My contact no [protected] facing a problem of insufficient network. I would like to brought it in your notice that previously many time i have been complained in this issue and everytime i have been reassured by any one of representatives that it will be normalised as much as possible. But still now same problem is going on. This time i would like to late you know that in this area networks of all service provider become very strong except airtel. So if you think that you have nothing to do for improvement in signal then i will change my service provider by porting out. After carrying out all the charges why we have faced that type of problem.

    I am Airtel customer since 2015. But on date 11-Feb-2019, A Transaction of Rs.605.65 has been done on my Kotak Credit Card No.xxXXXX at www.airtel.in (PGSI). How is it possible? with OPT and Security password . Where from did you collect my Credit Card details?

      Sir my customer id of airtel dth is [protected] and my registered mobile no. Is [protected]. My dth connection is not working properly. When my open my t. V. There is endorsement that network is working due to bad weather or there is some thing near dish. I have called customer care several time on number 121 or 12150 but my call is not received. It is answered that our customer care officer are busy. You call after some time. It is ridiculous that i have tried several times by no one picked the phone. While when i call customer care of mobile or broadband within a reasonable time customer care officer attends the call.
      You are requested to register my complain in respect of my dth connection and send some one to remove the defect.

        Before trai regulations of february 2019, i opted for infinity pack of airtel. After la carte guidelines of trai, i switched to la carte offer of airtel and it seems i am being now charged for both. Please inform airtel to charge me only for la carte channels i opted for.

          I had done the port out from idea to airtel about 2 weeks back and 3days back the porting was successful and i was using the airtel services. All of a sudden the services were cancelled and re-ported to idea with out any prior communication at 2:00am. I have paid 399rs for airtel to use their services, and was disconnected with in a day after paying 399rs.

          I have made couple of calls to airtel customer services asking about the same and they are very rude and did not provided any information.

          Kindly help us on getting my money back.

            I am from punjab a customer of airtel dth. I want to activate discovery infotainment+sports pack which is given by discovery networks. There is only two discovery bouquets are given by airtel dth. The bouquet is also submitted in the documents given to trai but not provided by airtel dth. Kindly look upon my request as early you can so i can easily watch these without any disruption.

              आपने कहा था की चैनल सिलेक्ट कर ले १फरबरी तक, मैने महीने भर पहले से फौन करना ईमैल करना जारी रखा की मैरा पैक बदल दो, मैने लिस्ट भी ईमेल कर दी पर न कस्टूमर कैयर ने हमारी न किसी और ने, अब हमारा टीबी 15 दिनो से बन्द है पैसा उसमे आज भी है, ये एयर टैल बाले बस शौषण कर रहे कुछ नही |कुुछ कीजिये, आपकी कृपा होगी सर ||सर टीबी के माध्यम से करते है तो कौड नही दिखता पर खुद के पैक का कौड तुरन्त आ जाता है ||

                  I received a call from +[protected] claiming to be airtel support person has decided my money.
                  I am now going to file a written complaint as this is a legal issue.
                  This # called me and triggered an sms which is upiact pp[protected] and then he also told my card number and then he without any approval debited 1060rupees with upi id [protected]@cbin0282975. Ifsc. Npci.

                  How to get my money back.
                  I want to know who is that son of a #
                  I want to know is his father slept with many wife's of a single wife.
                  I want to know the name and address of the above mentioned number bloody #.
                  What ever it may take to me but i need my money back.
                  I really want to # very hardly this phone number whole family.

                    is not allowed to select my own package as per TRAI guideline though I am trying it many times, the service provider don't accept the package and the QR Code i have sent to them.                       This is vigneshwaran rengarajan from abudhabi and i am using airtel sim here as i am recharging regularly every period for extending the validity. But rs.99 have been deducted monthly on 18-sep-18 and also in 17-nov-18. I have checked before months also in last year, it was happened. Moreover, it was tried on jan month also to detect but there was low balance, i believe. Without my acceptance, how it can be deducted like this, please respond to this and explain me that why it was happened. My no is [protected]

                        Dear sir,

                        Airtel dth id : [protected]

                        As per trai new rules some free channels are there, but airtel has been stopped services without any reason for two days after making so many complaints and calls finally a local call center people called and activated a new plan around rs.250 including ncf pack of rs.153/-
                        But as of now no free channels are getting activated through stb, sms or internet login, showing some error from past 3 days, but they are charging for every day when we are not able to watch all channels as per trai ncf.

                        No customer care number is working for other mobile operator, only airtel operator as a option to call and talk with.

                        Very dissopointed with this services, i want to cancel my dth.

                        Please sole the issue or disconnect dth with immediate effect.

                        Very bad service experience from airtel.

                            'Debit for this account is not allowed'. However the money from the cards can get credited. Nearly ₹5000 for some purchase got debited from the card but are stuck with airtel wallet. The transaction cannot be reversed too. No customer care or support. Kyc for the account already done before the transaction. Help pls.

