Hello airtel i have my mistake recharged [protected] through paytm which was recharged 11 days back instead of [protected] for about 399 rs which has to be recharged plz do d needful to get d traction reversed which was done by paytm at 12.55 am on[protected] so plz as a old airtel customer request u to refund back d money or get it transferred to [protected]

    The network coverage of airtel in my area is very poor. Airtel didn't provided me the services that you promised on my number. The network in of airtel in my area is very poor. I have made hundreds of complaints but each and every representative of airtel had given false information. Many representatives told me that a new tower is going to be build in my area by end of october 2018 but by the help of airtel open network i got to know that the new tower is going to be build by january 2019, the time when my offer would be ended. It's the end of january now, neither the new tower is build now, nor is the network improved, instead it had degraded a lot more. I was not at all able to use my internet data and make any clear calls on my phone number [protected]. Airtel team told me to wait but now its around 100-120 days till i've waited. Airtel team didn't helped me at all (121, 198, nodal department, airtel appellate). The airtel open network also show my home out of coverage, but in their emails airtel always write that the network coverage is excellent in my area. If the airtel engineer told me that there is no network at all in my area neither outdoor nor indoor/roof. But they didn't took any action at all.

    Getting neglected a lot i am left with no other option but to contact consumercomplaints.in. You are the last hope.
    As i didn't get any resolution from airtel team, my complete plan was wasted. Now my appeal is i want a refund/compensation for the money i paid for the recharge that never worked because of airtel's mistake and negligence. That's why i contacted you. I want refund of ₹798 (Two offers of ₹399 each

    If i don't get any resolution then i am going to file a complaint in consumer court against airtel and their representatives fraud about wrong information and fake commitments. Airtel promised me high speed internet and didn't fullfill their commitment. The allegations against airtel are -
    1. Not providing the services they promised.
    2. Giving wrong information to consumer.
    3. Intentionally embrangling the consumer by giving them wrong contact phone numbers.
    4. Making flase commitments and promises again and again.
    5. Intentionally ending voice calls of consumer to ignore him.
    6. Not contacting the consumer within promised time i. E indirectly ignoring him

      Dear sir/madam,

      The airtel sim number owner is gurappa n, doruvu palle, kondapuram mandalam, ap. And he don't open an airtel payments bank account. The case is airtel sim he used just 1 month since years ago that airtel is linked to gas connection and the gas amount is credited to airtel payments bank. The airtel he don't know.

      Please help me to resolve issue.

      He don't know the airtel number and so many times he asked and visited airtel payments bank .None of them is responding and saying go and file an complaint.worst behaviour from airtel payments bank.

        Hi i am facing similar issue as i recharged with 448 pack and i hardly used my data. I might have used 120 mb but it shows as 1.5gb used for the day. When i call customer service they say i have auto updating apps and all which is not true. Previously i had 498 plan and i never faced this issue but after putting 448 pack the issue has come up and customer service are very bad and do not assist.

          Hi team,
          I am an airtel postpaid customer. After coming outside india, i can se that entire incoming and outgoing call is barred for the subjected number [protected].

          This is a very bad experience for me and no one able to connect to me. Can you please enable the facility and remove the call barring from my number on immediate effect.

          Please consider it on priority.

          I am trying to connect them via email but they are least bothered to address my concern.

            I recharged my airtel prepaid number with rs399 with validity of 84 days.1.4gb data is given per day. But after exhausting 1.4gb data, a message usually came that recharge the number with 49 and get 3 gb data with validity same as validity of rs399 recharge. Now after exhausting my data i recharged my number with rs49, data also appeared in my account. But i am unable to use net with this data. Nothing can be done with this data. Within a week i contacted customer care aprox 4-5 times, they don't listen to my problem and if someone listen then he/she give me false hope that it is a network issue and your net will begin running after a while. I recharged my number with rs49 twice. But i am unable to use data after exhausting existing data of 1.4 gb. I am very frustrated and airtel is making me fool only. I don't know qhat should i do. Because airtel is just making my money waste. Please solve my issue please.

              It totally frustrating to not have airtel network services in my phone ([protected]) for 5 days.
              Even after continuously following up with the customer care, there is no solution provided so i had to take a second sim from the store. Even that sim getting the same issue and customer care is pushing the issue by asking for 24 hours each time (Now its five days) as they are unable to get a solution.
              I raised the complaint on 21st jan till today 26th jan issue is still pending. This is ridiculous and extremely irresponsible behaviour from one of the top telecom providers in india.
              I am under mental harassment for five days as i am unable to do my daily work through my phone. Please advice where can i raise a complaint about this torture and sue airtel.

              I have received a call from Airtel executive today morning at around 9 AM and he convinced me that network service will resume in half an hours but I have not received any call until now.

              Airtel Executive/customer care who not able to understand the root cause and resolve the issue and simply extending time and date.

              This issue still pending for 7 days, it's totally unethical and mental torture for the customers.

                Airtel is claiming fastest 4g speed!!! But the fact is now this is worst in my locality. Unable use 100 mb in a day. And my plan is of 100gb. All wastage of money. I've raised complaint 2 times. But closed without resolving. Very sad. My last complaint ref no. Was[protected].

