Regretfully, i am a customer of airtel services (Mobile / broad band / tv services) for the past 4 years plus.
I have no hesitation to say, that very rightly, reliance is making you guys go 'bonkers' with their splendid service.
My registered mobile number for all the services that i am using is : [protected].
For the past one month plus, your operators have been misguiding me the procedure to choose ala - karte channels. After a great deal of struggle, i could accomplish the herculean task on 02 feb, and sent the qr scan generated to number: 54325 as an attachment.
God only knows the fate of my exercise, and i do not know, if the needful action has been done. To confirm, i have exhausted all the channels of communication to contact your customer support but failed.
If this is going to be the response attitude of bharathi airtel, i can only sympathise with mr. Sunil bharti mittal for having such an efficient team.
May be this is a trend for the down fall of such an 'once upon a time, responsive service'
