As per new rule i have selected channel with effective of 01-feb-2019, now i noticed plan changed on daily basis. Yesterday it was rs. 188 on primary connection and we are not able to see any channel in my tv then i choose again the channel and total amount was shown around rs. 558, now the same plan is showing below:-

Broadcast bouquet 381.14
Ala carte : 177.24
Total price is - 780.38

    I had selected a set of channels with cost per month totalling upto rs 325 per month.

    My plan has not been updated and i am being wrongly billed on a rs 710 plan which i dont need.

    If correction is not done with immediate effect along with money credit back in airtel dth account starting february 1 for all the higher deductions done, i will switch to tata sky.

      Airtel dth has been charging high rate for individual channel other than free channels. Earlier i was getting many channels of my choice at 283/month but now it is more than 450. Moreover not all the channels of a particular company is provided. Each channels of the company are being charged separately which ultimately become a unaffordable monthly charges. If this system is not changed immediately please bring back the old terrif.

      Request you to try select few channel of your choice and see the total charges

          Regretfully, i am a customer of airtel services (Mobile / broad band / tv services) for the past 4 years plus.

          I have no hesitation to say, that very rightly, reliance is making you guys go 'bonkers' with their splendid service.

          My registered mobile number for all the services that i am using is : [protected].

          For the past one month plus, your operators have been misguiding me the procedure to choose ala - karte channels. After a great deal of struggle, i could accomplish the herculean task on 02 feb, and sent the qr scan generated to number: 54325 as an attachment.

          God only knows the fate of my exercise, and i do not know, if the needful action has been done. To confirm, i have exhausted all the channels of communication to contact your customer support but failed.

          If this is going to be the response attitude of bharathi airtel, i can only sympathise with mr. Sunil bharti mittal for having such an efficient team.

          May be this is a trend for the down fall of such an 'once upon a time, responsive service'

I told her my equiry inspite she has to resolve my equiry. She said rudely ludhiana have more store u go for other store. I raised this complaint to store owner ms depali.               Have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 169 on 4th feb 2019 twice and received an sms with transaction id[protected] &[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account for rs 338.

                I m not recieving any text message on my number [protected].. So i may not able to otp sent by service companies
                Can anyone look into this issue
                Basically this number is based out on bangalore india. So due to this i may not able to use messege servies hosted by airtel sim. Howeverntly i am on international travel for few months so can't call airtel customer care regarding this issue

                  Hi,

                  I am an airtel dth customer, i choose the channels for the feb 1 2019 revision. This was registered and an id was given to me. Subsequentty from 1st feb 2019 the dth services stopped there was balance in the account.
                  Submitted a complaint a service technician came and he entered the channels in the tv and this was registered. No change the channels was not showing only 004 error channels not choosen.

                  Now unable to use the dth connection in spite of balance.

                  The airtel site does no allow to manage the channels or recharge or do anything regarding the dth account after feb 1 2019.

                  How to resolve this? Airtel is unresponsive.

                  A LA CARTE not working in Airtel
                  This person is correct, Airtel has disabled A LA Carte, if you press the button it gives error and consumer is forced to choose rs 510/- plan. Also 25 Fta channels are compulsory thus limiting the consumers choice to choose compleately. Airtel is delibrately making a compleate mockery of TRAI new rules. TRAI should force Airtel to give A LA Carte channels Immediately. Airtel is delibrately fooling customers
                  Actually airtel dont want that costomer pay only for channel they choose. Airtel is forcing us to pay more money. And airtel purposly not allowing to choose a la carte pack. Because as their revinue will drastically reduce.
                  Trai should act against airtel dth.

                    I'm not able to use upi because i can't sms even after₹27 balance and active account. I have restarted my mobile many times to resolve the issue. Also tried to contact via calls on 121 as well as my airtel app but not reached to any customer care executive. Plz resolve this issue or gjve me a right solution to this or otherwise i have to switch to other company..
                    & i'm also not able to send porting message. Airtel is cheating the customers.

