone Call at 15.25 Hrs on[protected], I did not get any Link by SMS.
Kindly note that this is my 4th reminder with in 15 Days, Please treat as URGENT.

    I activate ACM on my mobile number, and from last 3 days airtel is deducting my money but ACM service is not working on mobile. I called customer care they have no solution regarding this issue. When i am selecting any profile it is only saying number you are dailing is not a valid number. I visit the nearest airtel store also, they dont know about this service at all.

      As a part o[censored]pgrading the Airtel 3G to 4G sim, I had purchased the new Airtel 4G sim from my nearby mobile store.
      I had send the SMS to 121 as SIM xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxU (the number which was on my new sim).
      I got the reply as they have received the request reply 1 to 121 with in 60 secs.
      I had done it.
      The again I got a message saying for confirming that u will get a call soon.
      I got the call, I picked it as it said I have pressed 1 for confirm the sim change.
      Soon after that I got a msg saying-
      ' Oops! Its an incorrect SIM number. Please SMS SIM to 121.'
      I have purchased my new sim on 8/2/2019 and from that day I had tried this many times I didn't get it.the number which I have typed is same as the sim number in the sim.
      I had approached the mobile store he told he is not having any idea regarding this issue.
      I had called Airtel customer service 3 times but it was useless.

      Please help me to correct it.

        I am a subscriber of airtel dth and my customer id is [protected]. On my primary connection, i had taken their "new mega 3m+7d arp" long term pack on 10th january 2019, with a validity up to 17th april 2019. To my surprise i found that on 13th february 2019, they have changed my pack to some other pack, without any intimation to me. Now many of the news channels which i watch have stopped. I am trying to contact them since morning today, but they are not solving my problem. Every time they informed that their system was not working and i should call after some hours. They are charging full money but providing poorest service. Please arrange to take strict action against them, as they are cheaters and looting money from customers. Also please ask them to change my pack to original one till it's validity period.

          I have recharged My Airtel Dth for Rs=200/- on 13 Feb 2109.
          (dth no:- [protected]) Still my account was displayed as suspended due to low balance. I tried calling them 5 time since morning my issue was yet resolved till this time i am mailing you.
          Where ever i call them they has the same excuse that the service will be resumed in 15 Mints. And now its being more than 6 hours my services will kept suspended. they all the details about my account and its balance. Still they haven't resumed my dth service.

          Please do the needfull.

            This is inform you that last Thursday I am call to airtel customer care regarding change my dth package but he inform me we have only 2 package 1st package is Rs 153 or 2nd package is Rs 331that time I have choose Rs 153 package and after changing my package I am very upset because Rs 153 west my money. Every day I am calling to customer care but no anyone solve dth package problem. Very bad service. Please change my package I want south India pack Rs 230( 245) for one month .

              My name is Rajesh. I'm studying MBBS at GMCH, Udaipur. For the past couple of months, the internet speed has gone down drastically. I called Airtel Customer Care and they just didn't care about it and said that it's some problem with Airtel Tower in the area and will soon be fixed. But it's been 2 months and I have called like 5-10 times and still there's no solution to the problem.

              You people said that Ookla shows that airtel is the fastest, just check the attachment I am sending. Is this how you fool your customers?? I have a 4G connection and the speed I get is of 2G. Even BSNL's speed goes upto 2-3 mb/s here and just look at Airtel(a mere speed of 50kb/s). Shame on your customer service and its poor care for us. So much for all the bs ads your company launches. Can't even get proper speed in a major city of India.

              And its just not my airtel that's suffering, all the other airtel users are having the same problem here.

              Just for once think about your customers.

                The total cost for the selected channels was 29 rupees only.
                Finally after adding rs.153, the total amount after selection was rs.179/-

                I have paid rs.180 on 2nd feb 2019. And recharged.
                But you are not giving the selected channels instead you are
                Cheating me by giving access to all unwanted channels.
                I visited your airtel service center in kengeri upanagar.
                They refused to take my request. They said the service is only for mobile telephone.
                What should i do now?
                I visited your website, it is hanging.

                    It's really not good to come across this type of problems with airtel, because of i'm not able to recharge it's not fare to deactivate my services, it was stated while buying that we have life time free incoming. I have sufficient balance to make an outgoing call and i recharge based on my needs o[censored]sing service, airtel can't force me to recharge. Many of things are linked to my mobile number including government related things. Many of times mobile number is made mandatory and this network providers change their policies and try to dictate people, it's not fare and loss for everyone. I want you to consider my request seriously.

                    I have chosen my interested channel on February, 2019 (request id: 343223) but after seven days of waiting they have not changed my selected channels even some of existing channels were removed by them.
                    Respected sir, airtel has bakawas network. now a days very poor in network and intrnet speed..
                    new drama started that should recharge atlst amount of 35 rs or else oncoming cal wil stop.
                    we pay money to them they must provide us quality service as we pay quality rupees..

