Pls change your plan like 10, 20, 30, 50&100 etc... Due to rural area peoples facing so many problem for recharge purpose. Why your network to jump to jio??? I am using airtel prepaid numbers my no is [protected], on[protected] and[protected], rs 99 (68.95+30.05) was deducted for international roaming rental even though roaming was turned off on my phone. This was done without my permission and reduced my balance to zero, causing considerable inconvenience.

Please refund the money and i request in the strongest terms to not do this again. I request you to tell me how to prevent this...

I have requested to port my num from airtel rajasthan to airtel maharashtra. First time i went to airtel store was on 29/11/2018. I kept on calling customer care, they said it was in process.
