Everytime contact the care no but air tel has automatically dislove the care option. Plz take action. If they not care consume service plz banned on them.

    The airtel tower's generator exhaust pipe is just beside the windows of my home causing respiratory problems. The diesel smoke enters directly through the windows. Solution to the problem is that there is sufficient place to shift the generator as the airtel tower has acquired sufficient land area. Effective actions is expected as soon as possible.

      I done recharge with 499 on airetel app which said cashback bonanza on the banner after taping on that i’ve done recharge to my mobile on airtel through phonepe app but i dint review any kind of cash back... And i called airtel service centre but they are saying we cant do anything.. Then how can i get compensation.. Is airtel cheating on people with fake banners on their original app..

I have tired to call airtel customer care but they not receiving call and sent a mail also not yet repiled. Sir please take action against these providers and they are cheating their customers and charging more money. I have calling them form 3 days they r not receiving any call.

            Sir,. I am a dth customer of airtel and customer id is [protected]. As per the new trai rules i have made my own package and forwarded as sms from the settop as per their guidelines to the given no from my registered mobile (Bsnl) no but the message is not going. I also tried from my jio no also but failed. Then tried to contact customer care to talk to customer executive each time failed. Finally with repeated attempt i succeed to contact a executive. He says message will not go either from my bsnl or jio whether registered or not and try to any other provider from friends or relatives having the connection. With my heated argument they sent a link to forward the requirement and i sent the channel selection. It has been activated yesterday (08 feb 19). But i found some of the channels are missing. I immediately contacted the customer care so many times yesterday and today itself. But no response from them. It is requested that 1) customer should have the facility to add or remove the channel from their registered mobile irrespective of their connection provider, if not so should be provide easy substitute option. 2) customer care should be provided proper service immediately when contacted.               This is to notify you that your employee mr. ""rohit kumar gupta""who is working as"networking engineer" in your company has harrased me in public site without any reason.. He even does not know me... He commented on my random comment by abusing me on facebook.
              I want immidiate strict actions to be taken him or i will further take it to police complain and other media resources as employees of this kind pf mega companies cant be so irrisponsible for their act.
              I am sending you the screen shots as evidence...
              I again request you to take strict actions against him as it should be made a result for future generation also.. Because they are degrading the image of their company also.
              If action is not taken in 24hrs.. I will sue him in the court.. And rest ur company will suffer for image loss in the matket.

                I have airtel post paid ph:[protected], have raised complained service request no: 89531230, on 4th feb 2019. Still now, not received single call from customer care. As per the my 299 plan, i should get internet. From 1-feb2019, i am not to access internet and boster pack plan was added in my plan. I want, internet booster pack amount should refunded back. And need fast resolution in this.

                  Again another fraud from your team calls up and does nothing on my complaint.

                  I am not getting perper service.

                  The stupid girls whom i spoke to on 2nd feb. Told that, she will arrange a call back from her manager as she was blabbering on call instead of providing appt. Resolutionand.

                  My complaint was not address properly, you guys call to say apology and the complaint reminds unattended even after that... This girl repeated telling that she is top level officer in airtel and i have no right to escalate further when i feel the resolution provided by you is unethical and not customer friendly.

                  You just set call back to close the call and complaint. But does not close the issue raised.

                  Gist of the case: though i wrote it 100 times i repeating it again.

                  I raised request to port my 3 numbers from other network to airtel.

                  1. I was promised by one of your employee to have a person in my door step to port my existing 3 idea number to airtel and add those numbers to my existing airtel account with current prime number as [protected].

                  2. On your promise, i got port numbers for all 3 numbers and kept it ready.

                  3. Post my online request i would have received 5 calls on 5 consecutive days assuring that they are coming in next 2 hours to collect document. But till date no update. The initial request was in the first week of january. Since then, i have been in contact with you via mail escalating your poor service.

                  4. Every time i get to know from your nodel service that, you don't provide such door step service. But i received multiple call confirming the same.

                  5. Your senior desk, though they doesn't sound so.. I am forced to trust.. They have no concern on complaints raised rather than calling customer just for the sake of closing the complaint with no solution. If we force for right solution they know the tactics to close the case with some falls promises like the stupid girls gave me in last call i spoke.

                  Request you to listern to all conversation i had with you till today on the concern since feb last week.

                  I want proper service from you as i pay my bills on time in thousands.

                  I need compensation for all these harassment you have been doing and my other this month bill also got generated of rs. 1212. 00 which could have be avoided if the porting would have happened in time.

                  Expecting resolution atleast this time as i am looping trai here as i am failing to get service i deserve and no satisfaction i will raise it in cf.

