Dear sir,
I am using airtel network fast few years, they have charged me amazon prime membership without my confirmation, when i asked them to waive off the money from my bill as i am not interested in renewing the prime mebership, they are not ready to waive off the amount. And they are telling if i dont pay the amount then they will disconnect the connections,
Past one year i have also complained about network issues but thy have not sorted and that complaint is still open and i am not able to use the full facility as i am using post paid plan.
Please help me and ask airtel to waive off the amount bill and other details are given below.
