I had done a transaction to a SBI account using Airtel payment Bank (UPI) and failed but the amount is deducted (10000). I want my refund please - it's urgent.

Hi,

I had been using this Airtel number ([protected]) for the past 14 years and not once did I port out of Airtel (just in and out of postpaid but within Airtel).

I had taken a duplicate SIM yesterday, October 8 around 5 PM.

It was told to me that it will be activated in a maximum of 4 hours.
It has been around 31 hours now and it still has not been activated. I tried putting it in many other phones and still, it is unable to connect to the network. I can search for networks, but it cannot connect to the network manually or automatically. I just see the message that only Emergency calls are available. The number is [protected]

I tried calling 121 from another number, but could not find a method to reach a person to talk even after several attempts. I tried DMing and also tweeting on Twitter, but no response.
I am seeing the official Twitter handle responding to many other customers' complaints and several of them were posted hours after I had tweeted and DM'd them. I even tried Facebook DM, Facebook Timeline posts, and emails.

Yesterday was Sunday and hence there are no airtel shops or kiosks open anywhere.

I'm stuck without my primary number now, a number that gives me both official and bank OTPs. I can't even log in to any apps due to the OTPs being necessary. I cannot book apps/order food via my phone. Getting 2FA for work on my phone via SMS is now difficult too.

Why Airtel is deducting amount from my Airtel Account unnecessarily? Why Airtel is doing fraudulent things to cheat it's customers by sending below 👇 message?

This is totally a unfair thing happened by Airtel.

I lost my sim card holding no [protected] Assam circle in 08.08.2020. I could not visit airtel store because i was stuck in bhutan due to covid pandemic.
The border of bhutan were sealed for 2.5 years and i was unable to go to airtel store for duplicate sim verification. And now the store are saying that i will never get my sim ever. I would like to request to airtel members to give my old sim number.I will provide every document which i provivded during sim purchase.
The sim receives all my bank, gmail, college university and many more otps.
please kindly help me to give my old sim back.
Or compensate me.

I have been using airtel broadband service from last 3months and most of the time i face bad internet network.

Its been more than a week that airtel has given a duplicate sim to my brother but still have not activated it. I couldnt go to the store as I live in UK however I gave all the documents requested by the nodal office and my brother has got the sim but they have not activated it neither they have any information nor they are helping nor do they tell us what is taking so long for them to activate when a sim generally gets activated in few hours. Every time they say it will be activated in 24 hours however nothing has been done yet and days are passing by. Such a pathetic, poor, degraded service. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

In 7thsep my husband did two recharge of broadband wifi but both is failed and we got message refund is back to your account but i am still trying to getting my refund back.i am trying so many times to contact customer care but its failed.

Recently I was out of the Town for Attending a funeral and when I came back and tried calling someone it showed no service, when I visited the Airtel store they said to get replacement card when I Proceeded further he said my no has different details and has been allotted to someone else, this is insane how can Airtel Give my no to someone else ? this no of mine is Linked to various Prominent Bank Accounts of Mine, Please Revert My No back when i call my no its shows no service.

Airtel has charged rwice Rs 1499 from my paytm wallet but have not activated international roaming for Sri Lanka. Reference numbers are [protected] and [protected].
Im here for 2 days, if they are unable to activate roaming in time then they should refund complete amount of 3000 Rs.

My airtel xtream fiber stopped working since 30-sep-22. I raised my complaint first time on 30-sep-22 itself. they assured me to solve this issue in few hours and they fail. till not issue is not fixed. we are daily wasting our time to call with customer care. airtel agent. and visiting the center.

I am using Airtel mobile No from last so many years. i received SMS from company stating my post paid plan has been upgraded from My family Plan 999 to Family Plan 1199. I was surprised to receive this SMS as i have never requested for any type of change in my plan. So i called 121 and Miss. Malik talk to me. She told me that now your old plan discontinue so not able to change to old plan
i surprise Airtel — Change my postpaid plan without my Consent

So atlast i was left with no other option to register my complain with you. I want you to:
1. Reverse my Billing Plan to the previous one (As mentioned above) from last 2 months . As i will not pay any increase in my bill due to this change.

I request you to please take this as a very serious matter and do the need full as early as possible.

Money got deducted from account and now isn't reflecting in account ir wallet. Helpline number informs all agents are busy 24*7 and then auto-disconnects the call (waiting/callback isn't there). Online support asks me transaction id but only order id was shared via message from airtel when it failed. Worst support.

My Airtel TV card has been stolen some time ago. I live in Delhi and my mom lives in Bihar. When I visited my home, and called the mechanic, he said that there was no card. On asked what to do, he said that I would have to complain and after a week, I would get a duplicate card. As I have to return after a week, my mom told me to buy another. Now it cost me 2000. Please suggest what to do best in this situation.

I paid 2100 to Airtel yesterday only to be told today that the services are not available in my area. Now, the guy Govind is saying will refund my money in 7 business days and now, he disconnected my call and refusing to answer calls. Feel like being cheated.