                  That day is not so far when Airtel the no 1 operator becomes 0 operator and loose it's customers and while business.
                  I[censored] have little bit shame then recharge from your side.
                  Really shame on you greedy hungry beggars ashwini, kunain, amreen, vaishnav, arjun, pradeep, kaveri for eating the benefits of rhe customers as you people don't have self respect and respect for your parents then how you people give respect to the customers. You people have made the mentality to disturb the customers and nothing else. Now the situation is that Airtel and U people become thief fraud to loot the customers. Once again you shown your poor fraud mentality to loot the customers and don't have guts to earn your income. If you have little bit self respect and respect for your parents and for the customers and llittle bit shame then reduce my call rates from your end. Earlier also many times Airtel from its side reduced my call rates to 25 P/M for 3 months time period everytime. If you have little bit shame and respect for the customers then reduce the call rates from your end instead of making the nonsense and bull [censored] excuses.

                    On 31 of December i recharge my number for an additional pack of 49 for 3 gb data extra and i received the message but i was not able to use my data and i talked to customer care service and they refunded me in my airtel main balance they should have returned to the original payment 1st of all and then tooo i recharged again on 3rd of January after this tooo i was not able to use that on that day too i raised the complaint and they said that it will take 7 days to get resolved and i agreed but i asked them that the data has one day validity and they said that it will be Carried over till the last day of the base unlimited pack i agreed now on 25th of jan i exhausted my data ie. 1.4 gb and now i am unable to use that 3 gb data soo i contacted airtel regarding this issue but this time this was very bad response of there they said that it had only one day validity how and what is airtel doing does there employees are not educated or informed about there scheme or they are not trained they are not giving proper instructions too the people and due to this i am in losss i want the money back or the data in my account please hep me in getting my rights and thankyou.

                      I was in Abroad for 2 months and my bill is total unpaid for 2 months that is some 2800 and with late payment charges it’s 3580 and now when I am trying to pay it it says my number is not valid. All the portals are saying the same and then I tried to call customer care they said Number is dropped. It’s a platinium Number I paid 1 lakh for that Number how can I just let it go. I will fine a FIR if needed. What a cheater company Airtel. I want my number to be actives in next 24 hours else I go to every possible ways to suee you guys.

                        It's been so frustrating to take a simple sim from airtel. I have vodafone and jio numbers but never ever had such a problem. Not sure if i did a blunder opting for an aitel number.

                        New sim asked for verification numbers and i have two numbers. Got the code with an sms stating verified and to call 59059. When i call it shows "mobile network not available" tried changing mobiles, tried changing manual network, all as per shopkeeper and airtel customer service guys, but no-one knows what to do
                        Airtel customer representatives send to shopkeeper and shopkeeper asks to call verification. Verification guys say call 121. And 121 doesn't have any such issue on thier list and you listen to the automated message with no solution. Feels like a sin having opted to take an airtel connection.

                        Its been two days now. If you guys can do something am available on my alternate number [protected].

                          Now icici bank has provide me the details of account detials where the money is gone okay..

                          Before I using Airtel they says incoming call free lifetime, call alerts free when switch off.but now they started extra charge for each one. creat 2 new package for make extra 💰 money.in EMERGENCY both are very important but they Don't care people/customer.after using Airtel I started suggest for friends & Relatives.but now they says now we have to paid extra charge because of you.for active bothe service.                           I tried contacting them through call but its not working. I cant reach to them. Also there is no online customer support where i can contact them. Its the third time and i want to know on which basis they are locking my account.

                            My mobile no [protected] is linked to my dth (3) accounts and also airtel wifi. It is to complaint that fixed landline no.[protected] was disconnected (Only broadband) and later on in late sept we had requested for the line to be disconnected. I received three calls a day to renew my number as they would offer me a good package. My father is no more and my mother has been harassed constantly for non payment of bills.
                            I was rung up by the call centre that the phone would automatically be disconnected on 10 nov 2018 and it was free.

                              I have Airtel payments account since da time I took Airtel Sim, but I was never able to access it as it used to say mpin expired. I tried to reset the mpin but failed. Moreover my Airtel payments account got blocked in process. How to get my account unblocked and how can I generally a fresh mpin for the same

                                I had a balance with unlimited validity which has been magically gone and now my incoming service has also been deactivated. I tried to recharge my no. with 119 voucher and the balance got deducted my account is still not recharged.

                                I'm calling customer care no. 109 for 2 hours after selecting all the valid option on call when I press 9 to talk to customer care, they doesn't take the option and just cut the call

                                  Hi, day before yesterday i had taken duplicate sim card, incoming outgoing call everythng has been activated within 2 hour, but sms service has not activated, i called customer care they told me to wait 48hrs, 48hrs has over but still i could face same issue, and am finding very difficulty to connect to airtel customer care, pls help me to sort out as soon as possible.

                                    The complaint was register on 07/08/2018- complaint no.86958651to airtel team... Till time no resolution has been delivered. No follow up for closure of complaint from airtel end rather than giving standard reply of "we are working on concern" how much time... Its almost 6 month to pass!!! I am going pay bill without getting benefited of your service from last 6 month!!!