                      I use airtel d2h. I have 2 airtel d2h. I selected my channel pack online at 31 jan 2019. But pack is not activated my tv channel paid or free both not working from 1st feb. I call airtel custmar care he not solve my problem. Then he does not receive my calls. Myairtel l d2h id

                        I opted for some channels and send the request according to the direction of service provider. But they did not upgrade the same. Today i called them and they took 4 hours to solve it but did not do the same. Further the suggested me to change the channel list and i did the same and they took 10 min to 15 min to start it but did not do the same. I called them but they did not pick up the phone after 12 min it stopped to sound. Need your help. I cannot see channels except bengali channels.

                          I have bought airtel six month advance rentel plan ([protected])with free device 15days before... From the first day itself its not working properly, its very unstable... In my mobile also i am using airtel only and i am getting 4G network regularly so only i choose Airtel instead of Bsnl broadband... But this hotspot device is not working properly... I don't know what's the problem the device or simcard.. After purchasing the device i can't able to contact the dealer also... The person from customer care service centre asking to contact the dealer to solve the problem... I don't know what to do... Help us solve the problem... Thank in advance...

                            We have updated airtel connection athrough alacarte 0n jan month end against new trai rules. Air tel discontinued services from ist feb in spite of having balance and told that upgradation will take place 24- 72 hours. They keep on changing their statement and after three days they started sd services on today 3rd feb after insist g that why our se ices were closed for three days while those who did not updated their pa ks their services were normal. Still they are telling updation of package may be do e by 7th feb. They are fooling customers by giving lame e cuses and lied with us by terminating services for three day.

                              Sir, my Airtel DTH no. [protected]. I have chosen my pack 30.01.19 but the same has still not been activated. Moreover they are charging me on old higher rate. Despite several complaints and e mail to them the problem still persists. Today they have blocked doordarshan free to air channel and my chosen channel. Their customer care number is not working.
                              Please look into this and do the needful for harassment of customers like me. Thanks

                                Dear Airtel Nodal Officer,
                                I Mr. Kaushal P. Patel of your airtel company very very old customer when I purchase my first sim card before 10 years ago for mobile and still engaged with your company but in last 1 year's to continue I face network issue in my home. So i submitted complain against it on 24th Nov-2018 with reference no. 88662788 and it is not resolved. I 2nd time visit at your airtel office at adajan, surat, gujarat on 28th Dec-2018 but no any person has to help me and told that you have to call on our customer care no.121 and then after i call and knew that they was resolved in 2 working days but not resolved, so today 8th Jan-2019 i 3rd time visit your airtel store and same replied and told that if you have more problems then mail to nodal Officer of Gujarat. So my request to pls. look at this issue and resolved my problem because I face this problem last 1 years to continue.
                                For your information, I have 4 airtel card in my family and in that 3 are postpaid connection. So if you have to not resolved this issue then I port my all card to another company because i tired this issue.

                                Today 144 days left when I submitted my complaint in Airtel and still its resolved or closed. I think Airtel is fraud company and not give the services of there valuable customer and not interested of closed there complaint in timely manner.

                                  1. I have made a selection of channels twice over the selfcare portal of Airtel DTH and successfully submitted the choice and have once made the channel selection over the 998 self help channel over the network also. Proof of the submission available with in in the form of sms messages from Airtel DTH. My selection is yet to be activated and I am forced to view the package made by Airtel.
                                  2. Now my package changed to higher level from my existing package before the selection of preferred channel. Although many channels are disabled, the rental was not revised. Now I pay more than my choice but still can't able to see even free channels. I already contact airtel customer care but they couldn't resolve the problem and advised to wait upto 7th Feb, 2019.
                                  My question is my balance is decreasing quickly without my recommended plan selection, even it is higher than my past rental which is selected by Airtel Dth? Is the excess recovery of rental reverted to me?

                                      I am using Airtel DTH for last 7 years and opted new package as per new TRAI guidelines on 31 Jan 2019. However, since 1st Feb 2019 I am not getting my channels till now. I have contacted Airtel customer care number of times but they simply saying their server is down and can reply only after 4 hours. I think, this is celebrate attempt by Airtel to defy TRAI orders which needs prompt and strict action