                              I have already filed complain in this regard but nobody from the company neither contact me nor solve my problems i am still facing hardship due to non activation of of pack.
                              Hope for the early redressal of the problem i have many times contact the company but nothing has been done by the company only giving assurance regarding that your issue will be resolved very shortly but nothing done till now my problems is still persist only few chanels are activated which are not of our choice. Now i am force to pay for those chanels which are not of our choice.
                              So i again request your good self to take consideration to my complain and do the favourable.

                              It is my third consecutive complain against the service provider which is not providing the desired service as per the rules and regulations of trai as per the instructions i have prepared my plan and commuicated to the company well in time. But the same plan is not activated on my tv set till now. I have filled two complain before this but nobody from company contacted me till now nor resolved my complain. Hope your good self definitely take some appropriate actions against the company in connection to resolve my complain

                                From feb 01, as per trai regulation, my plan changed from customer care from 240 package to the base pack 153 package, so i recharged for rs: 155 and the balance become rs: 158 (Rs 155+ rs 3 - previous amount)

                                The next moment, airtel deducted 15 rupees from my account and updated to rs: 143, so now i have suffered two days with dth connection, and too the customer care never taken my request for "reason of deduction".

                                The customer care said, they not aware of the deduction and the amount would be revoked to my account soon, buts its three till now, the amount rs:15 not have been updated to my account and airtel compelled me to recharge extra 100 rupees for watching the base plan 153.

                                Its airtel failed in ethical issues, and am so worried about, how other un-educated society would copeup with these kind of issues??? Its unanswered till now and government (Trai) must have to look upon this loop holes with theses kind o[censored]nethical ways of earning (Stealing) money from common people like me.

                                once plan updated as per new regulation from TRAI, Airtel deducted Rs:15 from my account, and so my balance went to 143 ( which is below base pack 153) and they disconnected the connection. i suffered for three days without DTH connection and too customer care where not able to answer about the deduction.
                                later they compelled me to recharge for Rs: 100 and now let me to watch base pack. and still no clarity on the add on channels subscription. The customer care auto service is very worst experience as it not proceeding further(clever software created to earn/steal the money from common people) with the next option to catch the customer care line.

                                Good Morning Sir / Madam, - "one more NEW ISSUE started again by Airtel DTH"

                                Today i am spending my valuable time addressing the new issue, as per TRAI regulation am now in Rs:153 base pack( which i could watch only one channel DD PHOTHIGAI ad am in TAmilnadu).
                                When i added the free and cost channels around 68 channels, it should be (68+25=93) 93 channels and it showed cost around Rs: 261.
                                But when i confirmed the plan, AIRTEL DTH added the default 25 channels TWO times and so the total channel now is 118 channels and it cost me Rs: 326 rupees.

                                I got upset on this mistake of AIRTEL DTH software and contacted Custome care, but the first customer executive not listened to me and closed the call. THe second custome care promised that she will rectify it, saying she correcting by TRAIL AND ERROR strategy with the AIRTEL DTH web Software. All calls i have recorded and will upload you as early as possible.

                                  Dear sir i tried to add 2000 rupees on 21st jam 5.55pm by paytm debit card to airtel payment bank. The transaction was successfully done and paytm send me tge transaction id and reference id that they have sended the money to airtel. But airtel just refused to accept it. And not helping me with anything they just telling me to go to paytm. But paytm helped me with all the information they also share me a mail to send airtel where clearly mentioned that paytm send the money. But airtel still refusing it. Please help me with that.                                     After porting my airtel postpaid no. To jio they are saying to jio he has a outstanding amount of 142 rs but i have clear my all bill and check i have zero amount to pay so due to thik jio stoping my all services i have a plan of 70 days. I am calling to airtel customer care they are saying we have no outstanding amoung on number [protected] but they are sending notification to jio stop all service of this number because it has outstanding amount in aitel i am very bad feel with this type of behaviour after paying all bill and i can not use my jio number. I have aa recharge of 70 days. Airtel are misbehaving with us because we are porting our number to jio. And use laws aginst us for confusing us

                                      As per new rules of trai i chose a package by ala-carta on 28th of january from airtel.in. But the service was stopped suddenly on 4th of february. Then i again chose a pack from channel no.110. Then it was followed up on 6th of february and it was confirmed that the service will be resumed within 4 hours. After that several attempts were taken to reach you through the helpline no. But no one received the call. I feel there is no more options other than opting service from any other providers.

                                        I have airtel dth hd connection no. [protected]. Firstly airtel had stopped airing channels without any prior intimation even when my prepaid amount balance was available. Then after much difficulty i got through to customer care no. And got channels of my choice activated on 7 feb 2019. They again closed my choice channels on 8 feb 2019 and activated paid channels of their own choice. I am not able to get through to any of their call center or service no since 8 feb 2019 till 8:00 pm 9 feb 2019. They are not giving even choice of waiting. Calls are directly getting cut so no record can be generated.
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
