As per trai rules, i have selected the channels on 28th january 2019 which i got reference id #139972. Still my tv got blacked out on 2nd feb 2019 at 3 pm. Once again i selected the channels using channel #998 and send sms as per instruction using qr code. Still it's been more than 24 hrs tv got blacked out. Customer care is been saying it will come with in 2-3 hrs....

Network is so unstable. When I am talking in call, or watching a video or playing an online game, it suddenly stops or disconnects because of your ### network. And it is not just my sim or phone, ny dadand aunt use Airtel too, same thing happens with them. Network is bad in our area, please fix it. I have complained before but no action has been taken. And I also talked to my bank they clear that payment has been debited to merchant .

Hi-Yesterday I got my airtel digital TV (HD) recharged with 700. But channels are not coming I am getting an error code 6 with message your account is suspended due to low balance, everytime it is telling me to recharge. Airtel money fraud has occurred. Rs 3469/- has been deducted from my Airtel wallet over 3 transaction.

I tried to raise to Airtel customer care. But no use they ask me to complain to cyber police station.

I have recharged my mobile number [[protected]] through net banking for rs. 399 on 2nd feb 2019 and received an sms with transaction reference [[protected] ]and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[[protected]] of rs. 399. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

Even to the regular and old customer of almost 10 years or so. No wonder if they loose their market share if continued in this fashion for long.

They are insisting their plans over customers selected plans and not confirming selected plans even after deadlines is passed....

I have been complaining o[censored]nable to use data on airtel frequently. It has been so many months now. But they deny to fix the problem. They are not even ready to understand. As per TRAIL rule I have selected the channel required. Yesterday around 6.20 PM entire dish connection was disconnected and it show error code 4.When I contacted Airtel customer care they informed it will take 48 hrs to resume channels. As they are updgradting as per new TRai plans. No intimation is given to customer before doing such upgradation. Very poor response of Airtel service... Really feedup with the service of Airtel digital......

Hi, airtel has charged on my post paid bill around 376 rupees for using the services of 543212 (Which we haven't used this service. I am in a plan of 99 and after adding the above unknown charges and other call charges i got the total bill of 701. I wonder by seeing this bill and called the airtel customer care service people. I had my international roaming activated on my card since 2013. It was working fine all this time until last month. I had enough money on the card but now, no messages and no calls on this number. I have all my india accounts, ids configured with this number and i need to keep it active.

Please suggest if there is a way to re-activate it?...