I forgot my date of birth I make a UPI transaction but this transaction is successful but the money is don't add it to my wallet. what will I do they customer care executive ask the date of birth but I don't know the correct date of birth how can I know it.                       Hello,

                      I have placed a request for refund of my deposited cheque because my connection is not feasible in the area i am staying at. I have asked the are manager to cancel the cheque and cancel the new connection, but have got no response from him. Now my cheque has been deposited and money deducted, even though i requested for cancellation of the service and the cheque.

                      I am quite disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the technical person, who after repeated requests, has just lied to me and deposited my cheque all the same. I want strict action to be taken against him for his bad behaviour. His number is [protected] and name is clinton and he is the area manager of hebbal, bangalore.

                        My name is srikanth mallem, yesterday i have visited an airtel store langerhouse, for a recharge of 399 plan, at 7:15pm, they are clearly saying that no card payments, a part from cash they dosent have any other payment option.

                        In this generation, even an coconut seller and tea seller is using online payments.

                        Think about your status airtel.

                        Provide good services to customers, jio is giving far better services than you.

                            I have been experiencing poor network and pathetic 4g quality for 2 years running now. I've made many complaints but have always fallen on deaf ears and slack attitudes of airtel's staffs.
                            There is so much 4g internet balance but am not able to use it as the internet quality is very bad and slow. It is very frustrating and stressful if you have urgent work to be done via email or so provided this pathetic service by airtel. Please help to resolve.

                                As i paid advance subscripotion for whole year. after new guide line just they put message for short time and we perceive that it is mandatory to appear for new change. i found airtel made the apps and customise instruction which mislead as i apper to chek i lost my oringinal plan. when i ask to distributor he said u did mistake but real matter is airtel cheating wiht us.
                                secondly customer care numer is not respoding all time of Airtel DTH

                                  Shame on u. Really shame on you saumya for makiing false commitments to the customers. Instead of helping the customers you people have made the mentality to disturb them why because you are given such type of education from your parents. That's why you people disrespect your parents and the customers. Really shame on you greedy hungry beggars who do such type of fraud and show nasty attitude towards the customers. Also you people don't have respect for the time. It's not a big issue that you bull [censored] idiot people taking so much time. If you peie have swlsf respect and respect for the customers then instead of making the non-sense excuses reduce my call rates and refund my unnecessary deducted amount.

                                  I have done online recharge for INR 199 on 07/02/2019 but the transaction was failed. Account was debited but the recharge was not done. I have received the refund.

                                    Sir, i requested to port my no. Into airtel, as per the message i recieved it should get ported into airtel on 11/02. But, even after inserting the sim, their is no network showing. Because of it l, i am not even able to call 59059 or to do anything. Now my both the sims are not working. Neither the old one nor the new. I just want to know up-to when i'll be able to use my number in a proper manner. As it is creating a lot of problems for me

                                    I recharged my sim on 6 Feb with ₹399 but the process failed and I was told that the money will be credited to my airtel wallet. But still the money is not credited. Also it's not allowing me to send my airtel wallet money to bank.
                                    The airtel help and support option in the app is also not responding.

                                      I have 3 set top box of airtel digital DTH
                                      Few days ago I selected few free and paid chennals but after that airtel stops all chennals and two-two chennals category wise shows automatically.
                                      Selected chennals not showing airtel.
                                      After that insidence yesterday day choosing chennals by Mobile app there is problem occurs while selecting individual chennal at last compulsory select a pack which is given by Airtel.
                                      As per government rules there is no option for selecting individual chennals. Error occurs while selection.

                                        Hello,
                                        I have Airtel DTH ([protected]) where I am being harassed by Airtel DTH team since last week.
                                        I had recharged my DTH on 6th of Feb where I had to choose the new package as per TRAI's new regulation. I followed the process which I was told from Airtel DTH executive but after 2-3 days, my account was suspended due to low balance. I called up again in Airtel Helpline where I was told that a package of 3500 is activated on my account. When I asked them who did it, they told it was done from backend. I mean Seriously?
                                        I had wasted my hours in choosing a plan for my account which cost me around 260 and they are saying I'm having 3500 pm plan.
                                        They then lodged a request for my account activation and provided me a request number [protected]. Also they asked me to do the minimum recharge of 150 again and choose a new plan and they said they will deactivate previous plan of 3500/-. I did the recharge again and wasted hours, choosing a new plan and messaged to the number I was told for activation.
                                        Next morning when I turned on the TV, I saw back again that account suspension screen due to low balance.
                                        Airtel DTH executive again said that I need to wait again for 24 hours.
                                        Hours and hours passed by but no body is bothered for customer service at Airtel DTH end.
                                        Still my account is suspend.
                                        So, today morning I have registered a complaint in this regard in 'National Consumer Helpline'.
                                        I'm also looking for further action against Airtel DTH company who are harassing customer in such way.