                      When i add money 4000 in my account, airtel blocked my account without any reason... And when i send email with aadhar card then he said your dob mismatched, and in wallet there is no option to change dob,,,, theif company airtel... There a lot of people facing this problem, i request you consumer court to take action against airtel... I know a lot of facing this problem

                        We are just 10 kms far from our taluka place sirsi, uttarakannada, karnataka.
                        Till today novody is taking intrest to put a tower in our village. Our panchayat population is nearly more than 6000. Still we have no network of any provider.
                        If airtel is ready to put a tower, i bet, i will give them minimum 500 sim users in just one week..
                        We are waiting to to have airtel tower in baroor, uttarakannada district, sirsi taluk, karnataka.
                        U may contact [protected] for any querry.
                        But it is possible whenever this number is at town area.. Haha..
                        "digital india" without network.. Good joke.

                            Cheating by airtel dth :
                            I have requested to activate my ala carte plan of rs. 264.13 inr through airtel dth website (Accessed through the url sent by airtel by sms), and got a confirmation reference number reference id 181166, but they have not activated it on 1st feb 2019. When called to customer care they said that there is too much server load and will be done by night. On 2nd feb 2019, they said that there is some technical problem and will be done by night. Then they asked to send the reference id to send to a number - [protected] which i did immediately. No action by airtel. Next day same conversation and this goes on.
                            My previous package was of rs. 315.00 inr and was valid till 7th feb'19. My new package i had selected for rs. 264.13 inr.
                            So i understood that they are cheating me as if they change my pack they will loose few rupees per day. So i decided to stop till 7th feb'19. Hoping that then they will change my package and i will recharge with new rent of rs. 264.13 inr.
                            But on 6th feb and 7th feb'19, again received sms from them to recharge with my old rent of rs. 315.00 inr.
                            I again called them that as i had changed my package of lower rent why i need to recharge with old higher rate? But no action taken by airtel customer care.
                            Finally today, on 8th feb'19, they are showing that my balance is rs. Negative (-) 76.00 inr.
                            When i called again customer care, after 3 / 4 conversation, supervisor informed that actual balance is rs. Negative (-) 19.00 inr. When i asked they did not able to show any logical reason. But informing that my new package of rs. 153.00 inr had activated and hence this negative balance of rs. Negative (-) 19.00 inr. This means that if now i recharge, they first will deduct rs. 19.00 inr from my money.
                            All this are cheating and the reason is that i had selected a 100 channel comprising some free and some paid channel in such a way that in rs. 264 i am going to get all those which before 1st feb'19 if i selected the same, the price could have been around minimum rs. 350.00 inr. I am attaching herewith the file with all list and reference number.

                            Its totally cheating, so i request to trai to take action on airtel dth.

                            Now they have disconnected my connection as I had not paid. The reason why I am unable to pay them is they have not still not changed my package as per package selected reference number reference id 181166.
                            I have not rece3ived any mail or SMS regarding my new Rental yet and now I am unable to see any TV program.

                              As per trai, airtel dth is showing the exact rate chart in channel number.998, but when channel selection complete, not accepting the sms for implementation. Customer care executive are not attend ing the call properly. When going in their website, showing their own rate. For example for simple star sd pack it is showing rs.49/-* but in their website it is rs.57/-*. It is simple cheating to consumer. Please look into. My subscription mobile no.                                 I am a subscriber of airtel dth till now everything was going smooth but after applying trai new regulation plan for the dth monthly tariffs.
                                Previously i was paying inr. 235.00 per month to airtel to enjoy all the channels which i watch regularly, but now i need to pay around inr 411.00 for 100 channels, and it is around inr 176.00 extra. It is much costly.
                                While trai was claiming before applying new rules that it will be cheaper then now to watching the favorite channel.
                                What trai and dth operators want that we need to stop watching the tv.
                                What is ncf and why is applied while we are paying.

                                  I have got new dth connection from your company in december 2019 @ subscription amount around 790.00 per month. As per new rules i selected a pack as my choice for rs 377.00. Permonth. I recharged 900.00 for my account as two months subscription. But till date rs 600.00 only in my account. They take around 300.00 without my concurrence..
                                  As per your advice i picked my my plan from 1 at feb. But till date my plan was not changed and they cheated me.
                                  Kindly do the need full or otherwise i decided to disconnect

                                      Plan selected according to trai rules on february 1, 2019 but airtel dth select plan with own basis previously i have plan of 224 rupess per month plan, after channel selection company don't start my selected package start their own plan with 1233 rupess per month called customer care approx 10+ times they don't respond and get call disconnected, here i attached picture of selected plan confirmation and current plan confirmation that company started on their own basis without my permission.

                                        I've an airtel dth connection with id [protected]. I updated my monthly pack as per trai's new guidelines. But the service provider updated my pack not as per the choice made by me. And now i am unable to view most of the channels. But they are showing a huge amount as monthly value of my active plan according to them which is 3557.53rs per month. Their customer care is also not answering, its so annoying as i can't waste my time again and again with this. Please look into the matter asap.
